JUNE PAYOUT ISSUES / INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS -
We sincerely apologize for the payout delay you may be experiencing which has affected a few of our international wire transfers only. Please note - It is not all payouts.
All payout issues should be fixed by the close of business today 06/08/16 for your June, 2016 payout.
Due to changes enforced by the banks, with regard to all of our International studio accounts, our new banking institution is still processing some payments.
Some issues arose during this transition due to the new format for banking details which we must provide to the bank on your behalf to successfully process your payout.
As of today all information has been updated and/or corrected.
All future account payouts will be sent on time and without any further delay.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

I haven't received my wire transfer either, I was starting to freak out, c4s always sent the money on time in the past, even earlier than the due date. So happy you posted here. I hope it gets sorted out. :)

So every month I have update goals for myself and when I look back on the month afterwards, I see if I hit them or not. If I didn't, I ask myself why. I don't have a problem editing and posting the clips, it always has to do with SHOOTING them. And staying consistent with that. I'll admit, being my own boss makes it easy to blow off 'work' at times. lol There's little things I tell myself... "oh it's too late, I don't want to shoot clips now" or "my sales are really good, it's okay if I don't shoot a clip today" OR "my sales are low--what's the point?!" But I'd really like to tackle this problem with.... self-sabotage. So I've been Googling ways to stick with a new habit and I came across a good article on Forbes. I don't know if I can post a link, so if you Google this: Habit Formation: The 21 day myth it's the first result that comes up. It's not a long article and if you're like me about shooting clips, it's totally worth a read! So far it's been a good month for me and I'm determined to stick with my goals this month. I'm looking at my distractions as 'fight-thru's' now and it feels really good think of them as little challenges I've overcome. Just thought I'd pass that along as someone else might find it motivating too.

I'm in the process of shooting clips to create my clipstore on C4S. I wish they offered Payonneer as an option for payment, I'm afraid of the $45 fee for non US wire transfer. IMO this $45 should be 3 to 4% of the total revenue to make it worth it, so I have to set my minimum payout at least at $1500. I'm just afraid that I'll be paid only once every 3 months with that, I'm new to all this. What do you think should be the minimum payout amount?

I have $45+$25 fee of international payment but i like to work with c4s. They offer good service, good sales.

I get paid by cheque...my bank only charges £9.

Hi, I was wondering if there's anyone in my situation. I am waiting for my clips4sale payout for a few days now. I am supposed to receive it by International Wire Transfer , it has been confirmed by support that's the way it's being sent, but they keep telling me there's a delays due to their change of bank and with each day and email they assure me it will be sorted "today" . This is so frustrating as they charge $45 for the wire transfer yet they can't even give me a certain date of when the payout will be sent..I was depending on this payout for some bills. I hope this will not be a scam or the end of clips4sale or anything like that ..to result in payouts not being sent at all anymore ..:(

Also didn't get the money yet, but it's no problem for me. All those years, I always got it and when I had a problem, they helped me, especially Gia. I think c4s is not happy about this either. They changed to a new bank, now the first payments are a little off - everyone has to adapt to the new situation and things like this can happen. If I look at what happened on other sites, I am still more than happy with c4s.
Is it possible, that new bank declines payouts to Russia?

Same here, no payout no reply from support today at all..:( This lack of communication worries me..I can't help but remember the Epassporte scam, hopefully it won't be the case with clips4sale

What causes a refund? Was the customer able to see/download the videos before they were refunded?
The person bought my most hardcore and cruelest humiliation videos today then turned around and got them refunded. HOW? WHY?!

He can use stolen credit card. He can succefully download all videos after this order. Than owner of card makes refund.

But yesterday i saw this log

I received this as an answer:
His orders were suspicious as a possible scammer so to avoid any change back fees it is often easier to block them and refund the card before any other action is taken that could cost more.
I am glad that they keep an eye out for this, but they are unable to tell me if the videos were downloaded they said:
The orders were deactivated as soon as we blocked him so most likely they were not.
I really hope they weren't downloaded, but I guess I'll have to keep an eye out anyway. If it's not bad enough that again my C4S month sucks now I have to deal with this. Bunch of poop. :-\

Still no payment here (Austria) (wire) either.
Tried to talk to live support but they just told me to open a support Ticket...
Im getting pissed slowly..
Maybe someone got there payment today?
I only can hope i get it later today.
If not i need to wait over the weekend... and that would be pretty Bad..

Ive not received mine either.
I spoke to Gia Weds, she told me I would have it shortly and all my other replies have since gone unanswered.
I spoke to Jim on live help yesterday morning, who totally dismissed my question about wether they will also be working the weekend to fix the payments, telling me it was not nessesary because it would be done within 24 hours, so my questions were irrelevant.
Guess what? 24 hours have passed and nothing is in...
Studio support live help today is not answering, so I asked customer support....
Remy (04:59:29) : no dont think it was ignored billing is working office hours and possible up to you they do have lots of payout tickets
Remy (05:00:03) : I mean up to now they do have lots of payout tickets please dont think it is being ignore

They told me that we'll all receive the money in next week. There's no need to worry, c4s was around for a long time and it's too profitable for them to scam people.

I agree with @Gril, C4S isn't going to scam anyone out of their payments. You will get paid, it just might take awhile. This is not supports fault. Managements, Yes. Supports, No.
But the banking change should have been better anticipated. They had to know, they're *might* be payment issues.....because there's always issues when you do a massive change... ALWAYS. I think its super unprofessional that they didn't send out a preemptive "Hey studios, While we are not expecting delays. This will be our new banks first time handling our unique payment situation, and delays may accrue. Please know that we will be doing everything in our power to get your payments out as soon as possible"

After reading all your posts I was worried I would not receive my check but I got it yesterday. I am in Canada. I normally get my check around the 8-10, except one month where I never received it, so I asked them to send me the amount the following month. Would love to get my money directly into my account but after reading all the problems you guys have, I'll stick to old school paper check.

Actually, I prefer my check with Clips4sale because I always get that on time. I received my check on Wednesday but I am an American.

...I'm so, SO friggin' upset about my still NO money :'(
I don't like that they keep changing when it's going to arrive. First it was a few hours, then it was "this week", and now this week is over! So they obviously don't really have a clue when it's going to come for us, but I wish they could actually just be honest about that so that I can stop making plans which involve that money when they tell me when it'll come by.
I'd rather they say, "It's all gone completely fucked up. We changed banks and have no idea wtf is going on or when people in certain countries are going to actually get their pay. People here are turning into monkeys because all they're doing every day is trying desperately to reassure people all the time when their pay is coming, and yet they're getting angrier and angrier. But we must try to remain professional and act like we know what's going on, but yeah, we really don't".

I appreciate the post, but a handful? I can already count more than fingers on my hand that are still waiting. So it's fair to say it's way more than a handful. I know of at least 20 girls who haven't been paid still. It's a long weekend in Australia now, so I know I won't get my money until almost the 14th, thats halfway through the next moth, a bit ridiculous when we count on that money coming in at a certain date. I know we shouldn't but we do.
I understand it's not anyone's fault but I'm still miffed about the whole thing. I was planning on taking my kids to comic con this long weekend with that money, I've had to tell them I can't afford it. Not nice really. (And thats because iwantclips had a delay too, so I haven't been paid by them either!!) which makes it worse for me. I was expecting at least 2k before the weekend and I've got nothing.
Anybody else's traffic listings showing zero for today? I know I got hits because I got sales.

Same here! 0 hits and 1 clip order this morning. Not to mention that I had a very slow start of the month. Only 181$ so far and 4 days without sales.

I saw another post that this bank issue is affecting ALL international studio accounts...well that's more than a handful, there is a world outside of the US! Thankfully cheques are doing fine...maybe a switch can be made for those few of us who live outside of America.

This time last year C4S asked for non-US testers for Payoneer payout. They did 1 payout for 1 month, and it worked fine for everyone (I was a tester, along with a few other producers I know). So...there is no reason other than it seems like C4S starts things and never finishes them.

Of course it's possible. The clip producers that are consistently in the Top 50 Studios on the main page make that and then some.
