^ Another member has been at that club and said it was great too.
I'm not sure what it is about the ones up here, they just get this giant stick up their ass... It's like Helloooooooo, I'm not your employee, I can come and go as I please. Permission slip to take a smoke break... pffffffft.

Tried one of the Christies. Forgot how awful corporate clubs are. I realized why they wanted me to gain weight; all the girls were either Mexican or black with big asses, or else just overweight white girls... most were dressed really trashy. Really, really didn't fit in.
The customers sucked ass. Maybe 7 or 8 came in. I usually like businessmen but these all had this air of entitlement coming off them, like they were such hot shit. One literally kicked his shoes off and had his feet up on a chair, lounging like it was his fucking living room. ⅔ of them were time wasters that were happy to chat and then refuse dances, the others had apparently come for the big ass girls. I could not sell a single dance.
I just could NOT take it anymore after 2.5 hours. I can always tell within a few hours if I'm gonna like a club, and this was a big fat NOPE. My last 2 clubs, I've come and gone as I pleased, left to get food, etc. If you didn't make money, you don't pay house, and you just give the DJ extra cash next shift. Here, you can't leave without multiple people noticing, and the DJ wants a fucking signed slip from the manager if you want to leave, even for a 10 minute smoke break. And... no way was I paying house out of pocket. I had to go lie to the manager and say my bf locked himself out, that I would be back in an hour and would pay house then, and he copped this huge attitude and went "Let me get this straight, you haven't worked 5 hours, haven't paid house, and you want to leave?" I literally felt like he was gonna hold me hostage. I got annoyed and said "So I'm supposed to leave him on the doorstep for 3 hours?" "... FINE but if you make a habit out of this you won't last. What time will you be back?"
Seriously even if I had made money, I wouldn't come back. I was expecting them to be better than the Phx location a few years ago, since they've, ya know, been sued for treating girls like employees, but apparently that hasn't mattered.
When I was there it was all playmate looking girls and a few Russians I knew from myrtle. All big boobie barbies. I felt intiminated and I look barbie. They all must be traveling.

I'll post since it's my last shift for 6 weeks. I get to th club and I hear a bouncer yelling at a girl to get dressed that was prostitution( well this year has been hard because we have 50 ectra girls coming from all over wanting quick cash, they're literally disgusting in the 25 dance room) so she looks at me and had to walk by me were I was getting ready and smirked. I stuck my foot out and tripped her, she went flying. When she left I said " bye whore". The girl who gets ready next to me is like they fired a girl last week for getting fingered in the butt in 25 room. She's like if it doesn't affect me i don't care. I'm like hunny, they just closed 7 clubs down here we are going to be next. If she was across from me in the room she would f been done. " take back the poiwer bitches". I started at a bikini bar. 10 dollar dances all done in the open. [I]f girls tried anything we drove them out! This is your lively hood and ridic. Anyways I thought the fight would of made it slow. No we had at least 600 or more guys on the floor. I ended up doing 3 vips. I'm not happy with this week. My last week I usually go home with at least 7000. I guess if we didn't have 50 extra whores aded to the normal 100. I usually do my best in april. March it was this year. I'm glad it's over this year. Usually I contemplate staying but no. And I cried a little. A regular ( whom we don't have many golf season) who's kept me sane this year told me his wife has alzheimers. Well i told him my uncle does and the last pics I saw were him at easter( didn't even look like him and he was holding up a box of peeps and it made me cry. I noticed when i got home I had a black mark on my nose. Lol.

In the 5 minutes I waited outside for her( i didn't wanna go in and obsess about the money I could make and maybe I should stay longer) literally guys were coming in in droves. two groups of like 10 guys in 5 min and they were older and looked good. Damn. And 500 bucks for nothing I don't like either outfit and she sewed then different in the front and they don't fit the same and is ignoring my texts and i leave in the morning1

Dead dead dead. At one point there were no new customers for an hour and a half, and then it started raining, which is always a deathspell for clubs. Said fuck it and went home.

I'm greatful for the lone customers that spent money despite the club being dead. I almost went home but figured I'd stay since i was already there. Most money I've made in a night so far.

Selina, I'm surprised at how strict Christie's is up there! I work there on and off and they let me do pretty much whatever I want. Then again, it's a new club and they need girls. But, once they have a good crew, they'll be weeding out the bottomfeeders and getting stricter, I'm sure.
Tonight was brutally slow but I made money off a regular who happened to stop in. I was kind of mad at him for ditching me a bit ago but he explained why he left so suddenly and apologized. Ok, we're cool. And I'm smh over what he told me...
A dancer that I haven't seen in ages was in tonight and it was so nice to catch up, dish a little dirt and all of that. There are some seriously scandalous girls around here. Found out that a dancer who bounces from club to club got fired for prostitution after swearing up and down that she's a little angel. Girls blowing veins shooting up in the bathroom and wondering why they were sent home. Just ridiculous stuff that we had a laugh over
The really tragic news was about a dancer that I used to be really cool with but kind of distanced myself because she had a pretty bad substance abuse problem. Apparently this girl, her sister and two guys thought they were sober enough to drive and got in a serious accident. The driver and sister died immediately. The dancer and the other guy were ejected from the car and so horribly injured that they were on life support for several days.
It's too early to tell about brain damage, because she can't even talk through the mangled mess that used to be a beautiful, angelic face. Every bone is shattered and she'll need major reconstructive surgery to even begin to look like herself. And, despite her problems, she was a beautiful girl who was so sweet when she was sober.
I've seen a few posts about driving drunk and hope that everyone will think twice about it. She thought the driver was ok too and it cost her a sister, her job, her looks and maybe her ability to have a normal life. Please, PLEASE take a cab or get a ride from a sober friend if you end up getting drunk at work. It may cost a little money or be a pain in the ass, but it's a hell of a lot better than laying in a hospital room with your face shattered and a very long, painful recovery.

Rain is great where I was. If it rains too hard and the grounds are soggy they can't golf and the only other reason their there is for golf season. It's also good in florida when it rains.

^ Here, everybody panics when it rains. Like, they slow down to 20 mph below speed limits, don't leave their house, etc. One day we had a group of guys that stayed in the club for like 3 hours because they were 'waiting for the rain to stop'.
It's weird as fuck that it's all "HOLD UP it's raining" and life ceases to go on until it stops.
michele11

^ Probably because it doesn't rain much there. The guys do that in florida too. Stay because they don't wanna drive in it but in Chicago and Ny guys go to clubs when it's snowing. it's hillarious whay pussies guys can be. One told me he was too tired to get a dance the other night cuz he drove 5 hours. I said Really?!? I drove 9 and have had 3 hours of sleeep for 6 weeks and work til 5am. He asked his friend for the tiny violin and I said NO The tiny volin would be for you pussy and wa;lked away. Lol.

A customer paid to give me a lap dance today. He wiggled around for a while, picked me up and shook his ass in my face. The whole time he was making really hilarious random comments, like, "I want to pick you up and put you on my horse, and ride away with you. No, just kidding, I don't have a horse. Yes I do. No really, it's in the disabled spot in front." I was kind of terrified but extremely amused.

Last time I posted on SW, it was about leaving work before I even started hustling (aka when I was down ~$175 in fees) because of an anxiety attack. I've been taking it easy and setting low goals since then. But last night my income and confidence level pretty much went back to normal! Part of it was luck (a hot woman made it rain $100 then gave me a bill on top of it for like, 2 floor dances), but even without that extra $180, I wouldn't have been so far off my average. Next step: getting my bottle hustle back. Feels so good to be back in the game.

The past two days, I've given day shifts a try. It will not be happening again. Painfully slow and half of the customers who do show up are there for lunch. I did score some major bonus points with management but the horrible money isn't worth it.
Given that it is so ridiculously slow, most of my time was spent bullshitting with staff. The club has only been open for a few weeks but there's already ridiculous stories floating around. One dancer lies to everyone about the money she makes and obviously so. Another dancer got busted for prostitution. Another for drugs. One of my old clubs allegedly got busted for hiring an underage dancer. It was funny at first but I'll be happy to get back to what matters: hustling cuties and making crazy money!

It's the fucking worst when you feel like you've made more money than you've actually made. I had a good shift, but I thought I'd made more. Felt like I was doing $40 dances all night, so I was expecting that to really add up when I got home. But I had to hustle hard tonight to make what I made, so I think I'm conflating the time I spent hustling with the time I was actually dancing. Still, made in a night what I would've made in nearly a month of part-time straight job work. So I'm happy.

For how hard I hustled, I should have made a lot more than I did, but most of the crowd were deadbeats and it never got very busy. I don't know what's going on but nobody's making much money, unless they have high roller regulars. A great spender came in and specifically asked two of us to come and see him. Unfortunately, this bitch camped in his cabana the entire night, refusing to budge. She made $100... and he cashed out $400 of funny money. WTF! She screwed us!
A dancer that I've worked with since I started dancing and I sat around, reminiscing about the good old days at the club we both started in. It's an extras and drug ridden shit hole now, but we both used to bank like crazy there. A new dancer just sat and listed in amazement. I feel like a hardened veteran now, lol!
What's sad is that, toward the end, what I made tonight is a good shift there. A world away from bringing in $3k a week like we used to. Nobody can figure out why things are so slow and we scoured the internet, trying to figure out if something was going on. No, it's just slow. I'm hoping tomorrow makes up for how bad things have been lately, because I'm going to brave the shitty DJ, as my other club has been even worse.

It was painfully slow for a few hours, then I had my first truly unpleasant experiences with rude customers being jerks to me for no reason. Sadly I didn't think of my excellent venomous comebacks until I was driving home. I then got several "no"s in succession. Quel surprise... I decided to just plop down and have fun with a nice regular who I know doesn't buy dances but always buys the girls drinks and is sweet. He totally lifted my mood up, and when I got on stage next the bachelor party was into me. The groom bought two dances, my only dances last night. Thank goodness some guy kept tipping me twenties.
I think it's PMS. My pheromones were wrong, my attitude was wrong. I almost cried. Maybe I'll do a Melonie and work three weeks a month, take PMS week off.
It's weird how some men will be stunned, hypnotized, fall in love with me, but then another will act like I'm a cockroach.

Had my first "jizzed in his pants" experience the other night. I slathered myself in hand sanitizer after.
It's fucking hard to go from day job to night job. As a full time stripper I could lounge around all week eating berries and cream, maybe do sushi for lunch and catch a movie with friends- work a day or two, then go back to being a diva while I recovered- long hot baths, yoga, tanning.
Now I'm working five days a week during the day and I'm tired. I'm also making under $1000 a month. Which is insane. So when I find time to go in to the club once or twice a month I'm not in a good hustle zone. I go because I actually need the money for bills. I only want to talk to people who are easy sells, nice, and attractive- don't even bother with the rest. I get worn out. I want to hide in the DR and nurse my feet. It takes me forever to get Hallelujah amped up again. And then I want to leave before the money even starts because I'm exhausted and cranky and have to be up by 9 am. I stayed for like two hours the other night because I made $150 and that was all I really needed. I always felt so bad for the girls saying all they wanted was to hit a bill.
My day schedule is finally becoming more manageable with consecutive days off so I'm going to make an effort to go in once a week on a good night like Friday. I think being out for a while just makes it harder. I'll feel more secure if I have an extra $1,500-2,000 coming in and it won't be so stressful. I'm make a good playlist, get a new outfit, and make sure to take time to unwind afterward, and to have money just for pleasure as well because nothing is more disheartening than busting ass to sell 50 dances and having it disappear into rent the next morning.

^Being out for a while makes things much harder. Working consistently is the way to do it in this industry. There's nothing worse than that feeling of driving to work thinking you need to make $1k since you haven't worked in a month. I'd much rather work one shift a week, make $400-500 (five-hour shift), and not feel the pressure of needing to make every night a spectacular one. These days, I tell myself that I'd be happy to make $100 (more than minimum wage), and that attitude results in me making far more money.
Some girls prefer to break their shift earnings up as percentages of bills / saving / spending (e.g. 20% of each shift goes towards savings, 50% towards bills...). But once I've made enough to pay for my current month's bills, I always use the leftover money to begin saving up for the next month's bills, which makes me feel ahead of the game and takes any imaginary pressure off of me to make lots of money every single shift (which results in me making more than I would if I felt stressed about it). I clip my 'bills money' together by month and put a post-it note on top with the month's name on it. Once I'm one month ahead of my bills, I start clipping money into groups of $100 or $1k ('savings money'). This method works for me because I don't like spending my money on unnecessary things - I only buy items that I need.

My last two shifts were very good!! :)
I worked days for a year (it worked best for me at that time), but decided to switch it up and work nights. It took me awhile to get used to the busier crowd and overall "night shift" vibe, but I think I'm getting the hang of it!! :D

...I had to deal with the jealous-psycho-territorial bitch we all have at our clubs. Tonight was my turn.
Not even an hour into my shift I noticed a guy whose eyes were like glued to me, clearly he was interested. He was sitting with an older blonde chick whose name I don't even know. I'm obviously not one of those "wait till she goes on stage and I'll go talk to her customer" type of dancers I set my sights on other customers and circulated the room. He took her into the vip, meanwhile I was taking plenty of guys into the vip as well. About 45 mins later or so, he was sitting in the same spot they were sitting in earlier, but he was alone. I gave it a couple minutes and blondie didn't return, so I went and asked the man if he'd like my company, to which he responded, "please." He said im beautiful and he wants to get to know me better and get dances from me, but also said the blonde might come back. Well, she did, about two minutes into our conversation. So politely excused myself and went to find other customers because I'm about money, not drama.
After an hour or so, the customer had migrated from the table he was sitting with blondie at, and was standing at the bar waving at me. Blondie was gone. He said, "come hangout!" So I did. We chatted and went back for dances, then he went to use the ATM afterwards. Me and him we sitting at a little table by the ATM and blondie emerges, comes up to us, and says to me "it is REALLY REALLY rude to STEAL someone's customer." Like wtf? I tried everything in my power not to "steal" the customer, he literally asked me to come hangout with him when she had left! She said it in such a nasty tone I had to set my drink down in case I had to counter an attack. lol. But she just stormed off. (I then saw her go over and talk to a manager, so I knew she was talking shit and making lies about how I "stole" what she apparently thinks is her property, but I figured my manager would be smart enough to laugh it off and know that she's just jealous so I wasn't too concerned). My customer was obviously very turned off by her at this point, because once she stormed off he said, "we should go in the back right now just to make her mad." LOL
Eventually me and the customer then went and got a booth so we could chit chat some more. My club has a rule where you have to change your outfit at least once each shift (it isn't really enforced so I've been slacking on it, so I decided to do it). I told my customer I'd be back in 5 mins. When I got back downstairs, I see that she is now sitting in the booth with him. I shrugged it off and walked over to another side of the room and sat in a different booth. The customer left her and came and sat back with me. About a minute later, she rushed over to our table, slammed her full drink on the table right in front me so that she purposefully spilled it all over me, then she stormed off again. Me and my customer had had enough. He went to go complain to a manager, and I went and talked to a different manager, the one she was talking shit about me to. He saw that I was wiping alcohol off my body and immediately knew which girl I was talking about. I saw her being escorted to the office. She didn't fuck with me after that but I was on my toes anyway just in case, 'cause the bitch is psycho. I usually don't get managers involved but I wanted them to understand the situation so that just in case she tried to fight me, I wouldn't get in trouble for beating her ass!
The sad thing is she's like 40, and acting this immature. Accusing girls of "stealing" customers when the guy literally asked me to "come hangout," and throwing drinks on people? Like bitch I didn't 'steal' your effing customer, he chose to spend his time with me. Grow up, and grow some confidence too.
I found out from a couple other girls at my club that this girl is kind of a trouble-maker anyway, and a nutcase. I'm pretty sure she's been fired from there at least once or twice years ago.

^^^^ ugh was last night deal with the crazy bitch night? It was my turn last night too. Sorry you went through that. Glad it was handled professionally. That customer sounds like a great customer.
To keep it short, the heroin addict in the dressing room talked some rude ass shit to me about my hair in front of everyone. Then after an awkward silence where I just looked at her like "you serious?" I walked out and for the rest of the night she was being annoyingly fake nice to me. Like trying to get customers to throw money on me, trying to get guys I'm sitting with to tip me too when they tip her at the bar. Like ugh please dont talk shit directly to my face and then be fake nice. I'd prefer a non fake bitch thank you very much
And I'm glad she did it cuz that motivated me to show her up and I hustled hard last night. And I met a great guy sitting in the corner by the door who gave me lots of money! And every time she walked out to smoke a cigarette she would see the money pile on the floor and him giving me money.
Omg my money bag was full at the end of the night. I could cry. Now I remember why I loved urban clubs so much. Because when it's good it's good and there's nothing like dumping out all your singles on the floor when you get home and looking at it trying to figure out if you got to a rack or not.
***CUTE STORY***
My dog has never seen a money pile before so she kept sniffing through the singles and rolling in the money. Lol I was scared she was going to rip the money or eat it. I threw some money at her to go away and she got so scared she ran away to the other end of the apartment. First bitch I've seen run away after getting rained on. LOL

It was my birthday Friday so I didn't work. But I went in last night and the first customer I talk to ended up being a whale. I made so much off of him. He paid me at first just to sit and talk, then went in VIP, then champagne room, tipping with hundreds. Then a few hours later I meet another guy who went straight to VIP then to the champagne room. Both were super respectful and sweet guys too. I made the most I've ever made since I started stripping! Happy birthday to me :) lol
I have been at my main club every other week now cause of going in and outta town and my main club is complaining, telling me I must have too much money cause all I do is go on vacation. First of all, I am not on vacation just cause Im not at my regular club I am at a diff club in a diff city. They always try n get into my business, I hate when ppl do that, make me wonder what the motives are… My one club has been horrible money lately cause its flooded with girls from outta town and now everyone is expecting extras way more than b4.

Another day shift, but this time a managers older friend comes in and although there was some other much younger and prettier girls texting, he catches my eye. Seems his little meeting got cut short as he comes over and wants a lap dance and tips me to sit and chat, which is limited due to the fact we are supposed to be up and showing skin and looking "available" if Not dancing. But I did a couple dances, and even sold him some panties ( shhhh) , got 490 in tips alone . Best day shift I ever had and Im sure I will see him again.. It was a rare day..

Today was the weirdest day shift I've ever worked, but in the best way possible. I did loads of dances for the nicest, most polite group of gentlemen I've ever come across. No one was inappropriate. No one tried to lick me or finger me or do any other gross thing. I had two guys tell me that they were getting over-excited and needed a breather, as opposed to doing their best to cum in their pants per usual. What?! My purse is full and my heart is light. I'm sure this will never happen again, but damn, today was good.

I made $170. On a Saturday. It was one of those horrible nights where the club is half-packed with customers, but NO ONE is spending money. I feel like a mentality like that spreads throughout the whole club and can kill your night's earnings. Like men think "Welllllll, HE'S not spending, so why should I?" Stage set after stage set and no girls were tipped. But, I still made $ while some girl's went home empty handed.
For the first time, I felt like I figured out how to hustle. I've danced on and off for a couple years, but have always had trouble approaching customers or keeping a positive mood if I wasn't making $. But last Saturday, I just kept moving. Kept walking around. Kept visible. I even kept sitting with that annoying customer who had already gotten dances, but wanted to talk for free afterwards. Shit, its better than being seen alone (at least for awhile....)
Hopefully, I can do the same this weekend.

Yes!! You're starting to be able to get into the zone, hustle-wise. That's such a good feeling when you've spent 1-2 years trying to develop those skills but never really 'getting it'. Someday your hustle will be like an automatic weapon. Just keep reading hustle hut, trying different things out, and finding what works for you. It also took me two years before my hustle started solidifying, and another 2+ years after that before I stopped having to even think while working. That hard work pays off if you give it plenty of time! And $170 on a night when no one is spending and girls are leaving with $0 is very, very respectable. :highfive:

In the DR at the end of my shift, I was tired and went to pee and didn't close the door (a lot of girls do this at my club, I guess we are comfortable with eachother) then some busboy comes in the dr and sees me on the toilet and says "what are you, stupid'? I didn't reply cuz I was shocked cuz its rare that any male employees go there. He didn't have to be that mean.

I have an incredible amount of patience for most customers, but for some reason, super-cheap old men piss me off in a huge way.
"Hi there! How are you? Would you like some company tonight?"
"Ooooh, noooo...I'm just here to watch the stage tonight."
"Fantastic! I was just up there a few minutes ago and noticed you enjoying my set. Would you like to tip me a dollar or two?"
"Whaaat? Nooo....I don't remember that..."
"Really? You don't have a dollar or two to tip me tonight?
"Ooooh, noooo...that's okay...no....I don't remember you at all..."

I hope he understood that I was insulting him. Broke-ass old dudes, man... I don't get it. At that age, you're supposed to be all kumbaya n' retired n' happy n' shit. Give me a fucking dollar.

I tried the new club. It was ridiculously dead. I got dances from most of the customers that came in, with the exception of the ghetto assholes that gawk at the stage and don't even bother to tip. One of the two customers that I did dance for is one of the managers at my other club, lmao!
After making chump change, I pulled a shift at my other club last night. I have sincerely missed that club! I made ok money until this group of 5 guys from Cali came in. I was in the smoking cage when they were walking to the door and got the other dancers to join me in cat calling at them. After about midnight, the Benjamins came out of their wallets... It wasn't long before they gave me quite a few of them.
I also decided that, if I've been sitting with someone before stage, it's really fun to climb the pole, sit there while I take my top off and slingshot it into his lap. Looks cool and it let's the customer know I'm heading over there right after stage. But, I'm kinda brazen like that.

Hahahaha. This is so me! I shame non-tippers to such an extreme degree too.. Haha.

Tonight was weird. It started out slow and I met so many guys that wanted to sick my nipples and lick on me... How gross lol. The way the night started off I thought I was going to go home with like 20. But it ended up getting better. I was going to consider this a bad night but I just thought about how much I paid in tip out and I actually did okay after all. I also met s so called NFL player smh. I hate how guys act like they have money and talk forever but barely want to buy a dance. I definitely hate when they keep calling me over but no tip. -__- a few more months and I'm out the dance game (yay)

I would have done alright but I got bored after 2 hours and none of the customers looked remotely interesting. Of course then my friends texted that they were going to karaoke in half an hour... so I bailed out. Guess I'm going in Weds to make up for that.
Had some dumbass follow me around to stages, tipping me, one of those people who hurls insults as an "i'm so cool" defense mechanism. He asked me to dance, after 1 song said he didn't want me to dance, just to talk, so I said ok and kept dancing anyway. In that situation, they get less of a real dance and more of an "I'm keeping my top off and swaying just so there's no ambiguity that you DO have to pay for the song". Guess he wasn't liking his answers to "Are you married? Why not? I've dated strippers, I'm cool with it" because then he dropped "You're beautiful but you're really not very good at dancing. You should probably find a new career. This doesn't agree with you." Told him it agreed with my bank account just fine. I HATE PEOPLE WHO NEG.
Really starting to believe this whole energy/LOA thing... nobody asked if I had a boyfriend last night, they all asked if I was married 0_o

Last night should have sucked. It was slow and heavy on the deadbeats. I did what I could when, at around midnight, two of the Cali guys from last night came in. I got a couple of dances off one guy and then had to do stage. When I came back, he was totally rude to me. Another dancer, who I've been friendly with since my home club exile last summer, had talked to him a little. He basically told me to leave because she was "more interesting." Ok... fuck you.
Then, as I was coming in from a smoke, my shoe strap broke. I bit it quite hard and snapped two toes. Then... back on stage.
It's 1 am and rude guy is sitting alone. His buddy is in VIP with another friend. I know he has about $500 left. So, I took him to VIP end spent up ALL that money before the club closed.
And, I was wrong. He had $600.

Made money but holy shit there was drama.
In my first VIP, the guy kept trying to take his damn dick out. Fucking obnoxious. I have mixed feelings about slapping him around because on the one hand I got to slap an asshole, but on the other, it turned him on. Whatever.
After parting ways with that asshat, I was literally walking to VIP with a guy when this psycho dancer started trying to join in. I acted a little sexy with her and whispered to him that it was his choice if she came with us, and he whispered back that he only wanted me. I don't know what she whispered in his other ear right after that, but he BOLTED. Then she got really angry and said he was 'her guy' because she sat with him for an hour before I approached him. With this look in her eyes like she was gonna slash my tires! So I got the fuck out of there even though I should've told her off for cockblocking me. I just have a personal philosophy of backing away from crazy eyes. Later on a staff member told me that she ruins dancers hustles all the fucking time, so this will probably be a pain in my ass.
And then there was.. more drama! I got one of those drunk VIP customers that can't seem to figure out how to pay for it. 'No I don't wanna put it on my card,' right after handing the host the card. Then after the long walk to the ATM, he starts pushing random buttons. 'Uhhhh... can you help me?' But unfortunately he wasn't drunk enough to take out more than the cost of the room and a lame tip. He was super handsy and rude, but then decided 10 mins in that we needed shots and said he'd get the waitress himself. He disappeared for the rest of the room, which was fucking awesome! But right as I was leaving, he charged back in with this backpack and started yelling about how we still had 20 minutes. It was like 4:45 AM and he hadn't bought another half hour. And guess who was waiting outside the club for me? I ran back in the club and asked some staff to walk out the other entrance with me, but was really creeped out.
I hope today isn't this much bullshit, but I'm not optimistic considering it's a Saturday.

They can't fire crazy eyed dancer?
Something similar happened to me too with the popular crazy dirty cunt from my club. I'm talking to a vip customer i knew and she came by blocking my face with her arms and with 2 other chics. Pathetic. I just stood there smiling bc i knew he was gonna be an easy vip sell for me, and boom.... off to vip we go as those bitches sat there looking mad. Lol.
I wish my club would fire cut throats like that. Thirsty fkn bitches. Christ.

I watched two bouncers dragging a dancer into the office after she slapped a customer in the face - for smacking her ass during a dance. It's like half the girls here are psycho bipolar chicks. We're a high contact club and you're a sex worker... what do you expect?

Maybe it wasn't a gentle smack and he actually hurt her? Men shouldn't be hitting us. I'm 5'0" tall and 95 lbs. Once i walked by this very juiced up guido asshole who hit my ass so hard, i almost fell. It hurt too, & fuck yeah i reacted. Punched his knuckles. Even his buddies thought it was fucked up of him to lay a finger on me like that. These dipshits forget we're women.

^^ These dipshits forget that we're human most of the time.
Speaking of... I braved the dipshit DJ, as the Cali guys said they'd be back. My first set... hip hop. I walked off stage, stormed into the managers office and threw a fit. I got a talking to about leaving stage but my point was made. Another dancer can't deal with the fog and he gassed her so badly that she couldn't breathe. Another dancer, who's a little younger than I am was getting bright white lights for her stage. In fact, he got complaints from almost every dancer.
I shorted him on a tip and gave the extra to the bouncers. When I was leaving, the manager asked if things got better with the music. I told him it was mostly tolerable, but the list the DJ was given was ignored. Judging by his response, I have a feeling we won't be seeing him much longer.
Seriously though... why? Why fuck with every single dancer, for no reason and have the audacity to bitch about how little he's tipped. The vibe sucks, everyone is angry and annoyed and customers don't spend as much money. But... the DJ likes the music. Fucking idiot!
The whole night was just weird and shitty. There's a crew of new dancers that aren't fitting in with the rest of us. One of them pissed some girls off so much that I had to talk them out of kicking her ass. Turns out she's an extras girl, as I discovered when I was giving a table dance and she had her face buried in a guys lap. Lovely... The Cali guys did come in but were lame. They were racking up hundreds just in drinks for the past few days. Tonight, they had a couple beers, a few table dances and left. Fuckers. We had to kick a huge group out for doing coke. A guy asked me if the cost to fuck me was included in his cover charge.
I was popular enough that I still banked though. It was only kinda worth it.

^^^true that
I expect ass smacking in urban clubs so a little playful smacking is expected. What is NOT expected is when your ass gets smacked so hard you almost fall over (and I'm a big girl) or your ass has a huge red mark on it and is still hot from the slap. That's when I promptly stop twerking, stand up straight and say seriously "OWW that hurt" and hold my hand out. One time a guy and his friends gave me all the money in their hands for that. Unbelievable.

Maybe... I hear what you're saying and that's valid. The way she was talking sounded pretty insane, and she never suggested that he hit her very hard. I was with a regular in the VIP at the time, and he also overheard it and was like, "What the hell is she on?" I agree, the men who come into clubs sometimes treat us like subhuman at best. xP I guess I wouldn't assume that in my club since it's somewhat upscale and I've barely had a single customer smack my ass in four months. We mostly just have issues with extras and grabby hands, not many fetishists or anything.

Well, I tried my first LA club.
Went in, hired on the spot. They scanned my ID and told me I could go on the floor which was SUPER weird. No hour long "orientation" or anything like that. Girls were walking around in what they wanted pretty much. Girls coming in and going literally whenever they wanted! And $25 house! So different from Chicago. Can't tell if I hate it or like it.
Anyway, I got a VIP within my first 10 minutes on the floor. I figured this was good, but then I did NOTHING for the rest of the night which kinda sucked. All the customers were incredibly cheap and they were hard to come by for a Saturday night. I'm going to keep this club in mind just in case, but I'm checking out some others ASAP because I think I walked out with about $140 which is pretty terrible for a weekend.

I was chatting briefly with a guy who had already told me he was waiting on his regular - the black girl on stage - when a random guy got behind me and ruffled my hair. He turned to the guy I was chatting with and said, "Good to meet you. Don't let those ghetto girls walk all over you. Stick to white girls." He smiled at me and walked out the door. I was absolutely appalled. I exchanged a look of baffled disgust with the first guy, and we simultaneously said, "What the fuck?". Sometimes strip clubs really attract the scum of the earth. >.>
