Bazillion girls, few guys, the usual. Left early because my sinuses were being ridiculous and I was feeling like I might faint.

Tomorrow needs to be better though. I left this club once before because it got so slow... When there's customers it's the easiest, biggest money... But the dry times are REALLY dry.

After three pretty dismal shifts in a row stripper Jesus blessed us last night. Had a bachelor party in and normally they are a joke but these guys actually wanted their bachelor to have a good night.

Walked up and they were like "we're gonna be here for about an hour. We"d like a few girls so *bachelor* can have a wild time and we don't want to spend more than $3000."
I was like "i'm pretty sure we can work within that budget" haha.

To top it all of he was legitly a virgin so dancing for him was ridiculously easy cause he was totally down with just watching in awe that there were 3 naked women in front of him.

So happy to report a fucking awesome first shift back after nearly 2 months off.

I'm so sore though lol I'm definitely not used to this. When i came back we had a new security guard and he was so annoyingly obvious with his staring. Sheesh.

Also it was funny to get asked if i was a new girl a bunch of times by girls who started while i was gone. Like they were sizing me up. LOL.

Oh dear hope this doesn't mean tomorrow's shift is bad. I wanna keep the money ball rolling

Today was kind of rough. I was sitting with a young chubby guy and he asked me a bunch of personal questions and then goes, "So, what time do they kick you out? They kick out all the old girls before night shift, right?"
No motherfucker. I can come and go whenever I want, day or night, thank you very much.
Ugh. Im 31, but most people gues Im 22-25ish. So that started my day out in a not very good way.

It all went downhill from there. Sometimes I love my job so much, and days like today I start to feel like I might be out growing it.

What kind of awful person says something like that to a fellow human being? That's fucking terrible.

This weekend was not so good. Slow and dry. Most of the guys who came in only wanted to watch the stage dances, were timewasters, or were regulars of longtime dancers who only came to see and spend on their favorite. Today was better moneywise, but the guys were tooooo grabby and expected more. One guy whined and declined a dance offer with me after I said he was not allowed to finger me. Another guy kept insisting on VIP for extras, got mad and told me to "go away" after I said I don't do that.

On a postitive note, I had a customer who was sweet, attractive, and a good spender on Friday! A handsome young Thai man who raved about how I was literally his dream girl. We went to VIP, he just wanted to hug me and look at my face.

And with one amazing baller ass shift must come a bad one.

I went back to the sister club of my club. This was my original club I started at. It used to be super clean but with it getting dirty, getting regulars dependent, and the cheap dances... Oh no no no honey I should've went to the other one. It was a rough night and I was sadly among the top earners. Sundays are usually my awesome nights but I guess my awesome night for the weekend was Saturday. i didn't get to keep the money ball rolling. Oh well that means tonight I can start over

I had a good night on paper... I sold one 30 min VIP room and a CR for an hour - to the same guy. We did the 30 min room, he left, then returned at the end of the night for an hour. Sounds good, only problem is my boss was stupid drunk, and didn't fucking pay me for the hour room. We get 50% of the price for the VIP rooms - it was $400, which he paid in cash, and she just didn't give me my cut. Not to mention he didn't tip me either since "that was all the cash I had." I sold two VIP rooms and still left with less than $200. Something's not right here. I'm going back in tonight and I really hope I can set things straight and get my money. I need that money, I have bills coming up I need to pay.

finished off my 4 days in a row with a bang. Had an awesome night and it was the 1st of the month so I was hella confused how that happened but I'm not complaining.

Yesterday was amateur contest so it was meh for dances cause the only people that come in on contest nights typically are vaginas trying to win money and guys trying to take them home afterwards.

Did get a half hour with an awkward but sweet guy who tipped $40 on top of it. After that though it was tje contest and then i was on stage and then everyone was gone. Did make good tips last show though.

Baby stripper that is one i have pegged as a girl who's going to last in the job got her "custie jizzed his pants" merit badge last night. She handled it well but we're both like wtf. She asked me if i've ever had it happen, deffo. Thsi is no contact/air dance land though so it's not like wild grinding is making them go. Kinda scary thinking there are guys out there who just cum their pants any time they see a hot woman???

Oh also when the vip host was paying me out a drunk girl came into the vip saying "dancer x told me they would sell me blow where is she" so we'll see what happens with that...

This new club is no that good. I don't make the money I used to. I will be off next week and was thinking to try another club when back and keep this a side (they require at least one day per week). To see if there are more money somewhere else. I don't get VIPs (they are expensive and the club is small with no many customers although is very elegant). the girls are no very challenging (like no too hot) so makes it no very classy to me. Although the environment is relaxed and they are really nice.
This month of the year is shit where I leave.
I also thought to look into caming, so to see how it works in order to get an extra income lol!

My last shift on Friday was the most profitable I've had in this club. It started off as a bad night, I had only made 500 bucks by the time I usually make 7-800 so I was stressing. And then right before I was about to pack up and go, some guy got 54 dances in a row which is $1080 and then he gave me a $100 tip (tipping is very rare in Ontario). The guy also just wanted to gently rub my back and give me a massage that actually felt good. Fuck yes.

Got super drunk and made an insane amount of money and I keep finding $100 sets of 20s throughout my stuff. Lol at least i had the good sense to drunk organize my money last night.

i think the stars were just aligned and a few of my really good customers walked in. From what i remember there was a point where I was going back and forth between all of them and rotating them. Lol a few girls tried to dance with them but i guess cuz i said i would be going away for a while the guys waited patiently for me. Also i vaguely remember dancing for a bunch of new people. I was all over the place LOL

What a great last shift before school starts. I don't wanna go back in again for a while because I want to keep this memory as my last shift of summer break :)

Took one week off that turned into two. VEGAS AND VISITING MY FAM WAS AWESOME THO! Since I've been back been mostly working three day weeks rather than my usual four. Busy with weddings and friends and square job responsibilities and what not. Been averaging 500$/night. Not good not bad just OK. Ready to try moving on to a club where I can make more but I'm honestly too busy right now to move somewhere where I'm not comfortable. And in this club I'm SO comfortable. Like show up at 10 on the floor by 11 making my money with mostly chill custies and co-workers changed and in a cab at 2:45 no waiting around til close. Feel like I need to remember sometimes you need to kick yourself in the ass to make serious money- it's a challenge I'll take on come september.

Since I moved to London and couldn't have decent internet connection for camming I started stripping. Of all three days I've only made enough to pay the house fee, and could see that the most experienced dancers had gotten similar pays... Keep wondering if it's really worth it here in London, it's really tired going home with nothing in your pockets after talking talking and getting bullshit from the few guys that actually come to the club... Been told it's just very quiet in August. Argh.

the summertime sucky-ness is still in effect but it is getting better. it's busy again finally but ONLY around 1am. all night i sit around bored, no one is coming in, no one is tipping. then suddenly out of nowhere it's packed, all vips are sold and i can't even find anywhere to give a floor dance. SO frustrating! there are only so many dances i can do in 2 hours. but at least it's not as bad as it's been the past few months. luckily i started camming because it really got me through this slump. also, i was pleasantly surprised to see some actual diversity in the new hires at my club that's usually very racist and stupid with their hiring standards. a friend said too that my other club asked about me and want me to come back around which was nice, i've been sorta avoiding it because last time i was there it was as a customer and i was hammered. but sounds like they don't even remember. i'm not usually like that and wasn't working so idk why i was bugging over it

It seems I do well in this summer only when my regulars coming in. I left with 1 k during day shift (thanks to two regulars) then left with 20$ (without regulars), and last night I pulled 0$. It was the worst for my entire dancing career. I almost sold VIP to two guys (with another dancer). But they were very shady and simply disappeared. I had feeling that they were undercover cops though... The guy I was dancing for pretended to not know the rules (what are the rules here?), then he kept looking around while I was dancing for him. He told he "is buying software start-up companies and has a lot of money". Then we got a waitress to set VIP, one of them pulled some cash from ATM, then they were coming back and forth to smoke and to the restroom. One suddelny left, saying that he is going to get his credit card he forgot in the hotel. Another one was going after him. He looked at me:"Can I get your number to meet you in the hotel?" I said I don't meet outside etc. Such a BS. My friend told me that they were just cheap ass losers, but I had feeling they were cops.

I had an ok night last night. Well, it was ok for me. It didn't get too crowded but it was steady and the folks that did come in were pretty chill and were all tipping which is always great. My club does "two for one Tuesdays" every week which means 2 for 1 on drinks and couch dances. I actually enjoy working tuesdays for that reason - I tend to sell more dances to the cheap guys. At one point I was in the DR changing because it was almost my turn to go on stage telling one of my dancer friends that I was going to do downstairs and set a world record for the fastest dance sold ever so I wouldn't have to go on stage again yet, an d I did! lmao. I went right down and ran into a guy who was a strip club virgin and gave him his first LD ever!

Later I was taking another guy back for a couch dance when we passed another dancer go into VIP, and he said "why don't we do that instead?" and we did! I didn't even have to pitch it hahah.

I worked a day shift on Friday in Vegas. A lot of girls I work with are struggling to take home $100, & $200 seems like a miracle. I took home the $100, after house fees, voucher fees, and tips. Until 8pm I had less than $20 in my purse, not nearly enough to even cover my fees. I was relieved to have a customer who voiced interest in dances, until he informed me that he intended to suck on my titties and later ran his hand up to to pussy commenting on how warm it is. Of course I didn't end up dancing with him, and I promptly removed his hand. Moments later I walked away. Lost out on maybe $20, got a shot out of it, and saved my sanity by walking over to a table of locals that are always a blast to chat with. I later ended up doing 2 for $30, due to a drunk customer being an ass saying that's what we agreed on; no it wasn't, but not worth the fight. Another 2 dances, received a voucher for 2 dances as payment. The club includes dance vouchers with vip entry, and dancers only receive $25 upon cash out instead of $40. I ended the night by chatting with management about adding more shift availability. I'm day shift at this club, but I can't always make it there before the cut off time of 4pm. After re-auditioning they added me to the 2am shift as well, also not easy for me to make it to. Here's to next time

I don't know what I am up to in this new club. Is small and no very busy.
i made like 180 .. I think I am thinking about a second chance in the previous club.. just the hours there are long and I have no life when I am booked in.
Btw I have been on this site on and off.. was good to have a break to understand how supportive this community can be. Sharing feelings, business ideas, experiences.. is difficult to find in the world someone that can understand and lots of us in here as in common a kind of double life that is not always ideal.

Tonight was another shit night I made like 80 lol...
But I had a very interesting conversations with one dancer in there and we were totally at the sane page. That was helpful.
I think I may change this club is no busy and girls are kind of lazy. Is like .. Now I put effort to work on myself etc I don't want to go down .. I believe in doing things as good as possible, doesn't matter what.
I met a girl that was working with me in the first club I worked... She behave Bit strangely... Even what she says so I talk to her but I keep bit distant as well. Don't feel like mixing with this confusion
At last I chat about the surgery I want to do in the future with a Russian girl.. But I have the feeling that less I talk about my personal projects explicitly better it is. Some people feel like untitled of give u advises or warning u of some terrible experience that they see 'Properly with your same operation'... That feels so bed, scares me and if I will decide to do a boobs job I want to it with a surgeon that I trust ( I am researching since two years) and I am not in a hurry. Just yeah I rather stay on the optimistic side although I am aware of risks ones takes
..oh yeas and two girls will go to nyc for couple of months to dance and was very good to hear that an inspiring as is something I would like to do as well for a short amount of time in the future. I would like to refine my body (boobs) appearances thought first :-) .
...so a part the same bagger style of dancing night... This day made me think about aims and hopefully this will be of help :-)

Not my last shift but last visit. Went out for a friend's birthday to a SC I happened to dance in a while back. First off I was gonna shit my pants thinking somebody would recognize and out me. Some familiar faces but all kept it cool. Never sold me out.
Anyway...There's a dickhead DJ at my old club that likes to scream out "Where the white women at!" in the middle of a dominantly black club. You're not funny. Just an asshole. How about uplifting the women you work with... that help you make money too. What good is it to tear them down? Can't stand him. Is it like a prerequisite for DJs to be insufferable??

I know I said I wasn't gonna go back to work over my summer break but I spent a good chunk of money this past weekend so I wanted to make up for it lol

Ladies it only takes one customer. The club was super dead even for a Monday. The girls actually started leaving because it looked hopeless. Some guy walks in and looks straight at me and sits at the bar. I normally don't approach customers so quickly but I just had a good feeling and walked up to him and had a good night thanks to this guy. It wasn't a baller shift like my last shift two weeks ago but definitely an above average shift and definitely great for a monday. I actually ended up making back a little more than what I spent this weekend. Lol so mission accomplished!

Last night I was really considering leaving my club. It is so ratchet and ghetto and ugh I just can't get over how management doesnt give a flying f about what the girls do. Last night a girl asked to look in my locker because she thought that the coke she had in her top locker must have Mysteriously made its way down to my bottom locker underneath hers. Girl bye... she must of got high with it and forgot she used it up. On another night there was some customer drama... the stripper on stage was screaming at the top of her lungs at a customer because he wasnt tipping at the rail and sitting with another girl. Going to audition at a more upscale club today and see how that goes. Scared of change but looking forward to that moneyyyyyy!

Lately some dumbass girls have been taking selfies and snaps in the dressing room and posting them on social media. Problem is, they've been getting other dancers in the frame while they are naked which isn't cool and it's been causing a lot of drama. Mgmnt made it a rule...no selfies, no videos, no posting photos in SM. Mgmnt sent one girl home for taking snaps today. The girl raised her voice at the manager and got sent home. Made about 200 easily and bailed. This club...sigh...I wanna retire so bad...

Thank you random tiny Asian man for making my night. Thought id be one of the girls with $5, he bought 45 mins in the CR during the last hour.

I heard someone say the owner is talking to her about how to improve the place and one topic was how much money they take from us... PLEASE improve that. The guy spent $340 on me but I walked with $220 of it between all the room cuts and tip outs.

There's also a mutiny brewing about one specific extras girl. Everyone is sick of her because not only does she do it, she's admitted to paying off management AND she walks around bragging about making $1k while everyone else busted ass for $300. She's either going to get fired or hazed out of there.

2-530pm and made 300 bucks. Then I had dinner with my friend and chilled for a bit and then went back to work from 10-230 and made 900. It was actually a pretty slow ass shift .. end of the summer and everyone's trying to get the last bit of sunshine in. But come fall it should get better!

The club i used to work at as a waitress does this with customers for sure(if they are there after last call) i dont know about dancers. But in canada its a huge fine if the worse case scenerio happens and a customer gets involved in an accident. Establishment gets fined over $250,000 and even waitresses could see hefty fines.

Personally, I think its good the club looks out for the dancers. Even if it is merely to save there own tail

I am so over the hustle. Just over it. I am ready to retire. Money isn't exciting even when it's good. If the club is busy, my thought process is "As soon as I hit $300 take home, I'm out". Even if someone came up and wanted a 4 hour CR, I would grumble and only do it begrudgingly because then I could stay out of the club for 2 weeks. THAT level of over it!

Last shift:
We had 27 girls and so few customers that there were 23 girls at a time sitting on the wall/in the back/on the patio. Apparently they were getting nasty with customers, one guy came up and tipped me on stage "Because you're the only one who was gracious when I said I didn't want dances".
Didn't sell one single dance. Girls camping out with guys for 45 minutes, as they usually do when it's slow. Only the extras girls made any actual money. I think the top earners otherwise went home with $100 after all the fees.

Shift before that:
Drive out to BFE club to meet an old day shift regular. Came in at 11 am to get the free house & discounted VIP fees. There were no customers and no stage running for 2 hours... The owner showed up and got mad at the manager because I wasn't changing until there were actual customers. I said "Fine I'll change but I'll go sit in the back so technically that won't do you any good". I felt bad the manager had to be in the middle of it, he personally didn't care... but I'm not gonna sit and freeze in stripper clothes for no reason.

Spent grand total of 40 minutes actually dancing. Went to leave. They tried to charge me house. I said firmly "No, I was here by 11, it's not my fault there were no customers".

I paid no house. Selina 1, Club Owner 0.

Canadian spy who was on the phone in the club all night pissing off the strippers when they'd come up to him putting his hand in the air like no, calls me over for the last song and because he was so rude all night, when he told me his job I was like ha, you're a Canadian spy is that like being a Jamaican bob sledder?.... and he laughed and paid me 100$ and said, "this is courtesy of your government."

Broke up with a regular. He wanted to do an hour for 200 bucks. The price for an hour in the champagne room is 500 and we keep 400 so it obviously made no sense. He wanted to do it in the regular VIP room because he did some weird ass math that made him believe that stage sets were 15 mins and therefore 3 songs is 15 mins. Which mean that an hour worth of songs was 240 dollars and he wanted a 40 dollar discount. The math made sense except that 3 songs is actually only 9-10 mins and therefore an hour worth of songs is 400 ish dollars. He has taken me for 200 bucks every time he came in which is 10 songs worth. Why the heck would I lower my prices by 50%?

Anyways long story short he was annoyed that I wouldn't do it and he just took out a small wad of cash and said take it and go! Then he left the club dramatically. Whatever buddy.

Ended up working from 5-1130 and made 1100. Also did a whole 10 songs dirty talking in my mother tongue which was trippy as fuck.

The first of the month was BRUTAL. An insane amount of girls and what few little customers were there weren't spending. Also full of disrespectful female customers snapchatting and recording. This was the first time in a long time I wasn't in the back doing dances until closing. I actually was dressed by the time the lights came on. I am embarassed to even think about what I made on Friday. I treated myself to a huge lunch with that money yesterday LOL to make something positive out of it

Last night was rough too but at least I made stripper money. And the customers I danced for were fucking awesome. I had one guy come up and ask me for one dance but he kept throwing money on me during the dance and it ended up amounting to a few dances by the end of the song lol. Also at the end of the night another guy threw me money on stage and tipped me double the last few dances we were able to get in until the lights came on.

Also thank you to the female customer who told her friend to not record me when I was on stage. I had stopped by to chat with this female customer earlier when it was dead and I am so glad I did. If her friend had kept recording I wouldn't have danced at all on stage and then I wouldn't have gotten money thrown on me. While rare there are cool female customers that come into the club.

^^ Girl, my last shift a female customer jumped onstage WHILE A DANCER WAS TOPLESS and proceeded to twirl around the pole and yell ARE YOU GUYS HIRING???!!! I was pissed for the dancer onstage and suffered 2nd hand embarrassment for that idiot lady. Wtf?? The manager pulled her down and told her not to do that. The DJ STOPPED the music and told the lady off! He was all YOU RUINED HER PERFORMACE! HOW COULD YOU BE SO RUDE? Totally told the idiot off. They should educate female patrons on etiquette before they are allowed in the club as a requisite for entry lol.

Another lady threw 60 bucks in 20s on my stage shortly thereafter. At least she gets it.

Overall made 250 and got out of there. Too many freakin weirdos, even more so than usual.

I could've written this word for word myself. I feel you.
