On regards to the making money without camming theme that has come about on this thread...
You guys could always try selling books on amazon..
The way I do it is post a listing on craigslist saying you are willing to take unwanted books off peoples hands...
Meet up with them if they contact you in a public place for your safety
Go through the books, sell the ones that are worth it and donate the ones that aren't and get the receipt for the tax write off.
I got this idea from another forum so its not mine...I wish I knew the guys name so I could credit him...
Its usually hit or miss with some profit to be made, I sort of use it as a hobby
But today a girl gave me two boxes worth of books with some textbooks in the mix...just the textbooks are going to easily sell for $450... so there is sometimes money to be made if your patient.

Great idea, Missbeth! Also, some local libraries have sales and offer books in really good condition for a quarter or less. Even if you only make a couple of bucks profit, next time you're at your local library take a peek and see if you can find a good catch! (I think I'll start using this strategy myself, I'm at my local library at least once a week anyway so why not?)

If you do that you will most likely encounter the "pro" scanning booksellers..they just scan everything with their phone look up the price and buy anything that will make them a profit
The other problem is most mass printed books (like those available at the library) only sell for $0.01 on amazon...and the lowest prices sell on amazon..so if you aren't an upgraded seller ($30/mo) saves you a dollar on their commission) you don't even break even, even if you had gotten the book for free...if you're an upgraded seller and get your shipping equipment in bulk, plus print the label online, plus the book is light you only make about $0.25 of profit.
That being said...there is some money in books like those found at libraries, thrift stores, etc if they are rare, (sometimes) hardcovers, or textbooks..
However I prefer people give me the books for free so I don't have to go looking lol
You should definitely try if you can though...I've found books at thrift stores that have made me $20+

I sell on etsy but I've never thought about working on my jewelry on cam. I mostly do chainmaille I've been wanting to do a large piece and working on it on cam might be good motivation. I do decently on esty but that's thanks in part to a craftingpartner, a niche product, and a write up in a major website we once got. Something I have been considering is getting a resale license. In addition to getting my supplies for jewelry cheaper, I can buy from wholesale sites and resell online or at fairs and the like.

It got good reviews on Amazon and I think you'll really like the brainstorming section, where he tells you to think about what kind of lifestyle etc you want, how much time you want to devote to working. Def. for those of us who want more freedom vs. a 9-5!

There are a couple of iPhone apps that you can use to do little tasks when you're out and about. You need the GPS and have to be in the specific location, they usually have more tasks in bigger cities, etc. but it can still be decent and it's also fun!
Listed in order of my favs. I've used them all and they are all legitimate and pay, some in giftcards though.

That reminds me, selling crafts on Etsy too!
They are also good for selling vintage stuff. I just had a $600 sale there!
Wow! What kinda thing was it you sold? I started looking at those kind of sites as I do some paintings and want to sell them...

If you watch tv you can use the app Viggle. You get a point per minute of a show and under what's on they have shows with more check in points and sometimes quizzes for more points. You don't get cash but they have gift cards and some products you can trade points for. Earlier this year I got a $25 travelocity hotel gift card for when I went on vacation. I check into bonus point shows and then change to something else that I would rather watch.

Research nude art modeling opportunities in your area. Artists at studios, galleries, random classes, universities, and colleges all have a need for nude models for drawing, painting, sculpting, etc. I've made anywhere from $60-$90 for about 3 hours' work. AND you get to meet some really cool people, not to mention it's pretty damn awesome to receive a gift that's a portrait of yourself!

I make duct tape purses, wallets, and other accessories.
I know this is an old thread that I'm bumping, but I just wanted to say that I recently made a blue leopard print duct tape tote bag! :) In the JoAnn craft store, they have a bunch of these little sheets (for FREE) with project ideas, and the duct tape tote bag was one of them. So I made it using duct tape and a hot glue gun.

I didn't know if I should make a new thread or not, but this one came up when I was searching so...
Has anyone been a work at home csa for Amazon? I applied months ago, and they just emailed me about a seasonal position. I have an interview on Monday for an online hiring event. I'm just wondering, if anyone has done this before and, what should I expect?
I've done a work at home csr position before, so that should be fine. I'm more worried about the hiring aspect. Also, does anyone know if I'd need a higher speed internet for the online event? I know I need a faster connection for the position and am planning to call my isp tomorrow.

i would think u would want to put ur best foot forward at the interview and have the best connection possible but at the same time u also want to make sure u have all ur ducks in a row financially also consider its a good idea to have the best connection possible for camming if u can afford it even if u dont get the job id say call ur ISP ASAP before the interview
