Banks don't work at weekends. They told me that they've been sending the money for last 3 days and some stores will receive it early next week. So if we won't get it on Monday/Tuesday we can say good bye

I think Payoneer should definetly be considered one of the payment options, recently our banks may provide any info to our gov. regarding any payments received. That's why I'd like to keep my work on Payoneer ;-)
Another long weekend short on cash ( Monday too).........
I wonder if anyone got double paid??

+1, and i think all who is interested should contact c4s and let them know about it, the more of us will talk about it , the higher chance we get it one day..

now about banks providing info.... Payoneer provide u with real bank account in usa and or europe, based on all agreements recently signed between countries, i am 100% sure they will provide your "gov" with info about your bank account, so u ll not be able to hide. and in any case when u withdraw funds at atm it will go through your national bank, so "they" will know. so i believe taxes are to be payed! but its maybe a good idea about hiding the nature of the business!

She was very annoyed and frankly so am I. That's why I wouldn't want my money going through our banks.

well 1st of all i would never give out my real personal info as well as real bank account to anyone, but the Company i am working for... its unsafe... and yes payoneer is a way to go with small adult transactions like that.

This time last year C4S asked for non-US testers for Payoneer payout. They did 1 payout for 1 month, and it worked fine for everyone (I was a tester, along with a few other producers I know). So...there is no reason other than it seems like C4S starts things and never finishes them.

That if there are any chances to C4S introduced Payoneer?

i dont understand this , i was the one who was bugging Neil about Payoneer and similar services since my day one .... like since 2005 or 2006... 1st it was epassporte (dead now), then payoneer, I was the one who told Neil about it, as based on our conversations he did not know about it back then...(dont remember what year it was) , and how could it be that not only I WAS NOT the tester, i never was even told about it, its a 1st time i hear that there was some testing!!!?!?!?! agrrrr

No FUNDS YET!!! bills keep growing.....

Maybe we should start a Payoneer campaign now? like every new email to c4s should start from : we need payoneer or else similar! at least for international studios....

I got this email from Gia yesterday:

"I am calling the bank on Monday to find out the status of your payment. It has been sent and should be in your account next week."

So THIS WEEK... Whenever right? And there's another "should" instead of a "will"; at this point it's like a shitty experiment rather than just a new bank.

And I'm assuming then, that she's also going to have to call around everyone else's banks who also haven't seen their earnings yet today. I feel like emailing and saying, "Look, this experiment isn't interesting for me, I NEED my money, so can you just send it now for REAL this time please?"

FUMING!!!!!!!! no pay, well Neil said wednesday three days oh and i did notice the in brackets (3) days as well, lets say for the hell of it 3 business working days!!! Still no payment, so there $45 they are going to let off next month is not making up for anything! After there promises of payment being sent i relied on that money coming and it still not here....................no excuse now.

I tried to explain myself this delay in many ways, they said in other mail that they will be sending the money again in next 3 days, that was on wednesday...so i tried to convince myself, that maybe my payment was send on Friday...but even if if that would happen, i should get my money today. My bank still have chance to credit my money, the last payments are coming about 5 PM, but i don't think it will happen. And somehow i can't imagine this payment crew sitting and calling to the banks all around the Europe asking about payments haha. For me it's another excuse. And i don't care about this 45$, they gather this from us every month, so i expect from that high fee that the payment is going by some pretty super fast wire, not the one that can find a way to my account. Seriously, how long the wire can go. It's just silly.

Got a check last week, apparently they have a problem only with wire. I asked several times C4S payment Payoneer but every time I answer "We do not offer Payoneer yet but we are looking into that payment option for the future. We only offer wire transfers and checks at this time."
Why do not C4S payments Payoneer?

F payoneer right now! I want wire and am happy with wire, the problem is wire since they switched banks and its not difficult at all, i noticed when i opened up another store i only needed a swift number - but they still managed to get it to me last month, they should need an iban number too - i don't know what the hell is going on but i am really not happy anymore, they only tried sending out the wires twice so Gia has said - if they need more info from us to resolve this or talk to someone that has a brain we might get paid but right now i don't see us even getting paid this week, so pissed off i can't tell you, i know we will be payed but there stupid crazy wire fee refund for a month is not even remotely calming me down now. fed up with there bullshit

I hassled C4S for MONTHS about whether or not they were going to add in Payoneer. Like I said, I was a tester and the test went awesome. They just then totally dropped the ball. I must have emailed them every month for 4 or 5 months asking when Payoneer would be set up and they just kept saying "we are still testing it". I think "we're working on it" is another way of saying "piss off, we're in denial about actually making things happen and don't need you reminding us of our inaction". For me I just gave up, and when I moved back to Canada I found a way to get ACH to a US bank account linked to my Canadian account so now I get the direct deposit.

Canadian girls, if this interests you, PM me and I will tell you how I got it all set up :) I even called the scary IRS for information and such, so it is as researched as is humanly possible.

Btw, i had 2 stores and on the beginning of april i ask them to close one of them and transfer money to my current store. They reply to me that i will get the money with the next payout, that's on may, and guess what ? When the payout came to me, this money was missing. They promise that i will get them with...of course next payout...sooo it will be now, i am curious if they remember that.

If that is the case gril isn't it better to just be honest and say so? Like " we are sorry but due to change of banks we will be able to send your payout next month/year whatever?" I am fed up of checking my account every day only to get more disapointed and frustrated.. Also Gia has told everyone that she will call the bank to see what is going on and then let us know... No answer to that. Guess we need to email again and find out the next story, the next 'should'.The fact that she didn't email to let us know what happened means there certainly won't be a payout tomorrow either I think...

I don't know how it works in the USA, but there is probably some extra speed wire transfer, that transfer the money into your account in 1 minute, at least in my country there is something like that, but of course it costs. But in this situation, they should use something like that.

I still have no idea when I will even get my earnings as I just seem to keep getting foggy answers like "sometime next week", and yet it never comes. I also was told that I would get an email from you yesterday about that status of my payment, but I got nothing, and still no payment. This is insane."

And who else got their email back yesterday about that "status of payment" thing?! Because I got absolutely fuck all.

I'm starting to see the situation like this:

Most US studios have been paid and most non-US studios haven't. Studios in the US can easily press charges against c4s. Non-US studios... not so easily. So c4s is fine and dandy right now. Anybody have any real ideas about what we can do right now? Because sending tickets to support is obviously useless.

I got the money now as well, but I paid an additional $42 in fees on top of the $45 transfer. This is getting insane. The banks don't actually "do" something, it's all automatic. Why does every intermediary bank receive so much money? It's not like they actually work for it. Just digits running through software. I guess that costs them about 0.00001$ / digit or something.

I think I am going to change to check. $100 / month in fees is $1200 a year. $45 was a lot already, but this is just too much. Curious to know if I can change to check for next month and still receive the $45 back... I chose to do the wire all those years because I got the money early and secure. Check is a lot more hassle, but for $92, it's worth doing.

P.S.: So glad that the money came in, now I can go on with my life. Everything depends on c4s... by the way, there was no bank stated on my payment. Just a ref number.

Why i am so worried it does not says Intermark!

i am not sure how u do your taxes in EU and its may depends on the amount u made per year, but here what the problem is about:

I am self employed and By the LAW with my yearly income i have to be VAT registered. Local VAT rate is 21%! its to much to give out to government... , but the good thing is that as i work with USA only (its called working with 3rd countries - countries that are not in EU), my VAT rate is 0% (in fact its not just 0 , there is simply no vat for business with usa), what means i am VAT registered , but i dont have to pay VAT. So as long its Intermark (usa company) and funds comes from usa, i am good. there are also few advantages being vat registered with 0% rate.... everything i buy that is related to my "filming and post production" business i buy with out VAT, if bought locally i get VAT back, if bought with in EU i buy with out VAT right away, i just need to provide my VAT number. So tech like PC and pc related , cams, lenses, light, soft, anything really... i get with out VAT!

So if i cant prove the funds are from USA, i am loosing that NO VAT status , and as money comes from EU territory.... legally i am fucked!!!!! government will finger check my ass, not just papers! 1. i have to show that europe company who sends me funds is vat registered , if they are not, i pay 21% vat on all my earnings (not just income tax). 2. now legally working with in eu with eu Inc i have to have agreement with them.... i dont.... 3. each time i want to return vat there will be a major paper checking before gov will agree to it..... U cant even imagine how much problem that shit bring. its easier to get away with murder then from local tax agency if its related to eu vat....
I am loosing hairs already!!

Intermark cant even possibly imagine how many troubles it brings .....

In such a situation C4S should not charge a fee for the transfer. All payment should be for free.

i totally agree, if that is the case 1200$ a year is too much for transfer fee, its a year price of decent dmca service!!! But with checks there were lots of troubles ... it goes here around 2 weeks, then locally it takes for up to 45day to cash it, and there is a price 15Eur+1% from ammount .... so 45$ for wire is +- reasonable.... will wait till i get it, then decide!

This is starting to feel like a hallucination. I've been completely broke for 2 weeks now and you're telling me somebody lost my money! 45$ off the next payout (if there will be a next payout) is not enough clips for sale should double this 'missing' payout as reparations for the harm done.

I was told that they sent my money again today... They even sent me my payout info to confirm it and responded to my emails within max 30 mins. If they really sent it I will receive the money tomorrow.

I am paid twice, too. Just got second payment today. First one was in euros and this one in $and I see that they deducted the $45 fee and there are another $30 missing.
