For years I wore VS Dream Angels heavenly and Ocean Dreams, then I switched over to Bvlgari Jasmine...LOVE IT.
I would recommend trying on prior to purchase, as I tried another Bvlgari perfume that smelled lovely in the container and on the swab - but once it hit my skin - OMG! It smelled like I had sprayed a whole can of RAID bug spray on myself!
A few years ago, I ran across Sacred Sapphire (an oil base), a little goes along way and I always receive compliments on it. It is a heavier fragrance though, for lighter moods I prefer Coach Signature.
I have also played around making my own as well, and have been able to come close to some of the popular body sprays at a fraction of the cost.
Bvlgari is pretty awesome. Excellent choice.

Oh I'm so glad there's a thread for this. I KNEW StripperWeb would give me some new ideas :D
Favorites are:
Midnight Pomegranate (Bath and Body Works)
Secret Wonderland (Bath and Body Works)
Let Them Eat Cake (Tokyo Milk)
Summer Hill (Crabtree and Evelyn)
My friend recently gave me a little sample bottle of Viva La Juicy (Juicy Couture) and I LOOOVE it. Lately I've been toning down in makeup when out and about, and gravitating more towards scents. Since it's starting to get cooler out, I want to get more yummy smelling perfumes and lotions.

Vanilla. My body chemistry must go well with it,because I always get compliments from both men and women when I wear it. I have tried other perfumes I have gotten as gifts, i.e. Prada, Britney Spears, Bond9, chanel, even pheromone sprays. I go back to vanilla every time. I'm going to try the pumpkin/lavender/donuts as mentioned, because I have read that also, about men liking that scent.

For a scent that lasts ALL day AND night - Philosophy Body Lotion after the shower. This stuff seems to infuse the scent into your pores like no other! I like Summer's Grace, but I think for winter they discontinue it, but Clean Grace and Amazing Grace are good too. Bath and Body Works has a good lotion "Sea Island Cotton" that I love.
As far as perfumes I am a fan of J'Adore by Dior, but not for work, because I have yet to find any perfume or body spray that can stand the test of time in a club environment without having to re-spritz a few times a night and at $100 a bottle I'd rather not use it so liberally. I also like VS Very Sexy Body Spray, I just know I will have to spray it generously throughout the night to keep the scent. My favorite scents are clean, fresh smells; also a fan of coconut and lavender (not together though haha).

I love bath and bodyworks for work too, I brought so many back with me, my fave is coconut and lime, guys always comment on that but lately I been wearing cashmere glow too, I can't remember the last time, I wore proper perfume to work, I used to wear Kim Kardashian because its cheap and pleasant guys liked that too.

My dad got me that for xmas a few years ago, along with Philosophy body wash and lip shine! The body wash smelled amazing, a little bit went a long way, and the scent lasted. The lip shine was great, too.

I love the Juicy Couture original scent, but I just bought the Viva La Juicy scent because it was on sale. I'd never gotten it before that. Anyone have experience with his, is it a good work perfume?

^ I'm not a perfume fan. I could spend weeks and hours finding a perfume( they give me headaches) I even checked out the coveted bond scents and actually bought one scent of peace. But at 300 a bottle and it smells like Dolce and Gabbana light blue and a gender neutral. Also I work in high end clubs ( some won't let you wear heavy perfume, glitter on body or glittery gowns). I wear marshmallow fluff for work I get told by everyone I smell good. When I'm getting ready girls will be like "yum what's that candy smell". It doesn't rub off on guys who have to go home to their wives. My gf smelled really good the other night and she said she had rhiannas perfume with the black top. I went put some on and it was nice on her but just made me nauseous.

Cool!^
I have allergies, so yeah a lot of perfumes don't work for me..hence body sprays, which tend to be lighter, even if they have to be re-sprayed. I do like my Donna karan perfume oil of cedar/sandlewood/ylang ylang..it's older & not as strong but it smells nice. I also have a roller bottle of phermone, that is mixed in a light pina colada type scent.

to michelle: i love the rhianna perfume- almost bought it a couple months ago, I think it smells sweet and sensual. And currently, I've been using the body fantasies in vanilla. Cheap, yes but I even get compliments when I wear it to the gay bar. Guess its pretty pleasant. :)

Oddly enough I love Fame by Lady GaGa. But only after it wears off a bit. I tried a free sample and wasn't crazy about it. Thouhgt it was kinda strong. But then later on it settles down. Got lots of compliments on it and I and now I love it!

Lol I just bought Light Blue!
I like light blue and everyone but me, It smells like either lemon or cat pee on me. Also bond is like 300 a bottle you think it would be more unique. They are so over rated. I did like new York but most their stuff is disgustingly strong and masculine.

Did you try the Vitabath coconut creme line?
I know it's not perfume, but there is coconut body butter sold at Trader Joes I've been reading about it online and it's highly recommended. Perhaps you can layer it with another scent until you find the exact one you want?
I had no idea the Vitabaths were paraben/sulfate free! I love smelling like cake and frosting but I hate those ingredients. I'm going to Ulta this weekend to smell them all.

Oh! Luck Brand's Luck You may be a little more expensive, but not by too much, and it works wonders for people who are stimulated by a girl who tastes edible. I've worn it for the past 3 years. Normally you can find deals like two 62oz bottles online for $63 and that should last for a year even if you drown yourself in it. It's a sweet, light spray that turns up the yummy. I've had lots of people say, "You smell so good, what are you wearing?" and you can play on words when you say "Lucky You!" Great product, highly recommended. Others seem to think so too because I've had a few bottles stolen!

Anything by Bath and Body Works gets positive attention at the club. Especially if it's berry. I've been loving Paris Amore, and while all the other dancers think it's delicious, I'm not getting as many comments from the customers.
I've read so many articles about how the majority of men enjoy vanilla. I have a vanilla from Victoria's Secret that I've been meaning to wear. Might be time for an experiment..

^ Which one. As I said I'm not a perfume person but like to get one to wear on holidays. I like jimmy choo black but it isn't like a classy holiday scent so I tried some of the chance and I can't remember which one. I put the eaude perfume on and it was ok until the dry down and I didn't like it. I asked my daughter if she liked it and she said I smelled like granny. Lol. Her dads mom.

It is the Chance Eau Tendre - The light pink one. http://www.chanel.com/en_US/fragrance-beauty/CHANCE-136332
The gold Chance is too older smelling I find - is that the one you tried on?

^ Yes. I don't know why each doesn't have a name! I found one I liked at ulta and had the thing I sprayed it on in my car and kept smelling while driving and it was nice classy. Then I lost the thingy. So I was in dillard and tried them all again and thought I liked the gold one or the lighter gold. Ones the perfume and ones the eau de toilet? And yeah it was nice but I didn't like the dry down and what my daughter said. I should of known the lady who told me it was probably that one was in her 60's.

I use a Sea Salt room/body mist by Zum (Indigo Wild). It's very fresh, but with a bit of a bite and a musky undertone and EVERYONE has complimented me on it. I love that my scent matches my persona too - sweet, a little spicy and strange... lol
I used to use a pretty generic "Vanilla Brown Sugar" when my persona was more Foxy Cleopatra. Now it's more punk vagabond MILF.

I had a small sample of Estee Lauder private collection Tuberose and lots of people have been asking about it, I must get myself some for Christmas.
Also B&BWs Coconut and lime smells nice and not overpowering.

If you girls like marshmallow , vanilla scents there's a site called body bakery. Way better and more expensive smelling than the cheap calgon stuff. I wear marshmallow fluff and I get told like 50 times a night how good I smell. When I'm getting dressed some girl always says who smells so good, like candy or chocolate or something. They have sooo many foody scents and I smell unique not like anyone else.

Right now I'm digging Lust by Lush. Very heady jasmine scent, it's strong so I only use a little at work. I get a lot of compliments on it. Body Bakery is awesome!! I love foodie scents.
