I've got rid of little bit of it by dry brushing. I decided to try it when I got couple of brushes, as I had heard it works. I haven't been brushing for a long time yet. When I shower, I wash my backside with a brush. I don't believe it could take any fat away etc but that it works to thicken the skin so the lumps and bumps underneath don't show.

I have found dry brushing great for general skin condition.

I use cellulite cream i believe st ives, then do redlight therepy at pacific beach which helps for all skin issues, acne, evening color and cellulite. Then I do cardio plus strength training and eat healthy even after all this i still have a little bit of cellulite but when i put my stripper heals on and am working in the club its dark enough it looks like I have none. If i did none of this my cellulite would be outta control. Hope this helps!

I found the best thing was Avon Cellusculpt, it was cheap and it worked. Unfortunately they discontinued it - I was so mad!!!

I did some google-ing about a chinese method called "cupping" or "fire cupping". Has anyone tried that and gotten good results. I ordered cheap cups from Amazon, like $5, I will give an update if they work ot not!

cellulite happens because of genetics and bad circulation. so if you have those genetics then yeah..but you can up your circulation by exercise and good diet..i've tried some of the creams and they were ok but nothing at all permanent. makeup and the lights on stage do wonders tho!!

Bumpie for this..I am going with anything that reduces the appearance of cellulite. I've heard self tanners are good for this, I may try a firming/cellulite lotion too. I wouldn't mind trying one of the methods mentioned (spa/Dr's. office stuff) but not liking the cost of them.
I also lack the discipline of the diet method, maybe some exercise.
I believe anything you do for it, must be continuous like using retinol for skin care, etc.

My mom did that in her teens for like a week and lost most of her teeth due to the acidity.

Glam, really? You could really lose most of your teeth in 3 days? I'm not being snarky. I'm just curious.

Yes. This was the best thing. I had zero cellulite when I used this. I wonder why the hell they discontinued it? Everything I like gets discontinued!

I've heard to try rubbing day old coffee grinds into the areaa in the shower & leaving it on for like 15-20 mins to reduce or rid the body of cellulite, I haven't tried it yet but i'm wondering about the results :)

I've heard of this too, I think it does work although I've never tried it. I thought I heard of someone using it on here.

Mix coffee grinds with a firming cream, apply it your thighs/butt etc, wrap cling wrap around the area and leave it overnight. It's temporary, but it's great if you are going to the beach or a dinner/party the next day and have to show your legs and thighs :).

She did it for a week or 2 (not 3 days) and only had that. It destroyed the enamel and they fell out and the rest had to be pulled. She also got an ulcer.

I love to scrub my body with a coffee, but after all my bathtub is brown and coffee is clogging tubes:(So I decide to use a sugar, baking soda or a seasalt and same good but without a tan effect:))
So here is my idias "how to reduce a cellulite":
1)drink more water
2)eat clean with a lot of veggies and fruits. NO sweets, no deep fried food.
3)Use apple cider vinegar inside and outside. In my opinion ACV is the best for everything, just try and you Will love it. You can try body wraps with ACV.
4)if you dont like a strong taste of ACV I would recommend a Kombucha or water Kefir(you can even make a carbonated water from it).
5)seaweed wrap is the best! you can get a seaweed here http://http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/search/search.php?refine=y&keywords=seaweed&x=0&y=0 (http:/www.mountainroseherbs.com/search/search.php?refine=y&keywords=seaweed&x=0&y=0) blend it with hot water with a sourcream and make wraps for 10 days for an 1 hour per day. (first scrub with a coffee, after seaweed wrap for an hour) if you want an easy way use this http://www.amazon.com/GUAM-Anti-Cellulite-Mud-Treatment/dp/B005HIMOUO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1380986313&sr=8-1&keywords=guam
6) use a collagen or gelatin they help to make skin elastic.
7)use clays all over body(Bentonine, french green and et)they help to detox the skin.
8) self massage(before doing tat check the blood flow in google) you can use a silicon cup http://www.ecrater.com/p/15509617/set-of-2-massage-cups-for-home-and-salon?gps=1&id=52211034499 but be careful ur veins didnt made of an iron and if you have a history with tromps i would think first to do something like that.
9)Vitamin C.
10)and keep applying a cream on body keep skin hydrated. http://www.dermstore.com/product_Body+Slim+-+Multi-Action+Concentrate_51513.htm

Cellulite...You either have it, or you don't. The only way to reduce it's appearance is low body fat and fill that skin with muscle. You can't remove it but you can remove fat which will give you less cellulite.

Also, what you're eating and drinking has a lot to do with the appearance of cellulite as well. If you eat like garbage it's going to make it worse. Drink a LOT of water, eat a lot of fibrous veggies, don't eat processed food, sodium and sugar is the devil...

I've found that increasing your water intake helps a bit you should be consuming half your body weight in ounces as in if you weigh 120 lbs you should drink 60oz of water a day.

This might not be a popular idea, but I've had cellulite since I was a preteen and the only thing that has really made it clear up was a clean, keto diet.

Total fallacy. It's a connective tissue disease where the fat bulges through the tissue. Drinking tons of water will do nothing. getting body fat as low as possible is about the only thing that'll work.

Nothing reduces it short of surgery & even that's not guaranteed, I didn't start the thread saying that it did..the main idea being to reduce the appearance of it
