And I'm sorry it's not working for you, I know what it's like to deal with software issues that you can not fix nor a proper support to help out. I had that happen with a splitter, eventually found a solution myself for now but sucks dealing with such shit for months.

I always log out. Why would you want to stay available and online if you aren't there? Wouldn't it piss off customers to try to reach you when you're not available for shows?

I always go invisible on Skype when I'm done working but sometimes I forget to shut down the plug-in, and boy do Skyprivate customers get mad about it. Out of all the sites I work they're the only ones who consistently don't understand the concept of a cam girl being busy (or simply not around.) So yeah, definitely shut down the plug-in when you're done.

Ok, you guys obviously get way more guys than I do, so no, mine don't get upset at me if I'm not around & I often (not always) get them as a customer that day later on or several days later. I may get one guy contacting me in 1-3 weeks.
So that's why I never shut it down.
My SK would show me away anyway & sometimes it does that even if I am here which I don't like.
I've been doing it this way for as long as I've been on SP.

Well I'm online, it may just say I'm away.
And many times when I go to search I am there, so I don't think that's the issue.
I don't use my camming computer other than to cam.
I do know that when I sign out & sign back in, it can take upto 5 minutes for me to show up as online, so maybe when I first start my day & the computer comes to live (even though it's still on), maybe that's why it doesn't show up, but I'm pretty sure the other day I had already been up & online for hours.
I'll try to make note of that.

Only if you select in your dashboard not to accept calls from customers that they re not on SP and have little or no funds. They will get a generic message on Skype that they need to load funds and it gives them a link to add funds, not a link to your room and I m pretty sure it s not a referral link anyway.
Even if you don t select for the plug-in not to take calls from users outside SP, the guys that have had/still have their handle on SP (because they were members there or still are) they will always get that generic message from the plug-in, redirecting them to add funds on SP.
I m on several indie sites and I don t let the guys that prepay on another websites to call me, this way no one needs to receive that pesky generic message.

So I got Attara (she's one of my favorites) & SHE told me how to get the video thingy to work. The other guy didn't know WTH he was talking about. There's a drop down menu on the left that doesn't really show up clearly on a black screen. That's where you change the video feed.
She cleared it all up within 5 mins. & you don't have to log out & log back in to see the video preview option either. Another thing he told me to do when I didn't have to.
I just wanted to let people know in case they have the same issue.

Well, I spoke too soon about getting the correct info.
Turns out that I got different info from different people & even when I get an answer, I don't get the COMPLETE answer, I have to pull more info out of them otherwise I go around in circles for more days before finding out something new. - sigh
1. Any new preview done by the SP app deletes the old preview & they aren't kept anywhere. They changed this recently.
2. Any preview from Twitter doesn't delete the previews, but it replaces the old one. I tried uploading a video to Twitter & it came out sooo ugly I deleted it. Anyone else have this issue?
3. The previews do NOT work on Win 7 using Fx, Opera & now Chrome.
If anyone also uses Win 7 like I do & the previews are working for you, pls. LMK. I got it to work on Chrome the other day, but not on Opera or Fx. Today it's not working on Chrome - sigh. Looks like it's working on Win 10 according to SP, but I should NOT have to change my OS just b/c of SP. Rolling eyes in the air.

What do you mean exactly? If you mean that you can not record a preview on win 7, that is not correct. I use win 7 and upload a preview daily. As for the browsers, the previews are uploading through the plug in so I don't see what the browsers have to do with the previews.

Many of your tech issues could be a result of using an old operating system. Windows 7 isn't getting very many updates these days and tech companies aren't designing products with backwards compatibility. And Skyprivate is a tech company. Everything is moving forward. Also keep in mind Win7 will officially be without tech support in about six months. It doesn't make sense for any company to create features for an operating system that's about to become obsolete. You may have to update to Windows 10 if you want things to work more seamlessly and with less troubleshooting.

I got back to win 7 a couple months ago and I plan on using it for as long as I can since no tech support was able to help with my issues and i am not that tech savvy to fix everything on my own.
Anyway, skyprivate, plug in and previews still work with win 7 and with Opera.

Exactly, those updates are so so annoying and I am sure some caused my issues. I became so paranoid with updates that I even put them off for 7 so I don't have to start the troubleshooting all over again. I wish we could put them off for 10, I would like it more then.

They seem to show up for Win 10 people, but not for me.
So yes, I can do the recording of the preview, but I can't see it play on any of my 3 browsers.
Once I saw it on Chrome, then the next time it didn't.
If you can see them playing for you that's great, but they aren't playing for me :(

I don't know, I have NO issues with any other site. Granted I'm not on all the cam sites anymore, but all the non cam sites I have no issues.
Win 7 only stopped updates the other day. For a company to not care about an OS that a lot of people still use & only stopped updates last week is ridiculous IMO.
If it was years from now I could understand, if it was XP, I would totally understand, but it's not, it's Win 7, & I can't change to Win 10, as I have a very old mouse that supposedly won't work on Win 10 & I won't give it up as it's ergonomic, not to mention allows me to work really fast.
Plus I have Win 10 on my laptop & I don't like it.
I know I probably have to change some things, but I can't even double click on something (a file) to open it. I have to use the enter key.
I can't even get Win Explorer to work properly.
I HATE MS with a passion. They are a terrible company. Besides him being unethical, commits crimes, & is controlling, everything they create SUCKS.
They ruined Skype & they force people to do things they don't want to do & that's even outside of MS. That's the type of person Gates is.
I won't switch to Linux (wish I could) b/c I'm too nervous I'll need a program & it won't work.
So I will wait until the very last min. to switch to Win 10.

This has happened at least almost 10 times by now where a guy tries to add me on SK & I never get the message. Who knows how many more times it's happened & the guy just gave up & went away.
I thought if he tried 2-3 times then it finally shows up as it seemed to work that way, but I just got a guy contact me on Twitter & he tried me 5 times since April & I never got ONE message. Grrrr
Anyone else having this issue?
Maybe it's happening outside of SP, but so far I think (I'm not 100% sure) it may be connected to SP & how it's connecting to SK thru their button.
If it's happening to you with CMD (as an example), then it's definitely SK & not SP.
Of course you may not even know it's happening to you if you aren't aware of it.
If you can LMK & also which OS you are on.

hey can I suggest something to you guys? Add a crooked clients page like all the other skype sites please!! We deal with a lot of timewasters from the site already, I really don't want to deal with this loser too! And models after me shouldn't have to deal with ppl like this. If we have a page that we can check at least we know who we are dealing with. So please consider add a page like that. Thanks!

I would say that getting guys to rate here is like pulling teeth, but I think pulling teeth would actually be easier. What the fuck is up with Skyprivate guys? They can rate every time they call us (if it's been over 24 hours) so it should be trivial to rack up a ton of ratings but it's not. Only one of my regulars consistently rates me every single time (he's wonderful) and one kind of does it most times if I remind him every single time. The rest come back over and over but won't rate me, or only do it once and never again even though I've been reminding them every time. Incredible.

It has happened on and off a couple times, but it loads right back up for me. Try logging in out and in of the plugin especially if you leave it on for a long time. Seemed to work for me.

Same here. Sometimes logging off and selecting not to "remember settings on this device" and logging back in to re-do the settings, brings me old messages.

It seems to be crashing for me only when I close the plugin at the end of my shift. Otherwise it stays connected but something is off, since the last update I didn't get a single add and that's weird.

Got some adds. Plug-in is not crushing for me. I keep closing and re-opening it every hour, so I won t encounter any glitches. Don t know if this is beneficial or not, but I don t let it idle long time.
I forgot to mention that the plug-in sometimes double charges the guys.

I’ve literally had maybe two. And both of them were scammers/timewasters. Tried calling and they weren’t registered members. I’ve nearly given up on the site.

All I f*ing do is waste my time dealing with the IDIOTIC support at SP.
I tell them it keeps logging me out or the plugin keeps crashing even with an error.
Their BRILLIANT suggestions:
1. Uninstall & reinstall the plugin. How many BLOODY times do we need to do the SAME thing before they fix it???? Every time going back a year now this is their answer for EVERYTHING. Plugins aren't meant to be uninstalled & reinstalled over & over again UNLESS the programmers don't know what they are doing.
2. I restart it, their tech guys comes on the computer & says it's working fine now since you restarted it LOL OF COURSE IT'S WORKING FINE, I JUST RESTARTED IT. BRAINS!!!!!
Every other day I waste at least 20-30 minutes of this BS & they are clueless like little children.
They are coming out with a new update next week. Let's see if THIS one works this time. Sigh
Sorry for the venting, I'm just sick of wasting my time & losing clients due to their plugin issues.

Hello, @ep2002! It's not our intention to waste your time with our plugin. Our plugin is internally developed so we put all our efforts into fixing all the issues. My colleagues from the Support Department want to help you with those cases, that's why they suggested unistalling and reinstalling the plugin. I can assure that our programmers know what they are doing that's why they are working incessantly to create the best version of the plugin. We know about those cases and you can always come to us to manually add the money in your account you if the plugin doesn't charge the member.

I am having a serious problem getting paid through Coinbase. I opened a Coinbase account a month ago once I knew the plugin was working well enough for me to get paid (a long painful story).
So, my experience the first time I try to withdraw my earnings:
1. I received a Coinbase approved Bitcoin wallet.
2. I withdrew my pay on SkyPrivate via a Bitcoin address.
3. The funds show up in my Bitcoin wallet.
4. There is NO way to transfer my funds from my Bitcoin wallet to my Coinbase account.
5. I searched for 2 days to figure out how to transfer my money.
6. SkyPrivate’s instructions for Coinbase payouts only go as far as how to get the Bitcoin wallet address, not how to convert the money.
7. I wrote Coinbase support for help (they don’t take calls), and it could take days.
8. Finally, I wrote SkyPrivate support for help. Support has answered all my questions timely, but they cannot help me with this one.
Here are the three CONDENSED replies I have received from SkyPrivate support (Support has been very polite):
A. If you inquiry is about how to transfer your funds from your BTC wallet to your CoinBase account. Please contact the support of the page where you have your BTC wallet.
I will ask also to my collagues from the Billing Department but this is not on our platform.
B. I will search on internet in order to help you.
C. I suggest you to contact the CoinBase support from here

I have contacted them, It will take days to get an answer. I just thought y'all might know how your other American models turn their bitcoins into their coinbase accounts. I have been trying for 2 days to figure out how to get paid. Now I am in tears over this. I have tried everything and every search I could think of to figure this out. Your instructions go as far as how to send the money to a bitcoin address. I registered with coinbase in July, so there would be no delay on getting paid. Now, no one can tell me how to get paid. Thank you very much for your time.

We don’t pick the way we get paid in the U.S. SkyPrivate offers very few options. It is very bad business for your company to tell us you are not responsible for how we convert our money from digital to dollars. I am so upset!
I still have to work more tonight, and I am in tears over this.

I have the history. I sent you the history, and then you closed my case without telling me how to access and cash out my funds. I tried to sell my BTC wallet to my coinbase account. I sold them somewhere, but now I cannot access them.
Here is the transaction history:
I have attached a screenshot of my accounts page that show the funds, but not in anything that I can cash them out from. And there is NO way to access those funds. I have been dealing with this for two weeks.
All I want to know is:
1. Where is my money?

Maybe this is old news to everyone else but I just found the country info under statistics and found it really interesting. This is a list of countries that I've made the most money from over the whole time I've been on Skyprivate, from most to least: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Australia, Pakistan, Netherlands, Switzerland, Portugal. That's only the top ten, it's a long list but it really surprised me.
The US was by FAR the winner--I've apparently made over 6x more from US customers than I have from Canadian customers (the next biggest spenders.) I do have a very good Skyprivate regular who could account for a lot of that, but even taking him out of the picture we're at about 3x more money from US customers than Canadian customers. Just way, way more than everyone else. This is especially interesting to me because most people who contact me from Skyprivate, and I'd also say most people who actually call me on Skyprivate, are NOT American. If I had to guess I'd say my average paying Skyprivate customer is European (but not UK.) So even though American customers are relatively rare, they're spending WAY more money than everyone else.
Pakistan is really weirding me out. It's not much from there, only a few hundred (the amount spent per country drops WAY down after the US, and again after Sweden), but I don't remember ever getting a paying customer from there and I wouldn't really expect to. Hell, I've seen it recommended more than once to just preemptively block Pakistan to cut down on timewasters (on any site), but apparently someone in Pakistan is indeed spending money. Further down the list I had some money from Afghanistan, which was a similar surprise until I remembered having a semi-regular a while back who was in the military and Skyped me from there. So it certainly could have been someone travelling.
Portugal was also somewhat surprising but I did have a decent regular (for Skyprivate) from there so I wouldn't be surprised if that was all the one guy.
Overall I've found this very enlightening. I should note that I'm American myself. I would THINK that that has some influence over why I've made so much more from American guys (particularly why they stay so much longer and/or come back more often--I'm definitely not getting mostly American guys from Skyprivate) but I'm really curious as to what others' stats and experiences may be.

This is a list of countries that I've made the most money from over the whole time I've been on Skyprivate, from most to least: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Australia, Pakistan, Netherlands, Switzerland, Portugal. That's only the top ten, it's a long list but it really surprised me.
The US was by FAR the winner--I've apparently made over 6x more from US customers than I have from Canadian customers (the next biggest spenders.) I do have a very good Skyprivate regular who could account for a lot of that, but even taking him out of the picture we're at about 3x more money from US customers than Canadian customers. Just way, way more than everyone else. This is especially interesting to me because most people who contact me from Skyprivate, and I'd also say most people who actually call me on Skyprivate, are NOT American. If I had to guess I'd say my average paying Skyprivate customer is European (but not UK.) So even though American customers are relatively rare, they're spending WAY more money than everyone else.
Pakistan is really weirding me out. It's not much from there, only a few hundred (the amount spent per country drops WAY down after the US, and again after Sweden), but I don't remember ever getting a paying customer from there and I wouldn't really expect to. Hell, I've seen it recommended more than once to just preemptively block Pakistan to cut down on timewasters (on any site), but apparently someone in Pakistan is indeed spending money. Further down the list I had some money from Afghanistan, which was a similar surprise until I remembered having a semi-regular a while back who was in the military and Skyped me from there. So it certainly could have been someone travelling.
Portugal was also somewhat surprising but I did have a decent regular (for Skyprivate) from there so I wouldn't be surprised if that was all the one guy.
Overall I've found this very enlightening. I should note that I'm American myself. I would THINK that that has some influence over why I've made so much more from American guys (particularly why they stay so much longer and/or come back more often--I'm definitely not getting mostly American guys from Skyprivate) but I'm really curious as to what others' stats and experiences may be.

^ Wait, are most of your Skyprivate customers American? My Skyprivate customer base is definitely not mostly Americans, which was the point of the post. It's not measuring the number of people, it's measuring money spent. So while the vast majority of my Skyprivate customers are NOT American, the vast majority of money is from Americans, which is interesting to me.

I have the history. I sent you the history, and then you closed my case without telling me how to access and cash out my funds. I tried to sell my BTC wallet to my coinbase account. I sold them somewhere, but now I cannot access them.
Here is the transaction history:
I have attached a screenshot of my accounts page that show the funds, but not in anything that I can cash them out from. And there is NO way to access those funds. I have been dealing with this for two weeks.
All I want to know is:
1. Where is my money?
2. How do I cash it out?

My colleagues from the Support Department want to help you with those cases, that's why they suggested unistalling and reinstalling the plugin. I can assure that our programmers know what they are doing that's why they are working incessantly to create the best version of the plugin. We know about those cases and you can always come to us to manually add the money in your account you if the plugin doesn't charge the member.

This isn't about adding money for a call that wasn't tracked, this is about me NOT being visable b/c your plugin disconnected me from the site & I didn't even know it. That means I potentially lose money b/c I think I'm online showing up & I'm not. Get it???

The ONLY reason programmers tells you to uninstall & reinstall a piece of software they have created is b/c they do NOT know what they are doing.
I've been online & dealing with programmers since 2000. I know this for a FACT.
All software has bugs, but not this many over the course of so many months.
Even your live chat software has bugs. I go to look at what your tech support wrote, & the scrollbar has me at the top of the conversation.
This has happened several times.
Or I just went to look at the list of countries unders statistics, & one of the country's letters are missing.
The excuse was "Well I checked and our servers have been under maintance, our Tech Department is already working on it"
I highly doubt your tech suport knew that was happening.
Then I have to go look again tomorrow to see if it did clear up & if it didn't, then I have to contact support AGAIN.
I should get paid for telling you all of the issues you have with your plugin & tech support. I have no problem helping companies & I do it for free a lot of the time, but to do it non stop all the time, no, I should get paid for my services.

I haven t been online since weeks but I have have had several Team Viewer sessions with two big box sites when I was a newbie and they fixed the glitches, even when the issue was coming from me. Nothing shady and bad happened during and after any Team Viewer session.

I've been very successful using SkyPrivate (http://set.skyprivate.com/i/m/anj/?r=https://profiles.skyprivate.com/model/13807-joylovewell), combined with Boleyn Models Daily Pay (https://admin.boleynmodels.com/ref?page=&campaign=&affToken=ODA4) It's worked brilliantly! And I actually enjoy it more than the rat-race of Streamate. DISCLOSURE: It's not super busy, so I can do other things around the house while waiting for a request. I have the Skype App on my phone, so it 'Dings' when someone has contacted me on Skype. Sometimes I reply from my phone, see if they're serious about a session. Or, I go right to my desktop to reply from there.
Regarding their Tech Team using (Team Viewer?) computer app, I've done it several times. I'm not sure what you think they're going to do or see? It just allows them to take control of your mouse, so they can check settings & try things. You're watching the entire time. It's kind of fascinating. After the call is done you uninstall the app so they no longer have control of your machine.
Maybe you think they'll hack your computer? So far, after 2-3 of those sessions, I've had no ill effect.

I'm still having this problem and no one will help. It's now been around a month. I don't want to have to close my account but it's starting to look like the only option. Can you please help? I'm now having issues with my dashboard as well. @ashley.miller
