Oh, so this is all sorted then and Dolleyes now had the money in her account? I was unaware that she had already received all the funds she was owed.

Hi, the pay period isnt over so not all money has been sent (its not suppose to be sent yet). She has been paid 3.6k of her earnings early, which is a bonus.

Pay period runs 1st Oct-16th Oct. Any funds we pay out before this is early pay. We have also offered to pay the member daily at no cost until the end of the pay period.

At the end of the pay period all earnings are added together, subtract any early pay then send the remaining balance.

The member at no point lost anything from this issue, they gained from it.

Ok, but that's money she has earned, so why would you be upset that "she's already started spending that money"? Just pay her the difference in the next paycheck. And as far as CS goes, I have been a CS rep for 25+ years in various capacities and companies. Being rude to a customer just because they are is totally unprofessional, and would cost you your job in most cases no matter what the cicrumstance.

Seems to me this entire thread is a deliberate attack on pj. If the op had gone direct to jenny, and this thread had been closed after pj's first reply none of this nastiness would have happened.

We must be reading two different threads then.

Hi, you may not of had time to read the full thread and some details may be missing from the thread only known to me and the member.

One of the early posts mentions double pay.

This would have happened when we had paid out the 3.6k then MFC pays this out.

This means the member gets double pay, this also means because MFC has sent the members earnings to the member we would be losing the 3.6k as they would not be sending it to us.

As this point a refund request request was put in to Payoneer and the member told about this + told not to accept the transfer.

MFC then emailed back saying they would not be paying the member which leaves everything ok to proceed as normal.

Thanks

(edit- also as mentioned, we dont operate as a normal company would, if we did alot of people would lose money and not get help).

Ah, I see the problem. We have two different definitions of 'sorted'

We must be reading two different threads then.

The member had no reason to start this thread, they could have sent a quick email and got a response saying dont worry about anything we will sort it.

The only reason to start such a thread with its original title is an attack on the service. The member at no point was losing anything or was at a disadvantage at any stage.

As far as my understanding goes, the OP had sent you an email.

I can say that I have personally found this thread very educational when it comes to how Daily Pay handles its business and it what its policies are.

The members relationship with us will be "finalized" on the 17th. Which could be called when "its sorted" sorry.

Sent an email but didnt give sufficient time to reply. I would think 24hours is a reasonable time to wait for a reply, not moments.

I misunderstood what you meant when you said 'sorted'. When you had commented on the ISP example I thought you were using it in the context of 'resolved'.

I appreciate the clarification.

If the pay period wasnt so far away it would be resolved also. Its just a waiting game now until the last payment can be sent, but the issue itself is sorted at the moment, everyone knows their place and what to do / whats happening).

Yes, but then again one would think it would also be considered reasonable not to personally attack the OP in a thread.

My issue isn't with the right/wrong and he said/she said tit for tat of this thread. My issue is that I think that both people in this situation said things that shouldn't of been said but only one of them is a business and therefore should of acted with more professionalism when 'sorting' things out.

this entire situation could have been handled without the drama if the two people directly involved took a deep breath and actually communicated with each other

@suzie, we didn't close this thead yesterday because at that point there was still an open issue (that of payment), and the damage (so to speak) of the word 'scam' had already been done. We took steps to mitigate that damage by editing the title of the thread, and were hoping that this situation could be resolved by the parties involved without 5 pages of drama

this didn't need to become such an adversarial situation. Neither Isobel nor I should have to apologize for permitting an open dialogue about an issue that can affect several members of this community (whether DP and MFC can be used together by cam chicas residing in the US). The content of that dialogue is the responsibility of the parties involved
