Didn't hit my nightly goal but I was close. On a positive note, all the guys I danced for were respectful of my boundaries and I danced the way I want to.
Pissed though I could have made more but I kept encountering dudes who claim to be in 6figure careers but weren't spending any money, guys with dumb excuses like "oh I just got here (lie).......let me finish my drink (which they try to sip extra slow on purpose).......what All can we do in vip (code for they want extras).......I want to see and touch your pussy......and all other annoying ass phrases.
I wish i had a bullhorn and a taser so I could physically punish guys who say any of the above phrases.

I'm getting annoyed by the customers in the club. I hate guys that are overly intoxicated to the point of rude and aggressive. I don't like dead ass clubs. The new girls are ugly. And I'm setting an end date cause it's not fun anymore. Plus I didn't come anywhere near my nightly earning goal and I'm pissed.

Night was much better than last week. Not stellar, but totally decent. I love my club, and just one difficult night was enough to completely freak me out. So I'm feeling very grateful that not every holiday-season night will be hard.
I'm also thankful that my regulars haven't been in lately. I love knowing that I can make money with or without them. Regulars make me lazy and close me off from better potential clients. This is the first time I've worked in a club that gets a steady stream of new clientele, and it's a breath of fresh air!

My very first attempt to actually come in earlier than 9!!! Lol got in at 7, but then realized that it was Monday night football, so it didn't pick up until 9 or so anyway! Haha. That's okay-- it ended up being a really good night anyway! It was a "no bullshit" crowd-- nobody was interested in small talk; they just wanted a dance right then and there! Sweet!!! Normally I don't mind doing the bullshit small talk (to a certain extent lol), but not having to sure makes my life easier! Hahaha

Some stupid dj from Swedish House Mafia goes to me tonight, "I don't pay for company, they pay me". Me, "oh, excuuuuuse me sir".
Him, "huh?".... I go, "It doesn't matter, you're not paying for it...have a good night".
Walked away with class.

So tonight... Not terribly busy but I hit my minimum anyway lol. Wasn't gonna go in, but I had a free house tonight for working last night... Had nothing better to do so I thought, "what the hell." Lol lol
Just thought of a new lap dance pet peeve. Why do some guys insist on controlling the dance by moving their hips? Lol I've had it before when a guy was oh so subtlety hinting that he wanted more grinding... ::) But with this guy, I literally couldn't tell if he was that into the song that was playing... When wil guys learn that they get a better dance if they just sit still?! I literally don't know what to do when they are having a little dance party of their own. :D
Speaking of customer dancing, someone got so drunk by the end of the night that he ripped his shirt off, and proceeded to dance on the edge of the stages with the dancers. Yeah. That was awkward. One girl later said that he was literally on the stage with her (well, he was on the stairs to get up on the main stage). I'm surprised that he wasn't kicked out, but at this point, it was around 1:50, so I guess there'd be no point?? Idk. Lol
Now that I think about it, I encountered quite a few drunkypants customers. I danced for one who couldn't walk straight or string together a basic sentence. Poor guy couldn't even keep his eyes open in VIP. Lol however, he was able to keep track of the songs we did and pay accordingly! Hahaha I was worried about this one. I know drinking is part of strip club culture and all, but I was just like, "why you guys getting so shit faced on a Tuesday night?" Lol though I was sober tonight, so maybe that just heightened the fact that everyone was drunk, while I probably wouldn't notice too much on the other days that I've had my 1 or 2 drinks. Hmm. That's a definite possibility. Drunk people are rather annoying when you're stone cold sober, aren't they? :D oh well! The drunker they are, the looser they are with their wallets! :D

I encountered two guys while doing the MANDATORY dollar train behind the bar. One of them was very rude and had the nerves to tell me I need "better boobs". I then told him that he needs hair restoration for his receding hairline and Botox for his wrinkles. He got so upset that manager pulled me in the office and reprimanded me.
Funny how some customers like to fling insults to perfectly looking girls, especially whom they can never get in their lives; but get all worked up and pissy when we do it back at them. Other then that it was a good night. Left with almost $500.

Isn't funny how it's old ass ugly motherfuckers the first ones to criticise a hot girl? Unreal. Loved your come back. Strippers are the wittiest ppl. :)
And what a PUSSY, that he ran off like a widdle bitch to cry about it to the manager. Waaaaaah

Did two dances for a guy and when I asked to be paid he straight up denied I danced for him. It was THE MOST bizarre thing I've ever encountered in a strip club. I ended up getting $20/40 with the help of security but trying to argue another $20 out of the dude was just not worth the hassle. It really frazzled me though. It took a couple hours to shake it off, but once I did I had a pretty decent night.

Worked night shift for a change, did well, had a good time. The holy grail of "dancing is fun AND I made money!"
Really noticing that I start to fade out fast around 4 hours into a shift. I take several short 10 min breaks already to get through that much. Last night I had to take like a 30 min break and shoot the shit with a friend to recharge enough for the last 1.5 hours. I gotta work on my stamina lol

One of those nights where you have to work twice as hard as usual just to make your goal. My club was super slow and a bunch of dancers left early. I was so exhausted after my last dance that I walked back to the dressing room barefoot and naked! No way was I gonna put all my stuff back on for 2 minutes before changing into my sweatpants.

I worked Thurs-Sunday this week & made $140,$160, $644 and $4.00 ☹️ The lasts 6 months or so at my club have been a roller coaster and one that's going mostly downhill it seems. It's my home club and I love the staff and comraderie I have with my fellow dancers but I'm looking for a new club. I've started working sober thou so I hope that help keep me focused on my hustle and therefore increase my earnings. I find it really difficult to work without drinking. Hopefully this week is more lucrative. We're opening early on Wednesday so fingers crossed that we get some decent custies in the door.

This is exactly how I felt last night too. The club did a grand total of 4 dances. I did turn down a VIP thou cuz the guy was one of those sweatpants wearing, I'm looking for cheap extras motherfuckers. Um, I'm gonna pass on that $100 bucks to fuck you. K thanx.

Worked two shifts. The first shift a total of three people walked into the club and there were 5 girls working so that was miserable. However, one of the guys bought a few 20 dollars dances from me. Did not get any VIPS and went on stage a total of twice. I got a couple 3 for a 100 dances. The second one was with a very young grabby guy whose hand I had to keep smacking away. Ending up bringing home 500 after house fees and tipping out. Which was the exact same I made the previous shift.

Just as an update to this: tonight I worked for 7 hours and made $160. So definitely not every night is $1k for me! On the plus side, I made $20 just by listening to a guy talk about electoral college conspiracy theories.

Worked Thanksgiving Eve. Got too drunk and lost some sales. Made a little over $300. Was pretty pissed at myself when I sobered up and realized I could've made at least another $300-400. Am debating whether or not to go in tonight...my girl cousins are having a Tacos & Tequila movie night that I know will be fun as hell. On the other hand I need $$$ but I my club is always a hit or miss and I've never worked Thanksgiving weekend.

FUCK day shift. I worked day shift all last week, and did OK… they were $300 days so I wasn't too upset. Today, I made $180 for six hours of work. I don't understand! I used to do very well for myself when I only did days. >=/ Maybe I've lost all of my daytime regulars (possibility), or I've just gotten used to the night time hustle. Stupid day customers want to talk my ear off for forever. With night time people, you can talk for 3 songs max and then ask for a dance. These day time people want talk for 5 songs or more, and then they're like, offended when you bring up the notion of going back to VIP. Nope! I know it's slow dudes, but that doesn't give you the right to waste my time without any intention on ever buying a dance!

So my last three shifts I've made under $50 bucks. Ever the optimist, I woke up with a great attitude, took a relaxing shower, shaved, did hair and applied full make up. Beep beep. Text from my manager stating the club is closed do a water leak. I was so pissed that I already had my war paint on! It takes me forever to do my make up lol. Made a cake and stayed in with my homegirl. Proceeded to eat junk for rest of evening...

Worked my way into a shit situation.
One of the dancers had a regular that came in nightly. She would let me sit with them to kill time if I was waiting to go on stage or if someone was being a creeper. She wasn't working one night a couple of weeks ago (she doesn't usually work Wednesday), so I sat with him to see if he could get one of his friends to come in (His friend comes in occasionally and always gets rooms with me). Turns out it was his birthday, so he paid me to hang out with him and I ended up doing rooms with him and getting him pretty wasted. When he came in the next night I went over to see how he was doing and went on my way because his dancer was there. After work I went to Dennys and he was there. He asked if I wanted to sit with him since I was alone, I figured "Why not?". So we sat, chatted, and he bought my breakfast.
He came in the next Wednesday, she wasn't there, so we hung out again. We came to an agreement that if he comes in on Wednesdays we'll hang out (drinks, chatting, and dances) when I'm not busy with other customers. Any other days I'll leave him alone unless I get invited over. Worked for me, but he started coming in less on the other days... Other dancers started to wonder WTF because they weren't used to seeing him without her by his side.
Well, I had car trouble last week and he offered to give me rides to work if I needed (I declined and found alternate transportation) and to fix my car for me if I could get to town early enough. To thank him I brought in dinner for us last night. He's been single for a while, so homemade meals aren't something he gets a lot of, made him pretty happy. Anyway, guess who was working. She wasn't happy when he said he was there to see me. After we were done eating I told him I didn't care if he hung out with her instead of me, he pretty much said he didn't want to sit with her. To top it off, the DJ decided it would be funny to have us on stage after each other all night.
She is pissed. I don't get it. It isn't like he spends all night in the back. He's like my other regulars. Good for a 1/2 hour room + tip, buys drinks whenever I ask, doesn't get jealous if I go work, and cool to hang out with in general. He wants to take me to go see Tool next month. This shit storm is worth going through for that. Those tickets are fucking expensive. Besides, he's a cool guy and we have a deal.

Worked my way into a shit situation.
As much as it sucks to lose a reg, I wish girls would realize you can't "steal" a person. They all have expiry dates.
And I don't know what girls expect you to do as a dancer? If so and so's reg wants to buy off you, turning down the dances because "i don't want to piss off so and so" isn't exactly reasonable.

Ya, it makes no sense to think a customer will be around forever. It is foolish. That's why I don't expect too much from my regs. Most dancers will try to completely drain a wallet in one swoop every single night and get territorial. I have a long play. I've been lucky enough to find guys that are good for getting a minimum 1/2 hour room + tip, buy drinks whenever I ask, and don't get jealous if I go work while they hang out. In return I don't make the assumption that they are exclusive to me and let them do what they want with who they want because coming to the club is their time to enjoy. They may not come in every day or week, but they are reliable and last a lot longer (5 years so far with one of my faves).
Tonight I found out there was more to the story too. A third dancer was bitching to her ride (who happens to be close with me) about how he was her regular first at another club until he met the dancer I'm dealing with now. She said it was wrong of me to "steal" a customer for no reason, blah, blah, blah, until my friend told her she was wrong and to shut up. I let know what was being said so he doesn't walk into this blind. He said it was their problem to deal with and was still coming in on Wednesdays but probably going to TRY to avoid the other days.
This is the first time I've dealt with anything like this. Just a couple of years ago we (dancers) didn't have a second thought about sharing fun and reliable regulars. Everyone made money that way, everyone was happy. Now I'm the only one left from that era, and the new crop of dancers get butthurt so easily. I kinda feel left to the wolves. /end rant

My shift last night (last one before I go on leave for a month) I started my period, oh joy, so I felt like shit and bloated like a dead whale. While having my hair done I heard this group of bachelors come in all the way in the DR! By 20:00 the dj was already shouting at them to "REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE STAGE SIR" and by 21:00 they were being thrown out the club because the one guy threw a water bottle at someone :O (we open at 19:00)
Went to the cash office and noticed the shift list for next week, counted the names on the list, we are 105 girls in the club at the moment :O no wonder I have to hustle my ass off!
The club was super quiet for a Saturday, main area was filled with guys just there to get drunk and not spend money on dances (uhm guys, you're in a strip club, not a bar). VIP was almost empty, same customers the whole night. Had a big table who wanted a table dance, great, but then wouldn't pay the required fee "because those girls did it for less" the manager handled that as we are not allowed to give customers discounts on dances. But which means I lost out on the dance.
Did a no touch, 2 song lap dance with another girl for these two absolute jerks who kept on wanting to touch my pussy and trying to get us to go have sex with them OTC. I had to keep on smacking his hand out the way and he kept on sniffing in the direction of my vagina and went "hmmm smells so good" I briefly had my back to turned to him and just heard *smack* and the other girl shouting at him "don't you DARE touch her* he was trying to touch my vag...again. Then the one complained at the end of the dance that the other girl didn't take her hold up stockings off and that "you didn't even get me hard"
Got my regular to come in, as I always get some VIP dances from him, he only came in an hour before the club closed, drunk as fuck, and just went on and on about how much he loves me and didn't go for any dances *sigh*
Let my holiday commence!!

After a hellish , no money week at work I finally made a small amount of cash. Did a 30 min CR. As soon as it was up I grabbed the closest guy to me at the bar and he was the best customer of the night.( I only had two, including him lol). He was crazy complimentary, forked over $100 upfront without prompting. We did a few dances and then it was closing time. I was fuming that I hadn't ran into him earlier because he was ripe for the picking. I've been going through a shitty, shitty time personally and have been broke as fuck so I was ecstatic that I finally made some $$$.

I was having a crap night. Tried talking to everyone and struck out everywhere. Even with my regular. After a few drinks he told me he only had enough money for 1 champagne room. He asked if it was ok if he did the room with another dancer. I like her, so I gave them my blessing and told them to have fun. 1:30 rolls around and I have only made like $10. Then luck surrounded me. There is a customer that comes in from Chicago, orders a double Jack on rocks, and is a really nice guy. Found him and he made my night in that last hour.
Went to breakfast with my guy from my earlier posts and he surprised me with the Tool tickets.

Dafuq is going on. My club is all backwards. Why is day shift suddenly the place to be? I haven't worked one day/swing shift in the last month that hasn't had at least 20+ girls on it. Sometimes we have 35 girls! Meanwhile night shift has <10 girls on :O
It's getting irritating. My club is 50-75% regulars and their girls on day shift, and I normally do very well just picking up the 25-50% of non-claimed customers... But lately there's been very few guys at all, and so when there's 25 girls, it's nearly impossible to make anything.

I've been working a day or two a week. My regular is still going strong and "upped his dosage" so... life is good. Th8mgs have kind of been happening around me at the club. I show up, see my customer and leave, unless someone else catches my interest.

Sooooo my professor from my first degree came in. While I was on stage. And he's not just a professor I had once, it was a small program so I had him almost every semester, for field trips, etc. His reference got me a job at one point. NOT someone I want to see! I'd be willing to bet he was up in my neighborhood, 60 miles from campus, hoping nobody would run into him... FAIL :rotfl:
He didn't see me (I don't think, he wasn't acting like it) so I turned and danced with my back to him the whole time, then ran to the DJ booth & signed out, then ran back to the DR and went out the backdoor. At least I was almost done anyway, it was a weird shift with weird vibes and I was over it.
The weird thing was, I wasn't embarrassed for me. I didn't want him wondering where 'things went wrong', like why I wasn't in the field he was so sure I'd do well in. I kinda wanted to spare him the disappointment, if that makes sense.

I got to the club and started dancing on one of the satellite stages, a guy at the bar immediately comes up and tips me a few bucks. So I go over after the song's finished (I hate leaving mid song even though we technically are allowed to...it looks weird to me haha.) So I go over and start talking to the guy and he's pretty cool and is a historical reenactor and artist and we're having a pretty great conversation and getting along. I sold a private 15min to him which was good, he respected my boundaries, etc...
Night goes on and it's pretty much just stage tipping but I was doing pretty well. After I get off stage a guy calls me over and has me dance on one of the satellite stages while he tips me. He had a wad of singles and was kinda dangling them and placing them down every few minutes which honestly irritated me because it felt like he was holding them over my head or whatever but hey it's still money. Another guy comes over, tips me a $5 and then buys a lap dance from me.
I'm sitting just relaxing for a few minutes and a guy in a suit walked by me and was looking at me, so I waited for him to sit down and get a drink and then walked over. He bought me a red bull (trying not to drink at work after a brush with tequila the other night!) He bought two dances off me, and immediately when we're done the manager comes over and grabbed the money out my hand which pissed me off...also my customer was really confused and disturbed by the manager acting like a pimp.
I go on stage again and then go back to suit guy because he seemed sweet and was giving me his jacket when I was cold and I at least wanted to say goodbye. He was ex military and seemed to be going through some hard times so I gave him a hug and then he said "let's do a 15 min!" so we went. Manager isn't back there and he starts being like "maybe it's not meant to be..." But I wasn't gonna let the manager mess with my money by not doing his job (also why am I tipping out so much if the manager's not doing his job?!) So I ran and grabbed him and we did the 15min. Super grabby but we ended up just cuddling for half of it so it was alright.
After this, went to check out and when I woke up this morning totally realized the manager shorted me $20...sucks but what am I gonna do about it now, you know? Super annoying.

Last night was a night that you either made tons of money or nothing. No in between. I was on the nothing side. There were girls sleeping in the DR and crying in the smoking area because it was so bad. At 2:30a I went on stage and it was actually a full stage. Unfortunately a guy kept giving me lip about how he wanted a better dance for his dollar, so I backhanded him. Another tried to pull my thong down, so I backhanded him. And I threatened to dick punch another. That group got asked to leave. I got many hi-fives from the bouncers, dancers, and customers that knew me.

went in on a whim today...did a double vip with one of my stripper friends then another vip with the same customer after she left. then this Indian guy did a vip and it was fine; until it was over and he started pushing really hard for my # being a pain in the ass about it. he told me to meet him at the bar with my phone so he could text me (to make sure i didn't give him a fake #) and give me his #. I said "sure" then got dressed and left, since it was the end of my shift anyway. bitch sit at the bar all night long idgaf BYE.
This guy would buy like 6 dances at ta time then we go get a drink he did this over and over again i ended up makin like 600 off just him in the last hour or so so that was good but at the end h e didn't have all the money to pay me and he ordered like 50$ in drinks when he found out he gave me all his $$ he looked at me n asked me to pay 4 drinks i looked at him like he was insane, he had to be, bitch u pay 4 drinks i don't!
I saw a guy i went to high school with twice now in the club ugh so awkward we even used to be friends in middle school and high school we just lost touch i pretended not to see him but i felt him see me.
this drunk bitch at the end of the night was trying to get me to fight her, she pulled out someones necklace from my locker and broke it, shit wasn't mine or id be pissed so i wrapped it around her neck and pulled but kinda in a bitch quit way it wasn't threatening, she walked away n then i heard her say to another bitch "watch this" then threw an orange at me, it hit my locker. She has pushed me b4 like i can tell she wants me to have a problem w her so i really try to blow her off cuz she wants it too bad, she must be trynna get me fired.

Wtf is UP with all these losers lately. Ugh. Somebody in the DR was saying she got ripped off for $300 last night, between 2 different customers, and then tonight for the first time in years of dancing, I got screwed >:[
(Ladies, I feel REALLY stupid admitting this happened. I am always the take-no-shit badass and everyone knows it so for me to get ripped off is really embarrassing.)
This guy had been chasing me all night, got kinda pissy when I didn't wait for him and sat with another guy, etc. We went to buy a wristband for VIP and he specifically showed me a couple $20s and said "I got plastic too" and pulled out his card. I checked in with him every few songs and he went to 10 before I got nervous myself and cut him off. Surprise surprise, suddenly he starts with the "My card's gonna get declined". I immediately went to the bouncers. Manager came over and at least wasn't a huge dick about it; told me I wasn't supposed to stack dances and I said "I checked in with him every few songs, what do you want me to do? I've never been ripped off in all the time I've been dancing". He just kinda shrugged and laughed and said "Yeah I know... What do you want me to take from him for collateral?" He took the guy's phone, a shitty one, but at least that's something that would be a pain in the ass to replace bc of contacts.
Then his friend came out and was like "Wait what? Let me see your card" and tried to run it himself at the ATM multiple ways. He apologized a bunch, then pulled out his own wallet and handed me his ID, and I think 2 credit cards. Said he got paid tomorrow and would come pay me. I gave those to the manager later to cover my own ass if he tried to say they were stolen or some shit. If they don't come back, I'm texting every single person in that guy's phone about what he did.
I've never had to get my money up front, and I work in the kind of club where guys get really pissy about it when girls ask, unless you sell a time block... which they have now made it nearly impossible to do since they are no longer skipping us in VIP. I'm really not sure what they expect us to do.

^It's happened to me twice and both times they ended up coming back to pay or borrowed $ from a friend and paid. One time the manager got an attitude like "you should get your $ up front!" umm hardly anyone I know does that, and 99.9% of the time I've never had to worry about it. Not going to cut into songs collecting when I'm already on a timer. I hope you get your money!

In 4+ years of dancing I've only had 2 guys try to leave without paying. One I tackled and he started screaming, "I'll pay I'll pay!" and handed me all the money in his pocket, which was more than what he actually owed me. The other I had cornered in a booth while his friend handed me money through the divider.
I almost got burned by a club once- all their atms went down and they refused to let my customer use the pos at the bar to pay for dances. They were going to make him hike down the road in a snowstorm to find another atm... so fortunately I thought of getting him to email me the money. It showed up immediately and the club missed out on their cut from being dicks about it.

^ They did not come back... but the manager gave me the phone. Guy's hitting on other girls while having a girlfriend. Debating if I should let her know, and text his mom, just to speed karma along.

I would probably start by texting the girlfriend (is she in his phone as 'girlfriend' or something) that you found his phone and would like to return it. See what he does after that, escalate as necessary.

^ OMG fantastic strategy. She'll mention the phone to the guy who burned you. His paranoia about the information you have should take care of the rest... }:D

Same thing happened to me Tuesday day shift. This guy tried to get my attention and I had to dodge him trying to kiss my neck as I was standing at our juice bar. I told him, "if you want time with me you have to buy dances, baby". He continued to pursue me and against my better judgement I agreed to go with him to do dances. I told him each dance price ($35) and after every couple dances I made sure he at least had 300 to cover it plus he had stacks of 1's spilling out of his pockets onto the seat and floor that he didn't even notice. After we were done, I watched him give the manager 100 which was odd because HELLO the cash in our club for dances go straight to the dancer until she is ready to pay her rent. He tried to walk past everyone and started making a dash for the exit but me and the day manager stopped him in his tracks. It took his friend, my manager confiscating his military ID, my threats to beat his ass on the spot, and threats to call his military base in order to get the $450 which I finally got. I told him I could have robbed him blind and he wouldn't have even noticed because of how sloppy he was.
I'm normally very sweet and I don't portray myself to be hard or ratchet at all, even though I grew up with that way. So for me to be out of my stripper persona was out of the ordinary. Only one thing left I had to say was, "Never THAT again."
The other girls had seen the whole thing and even though there were those couple days that watched for entertainment value, the others reassured me that I shouldn't let those two ruin the rest of my day. I did calm down in the VIP by myself for some peace and quiet and went back to hustling the dinner rush crowd.

Made a ridiculous amount of money for a 4 hour shift Wednesday night. Made pretty much half of it during the first 30mins of my shift selling $100 dance after $100 dance to a dolphin. Then nothing for 2 and a half hours. I was telling myself that even if I didn't make anymore money, I would still be over my goal and should be grateful... but I should also stick it out to the end since I came in late and the last hour tends to bring in more money. My very last guy of the night approached me after my closing stage set to buy a $50 dance. Then, he decided mid-dance he needed to get a VIP (mind you it was now past closing time but the club will stay open if people are still buying VIP or dances). Now, VIP weirds me out a bit at my club (if you go back there it's pretty much expected that you will masturbate for the guy, which I'm not into.) This combined with the fact that it was well past time for me to head home lead me to give him some ridiculously high prices for my pretty tame VIP show. Well, surprise surprise, he decided to go for a 30min show which I quoted at $480. I did my thing, he left happy, and I got to stay comfortably within my boundaries :). Just goes to show, you can still make money while sticking to your rules.
