View Full Version : Are you Contemptuous of your Customers??....

I actually enjoy a lot of my customers... some are annoying, but overall - I am pretty genuine. And I agree with some of these ladies, If a customer is bringing my mood down - I will NOT sit with him because it will fuck up my hustle all night!
As long as he is tipping/buying, that is ;)

Um, I don't know what part of my post you were referring to but I've been on this site for 2 years...I didn't become a goddess in a fortnight. Not all of us were old enough to be strippers in 2002 but that doesn't mean our experiences and observations hold any less weight than older members'.

hey, i've got a crazy idea....
How about everyone actually go back to discussing the OPs topic/question or, if they cannot do that, just stop with the comments on the other topic and let it end.
I'll even start:
I am dont hate the customers. I think there are a lot of assholes in the club, but I will not spend much time with them. I used to get their money and go. If they were enough of an ass...I gave them a response they would remember. 90% of the time, I was very genuine with people...the rest of the time, the "fake" was only to the extent that i would do things like pretend i actually thought they were funny.

Most of the guys here are of like mind I am sure. Unfortunately, there are some a'holes out there who are looking for freebies.

Not looking to derail the thread or beef with anyone, just observing that mentioning a third party heretofore abstaining from the thread is the very example of a derailment and is something I've never done (to the best of my recollection anyways). I saw no point in participating in this particular thread yet my name gets mentioned. What say we end this derailment of the initial derailment now?

Something you've never done? LMAOWROTF! In any event, I brought yours and my name up before KS did so, if you want to thread jack, read a bit more thoroughly and place the blame where it belongs. I happily accept it!
This would actually be the second or third derailment in this thread so really, outside of giving you a chance to poke your nose in an whine, what's your point here? KS made a passing comment that, to the rest of us, was amusing and quite accurate...

I prefer not to threadjack but nearly every derailment involving you and me has been initiated by you reacting to my observations because they were made by me, someone who was a customer not terribly different than you, involving some of the same clubs and people and a bit more money. But I saw the shortcomings of it on a personal (and financial) level, the customer plug got pulled by mutual agreement, and I have no problem commenting accordingly. For that reason, you seem to think that I'm disqualified from having an opinion worth stating when it differs from yours. Enough of this, its as boring as visiting the clubs seems to be for me nowadays.

Blah, blah, blah. There has never been any relevancy to the fact that you go to some of the same clubs I do or know 2 or 3 dancers that I know or knew. Why you keep working it into post after post is beyond me. It lends no credibility to anything you say. You can comment as much as you like about any topic that you want to. When I dissagree with you I will post accordingly. Who you know or what you do or don't do in the clubs isn't important or relevant to me.

I've never said you were disqualified to do anything BEM. I just don't agree with you most of the time. If you went to a club tonight and dropped a grand on LD's with the same dancer I did dances with a few weeks ago it wouldn't alter my opinion of what you post by one iota. I read the words and respond to them just as I do with everyone else on the boards.
I'm still not sure what you are bitching about here but hey, if you're that board I guess you are probably done now anyway...

I posted a few years ago that I'd be more than willing to settle the score with him face-to-face (not nude wrestling, uggh). He declined. A random encounter isn't likely as my visits for the last year or so have only been on dancer retirement days or to go with friends who were either SC virgins or didn't want to pay a cover.
Believe it or not, Kelly, several years ago I was actually asked if I was yoda because of his posts on another site by a dancer or 2 at my club of choice, smh.

Bem, there is no "score" to settle. You keep bringing up this proximity thing but it has nothing to do with anything. I would disagree with you if you lived in Zimbabwe.
I don't agree with your posts. It's that simple. From the first time you appeared in my email box yapping about your friends and our common acquaintances, both real and imagined, you have pursued this utterly foolish notion of meeting. I was purely talking about processing power of the brain. If you factor in experience, it does put a person at some advantage but experience is nothing more than data at your disposal. In order to make sound use of this data, you need a sound brain. Also, a sound brain can predict some of the future problems even without having relevant experiences.

I took Yoda's comment quite differently. In the context of Kelly's post, Yoda's comment about never "crossing swords" would seem to refer to naked man on man wrestling and not run of the mill general fisticuffs.

Janissary, lighten up, it was a semi-serious offer (that I expected to be declined) since he and I have probably been in the same club simultaneously fairly often in the past.
And while threads do get jacked, I don't recall ever initiating it. Continuing it? Yes. Initiating it? No.

Right, wasn't that right about the time I told you to stop emailing me since since I was fed-up with you sending personal information about dancers you knew to a total stranger at the other end of an email address? Why yes, I think it was! Revisionist history is soooo entertaining!
The second one was years later once I did and knew you'd never accept. They'd have been very different encounters.
Then why even do it BEM? Was it some sort of attempt to call me out? Were you trying to be a tough guy? You're right about one thing, it was never going to happen. I've seen you around the club enough times that if I wanted to confront you I could have. Call me PL all you want but I go to strip clubs to see dancers, not waste time with "non-customers".

1. You were sent no personal information. You jumped to conclusions as only someone in your mindset could, like the (nationally published) picture of my junior golf protege being kiddie porn, and then you ran your mouth about it to third parties. The picture went to dozens of contacts and only you took it in that context. BTW, she is now on a full ride and #1 player as a freshman at an ACC school.
2. I've seen you enough times in the club as well (you're hard to miss) at least prior to my calling you out. If a confrontation were in order, it would have happened.
3.You follow my lead? I'm not the one who mentioned you in a thread in which you weren't posting and then veered into personal comments from there.
4. It's not a bem superiority complex as much as a yoda (and one-time bem) inferiority complex. I was a customer not terribly unlike you and when I stepped back and looked at it, decided "this is pointless".

LMAO! I'm not talking about that stupid picture BEM and you know it. If you jog your selective memory a bit further you will remember that I was pissed about the fact that you included my email address in a mass email, not the picture of a girl holding a golf club. I made the mistake of thinking that you could be trusted to be discrete. As far as you sending me inappropriate information about your "friends" goes, I still have the emails (yes, yahoo is forever) so don't try to tell me I'm wrong. You wasted dozens of emails trying to present yourself to me as some sort of insider by telling me things that I, as a customer, should have no business knowing about women working in the club unless it came from their lips to my ears directly. To this day you have no idea who I am or what my background is. I could have been stalking any one of those girls and you babbled on about them as if we were all friends. You may have some convenient memory loss but I don't.
2. I've seen you enough times in the club as well (you're hard to miss) at least prior to my calling you out. If a confrontation were in order, it would have happened.
LOL, just so you know, my standard response when someone approaches is "yoda? yoda who?" Unless you are wearing a g-string and stripper heels I have no time for you when I'm a club. It's a place I go for entertainment, not idiotic confrontations with obsessed "non-customer".
3.You follow my lead? I'm not the one who mentioned you in a thread in which you weren't posting and then veered into personal comments from there.
As far as I know there is no rule on SW prohibiting the mentioning of a poster's name in a thread that they are not posting in. if you actually read the comment you would see that I was poking fun at the both of us. At the risk of repeating myself, go find a sense of humor for cryin' out loud...

I am not trying to be celver. I just expected some common sense from you that is all. Of course brain just like any other organ of the body needs time to mature. Personally, I think it's hilarious that anyone would think a 20 year old is smarter than someone older. When I was 20 I was a completely different person and yes at 40 I have to say I am much smarter.
Also, I attended grad school in my early 30's (30-33)and most of my classmates were far more intelligent than those I attended school with in my early 20's. I've spoken to many teachers and every single one has stated that they prefer older classmates to those younger.

Yeah it's funny but not surprised. The amount of lies I see about single 40 year old women online just astounds me. According to many, I am an overweight, unattractive menopausal cat lady who should give up the idea of finding a man and should start wearing muumuus. Now add in that I'm not as smart as I was either.
I laugh because none of this fits me at all, though I do have ONE cat.
I find the back and forth amusing but circling back to the topic IMO it is a given that dancers, by and large, hold their customers in contempt at least to some degree. It is the nature of the beast. I imagine most would prefer to be doing something else given the opportunity (many are going to school in order to move on) despite the fact that stripping probably pays more per hour than most other jobs. In a way we are enabling them towards "easy" money (I know it's not easy but hope you get my point). I've seen this over the years and admit being an enabler. Friends here might disagree (Yoda comes to mind as he has friends and also pay for play and balances) but in my experience I have detected the "contempt" in that never a minute without money (and I better not even suggest a freebie) but I have accepted that. Not bitter just weary I guess.

I think it runs the gamut. I have long-time regs who I have known for years. We spend the afternoon together and they are happy with what I spend on them for dances and a few hours of conversation. I also have favs who count every dance and don't hang around for ten seconds after I pay them. I'm fine with that. The "afternoon girls" fit into my style better so they see me more often and get more of my money. The "just dances" girls get 4 or 5 dances every few months.
As for the possible contempt factor, well, I know it exists as a generality with some girls but I also know that when a reg decides to sit with me for three hours even when there are potential customers walking around it's because she holds no personal contempt for me even if she doesn't like the job. I can live with that.

What a depressing perspective. You imagine wrong. The flip side, of course, the logical counterpart to your argument, is that dancers are 'enabling' your need for attention, because paying strippers gets you more 'easy' attention per hour than you'd receive if you had to get beautiful women to want to interact with you for free.
Or maybe not.

I allowed this thread (or, should I say, thread-jack) to run its course. I gave you (in particular, Djoser, Velvet, and TOO) the room to speak your minds and get some of the hostility from the past off your chests. I hope that by talking through some of it, you guys feel a little more peace than you started with. I got sick of listening to the veiled comments in random threads. I got sick of this big, dark secret clouding the real purpose of this community. So, I let you guys talk it out. I hope, in the future, we can start moving forward. This is not to say we forget the past or brush anything under the rug. I just want everyone to gain some perspective, and carry forward with a lighter heart. Let's get past this and quit walking on egg shells around each other. Let's not keep throwing up snide/disrespectful comments into random threads regarding this situation. Let's move on. I do appreciate the fact that none of you let it roll out of control. And, for that reason alone, it remained open this long. But, as for now, it looks as if everyone who wanted to say something, has done so. I am closing this thread. If you would like to create a new thread to actually discuss the original topic, feel free.
P.S. Yoda, Bem - you guys can cut it out now, too. Agree to disagree or just ignore each other completely. But, come on, guys, hasn't this argument gone on long enough? :)
