^Is that on VerySoft?

If so, I've been using it for years, and sometimes it just does that randomly. First, try shutting down VS all the way, then reopen it and try again. If that fails, restart your computer. If it's still not working, shut down your computer, unplug your cam, replug it, and hopefully that fixes it. If none of that works, you might try plugging your cam in to another usb port, but I've never had it continue to fail after unplugging and replugging, so I don't really know.

I keep having sound issues with splitcamming, but it is only on certain sites. ImLive/Ifriends everywhere else people can hear me fine everytime..

which do u guys prefer split camming when you are on SM: verysoft, manycam, or obs? I would like to be able to watermark (put logo) on my feed. Also can we use any of these split cam softwares while using SM encoder?
I'm a bit confuse on which one to use theres two FMLE and one is HD encoder.

I have a Mac and a desktop PC. I use Very soft and FMLE for Streamate. I did not like the OBS.

Streamate do not allow watermarking, you will get suspended. Instead look at getting cushions printed with your name on but not a url, a blackboard in the background or a poster

I do! You get a placement boost using the FMLE.

Which do you guys use and which one is better? I would like to be able to put my logo when I cam, and also split cam. I am using a mac that has windows inside (parallels desktop) also just bought Youcam7 and would like to use that as well. Please help!

I use OBS as an encoder and Verysoft for the splitcam option. Also Verysoft is where you would find the watermark feature. I'm not so sure that watermarking your feed is against the rules. Iven seen lots of models do this along with a tuo menu.

Do we need to buy 2 license to use on 2 computers or would one license work for both? I have 2 computers I use for cam.

For Verysoft one license to one pc, if that s you meant to ask.

When splitcamming with CB has anyone tried setting CB to TicketShow, so you don't have to log off when you are taking privates or doing a show? Additionally this way you might not have to divide your attention as much.

So I was looking for a timer for when I do indie shows because I always forget to set the timer on my phone or with computer software. I figured if I have a physical one on my desk that I wouldn't forget to set it. I decided to see if there was some type of Manycam addon for a timer, tell me why I just realized after years of using Manycam that it has a timer.

It's cable fibre optic, a download speed of 200 mbit/s and an upload speed of 30 mbit/s for $80/month.

Is it not enough, or too much/I don't need that much? And would a high upload speed allow split camming on a laptop? (2-3 or more sites)

thanks :)

Marina Starr

30 upload is more than enough for splitcamming 2-3 sites if your computer can handle it.

What would you recommend me start with if I'm only streaming Chaturbate ? I want my stream to be very fast and clear and non choppy. 20 Mbps upload or 10 Mbps upload? I'll upgrade later when I start splitting :)

Bambibabe
04-02-2017, 03:11 PM
And what download speed is best? 15, 20, 30, 60 or 120 Mbps?

Thanks for the help, I truly appreciate it.

Marina Starr
04-02-2017, 03:16 PM
The higher the number is the best but you don't much with Chaturbate. 20 would be plenty.

Magical_Hoohah
04-03-2017, 07:07 PM
If you have 15mbps upload, you will probably run out of CPU on your laptop before you run out of bandwidth. I'm able to split 4-5 sites with 10-12mbps upload and don't have quality issues. That said, you might want to get the package with 20 up because it probably won't actually be as fast as they claim it is.

And would a high upload speed allow split camming on a laptop?
There is what your computer can handle, and there is what your internet can handle - they both need to be adequate for your needs. If you have really slow internet, an awesome computer can't change that; if you have a shitty computer, having fast internet won't make it any better. A good computer might perform slightly better if it's not struggling with slow internet, but I would think the difference would be minimal.

I'm a new cam girl and I haven't been making much lately. Possibly because I look bored on cam. I want to splitcam.

Can I splitcam with one cam and one laptop?

I'm on SM and I've hit my goal a few times on there so I was wondering what would be a good site (besides AW) to split with SM?

**i do non-nude fetishes and I'm also look for a pay per minute site because I think I would prefer that over a token site but if you know a good token site I'm open to check it out

If you read through this thread AND watch the video in the very first post you'll be able to see how splitcamming works. Yes you can split with one cam and one laptop.

Unfortunately not...seems they have changed the way they now activate it for their users. I have sent them a message...will see if they can verify me another way. I also had to fill out a whole 'company' registration thing. Was difficult because I'm just a solo performer, but hopefully they'll understand!

Did you get this sorted out in the end Foxirox? It sounds like a big faff activating a VerySoft licence these days. They should make all these hoops you got too jump through clear before they take your money.

I was about to down load this software till I read your post Foxi - I'm in a similar situation to you, I have no website & only a free email address x

I've been splitcamming about a year with no issues. Recently replaced my webcam - same model, logitech c920 and I now have audio issues on several sites. Customers say I sound warped or like a robot or Stephen Hawking. It seems like it doesn't have this issue right away when I log on but the longer I am online the audio starts to warp, after 30 minutes or so. I have no audio issues with streamate where I use the FMLE encoder but I do have issues on chaturbate, MFC and cams.com. I've dowloaded the logitech software, made sure all my flash updates were in order, checked a zillion times to make sure I have verysoft selected for my cam and the hdc920 selected for my mic. I am not sure if I should have "reduce echo" checked off or not in the audio flash settings, but it doesnt seem to make a difference either way. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you return that cam and get another one? It could be defected or you may want to try streaming in a different browser. I never stream two sites in the same browser at once. I've found that this is when I run into audio issues the most. Use MFC in Firefox, Cams in IE and SM in Chrome. I remember that set up used to work really well for me.

Thank you for the advice. I am now thinking maybe it's a flash issue? I tried using my old cam and still have the same issue. Also starting having the issue on Streamate as well, same issue in firefox and chrome. When I downloaded firefox it did prompt me to update flash which i did even though I though I had already updated it yesterday. (and also forced me to download mcaffee that I didnt want grrrr) I feel like theres an easy setting that would fix it if I jut knew what it was.

If you don't untick the Mcaffee box it'll download with flash. But you can still go back and remove it. Have you checked this thread HERE (https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/showthread.php?216257-TECH-ISSUE-quot-no-video-data-recieved-quot-no-webcams-work-outside-of-Logitech-Software) it's mostly about the webcam not showing but audio might be an issue for some. I'm currently trying to avoid the creators update and it's trying to force it on me.

I tried to get a second cam and received a bad knock off. Amazon refunded me for it luckily. Are you sure yours isn't a knock off? Do the stickers on the front look the same?

I'm splitcamming 4 sites and have a sound issue. I use 2 laptops. It doesn't let me split audio on c920 (if I try it only works on one site), so I'm using c920 mic on one site, external mic on another, and than integrated mic on other laptop+ mic on another older webcam that I have and use for streaming on other 2 sites.

Now the mic on this other webcam broke and I can't broadcast audio on both sites (I can't use external microphone+ integrated one both at the same time, because using one of them automatically cancels the other). I also couldn't get audio broadcasted via Manycam. I don't know if that's even possible or is it only video splitter.

Anyone else having this issue and how to fix it?

Maybe splitcamming Cams Nude Chat with ImLive paid chat (ManyCam) is something I should try when I am not on Chaturbate.

Hey ladies,
I just read the whole thread and watched the video. SOOOO helpful, oh my god, thank you! :)
I'm currently on CB and thinking about signing up on MFC too. I'm actually wondering, do you set goals on both sites? Is it not confusing for the guys? And about pvt... even just on CB I don't do it often as I don't like to leave the room. Does it make sense to choose only one day where I allow it?

About the internet speed... I checked two days ago and my download was 5.4 mb/s, upload was 2.7 mb/s. That way too slow isn't it? Well I just checked again and today download is 76.7 mb/s and upload 37.2 mb/s. Seems alright now? But why is there this big difference?
And does VerySoft actually work for Mac?

I am having a lot of trouble with zooming my c920 I use for SMB on Streamate. I can't zoom it what the f?

I can zoom my other cam I use for everything else just fine though.

Resolved. Need to open Logitech software on video mode to zoom on my streamate cam and cam control to adjust everything else on both cameras.

Hi everyone

I want to start splitcamming real bad, MFC and chaturbate at the moment to be particular (im using Manycam btw).... and looked on this forum for help. Its been very helpful however I dont understand one thing.

The very first post on this forum mentions this:

"Manage performance
For example, I have a good computer spec but fairly poor internet. My choice to splitcam is Streamate and Adultwork. Many of the camsites allow you to choose how much upload bandwidth to use. The JCI software on Adultwork is like this (as is the SM encoder), so I reduce the upload going to Adultwork to only 400kbs and that still leaves me enough left over to meet the 800kbs minimum on Streamate. MANIPULATING THE UPLOAD SPEEDS TO EACH OF YOUR SPLITCAM SITES IS REALLY IMPORTANT IF YOU DON’T HAVE SUPERFAST INTERNET "

I cant figure out how to do this, how do you reduce the upload speed to certain sites like mfc/cb? On manycam ive tried reducing the cam quality, and then reducing the quality on mfc and chaturbate when I log on each site and it asks before logging on what cam quality i want....but no matter what I still lag on each site. (I make sure to have all tabs closed other then my camsites so my computer doesnt lag anymore then it does). I also have a real good computer, super fast internet too, so I know there is something im doing wrong...

any advise would be appreciated! xo

Grr, sorry I can't help you but I'm going to start MFC next to CB soon so I'm interested in that too. Especially how to lower the resolution on MFC as this won't be my main site and she doesn't show in the video...

I have two Logitech 920's and am having issues getting two sites to each pick a different one even though 2 separate cameras do show up in the dropdown menu. When I did finally get it then I had either extremely weird echoing audio like it was still using 1 microphone or no audio at all.

Its not always possible to use two C920's at the same time. I think it comes down to the make and model of your computer or the operating system. I use to be able to two C920's on one computer but not the other. But now that my Win8 has been upgraded to Win10 its next to impossible. So I either use a C922 + C920 at the same time or just use verysoft. Also I use an external mic and have the webvamics disabled. This may help with audio issue.

I’m using CamTwist on a Mac, for splitting MFC and CB. My Mac has pretty good specs... it’s an i17 quad core. However, I keep having issues with MFC’s video lagging. I tried using different browsers for each site, but no luck. Any advice?
