I wouldnt be doing anything explicit on twitter and if i were you I would familiarise myself with the dated statutory definition of what is obscene which is set out in the Obscene Publications Act 1959. Its this definition that has been used to underpin both The Digital Economy Bill and the ATVOD.

Awesome, so producing humiliation/verbal abuse type content is ok as a UK producer placing them on US sites?Like I am actually allowed to produce content with that kind of material without it being illegal?

Thing is though this is based around corruption and deprivation.
But surely the videos most dommes make that involve them blackmailing guys for money, verbally degrading them, making them do all sorts of things.
Surely things like this is potentially corrupting someone, which would there for make it illegal?
Or am I missing something or got confused lol

I took a read through the links and through the BBFC link and found this

sexual threats, humiliation or abuse which do not
form part of a clearly consenting role-playing game.
Strong physical or verbal abuse, even if consensual, is
unlikely to be acceptable

They basically say humiliation or abuse is fine as long as it's clearly consenting a role play, which obviously selling clips that contain that is fine.
But when they say strong verbal abuse even if consensual is unlikely to be acceptable?

But what is STRONG verbal abuse? Often in these kind of clips girls do call the guys a cunt, pig, useless piece of shit, worthless etc and to me that seems like strong verbal abuse?

There is as yet no clarification on exactly what constitutes the above. It is left deliberately vague, either because they don't yet know exactly what they're dealing with, or because they're leaving themselves a loophole. If you are concerned and wish to seek further help you can contact Myles Jackman on twitter @mylesjackman
