If SW were a real club... there'd be 200+ pound girls working any shift they wanted because "everyone is beautiful in their own way and as women we should all accept and love each other".
OMFG you just made me fuck up my nail polish I'm laughing so hard. true dat. You need sanctuary from the FPA come for a visit already :D

There would be a body fat (not BMI) cut off for ALL DANCERS. Any dancer that has a body fat index above 33% will not be hired, regardless of her weight. Also,a girl whose face does not have an ideal symmetry will not be hired.
If a dancer is overweight for her height and body frame (eg. for a girl who is 5'9", the cutoff is 175 pounds), the bodyfat will be taken using several methods (calipers, rope-n-chock, etc), then, those numbers would be added, divided into the amount of methods (if three methods were used, the three numbers, say, 27, 24 and 26 would be added, 67, and then divided by three, which is 22.3, and if that number is below 33, then that dancer is within standards).

Wait but what about guys that are into BBW's? Big Beautiful Women. I have seen big girls (one nicknamed galaxy by the bouncers at the club) make serious $$$.
I think variety is the spice of life. Something for everyone....

Definitely, definitely, electric shock buzzers in all chairs and seats in the club, so that guys refusing to tip, wasting the dancers' time while never intending to get dances, and employing PUA techniques will get severe but not lethal jolts of high voltage.
But then the whole club will smell like burned Jerks AND Chickens. Jerk chicken joke... get it? Hehehehhhhh. LOL.

^That's why there are clubs for people that have those fetiches. For the general population, they want dancers who are fit and who have pretty faces.

BMI is actually very misleading and if you have one lick of muscle it's completely wrong. By my BMI, I should be obese but I look tiny. People regularly think that I am 120 pounds but I'm actually 150.
I'm friends with a BBW and she is in excellent shape and doesn't have any lose fat at al. She's just a big girl. She doesn't jiggle or bulge anywhere...she's just thick. There should just be standards.

Wow, you clearly did not read my post. Since you didn't I will post it again, but this time I will put in bold some key terms:
Body FAT index measurements is not the same as Body Mass Index.
You actually measure your body to take the BFI, while BMI is just a math formula.
-Using calipers and measuring tapes you find the BFI.
Also, waist to hip ratio is another way to determine body fat.

Re: standards. There should definitely be some. I spent a total of about 6 years out of 12 total in two of the eight clubs I worked in--neither of which any standards at all--desperately trying to stagger the nasty, fat, ugly, too old looking ones with the hotties (or at least cute looking ones if there were no hotties that night) on rotation, so the guys wouldn't run out the fucking door. Those clubs both still have really bad reputations for having pigs, sheep, and cattle on stage. They could call them The Red Kennel Saloon, and The Catfish Lounge.
:D
That being said, let's try to keep it light in this thread please.
I've already split off two threads, and even deleted one of those from the Industry Issues forum later as it was only going to lead to argument.

I would love you forever. It's one of those things that I keep MEANING to do myself, but never get around to....
Oh! Breakroom! We'd have an awesome breakroom that would actually be looked after, along with little cots to lay on if you have cramps or too much to drink or just weren't feeling well.
DJ's wouldn't flirt with or grab at the dancers.
If management found one dancer "selling out" another dancer (shit talking, or telling customers personal information about her), the penalty would be immediate termination. Hate that shit, it's dangerous.

Regarding this "but some men like 300 pound women bit"... For the sake of non discrimination I'd propose either having a separate club for that ..or a fat room where the men who liked that could go see it... And the rest of the customers wouldn't leave because them.
I like this. I wish this had come into play at a few clubs where the managers got greedy and hired these girls and many men quitting coming to the club. The fact is those men who like chubby girls is way smaller than guys who like small, average, athletic and the rest of the body types.

- There would be no fines from management for cancelling shifts
- Management would actually understand we are not employees
- Customers would not try and grab you when your back is turned
- If customers wanted to sit at the stage, tipping would be compulsory
