I think the customers could tell that while I was talking to them I was fantasizing about cutting their balls and feeding them to them. That pretty much sums up my shift. Customer quality at an all time low.

I am sitting in my last shift currently and contemplating (again) retiring. I just had to elbow a guy in the throat for trying to bite my boob; he tried again a minute later, then went "What's the matter? I don't get it". He threw money at me and walked out after the song ended.
$40k/year at a desk is starting to sound appealing.

Last night was great. No hustling needed. Had a few guys ask for dances while giving dances. Got a good tip on stage. Did 3 VIPS easy.
Haven't had a high demand night like that in a while. And I got to work fkn tired.

I took last week off, as I had someone visit for a while but went back last night to see my regular. I always go in and say hello to the manager before I get dressed and... Wow.
One of the waitresses lost her teenage son earlier in the week. I'm not sure what happened (didn't ask many questions) but the club has been organizing fundraisers to help her with funeral expenses. She mentioned a bikini car wash that's scheduled for tomorrow and asked if I'd come. I don't really let myself get involved with girls at work, but we've talked a lot and she's my waitress when my regular comes in, so we've gotten to know eachother and I like her a lot. Also, while a far cry from losing a child, I remember losing my Pops last year and how overwhelming, painful and horrible it was.
I'm definitely helping out tomorrow and offered to come early to help with the setup. We're also holding a raffle tomorrow night and I'm offering a 30 minute VIP as a grand prize. Hopefully, we can help her get close to having enough money to cover the burial expenses.
My energy sucked after finding that out but... I managed and made my goal, so that was good.
There have been a lot of fights and bullshit going on lately and, when I went in to help plan the raffle, one of the managers played the security footage of an on stage stripper fight, that also involved two dancers trying to jump a make customer... In the mens room!!!! It was just ridiculous and I'm glad the instigators have been fired, but it was pretty funny to watch.

Tonight will be my last shift of my comeback; so far, it has been a lot of fun, and it yielded quite some profit; nevertheless, this might be also my last shift ever, since next monday I'll be back in my usual job (the one that that has a dress code that implies I must actually be dressed).
So for such a special night my girlfriend suggested I may do all things I have never done as a stripper, however, the list of such things is very short: I've never done a lesbian show (although it is very tempting), mud-wrestling (I won't do it, for starters because the club does not have the facilties), and extras (I've never done that and I won't start now); so I replied back that it seems that I'll retire again without ever doing any of these again.
Finally, these three weeks have been exhausting, I might indulge on some vacations soon.

3 months into dancing / returning to dancing: "I am so fortunate to be able to do this work...so blessed..."
1+ years into dancing / returning to dancing: "Wtf is this shit."
Right there with ya, girlie. I'm going to start contacting placement / recruiting agencies this week. Seems like that's the only way to find jobs and get interviews these days (at least in my city).

I got up at 8 am and was at work by 10 am. On 3 hours of sleep. But the car wash was successful and pretty fun. I tried to take a nap but somebody was blasting very loud music and my cat has gas so... No nap.
Rather than raffle a VIP, I ended up donating my dance money and was able to come up with several hundred dollars.
There was a fight and, of course, I was on stage when it happened, with my legs hanging off the side of the stage. I got a female customer out of the way and another customer was shoved directly into my knee. I got off stage and into the locker room when I felt a searing pain down the back of my leg and that was the end of my night.
There have been fights every weekend and I just don't get it. But, I don't think I'll be working another weekend for a while.

I met my goal for the week tonight but I had planned to and feel good enough to work tomorrow night too -- Weeeeeee!!! And I have a customer from out of town coming in. I can't remember what he looks like but I gave him my number for some reason about two months ago, so for some reason he deserved that. Even in altered states, I find I have good judgement, so, excited to see what that was about and make money, AND it's Throwback Night. Fuck yes Sundays. Imma torch the biggest bowl ever and show up early, that's how good I feel and how excited I am.
I am so grateful for my place in this universe. Don't you understand? We create heaven for people. I told this man tonight, "Yes! This is heaven. You were so good and now you have arrived. You made it! " I feel like I am the reward people get for putting value into the world. And then I redeem that value with the value I create and get CA$H. And shit is just so real for me right now. :-D So I wanted to give a shout out to every girl in the struggle and thank ya'll for being badass, beauty incarnate, and kicking ass in the trenches with me!

Oh that's horrible, sorry to hear that.
My last shift was pretty lame, made no profit. Yuck. The funniest thing that happened was I met a girl who thinks she's a Satanist. Total bad vibes off of her. I was tipsy & amused that she has no idea real Satanists have come to this city & made great money because they don't advertise their counterculture ideas OR act insane.

My last shift was another reminder to not give up at all during the night. It was around 1 am and after not doing much the whole shift I did a champagne room with a customer I use to see at another club. Very random and definitely didn't think he would buy a room since he only used to get dances from me. I love when this happens though it's just a nice reminder to stay positive and don't give up and sit in the back if you aren't making money.
Now I think about it I kept walking around the club in a good mood and like I was super hot & in demand even though I only had done like 5 dances so far haha. I kept talking to customers and staying in a good mood even when they turned me down. Just a reminder that good energy is key!

I worked 4 shifts this week. I usually work two days a month, so... Holy hell! Paying my taxes and having my dipshit ex friend over drained my savings, so I had to bust it out and make some money.
I have two new regulars. Both are Indian and are incredibly respectful. In fact, they both really just want to cuddle, rather than a typical dance. I love it!
The money increased as the weekend got closer but I refuse to work after midnight, as that's when the fights break out. So far, it's served me well and I've missed most of the mayhem, while still making decent money. And I get to dance to dubstep for the first couple of hours.
I did work tonight and... Right before midnight, I could feel that shit was about to go down. I told the DJ and the managerl, who doubted me. There was a scuffle during my last stage, because I'm ALWAYS on stage when fights break out. I. Fucking. Knew. It!!!!! It was minor and someone made it rain so it was worth it. But the customers were still in the parking lot arguing when I left, which was disturbing. The manager is trying to be proactive about stopping the fights but it's like dealing with rabid dogs most of the time. We really need security. Not doormen, who rarely do their jobs and are more worried about tips. We need 500 pound bouncers who are just there for crowd control. At this point, a lot of us don't even want to approach customers and hang out by the locker room, so we can hide if something happens.
As I was leaving, one of the bitches that tried fucking with my money last summer quit (the other one disappeared a while ago.) I hate her, club staff hates her and I'm REALLY glad to see her go. She complained about the music and the manager told her to shut up and deal with it or quit.
Our club has gone urban at night and after 9 or so, we usually only play rap. I'm not thrilled with it but there's some rap that I like, so I made the DJ a list and he tries to stick to it if he can. It sucks, but I've figured out how to make it work and compromise. She refuses to and she can't hustle for shit so nobody cares. Bye, Felicia! She was my only major competition and it'll be a lot more pleasant without her.

I finally returned to dancing after taking a 5 month long break to clear my head and get a handle on my drinking. I'm proud to say I worked the entire shift sober. I started at 2pm and either until about 12:30am. This new club that I'm working at is extras central. They are openly discussed and admitted to. Every other customer is asking me if I'll blow/fuck him in the CR. Needless to say I didn't get a single CR lol. Got offered several but they wanted wayyyyy more than I would provide. I hustled from stop to finish and rarely took breaks. I got multiple guys to the lap dance room and managed to walk out with $400. Oh yea and a huge fight broke out between two dancers on stage while I was just about to get started on a two lap dance set with a custy. He ran out to see what the huge commotion was about. Dancers and staff alike smoke weed and cigarettes openly in the dressing room and everyone , including customers smoke weed (liquid cape pens and weed gummy bears and stuff) upstairs in the main room. How they haven't gotten shut down is beyond me. It's clear to me that my hustle will be heavily lap dance based. Stage was dead for hours. However, after 11pm there was a decent amount of stage tips for the girls. It's a spinning pole (which I don't know how to use) spin didn't get on stage. Am coming in early on Tuesday to practice. I'm very happy I could finally work sober just have to try and figure out how to get these extras spoiled guys to do more dances. Apparently, day shift is great, easy CR/lap dance sales. I'll see how it goes this coming week. Just going to try and make as much $$$ as possible while I can at this club. I have a feeling they might get shut down.

My club makes customers pay the house for dances, and the dance counter FORGOT ME while I did 18 dances between two different guys! They wound up charging one for 5 and the other for 6. That's 7 dances I didn't get paid for. I found out at the end of my shift and I was livid over it for the next 24 hours.
I'm trying to be grateful for the $900 I did make rather than bitter over the $150 I didn't, but it's hard, lol.

Wow, there's really no way to get it back? Are you sure your customers weren't charged for it and some shitty staff person didn't pocket it?

04-18-2016, 05:14 PM
^ It's entirely possible that the first guy's money was pocketed. It was busy, so I walked him over to the register and left him to pay while I went back to hustling. The second guy was my last customer of the night, and I was with him when he paid. They were only going to charge him for THREE dances. I seriously almost lost my shit because I had counted 10. They told me that while it was possible they had made a mistake, they could only account for 6, which was ultimately what he paid for (although he did tip me $80 so that was good at least).
Obviously I'm NEVER letting a customer pay unattended ever again, just in case.

Club is getting increasingly ghetto/ratchet. I showed up with my makeup, body, and outfit on point, only to be working alongside girls who literally look like they just rolled out of bed in target underwear, with a crowd of customers not tipping or spending (almost all black and Mexican in groups). Girls giving way more contact than was allowed even a year ago for a dollar at the tip rail. I felt disgusted and cheap just walking out onto the floor.

I was busy busting my ass all night and not making enough money. My Club requires us to do stage every hour for 30 minutes. They don't care if we have customers who want lapdances....they have to wait until we are done. That's why it was difficult to make money there. Time was never a friend at that club.
We had to do stage with like 10-15 other girls; sometimes more. Makes no sense. I was going to quit gracefully until I made it to stage 4 minutes late and my power tripping pissed at the world manager told me I had to do another 15 minutes, when the other managers always let it go. That totals to 45 minutes stage time....not happening. Also there were bitchy bartenders who would test my patience. Not worth the petty money I was making.
Glad I'm gone from that dead end job. Thank you for the good vibes! :)

^Yeah, that sounds awful. My club has a stage rotation as most do, but I couldn't do a club that wanted me to go onstage all the time regardless of if I have a customer. My DJ's know they're getting a decent tip out from me anyway, but they try to help as much as they can in skipping me if I'm giving dances, etc. We are paying the club, they are not paying us.
My last shift was Saturday. It was pretty dead and I made a couple hundred below what I'd expect on a Saturday night. Oh well. I'm working tonight.

The DJ's weren't allowed to dismiss us from the stage set. If the managers saw us in the lap dance booth when it was time to go on stage, they would interrupt and send us to the stage; despite the fact that there was 20 other girls already on it (ridiculous). The customers would be like WTF?!
I worked there twice a week for one year, so your body gets used to it if you do it long enough. it's kind of like practicing to run a marathon. However I did get a mental burnout from all the stage. Good riddance!

Almost a week off cured my burnout, yay! Easy shift. Didn't get rejected even once and only had to do 6 table dances, the rest was VIP. Boom.
Does anyone else get in a weird "outta my way bitch/I'm better than you" mood before work? I find myself copping huge attitude with people OTC, especially civilian men wanting to talk to me for free. I feel like a jerk on some level but I always make money that night.

I did an interminable VIP with an 80 year old who was too frail to dance on (seriously I felt like I was going to break his hip just sitting on his lap) and too deaf to talk to.
It was really slow and I wouldn't have made my goal except for one guy who paid me $200 just to know my real name. My "real" name, at least, lol.

Worked on Thursday and Friday night and did day shift on Saturday. Thursday was abysmal, walked out with $150, club was a cemetery. Friday was MUCH better. Did tons of dances including about $250 worth from a couple that was there to see my bestie. They followed her from our old club. They used to do dances/VIPs with me as well so I danced for them while she finished her shift behind the bar. I didn't do any VIPs(hardly have so far cuz extras are par for the course back there). Didn't do any stage either( at night the club becomes more of an urban style place and the guys expect hip hop video type tricks, splits and leaps!). Friday night walked out with close to $800. Dances are going to be my bread and butter at this place so I've been focusing on curtailing my hustle to that. I used to make ALL my $$$ off long CRs before so it's been an adjustment. Dancing is definitely much more exhausting. Saturday day shift was also very good all things considered. I was on lazy mode as I hadn't gotten into bed until 5:30am, worn out from night before with no energy and still left with $260 after a 4 hour shift. Customers were laid back and friendly, easy to chat with. I think that's going to end up being my fave shift. The other girl who'd been there since 11am and hadn't worked the night before banked cuz she had energy and was hustling. Note to self, get into bed as soon as Friday night shift is over. After a week of dancing Im slowly getting back into the groove of things.

Sunday afternoon was my last one. Did really really well, all VIP dances.
Super happy I got to dance to rap for once. The Sunday DJ doesn't give a shit about 'mixing it up'; if you tip him well, he'll do whatever you want. I always get pigeon holed and forced to do rock or country with the other DJs, because by the time I come on they're whining about "I already have 10 girls playing rap".

Last night was a bust. I got way too drunk and was rude to the owners friend (some big time drug dealer) and was told by the manager to get dressed early. Luckily it was already 1:30am. They told me I'm only allowed two drinks on shift now. I apologized to the customer. I felt bad and I seriously don't like insulting people. Anyways, that was that. Only made $165. Both Thursday's I've worked I've made about that same amount. I'm gonna try days gift next Thursday and see if that's better.

A new regular of mine, who has quickly slid into Annoying Regular Status, came in and did a billion dances with me and didn't tip me a dime. I think I made him mad by, idk, not professing my undying love for him?? Because he had been tipping me 50% or more after his final dance of the night. At the end of the night he told me he wanted to do one last set of dances, but not immediately, and to come back in a bit. Well, I was super busy, and by the time I finished with my other customers he was like, "I'm actually just waiting for my cab. I'm done for the night. I didn't know where you went!!" all snappily.
I still made exactly $1000 though so whatever! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yesterday afternoon was one of those shifts where you worked for every $ you made.
I'm a little annoyed with myself, I was doing good and bouncing from customer to customer, and then I ran out of them (it was a weird dead Friday for a while). Being bored, I decided to sit with a club regular and have a drink. Bad idea. Completely lost all my laser focus and the next several hours were a struggle. I was so mentally fried, I bailed out on my post-work plans. Taking today off for sure.
I think I'm gonna audition at another club tomorrow and see if they'll overlook my few tats. I'm tired of driving so far, it's 70% of why I don't work much.

Thursday night was about the same as last week, $150. Don't know if it was because it was close to the 1st of the month or what. Friday was great. Did a 15 minute VIP and the guy gave me a huge tip. Did some dances. Left with $660 after tipping the bouncer for handling a drunk custy for me. Saturday was even better. An old custy of my friend and I came by and made it rain all over the club. All the girls that worked that night left with $$. I made about $1200. That includes $200 that I got as a tip for ONE lap dance from a club regular who apparently likes me a whole lot. I was so surprised. That's by farrr the biggest tip I've ever received for just a single dance. Have realized that I can't drink at all at this club. Too dangerous. Happy with my work week. Don't think this week will be as lucrative especially with the rainy weather but fingers crossed.

I'm 5'8", thick, big broad shoulders and hips, very muscular, athletic. I'm not a top earner. I tower over most of my coworkers and a lot of my customers. I often wish I was 5'3" and tiny, because frankly a lot of guys come in looking for that here.
But yesterday, during my last shift, I was glad. We had a guy come in who was acting crazy. Everyone in the place got shit from him--either he insulted them and called them ugly sluts or he took them back for single dances so he could tell them all about what a big man he was, how he was in a motorcycle gang and had been arrested for beating up a gay guy(in Portland, what the fuck?) and all this crazy fucked up violent crazy shit. He got in a fist fight with his friend in the parking lot who came to pick him up, then came back in. He wouldn't leave. He scared the shit out of everyone. And our bouncer decided not to do anything about it because who the fuck knows, I'm pretty mad about it, but that's another story.
But he didn't have shit to say to me. I was the only dancer he didn't approach at all. Didn't call me ugly, didn't give me money, didn't bother me at all. I do double-duty as a bartender and a dancer, and when I cut his ass off he didn't have shit to say about that either. I'm his height. Our biceps were probably similar in size. He didn't have shit to say.
So yesterday wasn't my greatest money day, but for once I'm happy to look the way I do. Also, Jesus I've got to look around for another club.

I feel like having visible muscle tone pays off more than it hurts in regards to how some customers treat us... it's so often I'll take a guy for dances and have zero issues with them trying anything, and then they are hell for the next dancer because they figured they can get away with it

Cinco de Mayo was a bust. It was raining buckets and was chilly as fuck. On the top of that I was running late as fuck. I should've cut my losses and just stayed home. But instead, my dumb ass decides to listen to my manager and go in. I wanted to strangle her when I saw how dead it was. So I ended up losing money because of the transportation cost.
