I've had my videos pop up on tube sites and the like for years. I have been successful in having them removed. I write admin an email telling them I do want them removed and that I didn't authorize the upload. I haven't had to go further than that.. but prepared to. I do email them from my main domain.

This is one of the reasons I keep my face off cam now. I have guys say " I'll take you private if you show your face". It's a nice way of saying " I'll take you private and record your ass". I just so ooh no thanks take care. lol They sit in my room and thinking "did she just refuse my recording money??" then leave.

Here is a generic DMCA takedown request:
My name is INSERT HERE and I am the INSERT TITLE of INSERT COMPANY NAME. A website that your company hosts (according to WHOIS information) is infringing on at least one copyright owned by me/ my company.
A video was copied onto your servers without permission. The original video, to which I own the exclusive copyright, can be found at:
PROVIDE WEBSITE URL (your cam page or wherever it came from)
The unauthorized and infringing copy can be found at:
PROVIDE WEBSITE URL
This letter is official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), and I seek the removal of the aforementioned infringing material from your servers. i request that you immediately notify the infringer of this notice and inform them of their duty to remove the infringing material immediately, and notify them to cease any further posting of infringing material to your server in the future.
Please also be advised that law requires you, as a service provider, to remove or disable access to the infringing materials upon receiving this notice. Under US law a service provider, such as yourself, enjoys immunity from a copyright lawsuit provided that you act with deliberate speed to investigate and rectify ongoing copyright infringement. If service providers do not investigate and remove or disable the infringing material this immunity is lost. Therefore, in order for you to remain immune from a copyright infringement action you will need to investigate and ultimately remove or otherwise disable the infringing material from your servers with all due speed should the direct infringer, your client, not comply immediately.
I am providing this notice in good faith and with the reasonable belief that right me/ my company owns are being infringed. Under penalty of perjury I certify that the information contained in the notification is both true and accurate, and I have the authority to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright(s) involved.
Should you wish to discuss this with me please contact me directly.
Thank you.

^^Obviously you'll want to alter this to your needs and according to whom you are submitting the request.
I've just found my vids on vporn, and when I googled the video name around 30 other porn sites showed up! It also shows up as first if I search for "tags" of that video, and that are very common search terms for sure! :(
When you send takedown request, do you use your real name and surname or just cam name? I'm a little paranoid about giving these info to a tube site... Does this request help at all if video is posted by affiliate? Thx!

You have to be careful about who you give your personal information too, because, I have heard of cam girls doing DMCA reports and the porn/tube site giving your information to the offending party that uploaded your content.

I'm trying to take down one a video of mine from this site called kvideo, they dont have any report button no dmca compliance no contact info. Their twitter is gone. Shady.
Is not that important (old video and non nude too) but I'd like to make them remove it.
Any ideas?

Not all sites allow you to watermark your live stream. Depends on where you cam. You can use manycam to watermark it. Most mfc girls watermark their streams

I normally just give my cam name and the site name I cam on that it was stolen from.

I think I'm gonna start putting my dry erase board up above my bed any time I cam. I'll have my stage name and the site I'm streaming too. Not as distracting as a watermark might be and hard to crop out. Plus I always have music on to cam. Makes me question what the one guy who's ever asked me to turn my music off in private was really doing though...

watermarking or physically writing on a board in the background doesnt work. the amount of girls capped videos i see about with the girls own watermarks on and also signs in the background is imense. i saw a girl even with a t-shirt on with her camname and a copyright symbol, her videos were capped too, people dont care, the sites they upload them to dont check the videos unless reported, and other sites are known as "capping" sites so copyright means nothing to them. i found the easiest way 2 rid a video from a site was 2 report it was under age. and its really hard to do that when theres an obvious whiteboard in the background with a camgirl name written on.
