I know, I know. :/ I've tried to wean myself off of it with tea or flavored water, but I just can't do it.

No, the worst part is, I'm being serious. It's a serious problem for me. I often suspect diabetes, because I have excessive thirst and crave sugar like no body's business. I know it's horrible, but I can't stop.
Well, I'm at LEAST being half serious. I go through about a 6 pack a day.
The cravings are more likely because you are addicted and your body is used to it. You will go through withdrawals but I can garuantee that the your love handle/ab problem is because of this. Just dont buy it anymore, dont look at it. try seltzer water with lemon or la croix. diet soda is no better. maybe you can gross yourself out by drink warm flat soda and you can taste all the sugar and syrup that is masked by the cold carbonation. is it something like 26 grams in a can? imagine eating all that sugar plain! yuck
**also your excessive thrist is because soda and caffeine actually dehydrates you, so the more you drink the thirstier you will be. even when i have a cup of coffee i make sure i drink a glass of water before.

I recommend Argan Oil for the hair--very cheap at Sally Beauty, and a little goes a very long way. After a shower, towel dry hair, then add drop or two of oil to rub between palms. Starting at your ends, run your hands through your hair.
Is that actually you in your avitar?

Yes. Though my hair is about 4 inches longer now and jet black. And I've lost 15 lbs since the pic. }:D
Come to think of it, I should work on getting a new pic up thurr.

My biggest gripe is I look like a little girl. I'm 29 years old, and I feel like I don't look any different than I did at 18. I would love a more mature look. It's fucking ridiculous. Everyone always says "You're so CUUUTE!". It makes me want to vomit.
I'm working on losing 15 lbs. I'd like to be the same weight I was when I retired a year ago (115-120lbs).
I'd like more shape to my eyebrows, but unless I buy a trained monkey to do them for me I think this is an unrealistic expectation of myself.
I'd also love to fluff out my top lip a little but hubs says this is a no go.

Wow, really!?
I always assumed that it was some random model pic you found online. I tend to assume most people aren't using their real pics as avatars, unless it's a headshot or something.
You are so beautiful from the back!!!

Though I don't look young I feel you on this. When people tell me I'm cute it doesn't sit with me well. 'Cute' strikes me as term that should be used to describe little girls with flowery dresses playing ring around the rosie. It just doesn't seem to be accurate to describe a butt-ass-naked woman in a strip club as 'cute', damnit!

(Side note: I cannot bring myself to abbreviate "for the win" as FTW, b/c I am old enough to read FTW as something entirely different, and I just can't get over it.)
What is it?
I'm terrible when it comes to pop/soda too .. I can't help it, though. I'd rather have Coke than food, so maybe I'll eliminate food from my diet instead! lol

I don't do any ab workouts...all those do is make my stomach wider, and not in an attractive way.
I've been trying to get a smaller waist (right now my waist is 26" and my hips are 27") and I always do ab workouts and I have a nice toned tummy but maybe that's a reason why my waist won't get smaller?? do ab workout really widen stomachs?

You're building muscle, so yes. I know Pilates crunches are better for ab shapeliness...they tend to give a more inset shape. But I neeeeever do ab work. It just makes my tummy look wider from the side. Ellipticals all the way for me.
This is something that varies from body to body though.

It's oblique exercises that widen, right?

^ Personally, it doesn't matter what I do. All ab exercises make me look wider. Which is fine, but I prefer how I look without the muscle there. I tone and define using my elliptical, which gives me a more streamlined, Victoria's Secret sort of ab area (lean but not super muscular).
And speaking of VS...I give you butt exercises!

If they like you, what difference does it make what name they use. Just semantics.

There is a huge difference between "I picked you because you are the most beautiful girl in the room" and "I like you because you aren't skinny like the rest of the girls." I hear both regularly (though thankfully, the former more than the latter). Trust me, if you are insecure about something there is NO good way to bring it up.
I'm so glad you used this example.
Last night, a very curvy, very lovely girl was dancing at the very last stage; I was following her.
A huge woman with jacked up teeth was tipping her and encouraging her scrawny, helpless looking boyfriend to tip her as well.
As soon as I came up to the stage, she obnoxiously refused to tip me but continued to stand at the end of the stage, making rude comments about my weight.
"She's not a real woman; she's too skinny. She looks unhealthy and she probably does drugs."
I was genuinely hurt and angry, but I have to admit, it was good timing....at that moment, I was being showered with dollar bills, which were stuffing all of my clothes and completely filled up my garter, plus I had a pile on the stage. When I walked off, I had well over $100 in stage tips......just goes to show you, bitch, not everybody thinks you need fat rolls to be a "real woman." Now go clean the cottage cheese out of your jowls.

Didn't bother me AS much when I was stripping, but now that I'm trying to be regarded as a professional it's really annoying.

She was attmepting to compensate for her own shortcomings. The more she complained, the more you were getting to her. Enyoy that. Flaunt yourself. No one had to be threatened to tip you!

Do it! The pole is WONDERFUL for working and toning muscles! It's my godsend. My biceps are bigger than my husband's...heeellll yeeaahhh. (Just kidding; they're not that big, but it's still impressive.)
http://poledancedictionary.com/moves/29/boomerang-hold/ This is the boomerang hold. Requires a fare amount of upper body strength. I would get accustomed to basic spins, pole climbs, etc first, unless you feel you have exceptionally strong arms already.
But, do not overdo this move either; I am getting carpal tunnel syndrom for "abusing" this move way too much.

boobs.
nose.
the ridiculous amount of fat on my face and chin. I am 125 lbs and I swear half of that is above my neck.
uh, all over fat. need to fix like...all of the fat on my body.
my upper lip needs injections!
my awful skin. stupid freckles make my skin tone disgusting.
ok I'm done for now...hopefully this will all be fixed by summer!
You described my problems to a T (other than the lip injections and freckles, but I do have acne, ugh).
I've been way too fucking lazy lately. I'm eating a lot less than I used to but I need to start working out like ASAP.

-Crazy cellulite all over my bum and thighs. It was never too noticeable until this year, but now it's really bad and out of nowhere has probbably become my biggest insecurity. Even bigger than my unimpressive boobage.
-My tummy and love handles, though they are a relativley easy fix as I just need to improve my currently crappy diet and stick to gluten free. Already fairly active.
-Straighten my top line of teeth and correct my overbite.
-Take my saggy B cups to DD.
-My hair is currently my natural mid-light brown and looks fine - most girls at work say it looks better - but my money took a serious nosedive when I went back to brown after having blonde hair for nearly a year. I also want permanent extensions as I'm sick of dealing with my clip ins. And even if I grew my hair to my desired lenght, it's thin and lank, so it looks much more VS/strippery with extensions for volume.

-Get rid of my acne. It's not that bad, just a few pimples, but I don't like looking at my face close up
-Gain some more weight. I've always been super skinny and I'm about to hit 100 lbs. I'm getting pretty excited.
