I'm the new guy here but Hopper you seems like the kind of guy that makes customers look bad,the fact your trying to be so dramatic and whiny on a site built by and for dancers is pathetic. This is a SUPPORT site for the ladies, customers should not be here to stir up trouble as this is the women's domain a place for them to talk to each other, customers are guests here with not as many places we can post for a reason.

^ This is just getting a little silly. You are indeed being melodramatic and dragging out this argument by repeating the same thing over and over. There is seriously nothing left to say. "It's the dancers who are creating drama.." please grow a pair...
I'm not, you are. Seriously, the intended meaning of "bang for my buck" has been explained to you enough times. Let it go.
Why are arguing with dancers over our own business? And what do you even have in mind when you say we "have to put on the best show we can"? That's what most of us already do, what more do you expect? I'm really curious because it sounds like you are the type of guy who probably says this a LOT: "Girl, you gotta work for this dollar!"
That is what I meant: You do the best job you can, like in any other business. No, I never say that but yes, she should. You expect me to pay, I expect you to work.
Hopper, none of the girls here are idiots who don't understand the outside-the-SC meaning of 'bang for the buck'. I realise we're strippers, but come on. You really need to get over yourself there. You're talking abt 'bang for the buck' in the context of SC activites -- I'm surprised you can't see why that expression & all of its implications would be so upsetting to clean dancers.
I don't see how it can be upsetting after the poster has explained the intended meaning for the fifth time.
^^EXACTLY! TF is wrong w this guy?
OH and when he said this:
Business doesn't work like that. Yes dancers want the most money for the least work, everyone does, but customers what the most service for the least money and the dancer is competing with other dancers for customers' money, so to get the most customers, and to get the most money from those customers, you have to provide the best service you can.
First of all, this statement shows me what low quality you are clearly forced to go after cause w this kind of attitude thats all you'll get is low quality and low quality may cost you more in the long run for many reasons i don't care to go into right now, you'll figure it out tho.
I said customers want the most service for the least money, not the most service for no money. SJ said she wants to do the least work for the most money. Does that make her a low-quality dancer?
YOu feel like us as dancers are just thirsty for any lil dime we can make, sure there may be some like that but I for one am not and am tired of having to deal w lames like you who feel like just cause I am in a sc I feel the same as say some ugly or low self esteem girls may about $$. I expect you to compete for me and my attention, I don't need your little $$ honestly I have men begging to spend it on me and lots of it. I choose who I want to give it to me and if I don't like your attitude and your being cheap I will walk right past you and youve only wasted a few minutes of my time. I won't sugar coat it for you and don't care, actually, I hope I never see someone like that again, please believe insulting offers won't be missed. If I were a man it wouldn't be about the quantity of my sc $ but the quality, you get what u pay for in EVERY situation.
Wow, so I'm the one being melodramatic. None of that has anything to do with what I said.
"Bang for your buck" aka being cheap as fuck. Lol. Def customers I avoid and not the majority I run into anyway(thank God). Lol.
So you let the people you do business with decide what you pay for everything and you just hand it over with your eyes closed?

I didn't stir up anything and I didn't whine. Maybe you didn't read my posts. None of them indicate that I am a bad customer. This is customer conversation so I don't think I am robbing dancers of support just by trying to have one. I don't see what one has to do with the other. Does their job cause them to lose all of their reading comprehension ability? People routinely start stupid arguments in all discussion forums and this one is no different.

Your whiny and dramatic with how you care so much about "bang for your buck" not being seen your way, the insults to the women's reading comprehension is a real classy comment, and that you try justifying theses posts with comments like people starting stupid arguements in all discussion forums yet everyone here is tired of this nonsense from you. Its time to let this die and get back on topic or end this by accepting you will not be changing anyone's mind, so unless you are trolling its time to throw in the towel Hopper.

Wow, that's the pot calling the kettle black.
The quotes below from the first half-page of this argument show a definite reading comprehension problem. "Just Let It Roll Past" Rick's response to me at the bottom was made after I posted just twice during the whole conversation, without any intention of provoking the dancers I responded to. Everyone except me and gameover are dramatizing this to the max. I've been trying to defuse it, but Rick, you and the dancers dramatize that as well, by calling it drama.
It didn't turn me off strip clubs. Actually, I've learned a heck of a lot here that's helped me get more bang for my buck :)
Oh God... what could that be? "Bang for the buck" is a term most people apply to WalMart coupons
When sm1 uses that expression in reference to their SC experience, I think it's pretty obvious what kind of customer they are :O
I'm not referring to extras. I meant that it provides insight/defense against some of "hustle hut" techniques used by dancers.
^ No, Aniela's comment to you still applies.
Just as when you shop for a car, it's always better to be a well educated consumer. This site provides that for customers. I'm sorry you don't like that.
Don't care mate.
Actually, I've found this site fascinating, to see things from a dancers perspective. And, it has increased my empathy toward the dancers as well. Before I saw this site, I only saw the "easy money" side, and wasn't really aware of all of the things that dancers put up with to get that money.
Coming on a dancer site to boast about how you've figured out how to get high mileage at low costs is absolutely cringe-worthy.
Also this site is not for you or any customer. It's for us dancers, and is not a crash course in how to be a better SC 'consumer'- ick, BTW.
The only dancers who would give you more 'bang for your buck' are either A) brand-new barely legal girls or B) easily manipulated or otherwise extremely desperate girls. Both of which makes you a predator; and just an all-around gross human being.
The fact that you've been trolling this site for 8 years and have only written 11 posts worthy of a 'thanks' just goes to show that virtually all of what you have to say is total garbage.
Hopper, I read his "bang for the buck" comment the same way that she did. Now none of us are mind readers and only he knows what he truly meant, but it did come across as a mileage comment. If he wanted it to read differently then he should have worded it differently.
Oh, and you really don't have to respond to every venting comment posted in here by a dancer. This is a dancer support site after all and, IMHO, it is sometimes best for us to just let it roll past. If gameover wishes to clarify what he meant by that comment, it might be best to let him do it rather than responding to a vent for the simple sake of pushing back. Anyway, just a thought. ;)

The only thing bothering me is having to say everything more than once and think of a different way to say it each time.
Actually Hopper, this is precisely your problem. You are operating under the false assumptions that: (1) we don't understand what you are saying; and (2) your opinions are more valid than those around you. Let me disabuse you of both notions. What you were trying to say was perfectly clear the first time. Many of the posters simply didn't agree with you. I for one find the mental gymnastics that you continue to employ to be asinine, truth be told, and your continued need to make the same point over and over to be onerous.
In the interest of moving this forward, let's put a few concepts to bed:
This is both a discussion board and a support site, but it is their discussion board, not ours. This means that men post here as guests and certain proprieties are expected. Period. You understand this at least at some level, which is why you stopped pulling this shit when Yoda would no longer tolerate it, but now that he is gone you are at it again.
You can say that you aren't being dramatic all you want, but your use of hyperbolic language ("vile", "attack", "abuse", etc.) relating to dancer posts, and your continued need to defend the same positions over and over, say differently. So, in a nutshell, I (and apparently some others) simply believe differently and your continued need to post defensive comments just reinforces that belief.
A number of people on here suspect that gameover might have meant exactly what "bang for the buck" inferred, regardless of his after-the-fact tapdancing. Hence, they disagree with your protests to the contrary and saying it 15 different ways isn't going to change anyone's mind, but rather will just be yet more painful and repetitive.
So either move the conversation forward (Merriam definition: moving toward the future or toward a more advanced state or condition) or move on already.

Actually they show your inability to communicate effectively more then they show a problem with other's reading comprehension.

I don't see this getting any better.
