Decent for the first hour, then the customers petered out and nobody renewed their numbers :(

Some guy sat there telling me about his wife's 7th miscarriage and how he wasn't sure if she even wanted a baby and they were only together for sex... for the first time I can remember, I got up and left bc I had NO idea how to hustle that without being insensitive... I wanted to tell him he should be seeing a real therapist, not a stripper...

Left after I snapped at some guy who sauntered up to me, did the "You look sad" bit (I'm waiting to go on stage motherfucker, sitting at the backmost seat of the satellite bar in order to be out of sight of jackoffs like you), asked me what my hobbies were, and refused to take "Spending my money" as an answer... "No, what do you REALLY do?" Like, OOH do you want fucking brownie points? Because you 'get it', that that was just a bullshit line to make it apparent I didn't want to answer your question? You're SO smart ::)

God, I'm grumpy with summer clientele already.

Tonight sucked. I mean, it sucked like a Tuesday morning. The club never got busy and there's yet another dirty bitch we need to get rid of. I still did ok but, at one point, I was listing off stuff I desperately need tomorrow and just hoped I made another $10. I think it's time to switch up my tactics. This summer is likely to be worse than last summer but... I think by changing things up a little, I'll be ok. Perserverance pays, right?

It makes me feel a little bit better knowing that it's not only my club that's slow right now. Summer is suppose to be the busy season here at my club, but I definitely don't see it. It actually seems to be slower. I worked both Monday night and Friday night and both were slow as fuck. Monday night was horrible. There was a point in which there were 15 girls and zero guys. Friday night was better, but still no bueno. 30 girls and less than average number of guys for a Friday night.

I've never walked out with less than 500 on a weekend night and I made 200....

Glad I'm not the only one! It was my first night back at work in a week after I messed up my foot, so I had an ACE bandage and then wore ankle boots to hide it.

I went in very late...around 11.30 pm, because I only wanted to work a few hours with my bad foot...made $50 within the first hour, took a break because there were literally no customers. It didn't feel like a weekend. I called my fiancee asking him to come get me in a half hour, told the DJ to put me on stage one more time and then made stage money and got a few dances.

On stage dealt with a dancer sitting at my stage yelling at me that it was a nude club and I had to take off my bottoms...er, this club is super lax and a lot of girls don't take off their bottoms (nonetheless with a sprained foot!) and I'm an independent contractor...though the whole nude thing is just a learning curve for me after only working topless for a year now! So honestly I forget half the time.

Then had to deal with a customer who called me over, was very grabby, touched my tattoo (and then my boobs) and then declined a dance. I called him out on it and said "well you did just grope me repeatedly..." he just said "I know" like an asshole. Then a guy who comes in a lot and wastes everyones time grabbed my ass.

I walked out with $100 on a Friday night. I wonder why it was so slow! So weird!

Also I want to find a new club because fuck that.

Last night was good for me. Not so much for anyone else. The club was painfully slow and I just happened to snag the big spender who almost married an EBloc woman and spent a lot of time in Ukraine. Other than that the club was totally dead.

We got a small rush at 1 am and a very intoxicated (jury's out on what she was on, but more than alcohol) dancer waved me over. She was taking a guy into VIP and wanted me to hit up his friend. Ok. Turns out, she was doing the dirty and thought I wouldn't rat her out. What's weird is that we had a conversation about driving out extras girls not even an hour before and I said, point blank, that I'll run a dirty bitch out of my club. As I know her reputation... she was right about my silence. I'm pretty scrappy when I need to be but she's one that I really don't want to tangle with.

Turns out that I didn't have to say a word. The customer I was with started acting really weird after a couple of dances and, as we were waiting for the ATM, he started saying REALLY weird stuff to the VIP bouncer. So, he goes in to check on the other dancer. After he leaves, she runs out and gives him a $20 tip from the customer. Way to be obvious!

Certain managers run their ideas by me and we're all cool so I end up being in the office quite a bit. There are very well hidden cameras in the VIP and I've seen the monitors. She likely got busted because running out and giving the VIP host a large tip was a pretty huge indicator that they were up to something and the area she was in is right in front of one of the cameras. I have a feeling she won't be around much longer.

Last night was great! I hadn't worked a Sunday at my club yet (mostly because Sunday is family dinner night, haha), but my friend/roommate coaxed me in with her.

It started out terribly slow, so I just practiced on the pole and hung out with coworkers. The first guy to come in recognized me from another night and took me back for a few VIPs, then it was slow again.

I recognized this one dancer from my first club (she was just checking it out and auditioning here) who was generally a clean dancer but did confide about doing extras once when money was tight. Thankfully the club has a 0 tolerance policy, and I've seen girls fired within an hour of being hired for doing something too dirty, so I'm not concerned. The GM will always give you a chance despite reputation, but won't tolerare anything under his roof. She was a nice girl, too, so I hope she did clean herself up and works at our club! We have a fantastic, close-knit group of girls and employees.

Then the club was quiet until 3 guys came in together. My roommate and I sat with them, and, after an hour or two of just joking and being rained on on stage for random, silly crap, they called 5 of their friends to come and join the party. Wound up banking on their stage ttips only to top the night off with several VIP dances with the group's lieutenant (it was his first time at the club, so each person in the group each bought him 1-2 VIP dances).

I think I might work more Sundays. I know it won't always be so great, but it was just a really fun shift, and several of my favorite coworkers happen to work Sundays.

One of my coworkers, who's 5 years older than I am with a toddler, started chatting with me randomly the other day and just burst into tears. During a somewhat short conversation, she started out by stealing some of my french fries, confessed that she is an alcoholic, talked about her divorce, complained that she has no female friends, talked about smoking weed, said that she doesn't talk to her family, and vented her anxiety about working in the club and not being able to make her son proud. I just sort of sat there listening and awkwardly patted her back a few times. The worst part is, I feel like she's probably one of the most stable girls there. I gave her my number and offered to hang out sometime. Now I'm kind of regretting doing that because the last thing I need in my life is a drug addict with emotional problems following me around.

After last week's shit show, I decided to take this week off and have a yard sale instead. My manager called and almost begged me to work last night. I'm a last, desperate, option on the list to get called in on a normal day, so shit was not going right for her to have to call me. I forgot my shoes at home so I had to scavenge the top of the lockers. I settled on a pair of boots that were 2 sizes too big and only a 4 inch heel. O.o Actually has me wanting to buy a pair of boots now, they looked perfect with the outfits I had packed.

There were 4 of us working. 4! It turned into 3 around 10 when one of the girls started throwing up in the beer garden because she drank too much. 6 or 7 would have been a perfect dancer count. It was just exhausting.

It was actually steady once I got my mojo going. The customers we had were really great. There just wasn't time for me to chat up customers to convince them to go to the CR. For the first couple of hours I would talk to a customer for a couple of sets, go on stage, and another girl would go over to him and close the deal. I figured fuck it. I didn't sit at any tables with customers for the rest of the night. I'd go on stage, line up dances, do them, go pee or grab a drink, and end up back on stage. I was happy with my singles and doubles.

2:45 rolls around and I have 2 guys wanting CRs. Really? Last call was 15 minutes ago. So I grabbed one of the guys figuring I would do 5 dances ($ equivalent of CR) with him and then grab the other guy. I'm so glad he was getting singles. Made me feel better compensated for his drunken handsy-ness. I treated him like shit and he just kept buying dances until we closed!

Honestly, I think I only made money because of the lack of selection in dancers and the abundance of boobs that I have. Whatever. I don't care. I'll take it.

I've gone down to dancing once or twice a month, and it has been fucking awesome. Consolidating my regulars and only working when the weather is shitty (clubs here are dead in the summer in general, but especially on beautiful days) has resulted in me clearing a grand every Friday afternoon I've worked so far.

We got a new DJ!!!! Shitty gangsta rap guy is out! The new DJ used to spin here and I worked with him once or twice at another new club, so I'm totally happy he's going to be working Saturdays.

Last night was a shitshow in a lot of ways. Girls are feeling the summer pressure and are acting pretty awful. Shit talking, sabotage... I must have the stripper guardian angel on my shoulder because, not only did the two girls who tried to fuck with my money completely fail, but they're both suspended for unrelated reasons. And, as luck would have it, their little death spiral was quite entertaining to watch.

I didn't even try to make money for the first few hours. I did my stage and just ignored everybody, because the energy sucked. A few customers essentially paid me to come over to their table... so they could pay me for a dance. Most of the time, I let them.

I fired a regular, as he was trying to tip me onstage. He was never a huge spender and I can afford to either lose what he spends on me or enjoy the bank he spends trying to get back in my good graces. It was actually really funny. He blew me off for dances, but came up to my stage. I stopped, did the whole hands on my hips with an "you have GOT to be fucking kidding me" look on my face and went to the other side of the stage . He's forgotten that he's the one who needs to be worthy of my attention, not the other way around. Two really young dancers were watching, just floored that I'd do something like that. They approached me about it later and one of them said "I was like... amazed that you'd be so bitchy like that. So, I said to S... did she really just do that? And S said omg, she totally did and I asked S why. She said... it doesn't matter. That was fucking awesome! " It felt good to teach the next generation that they can demand respect for themselves and they don't have to sell themselves short. Acting all lowest common denominator seems to be in style these days.

Finally had a decent shift, yay! Thank you LOA... I pictured one smallish number I would have been content with, and then didn't give a shit all evening. Very out of character but I spent most of it hanging out with a regular barfly (who tipped me $100 to talk... normally I would have bailed out after half an hour with him, but I was having fun and the dudes on the floor didn't look appealing. It was about time I had a fun shift where it wasn't all doom-and-gloom and worrying about $$). Danced for a few guys who tipped me on stage here and there, but kept going back to the bar.
With an hour to go, I danced for one more guy, went to stand on the sidelines and contemplated just hanging out there until it was time to leave, and this guy comes walking up to me and ends up spending half an hour doing VIP dances. I made 1.5x what I wanted to :)

I'm really liking going back to my old standby of only hustling people who tip me on stage, or make it obvious in some way that they want me to come over. I could make more $$ per shift if I cold-hustled the whole room, but I think that was what was burning me out, having to 'forcibly entertain' people... I'd make double $$ when I worked, but then I would crash every other month and not work much, which negated all the extra $$.
I mean, I'll still cold-hustle if I HAVE to in order to leave with profit, but yeah.

You could also find a comfortable middle ground. Hustle the guys who show an active interest in you (as you planned), and then wanna-dance hustle the guys who haven't shown an active interest. It doesn't take a huge amount of energy to walk up to a cold-call custie and say "Hi there! I'm ____. How's your night going? Can I interest you in a dance with me?" or similar. And then if they say no, you haven't exhausted your energy, and you can close with an upbeat line like "Well I just thought I'd offer! Maybe I'll get to see you again when I dance on stage! See you around!" These simple lines can set you up for more tips on stage, or even an easy sell for a dance later (when you've introduced yourself, they feel more comfortable approaching you for a dance when they're ready. I've had plenty of guys say no, only to come up to me later).

May as well, right? I think you'd also feel better taking a break after doing a quick-sell round. Like a lightning round! :)

Well, the owner rudely pulled me aside and told me he had never seen me before and didn't believe I was working at his club and made me prove I worked there, the lap dance "counter" or whatever was also incredibly rude on multiple occasions literally commanding me to dance or to stop dancing in the lap dance room. The bartender refused me water unless I tipped him (when I'm entitled to fucking water and would have tipped him anyway.) basically I don't know if everyone at my club has a bug up their ass right now because it's been slow or what but I'm done there if that's how I'm going to be treated when I've been consistently making money (especially when the other girls have not.) looking for a different club this weekend...

@Charlie, I do the lightning round thing sometimes, just so I can be like "So THERE, I did approach everyone", haha. But for the most part, the customers here don't respond to any variation of asking for a dance within 3 sentences... they've been trained by other girls to expect sitting and chatting. I came from a wanna-dance club and had to adjust to these guys. They all get like, super butthurt if you don't sit with them for a couple songs. "You just want my money!" Well, duh ::)

First day back at my club was pretty awesome money wise.

First guy I talked to took me right back for an hour CR. Turns out he wanted extras, but I convinced him what he *really* wanted was to cuddle, talk, drink and respect my boundaries.

After that he took me for another 1/2 hour CR thinking he could get farther....Sorry dude, just more talking, drinking and me yelling at you for trying to touch my pussy. He said he's coming back tomorrow...Honestly I think I was underpaid for that babysitting job lol!!

Did another 1/2 hour with a younger guy who was a perfect gentleman. Yay! Did some dances and EVERYONE tipped me $10-$15 on top of their dance without me even asking.

All the girls hate me because they don't know me and they think I'm a whore...Nope I'm just a hippie that practices LOA. and it works!!!!

Walked out with my rent for next month on a dead, rainy, Monday dayshift. I'll take it. :)

It was deader than Monday but I still managed a 1/2 hour VIP. Then there was nothing until this semi famous band came in. The singer latched onto me. Sweet guy but he wasn't spending!! His excuse "Girls sit in my lap and show me their tits for free." Yeah that's great, but my company is NOT free. Famous or not, if you're not spending, I'm not sitting with you. Still made decent money considering and my favorite manager of all time let me go home early. I love my home club soooo much!

I can't find the random stripper thought thread so I'm putting this here.

I auditioned tonight for the first time in 4-5 months & after the manager asked me to write my real & stage names & phone number down and he'll call me next week. I think it's possible this club really does have too many girls but idk. :/ dunno what the issue could have been, they didn't seem that picky and I was a little nervous to be in stage again but I didn't think that bad. I swear I used to be so good at this :(

Also though while on stage I saw one girl letting a guy smack her ass over & over again on the floor & during my whole stage set some girl & guy were standing at the dance/VIP window and she was letting him feel her up all over, she kept grinding on him standing up, it was absurd.

To be honest, I use the confessions thread as my 'random thoughts thread.' Everything can be made into a confession! :)

As for the manager, who the fuck knows what was going on with him. Maybe he didn't even have the authority to hire anyone or something weird like that. Whatevsies. Onto the next, eh?

Housefees have gotten ridiculous in the boroughs. It's all tip in now and the lowest is $80. Maybe $50 if it's at a dive. The nights of working and paying your housefee at the end of the night are gone.

I decided to go to the one big name club I haven't worked at and am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Had a great shift and hope it wasn't just a friday fluke.

Friday night guys weren't in a spending mood, or could have just been my mood. I got in a fight with my husband on the phone right before work so of course I was in a low vibration. Night was saved with two VIPs from one guy, who was actually kinda cute for a white boy! After that some drunk kid got a dance and tried to run out of the club without paying! lol! I was just going to shrug it off but the bouncers and manager tracked him down in the parking lot and got my money! I tried to tip them but they wouldn't take it. I love the staff here.

Felt SO good. I was lazy and took like a week off and before I could return I fell into an anxiety/depressed state and my anxiety makes me sick to my stomach so I was sick & puking for a week. And I lost weight :-\ .But I got better and FINALLY returned to work! And my best friend just moved back here from Chi and auditioned (finallllly, she was being lazy) and got hired. So it was cool. It was a slow Friday but I managed $650 - definitely not complaining since I hadn't worked in so long. It felt great to be back and to conquer my anxiety for the moment and get back to the money.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnd no more dayshifts for me! lol! Last Monday must have been an anomaly. Only did one half hour today and the guy pouted the whole time because I wouldn't kiss him *eye roll* Threw a fit and told me to stop dancing and just sit there since I wouldn't kiss him...so I was like "Fine. Easy money for me :) " Then he tipped me $20 before he left.......??? Everyone else turned me down but I got some generous stage tips. Oh well it's $200 more than I had yesterday. :)

It's definatly summer in FL. Looking forward to traveling next month. It was dead tonight (not one customer for the first 2 hours) but still managed to do decent even with leaving early. A 30 min VIP saved my night. Lately I average the same amount every shift...it's not awesome but not bad so I'll take it. Not looking forward to tomorrow...thinking about skipping even though it gets busy bc it's cheaper dances all night :/ also trying to transition back into night shift. Dayshift is less money but I love being home early. Dancing on the road is so much easier for me....I don't mind working all night when I'm away from home.

It has been SO slow. Ridiculously slow. I always manage to find my money but it's harder, takes a lot more time and effort and has me exhausted by the end of the night.

My energy has sucked lately, mostly because Sunday was the first Father's Day since I lost my Pops and the days leafing up to it were rough.

Two girls tried to cutthroat me on Thursday but I ended up making more than they did, because I'm a lot smarter than they are.

The customer that I fired earlier tried to tip me and was baffled that, once again, I ignored him. He has a habit of being a complete asshole, though. He'd been talking to a girl and had promised her a dance. When he saw another girl he said "I don't need you now, R is here." Right in front of a bunch of people. What. A. Douchenozzle. I was sitting at the bar and caught him staring at me a few times. Too bad, asshole! Eventually, he's not going to be able to get a dance from anyone, because he's pissed all the girls off so badly.

Started my period this morning (a week early) and wanted to call off. Didn't even bother shaving my legs or doing my hair. I'm so glad I went in anyway....one of the best days/nights in my stripper career today!

Makes me wonder about the legitimacy that study of strippers making less when they're on their period. I always do well on mine and today guys were coming out of the woodwork and dragging me back for multiple VIPs. I don't get it but I'm not complaining!

Wasted an hour driving to a club that I had called for audition hours, they told me to come back tomorrow at opening. As I was driving home I thought to call another club that left me a voicemail yesterday to come in and audition (required online app). So I called the second club asking if I could work a flex schedule because of my day job, the manager I was speaking to didn't give me a straight answer but sounded promising so I went in and I'm so glad I did! Auditioned, worked about 6 hours and had one of my highest per hour earning nights ever.

Applied and got hired at a great club despite having no previous stripping experience. Last night was my first night ever, and the girls said it was a REALLY slow night, but still... despite getting tipped by a few people every time I was on stage, I only got 1 lap dance the whole night and not a single VIP/champagne room. After tipping out, I only had $6, which I spent getting home. So including the thong and locker lock I bought, I'm so far at a net -$20.

I feel rather discouraged. I'm fit and fairly pretty, and my dancing is pretty good, definitely on par with some of the other ladies. I think my biggest problem is making the pitch/sale and sealing the deal.

Please, someone tell me that not making anything the first night has happened before, and doesn't mean I'm just a terrible stripper!

^^ Even the best stripper has had shitty nights. Don't over think it. Half of this job is being able to handle the ups and the downs. Right now just concentrate on having fun at work and observing some of the talent/hustle. Money will come if you stick with it. I've notice my best nights are the ones where I have no expectations and come in excited to work. Read hustle hut too if you want to work on your sale skills. Everyone gets better with experience in this industry, you're gonna be fine.

^^^ This. Even the bad bitches have nights where they just can't find money for whatever reason.

Last night was dead, but the customers were the smorgasbord type. There was a big hip hop artist in town and the promoter was handing out tickets and backstage passes like candy. Not my scene, so I worked instead. I initially went in early, to get a cheaper stage, but pissed around too long. One of the cutthroat was there and I was so meh about working. I got bored at home, so I went back a few hours later. Cutthroat was gone. Never checked in... Apparently, she saw me leave, figured I knew something she didn't and left, lmao!

During my first stage, a dancer that I love tipped me, on behalf of a customer. I had us both in VIP within minutes, lol. I was glad to make my goal immediately and she got to see my mad hustle firsthand.

The rest of the night was a dance or two when there was a new customer. It was boring, it was dead and my back hurts, so I went home early.

Please, someone tell me that not making anything the first night has happened before, and doesn't mean I'm just a terrible stripper!

work the weekends if you can. it's usually easier to make money and practice selling dances to lots of customers. it's a faster hustle so if one guy turns you down, you can hop to the next guy. a lot of older men and regulars come in during the weekdays...not always the most lucrative environment for new dancers.

Sloooowwwww night. Club was pretty dead last night, and I had enough by 01:00. Lol I did walk out with $300, so I wasn't too upset. But I was starting to get used to the $500 nights!!

the bf has a guy's night tonight which is awesome because I wanted to work tonight before we go out of town next week! Hopefully tonight will be consistent with the other Friday nights I'be been working this month!!! Fingers crossed for a minimum $600 night!!!!

I think I'll uber there tonight. I usually only have 2 drinks, but last night they were quite strong. I was okay to drive last night but... I don't want to push it. Lol

Thank you guys for the encouragement! I ended up making just shy of $500 last night, and had a great time! My body feels like it's been thrown down a flight of stairs, but in a really good way.

I made a big chunk of my total from one guy who's totally the type of guy I would want to hang out with in real life. My age, intelligent, super genuine/transparent/not into playing along with the normal "stripclub script," so he did back-to-back VIPs where I danced and we talked. I definitely got really lucky that he was my first VIP, and it put me in a really great, confident mood to go and strike up conversation and ask for dances from other people. I feel like I was "putting the pussy on a pedestal" with VIP, so once I got the first 2 out of the way, it didn't seem so daunting anymore.

Also my club serves us dinner every night and good god it was delicious. Barbecue chicken, linguine, and fruit salad. WAY better meals than I make myself at home!

Lilah, sounds like you had a great night! Congrats!

I had an ok night and I was happy with it at the end for how cranky I was at the start. I was getting really pissy at one point seeing some girls get tons of stage tips until I realized it was because they were pulling out their thong and encouraging customers to play basketball with their dollar bills. And then another girl rudely interrupted me while I was talking to someone, which was pretty annoying. But then he didn't spend on her and she got lost (thankfully). I ended up staying with that group longer than I usually would have but they were so pleasant it turned my night around.

I'm pleased with it for how lazy I was and the weird energy in the club. It looked reasonably crowded, but it was all pairs of dudes drinking and having 'serious' convos with each other, not even watching the stage.
Ended up getting paid $220 to talk to a guy for an hour and a half... Not bad since everybody else had been hustling their asses off for twice that time to make the same... I just got to chill and talk about engineering stuff. This is the 2nd shift in a row I've been paid to talk and I love it.. please continue.

Club owner is still in town; he went on a rampage and fired a bunch of dirty girls; this pleases me *Mr Burns hand rub*

I was chatting with another girl, and this night girl comes up with "Hey the owner wants a pic with the girls, want to take a picture with us?" Like it was this honorable we're-including-you-yay! thing. She looked astonished/semi-offended when both of us went "Ehhhhhh no, no pics for me" As much as I like the owner, that makes me feel like I'm a piece of meat, cause you know he's gonna show that to people like "These are my girls at the stripclub I own!" And also I do not need that popping up anywhere in the future.

Yesterday... wow. I worked a day shift, as I had two really important bills due and doctor copays, vet bills etc, left me short. It was different. The crowd was regulars and I didn't get an in with any of them for a while. But, I found my crew and, by the end of my 5 hours, I was able to pay everything I needed to. I did get a lecture from the manager about having a "negative attitude" because I commented that day shift is really slow. Dude, I'm going to be 37 in two weeks (holy fuck!!!) I have severe back problems, I'm tired and none of the clean girls are having an easy time of it right now. Rather than lecturing and asking why I'm here (uh, when your boss found out I was trying out another club, he told you to do whatever you had to, in order to keep me,) maybe some encouragement would work a little better. Just sayin...

After a break, I went back, as I didn't want to miss the night shift. It was actually pretty busy, but had a lot of the usual non spenders. I didn't care. I did my stage, danced for everyone who tipped me or approached me for dances and spent the rest of the time playing Game of War and talking to friends on Line.

There's a dancer who finishes her shift, gets dressed and solicits customers for drinks. She gets wasted and tries to talk customers into buying her dances. Dirty, filthy dances. I walked by while she was basically.... I don't even want to describe it, it was just so nasty. Right there for everyone to see. One of the girls that she gets to join her on this was dancing for a customer and the whole thing was grinding her crotch in his face. The sad part is that, even doing this nasty stuff... they're still not making that much more money than the clean girls who hustle. How sad...

So painfully dead. I made absolutely jack shit. UGH. Again, the 'dead' where it looks reasonably busy, but it's all regulars and the manager's buddies hanging out, or guys that aren't getting dances.
It was so boring, that I took to keeping tabs on dances... while most of the 20 girls stayed on the floor trying to hustle, the VIP was empty except for 2-3 songs an hour, and for about 4 hours there was never more than 1 lap dance being given on the floor at a time. At least that made me feel better that I wasn't missing anything by not wasting my mental energy trying to hustle those people.

Edit: Oh, and the grumpy ass Fri/Sat night DJ. God forbid you tell him you like a band one time, it's all you'll ever hear for the rest of your days on his shift. So I wrote a list. Alllll the other DJs love lists, the longer and more diverse the better, especially when I organize by genre. I change my list every couple months and they always jump on playing the newly added stuff. This guy? No. He wants to make ONE file for every girl and have that be it, forever. He completely ignores my list every shift and plays the same goddamn Hollywood Undead songs. As a result, he gets tipped the minimum, which probably perpetuates the cycle.. but I've tried tipping him more and it doesn't work.
I bitched about it to the day DJ today; later he told me that when he suggestively pushed my list over to night DJ, he grumbled under his breath about "That girl and her so many lists" or something. Oh my God like your job is so fucking hard come on.

The first 2 hours were really slow, so I was glad when a hot guy at my rack told me to find him in 20 minutes for an hour in the champagne room. At the time he seemed only mildly drunk. I come back and we get to the champagne room and I soon realize this guy is not only way more drunk than I thought, but definitely on some sort of drug as well.

He starts acting insane, not making any sense at all and speaking gibberish. He also began getting too touchy and referred to me as random ass names. I decide to convince him to buy me out for the rest of the night even though he was way fucked up. He payed with a credit card and signed the entire receipt in huge scribbles. I was honestly surprised the club even allowed the transaction to go through, but they did. I made $1200 off him alone.

Once we get back up there he starts talking to a plastic tree in the corner, confusing it for one of his friends named Jake. He began yelling the name Jake over and over when it didnt respond.

He passed out about 30 minutes later, so a bouncer had to help his drunk/high ass leave. I then sold another half hour to someone who was much more sober and went home.

Part of me feels guilty for manipulating a really fucked up dude, but then again that's what happens when you take drugs at a damn strip club...

I was trying to close a VIP sale when I got the dreaded, "Why can't you just get naked for me at my place later instead?" In a sudden burst of inspiration, I looked at him with a straight face and said, "Did you ever see Arrested Development? Remember Never Nudes? Well, that's a real thing. I'm a Never Nude outside of the club. So I can't do that."

We went to VIP. I can't believe that line worked!

Other than that, it was an uneventful, decent night money-wise. I made my goal without any real stress/bullshit. I'm grateful for that!

Hate weekends as it is, but my car note is due in 2 days so I had to go. Bad busy. Lots of volume, little spending. I usually prefer to sit and chat but wknds are a fast hustle. This little 23 year old engineer has a full on 30 min convo with me asking about vip and whatnot, and only wants a 1 lapdance! Ugh! Then tells me I should sit on his lap more because in TMC Raleigh they do that! I had to tell his stinking breath ass I make my own rules and he wasn't about to grope me @ all, much less for chump change! He told me how sweet I was (I guess he knew he was an asshole) and wanted to talk some more. I asked if he wanted another dance. He said no and I exited the scene immediately! Hate young ppl in the club. Always have, always will!

Had to deal with a regular. He spent money but wanted to hog all my time and didnt understand how much my time is worth. I had to ditch him after a while. And just left the club cause I didn't feel like hustling young drunk dudes who just wanted to watch the show.

zero profit tonight. :( I still need $180 to make the rent in two days, so I'll hit the club again tomorrow or on the 1st.
