Lulu lemon tata tamer sports bras are my favourite. I sleep in one every night. They support but don't squish your boobs. They are not cheap but last forever.
And definitely use silicone strips like 4ever suggested. The scars will fade. Most people here get silicone and I can't see a lot of my friends. Mine are still visible but my scars take years to fade cause Im white as a ghost naturally.

^ The muscle is holding onto the implant right now.. As time goes on, the muscle loosens thus "dropping" the implant down into place. It's only been 2 weeks and almost everyone who gets implants will have the square boob. I think it also depends on the incision. Like I stated above, my friend and I got ours on the same day, same cc's, and we had the same 34A breast size. She went through the armpit and her boobs are still sitting high and still have a square shape to them while I went through the crease and mine almost have a sag to them like real boobs. (which is fine with me! lol) It takes time and alot of freaking patience!
I never had square boob, mine were "dropped" from the very beginning, but my PS doesn't form the pocket like other ones do. Not all doctors put the implants up high then they drop... A lot do, but not all. I think it depends on your anatomy starting out and also where your incision is.
BOTM, my right boob was higher than my left for a while, I think because I am right handed and I was constantly using that arm, it didn't heal like my left. What helped me though was wearing a tight sports bra, then pulling it up over my right breast, so that there was pressure encouraging it to drop. I think you could do this but pull it up over both breasts, so it's pressing on the implant downwards. Maybe try that for an hour a day or more.... IDK, I'm not a doctor though.....
You say that now..... just you wait ;)

OMG. I had my re-do Tuesday. I had 330'ccs saline and now I have 460 cc's silicone. I'm 31 and weigh 117lbs. It hurts sooo bad right now. And wth is up with my belly looking like I'm 6 months prego? I haven't even got to see them yet! =( I g tomorrow and he is going to loosen all the bandages. But geezzz....they second the 2nd time was ganna be easier. UM no its not. OUCH
Preggo belly will go away, don't worry. I think it's from all the anesthesia and drugs, I was bloated and puffy, and honestly it took a good six weeks to completely go away.

Visit went great this morning! Only I found out the reason I am in so much more pain than the 1st time.......I'm stapled! Rather than stitched like the 1st BA. Which explains alot of my discomfort. I had another baby (my 3rd) since my 1st BA and I actually had LESS breast tissue than I had the 1st time. SO to make sure with my new larger heavier silicones he stapled to make sure everything staid in place. I have ZERO bruising. Swelling is gone, they move and are soft. I'm only 4 days PO so I'm excited about that! Insisions look great and they actually look already dropped. I was soooo worried when he took the bandages off I'd be a little freaked out to see some weird frankenboob or torpedoes. lol But I LOVE THEM! Ohhhhhhh I can't wait to show em off (on cam that is)....lol Girls watch out! hehe ;)
