I'm looking at getting into camming and would love some fat babe cam friends to talk to. I've been reading these forums, comparing cam sites and logging into rooms to check out models at both ends of the spectrum.
Can anyone suggest a particular fat babe/bbw model to check out?

It is interesting. They have good points, such as the fact that 'plus size' being considered something other than 'normal size' is pretty damn stigmatising when you think of it. And I'm sure women who are perfectly healthy can develop a sort of unhealthy view of their body if anything larger than a 4 (seriously?) is considered +. There are some incredibly sexy, perfectly healthy curvaceous as all hell women out there... women don't need to be slim and trim to be healthy and gorgeous.
However, in terms of public health, I wonder if HAES and other social movements are really going in the right direction. Fat women (and people in general) don't need to be belittled, mocked, or told they are gross or unacceptable. Never for any reason. And I agree that if you are happy with your body, then that is your choice to make. I respect it. HOWEVER... pretending obesity is the same as being at a healthy BMI in terms of pure physical health is not correct, and I don't believe the notion that one can be 'big and healthy' is one that holds much water. Obesity may not affect you much for the first few decades of life, but in old age, it is hell, and you do have a much higher chance of dying well before your natural lifespan due to obesity-caused diseases. If you are obese, depending on the degree of obesity and fat distribution on your body, obesity decreases your lifespan by about 10-30 years. That is a major chunk of time you could enjoy better by living.
So while I am all for body acceptance movements, no matter what your size, I don't believe that any campaign that tries to pacify people by telling them it is perfectly healthy to be obese is one that really has honest intentions. You can encourage health and discuss root causes without body shaming. Personally, I think it's sad how our current lifestyles keep people fat- but it is what it is. Only YOU can help yourself out of sickness, and obesity is completely treatable, given hard work.

there is nothing wrong with being fat and there is no need to work hard to not be fat. if there was something wrong with being fat....then what? it's a body type. some people are tall and some are short. any outside control @ controlling weight is pointless in the long term just because bodies want to be a certain weight. that's what they like. restricting your food intake ends up being like holding your breath - it's pointless and feels like suffocating.
I wish this were true but I find several holes in what you're saying. There are several diseases associated with obesity and that, we cannot ignore. Also, people do have to work hard to be in shape. People who were fat before and lost weight often have to work much hard than their naturally skinny pals to stay at that same weight. Getting fat for most people is easy, but burning it and keeping it at bay isn't. I don't see how being healthy is pointless. Our bodies weren't meant to carry large amounts of fat. Humans are supposed to be mobile and fit enough to survive a full, long life. Obesity is literally one of the top diseases that are cutting human lives short.
There are several ways you can restrict calories without restricting flavor, and such. I see nothing pointless about prolonging our lives and treating our bodies better. I've been part of the BBW club for years but I'm realizing there's a difference between size acceptance and obesity tolerance. It's one thing to have a debilitating disease or being on medicine that packs on the pounds (like steroids) but the rest is usually laziness, poor diet, and excuses. I believe in loving yourself at any size but loving yourself means doing what's best for your body.

I agree with this. While you can still be beautiful and overweight there are health risks. I have a bitch of a time losing weight and seem to only be able to do so by getting rid of bread and sugar. Eating fat and protein speeds up weight loss for me. This makes me a prime candidate for diabetes because I don't metabolize carbs well and being fat while eating these things will eventually land me in diabetes land or a stroke and heart attack. Carbs, for some, is unfortunately addictive and just as difficult to drop as smoking or alcohol for others and can be just as deadly if not used in moderation. I'm one of those :(
BUT that doesn't change the fact that when I go places or I get on cam that I don't look dumpy or depressed. Yeah, my weight makes me angry, but I'm not going to show it. I use it to my advantage. Giantess? Queening? Mean, greedy, BBW Bitch? That's me :) Come here and I will mess with your mind for a bit to where you crave my curves.
Now, the dirty feet comment was funny because as a Foot Domme I do have dirty feet in some videos, but that's a different topic. I laughed when I saw that one.

^ I wish nothing was wrong with being fat .I'm at the small end of bbw I think,at 171lb for now.I'm healthy I used to think, but ignoring the fact that my weight classifies as obsesity class 1. And obesity is a disease,so I can't tell that I am healthy. While I don't have other health issues because of my weight now ,that is never a guaranty that I will never have health issues later.
I'm in the weight loss process now and I'm working hard because i'm in my 30's and the weight loss is not fast,it was easy to add but hard to lose.I wish I was thinking like this before, because while in my late 20's I was able to lose 11 lb in a month with diet and an hour cardio exercising a day ,now in my 30's I lose 4lb a month with the same diet and same exercising. Why I do it ?Not for fat shaming, not because I don't like food anymore and I love sweating, not because someone told me to but because of health.
Obesity is dangerous, bad eating habits are dangerous and even if we think they are not doing a harm now,we'll come to the point to realise that it can get really bad.I think we BBW's accept ourselves the way we are out of comodity,I can't imagine a bbw who never wanted a fit body.Exercising and eating cleaner has so many benefits. Not just that we lose weight but it has an impact over our mental state too ,therapists are recommending exercising and healthy eating for anxiety and depression.Food makes you feel good short term, eating healthy and exercising makes you feel good long term, this is why it's not pointless to work hard.

I was losing weight for awhile. However, some medication I was on caused me more weight gain on my previous 215 pound frame. As I get older I notice I can't just shrug off my weight and for the first time I have to watch my cholesterol. I have also decided to do something about my weight now before I gain any more. I'll be damned if I let anyone treat me as less than what I'm worth as a person because I'm fat and won't let me do it to myself. I'm learning to love myself higher weight and all and immediately cut people out of my life that shame and insult me. I'm all for accepting myself but I want to be healthy too. 'I'm beautiful' is what I keep telling myself to the point some might call it ridiculous. I find it's extremely helpful when I do cam.

I don't really see the point in some of these posts . we all know that being overweight is not the best lifestyle ... me myself I am a BBW , fat , plus size , over weight , chubby , curvy etc blah blah blah what every you want to call it , I just think we all should stop stereo typing women and just get on with our god dam lives , If i want to eat a bloody pizza I will without worrying if I am going to have to work out tomorrow for 60 minutes on the running machine , we are who we are . We might not be here tomorrow no matter if you are a size 0 . 12 or a size 32....much love :P x

Ladies, how do you know it's time to transition from BBW to 'a few extra pounds'? I have a BMI hovering between 29 and 30 right now, and I don't really feel like I'm fitting into the BBW fantasy any more, exactly... but I still have a decent tummy, love handles, big ass and thighs, so I can kind of work it?
Which do you ladies think is more 'marketable'? The chunky angle, or the big and beautiful angle? Any insight is appreciated . :)

Try both categories for a while ?
BBW lovers will find you anyway and if you fit their expectations they`ll still pay you no matter what category you show in.Also if you have a BBW tag let it show, don`t hide it till you`re not fitting BBW category at all.
I left BBW category because I lost a bit of weight and still getting bbw lovers, even feeders ,although I never did such shows.I left my tag in my profile so guess that`s how they find me.

I didn't want to start a whole new thread, so I figured I would post my venting here. It is bbw related after all. I've been adding eggs to my basket so I'm not so dependent on Streamate. One of the eggs is AllBBWCams. I figured what the hell. And holy moly fetching Christ on a cross! I don't know what it is about the culture of that site, but I always log off angry. I sort of hate seeing how much money they do or don't have, it makes me even more annoyed when they try to beg and freeload knowing they don't have funds. Is my hustle all wrong on that site? Or is there just not money to be made there? I have been treating it like Streamate without the flashes, with my rates a smidge less than I charge on Streamate. I get an over abundance asking about skype, twitter, and "I can make you famous BB" dudes. So many demands and their snarky attempts to see something free are never ending. It's not like Streamate where you give a hard ultimatum and they either pony up the dough or leave. These guys do not leave, they just come up with more creative ways to ask the same thing. I figure that has something to do with how there is only ever 3 to 6 girls online at any given time, and even less available for free chat, so they don't have a lot of options for other models to harass when I say no. In some ways I like the challenge, they keep me on my toes, but in other ways it is the most exhausting site I have ever worked. It's like pulling teeth to get anything out of these guys. The stubborn part of me wants to keep at them until I crack the code. When somebody comes in my room with over $100 in his account and *doesn't* spend on me, I'm curious what I am doing wrong. It's been great practice at staying upbeat and not letting customers get to me. It makes MFC and Chaturbate feel like a breeze in comparison. Anyways, mostly I have needed to get that off my chest, but also any tips? Thoughts? Am I an idiot for wasting time or is there some ideas on a different approach I can try on that site? TIA
^^^ From what u write here i feel that site is a waste of time, i read a while ago it used to work in the past for some people but not anymore.
Never cammed there tho, i dont think there is a code to break but a sinking ship to leave actually.
Maybe others can give more input, i know for myself i never waste time & resources on sites that do not work for me.

ABBWC used to be the site back in 2008 or so and has gone downhill from there. Don't waste your time. Get on sites that accept ALL women and the guys that want you will find your room. The same logic of '$100+ in account doesn't spend on me' can be said for those who's money we can't see who comes in and don't spend. No one is obligated to spend on you or anyone else just because you can see that they have money. I know it gets frustrating but don't take it to heart. It's just the way sales works. The problem with ABBWC is that the site doesn't really push men to add money. They allow guys who've never ever spent a dime to remain there and harass women for free shit just because they're bbw, lol. The reason not many use it anymore is because converting traffic is very low volume. The owner sold it to a shady mod ages ago, and that mod didn't pay the models. Finally the owner bought it back and is trying to make it a thing again but the site is in the dumps and probably always will be. Don't ever waste your time and patience on a sinking ship. Jump off and keep it moving. I make 40% there and I still don't use it because it's shitty. Same guys from 2008 complimenting and begging for flashes. Until Moshe proves that he can run a decent, high paying site again; Runnn!!!

I took your ladies advice and worked cams.com instead of AllBBWCams and got two long privates back to back within the first few minutes being logged in, both from guys who didn't give me a hard time and I didn't have to beg. So thank you for pulling my head out of my ass. I do think when I upgrade my equipment it's not a bad site to have running in the background to splitcam (and by splitcam I mean just have my crap laptop and spare cam running) and just make myself available for privates only. It seems that's what most ladies on there tend to do anyways. No more being angry, YAY! Once my equipment is upgraded I'll start doing clips, splitcamming and explore more indie sites but for now tackling the token site hustle is enough to keep me happy. Thank you as always, your advice made all the difference last night.

HELLO ladies! fellow plus gal here.
I agree with many points on here and have recently helped 83 new curvy and bbw girls get into the cam world. The new sites that are around i find more open towards the bigger lady.ABBWC is in my eyes still full of guys wanting free chat so i use that in the morning whilst at the gym . pop it on my phone and do what i need to do if they want a private i schedule it for when im home. i mainly use adultwork as i do alot of fetish work so it works best for me. xo

Having a tough time now as accepting myself as an older BBW gal. I was just curious if anyone has any tips on how they feel beautiful when they get on cam and how they totally disregard the trolls. Then again I'm going through a rough spot in my life, I may just be more sensitive than usual. I literally had 3 fellas within a 5 minute span type '5 dollars a min?! Ur not hawt be realistic!'. Do I respond or just let it go?

Well, they Troll everyone no matter the age or weight. They go from room to room pushing buttons to see how upset they can make each performer for kicks. So NONE of it is personal, never let pthem win by keeping you from making money.
I'm about to be 47 & weigh 195 pounds, making more money at camming than ever.
Those guys are training you to give it all away for free. This is not uncommon with new performers, there is a segment of men who love to try and "help" new performers aka give it all away for free. You are not the exception due to your age or weight, if anything the norm.
How can you take any of it personally, when you don't know them? Don't let your insecurities lead the way. Confidence is always the sexiest thing you can wear.
Next time just smile, look directly into the camera to the haters and say "But you still want me, bb. Let's go private."

@ Scarlet
Is difficult not to doubt urself when u get trolled constantly, i had my portion of trolls myself, for a good while.
Now i became a little 'mean', bitchy, arrogant on cam, fuck it, they feel the insecurities u know?
They see it in ur eyes, they feel how experienced u are (or not experienced/ insecure).
I know i doubted myself but no more. I make more money now by being a little mean to them members than when i was nice & wanted to please everyone.
I also had the 'bad luck' to get female 'friends' in the past (camgirls) that felt & acted superior towards me as in a 'performer competition' kind of thing if u know what i mean, always comparing which of us is more beautiful, slimmer, makes more money, has more success etc.
Then i understood my situation 'at home' is unique, i am unique, i should not take into consideration how others look like, work, how much money they make, etc.
Indeed a very competitive business & being friends with other cam girls can be a good thing but it also has a down side cause it might happen u feel u not as good as they are let's say.
Just remember nobody is like you, try to surround urself with people that lift ur spirit, not take u down, is very important the support u have, if any available in ur case. You have anyone at home to talk to/ get support from? Female cam girls friends?
I know i never got the "u doing a great job" from my female cam girls friends but i know i encouraged them when they needed support.
What helped me was, not compare myself with other performers anymore and just do my thing, be myself, trust that i am unique & hot, rely on my members feedback, dont feed the trolls, just ban them in silence.
I had nobody's support or feed back but my members, it's difficult i know but being arrogant helps more than being nice & listening to the trolls.
Just know who the trolls are: competition & mean guys who feel ur insecurities.
I was camming in defensive mode for a good while but then i became offensive.
I said to myself: ME or you u fucking bastards, let's fight! I WON, i WIN, i make better money now.
Hope this helps xxx

Block them and keep it pushing, honey. Women are beautiful at any size or age, they're just pissed because they wanted to take you private but you're out of their ballpark. I'm a young bbw and they same the same shit occasionally to me and I just smile and point them to the 5 stars I have and how easy it was for them to find me in top spots in several categories not to mention the tags that say "best show" and the comments I've received. In fact, you should go up to $5.99 just to throw it in their faces. I cater to guys who can afford me and you should too. Please don't allow this job to eat away at your self-esteem. Get hawt and tell them to go fuck themselves.

At any given time there is 900 to 2000 performers on SM. There are plenty of all types to chose from, so they are in your room for a reason.
Some guys do it in hopes it will make you cry, that gets them off. Some want free SPH, cause lots of girls do that when pissed off.
Hard to believe, but some do it cause it amuses them to verbally abuse others. This is why you block & dont even blink about it, they don't deserve that kind of power or space in your life.

Here's something I've been wondering about. Off-site content sales. Say you have a profile on a fetish social media site, and a man who isn't a client on your can site requests content. Do you ask for ID since he isn't vetted by the site? Do you charge him your regular content price? Anything else to keep in mind? This comes up with an increasing frequency.

I'd charge regular content price unless it's a really specific custom or something. Not entirely sure though, they could just be new to that particular site and willing to pay for your content. I'm guessing you want ID to make sure they're legal age and a real person?
Also, I haven't seen this thread before and I'm pretty stoked on it.

I am 41 years old and just at 200 pounds and rockin' it on cam. Don't let anyone bring you down. As Sam said. Confidence is sexy as fuck. I am confident and I know how to rock my weight. Guys love my body and compliment my curves constantly. Please don't let some stupid dipshit dudes make you feel bad. You are big and beautiful and there are tons of men who love Big Beautiful Women! So please please don't feel bad about yourself. Be proud of your curves and love your body. Also when someone complains about my price I just tell them I don't like broke ass motherfuckers.

Hello everyone, I was wondering if any bbw's still work on Allbbwcams? If so how is the traffic now? I have been on there a few times and the traffic seems to be there, but not sure if it's worth working all the time or spilt camming it all everyday, any input will be appreciated
Sometimes I make money there and sometimes I don't. I turn free chat off and stay logged onto it while camming other sites. That way it takes no effort entertaining freeloaders but I am available for spenders. I typically get 1 or 2 shows a day this way, but some days I get no shows at all.

I'm now living where lots of longtime friends live.
It's fun reconnecting with everyone. Except that the last time anyone saw me was over 20 years ago.
I weighed 100 pounds back then.
I'm already sooo tired of the 'weight' gain questions.
Nobody knows I cam, so I've just let them go on and on about diet, and how I should eat like they do to lose the weight.
Yesterday, I had had enough!
I witnessed my friend's boyfriend tell her she should lose some weight around her tummy. She lifted up her shirt, and agreed. WTF??
She's tall, skinny, flat chested, with no ass.
I said, "You know, I'm so happy that I'm at my current weight. I get hit on way more now than back when I was skinny."
Stopped them dead in their tracks.
"You do?" Her bf asked.
I explained how not only am I hit on more. But that I've even been asked to do fetish films, and make great money showing off my thick thighs, big round ass, and Belly.
Has anyone else run into this?
If so, how do YOU handle it?
I'm THIS close to telling my friends that I cam.
Fuck em!

I very very rarely encounter those kinds of situations, I'm sorry that you do though. I have little to no respect for people who always make stupid ass remarks about people's bodies, so I don't blame you for being close to snapping LOL.
The last time this happened to me, a girl I know said something like "I took dancing classes to lose my weight...Did you know you could do that, ____?" and shortly after said "You have such a striking face" and I replied "Thank you, yeah, that explains my modeling portfolio." From there she asked a bunch of questions about that while -lightly- mentioning my body and eventually talked herself into a corner where she realized she sounded like an asshole. I know that's super passive aggressive on both of our parts but fuck it. People need to cut that shit out.

Yeah, I mentioned in another thread that I met a lady (ex porn star), who now does strip shows in her living room.
But, upon further investigation, she said that she did it years ago.
She wants to do it again, and suggested that we both go to the gym 4× a week first to lose weight.
Nope. Nope. Nope!!!
I told her that I'm fine the way I am. That on cam it works,AND I get lots of calls from my escort ad.
AND men from dating sites, and IRL day to day interactions want me too.
She became silent, and all she said was "Oh".
Don't put your toxic 'skinny minny' bullshit belief on me, because it won't work anymore.
*Sidebar: if I was always heavy., I MIGHT listen to everyone.
But I was 100 pounds most of my life,,,, and ALL I heard was, "You're too skinny. You should gain some weight."::)

That was one of my best ego boosters as I started. Some of those guys are fucking HOT. I was like - a hot guy like YOU wants a girl like ME?!
It was validating, after, y'know, a couple decades of 'you need to be skinny to be attractive to attractive people' or whatever.
Anyway. It was cool. But yes, I agree - DROOL. ;)

Honestly, I have always had some weight on me and never had any problem attracting a boatload of men. Confidence is key but also there are a lot of men out there that enjoy a curvy woman <3

Men do this to keep women under control. They do it to undermine us all the time. Are they perfect? Are they in shape?
Hit back at their insecurity and ask how long have you been going bald? Even if they have a full head of hair it will upset them.
At dinner with some close friends, one who has always been skinny. Now was skinny but 8 months pregnant was getting lectured by her husband FAT guy friend. Who was lecturing her on how to diet & exercise after having the baby. I spoke up & asked why wasn't he following his own advice? That shut him the fuck up.

I LOVE it Sam! Lol!
I guess that's one way to go about handling it.
The boyfriend of my gf is a falling down drunk so I guess I could have gone after him for that,( 5 arrests for it in just the last 3 years). AND he was drunk at our lunch at noon. Omg! Poor little rich kid.
