Which studio has daily pay for clips4sale?
If you're not from US or CA (North American requirements for 1099's etc. is a reason for this not being available there) then there's a pretty straight forward way that you set DP as the payee in your store. In reality he defaults to paying monthly but in my experience you can shoot him an email if you're strapped for cash and have a chunk in your sales and he'd pay upon request.
All in all I'd say those with a US bank account don't lose out that much its those without one (who would need to pay $40 for an international transfer) for whom it's useful, e.g., me ;D
This actually leads to the question I wanted to post just now...!

Any non-US performers using this for C4S?

Checked it out after seeing ads and seems like this could be the best option out there...

Okay, so here's my problem. I'm trying to log into my C4S store, but for some reason after I scroll all the way to the freakin' bottom of the page (where the 'Studio Login' option is that I need to click on)...before I even get a chance to click it, it automatically scrolls me right back up to the top of the page. WTF? Even when I press the 'Pagedown' button on my laptop to scroll back down, it still automatically scrolls me right back up...so I'm actually unable to log in to my studio. SMH. I can't even click the thing on the page to contact Support, because that option is way down at the bottom of the page too. So I'm gonna try e-mailing Sara.

Anyone make use of the 'emails' section? I never have but I have a ton of email addresses listed. Maybe make newsletters? I'm kind of lost, but I'd like to do something with it since it's there.

For those of you who've had their studio open for a while, how do you determine which old clips to keep if they're not as high of a video quality as your current videos? For example, if you have old ones where the lighting isn't always too great, it's not as flattering, it's messy in the background, etc. Like, serviceable but far from a representation of your current standards.
Do you delete a lot of your old ones to keep your store more clean/up to date, or do you keep them and hope that the fetish guys will understand those were your beginning/super amateur videos (and maybe some will like them for that reason)? I would hope they'd understand that, I'd also worry they would judge my new videos based off of the old ones...you know?
I had a lot of my old ones (a couple years old) deleted for a while and I just activated some of them again. Still thinking about it.
How does anyone in the UK get paid for C4S? I signed up there but it's only giving me the Check and Wire options x

I'm in the UK and I get paid by cheque. It comes every month and it clears quite quickly now that the bank are used to them coming.

A question for those with studios -- how long did it take you before you were consistently making $100 a month?
I am just wondering how long it takes to build a store. I've noticed that now that I have more clips up in my stores and that I am uploading daily that I am starting to make a little more money but I still have a long way to go.
Also what is the best visual style that you'd recommend to show off your videos. I've been using high-quality animated gifs but now I am afraid that it might be slowly my page's loading time down and I am losing sales because people click away.

How annoying/awesome would it be if a guy spent $100 on a really long video, they buy it, download it, open it... and they got rickrolled for an hour?

Heya my dear :) I really think the main thing is testing to see what sells most and go from there. Right now (I'm getting back into clip sales), I read the entire list of all the C4S categories, and noted down literally every one I can do, and tick them off as I make clips for them, just making one video of each different fetish. I convert the clip into mp4 and put that same video into a different (but still fitting) category, and analyze the fuck out of the sales and stat reports to get a good idea of which sells best and generates the most traffic. I wait until my name has slipped off the front page before uploading the converted clip. I don't bother with animated gifs for my store, but I do take about 4 screenshots of each clip to make a jpg and put out a tweet with the pic, linking to the clip on C4S to pull in more traffic.
This month I've been aiming to upload at LEAST 2 clips per day (counting as 4 clips taking into account the converted files), and I'm *hoping* to at least make $700 - $1k this month using this method, but honestly no idea how it will go at this point. I figure that by the middle of the month, I'll adapt which content I start to put out depending more strictly on which niche has been selling the most in the first half of the month, and - if the $$$ I'm getting still isn't enough - I'll notch it up to 4 original clips per day.
[ETA] Ooh also, experimenting with video length helps (knocks the price up, too). <3

Don't LOL at me too hard.
But.
I've only just realised how easy it is to make my own gifs in Photoshop. I honestly thought there was more to it than ... importing a section of a clip and saving the damn thing. *snort* So my store is about to start looking a billion times more professional!
Edit to add: And go figure, I've had more than double my usual page views by simply adding gifs of all my old clips. Sigh.

Do you mean double penetration by any chance? I was referring to the "Daily Pay" service which is usually abbreviated the same way.

^lol, sorry! ;D I literally *just* came from the BoleynModels thread in CC. I semi banned myself from lurking SW in early 2014 (I was spending hours, lol) so now I'm really out of loop with the latest happenings in camming. The eponymous UK (or Ireland?) based "Daily Pay" used to be the only one.

July began my third month since I opened my first C4S studio. My goal was also a minimum of $100. I figured I could save that and go on a semi decent vacation once a year. My first check from C4S was over $1000. Seriously, I was like wtf, this is some kind of fluke. I could not believe it. My second check was a couple hundred dollars more than my first. Right now I am ahead of where I was in sales last month at this time. My store is steadily growing and I have been adding clips once a day. Although the past week I have not made any new material, I've just been converting my mov clips into mp4.
When I opened my store with the ten clips there was one clip in particular that sold like crazy. I decided to make more clips in that niche. It's one of the popular niches. I focused all my clip making on that one niche. I really enjoy the roleplaying aspect of it so I come up with all different scenarios. A couple weeks ago I decide to venture into another niche, which is also going well so far.
The way i shoot my clips is I come up with a rough idea/storyline in my head…get ready (clothes/makeup) and then lights, camera, action! lol I just do what comes to my mind and have fun with it. I don't edit anything. At least I haven't had to yet. I'm sure in the near future when I learn I will. I am not tech savvy although i have learned a lot in this clip making process. Sad to say but I don't even know how to make a gif yet. So when I finish shooting the clip I watch it again to make sure every things good (performance, lighting, audio) and then I type up the description and upload.
It's been quite an awesome journey so far and I am excited for the future. Let's see how the next few months go though, you never know.
So this was how I got started and I am sure everyone is different in how they go about running their studio. This is working for me so far. I am very grateful for C4S =)
Thanks for reading and good luck to you :)

^^^It really does vary, and probably best not to talk figures because it can give a misleading impression...many girls are struggling just to make $500 a month and don't make pay out in their first months. Categories that used to provide most of your income can suddenly dry up too.

Whee. Made a few tweaks to my store, committed to filming more & uploading twice daily, dabbled in new fetishes, added gifs ... boom. I've made more in this week than my first two months. I'm also starting to field some serious requests for customs instead of "I've got a suggestion but can't pay you" emails.
Please don't take this as bragging, I'm just happy I finally get C4S now. I have so much fun with it and have learned tons about fetish since signing up. It's nice to know it's starting to pay off. Thanks so much to everyone who keeps this thread going.

Thats fantastic you have had so much success so fast on this site. In my experience some categories way out sell others, hell, my top money maker i'm not even in the top 25 of, and yet it makes up 2/3rds of my paycheck, I imagine if I liked the fetish more I would make even more at it. In my experience though, the fact that you do not edit and watermark your videos is another big reason they sell so well, in the past my unwatermarked video sold twice as much as my watermarked videos I just don't like the risk of being put up on every single site out there which I feel like is more of a risk without a watermark, but i'm not sure.
I imagine if you took the time to learn gifs you could make even more, if you want to. Maybe we will see you in the Top 50 one day! But Katy gives really good advice, there are plenty of us who would love to have your "overnight success" (I know it wasn't). But i'm happy to hear at least one story of 'it', because 99% of the stories of peoples clips4sale it takes them months to build up, so I don't want all the newbies to think they will be this lucky.

Clips4sale is still having issues, this is after I have already had tech support notified twice. I just uploaded a video into Mouth, on the front page it says Jerk Off Instruction - that wasn't even the last video I uploaded, so now the problem has gotten worse its just showing any random video of mine on the front page no matter what category I update. I'm call Neil tomorrow, because support has done nothing for the issue. Its not just my account too, its happening to others. I just realized a category I updated into three weeks ago never updated with the clip, wonder how much money that lost me... ugh

How you went about it I understand 2257 and paperwork but where in the world would I even find a guy. How much should I pay him etc? I have hired girls before but never a guy and the types of movies I am wanting to shoot are not like what I shot with girls not. Any help here would be appreciated. Also, do you even think it is worth shooting these types of movies in the present economy we are in?

Best check your clips have uploaded correctly girls! I've discovered that my clips aren't linking properly from the categories to the new clip I just uploaded...even if the right image is showing in the category, if you click on the image or your store name, it might be taking you to your previous clips in that category and not the new one! I began making short animated GIFs as previews on C4S instead of the random shots they pic for you. Been doing it for about three days now. I noticed there has been a considerable drop in my traffic. I've still been adding clips every day, sometimes two. Do these GIFs make some other computers run slow or something and the customer is not patient for it to load and leaves? Maybe instead of the GIFs I will just take one good picture and post that.
Thanks a lot =)

How big file size are the gifs?
They are about 2.00 mb..sometimes a tad less/tad more. I started to resize the image now too because I read that makes a difference. Didn't know that before. I am slowly changing most of them back to a single image or the images that C4S picks for you. I bought the gif brewery which I am liking but how do some of you girls make a sequence of still images? Like the ones that C4S picks for you but you pick your own. I am trying to figure it out using the gif brewery but have not done so yet. It's probably so obvious & right in front of my face but I'm still in the learning process of tweaking my clips, etc. I'm a bit behind with the tech stuff lol.

I'm kind of shocked at how much prep I need even to make a video of me doing something EXCEPTIONALLY MUNDANE... like washing my hair or something.
My boyfriend might say, "Hey you could literally just film yourself washing your hair! :)" AW HELL YEAH COOL! YAAAAY EASY SHIT :D
So I go to do it.. and realize the set-up for "mundane" clips vastly outweighs general "camming on my bed" prep that I became accustomed to years ago.
1. I need to ensure my laptop is somewhere it won't get splashed.
2. Strateeeeeegically place my cam somewhere it also won't get splashed.
3. Reassure the cam about it's new place in life. - A webcam without a tripod that is being set up in a very specific place like this is like dealing with an uncooperative baby. The lead will also flop down the side of the surface the cam is placed on, so it sometimes wobbles and falls about all over the place like a nipple having a panic attack until you find a way to also ensure the lead isn't going to weigh the cam down.
4. Check to see if that position will actually provide a decent angle for the clip. The first twenty times of setting the cam up - IT WON'T! :D
5. The lighting in the bathroom. It's a bright, sunny day with the occasional fatass cloud. Exposure and white balance settings here are not the same in camming bedroom, and the curtains in the bathroom aren't thick. THE WEATHER IS NOW RELEVANT.
6. During the edit, you see what your face and tits look like hanging over a bathtub, and how flat your butt actually is when you aren't deliberately pulling sexy postures. Disappoint.
7. During the edit, you realize how many times you looked to "check" on your laptop and cam, breaking your hopes of putting it in the "voyeur" section because you "broke the forth wall" like 30 times by occasionally glaring at your cam like a worried parent.
8. But you soooooo want to put it in the voyeur section because you sold tons of other clips in that section! Yet...
9. Unedited clip: 29 mins. Edited result: 4 mins.
So lol, yeah.. This has been my noob experience with consistently making a variety of clips this month. :3 I just figured this'd be funny for all you way more experienced clip-makers. XD Looking forward to the time I can get a proper handle on this shiz.

I've decided that from now on when someone emails me a video idea, and has to state that it is 'NOT A CUSTOM' or they "don't want a custom" and to "not price it high" then I will never make that video, no matter how much I like the idea. I have been emailing them back that I would make the video in 24 to 48 months if they don't want a custom, and they are welcome to wait.
I have been getting one of these emails a week, where the fuck is this coming from? NO where on my page does it say I even do customs or requests, and yet I get this.... I just feel like they send the most entitled emails, like I would do a video just because someone wants me to... uh... nope... not without $10 a minute. They always mention "not to price it high" too, is there some forum giving guys the idea that that is an okay thing to say? Because thats a sure fire way to not get a girl to make a video.
