Exactly.
I call them " Personal Space Invaders of the worst kind."
Old men are the main culprit.
There are mostly disgusting old men where I now live, so it's noticable.
Back off Grandpa!!:stop:

Now I use a buffer (shopping cart, umbrella, baby stroller, big ass purse, etc) cause their dumb ass won’t get the point otherwise.

Haha!

Same. I came back into town and was able to run my spa music and have my nice lighting ( salt lamp ) and just be completely COMFY .
Why aren't more spaces like this ? Lol.

I am already getting pretty weird about only going to places in off peak hours ( dinner at 4:30 anyone ? ) . Hahahaha

I’m a 4:30 dinner person too.

Me all the way. I run errands during mornings and early afternoons. Even if it's spring/autumn/winter weather, you *will not* find me outdoors after 4pm, if that late.

I do my best to avoid grocery stores during the weekends, but if I have to go, then it's mornings or early afternoons when the crowds die down. I do restaurants during the weekdays, preferably mid-week. I'll go either when the restaurant doors open, or after 1pm when the lunch crowd dies down. IF I'm out and I want to buy dinner, I get take-out. Period!

Me and Amazon Prime Now are on intimate terms, too.

*^ Sunday late afternoons/early evening are the worst for grocery shopping

The masses are there doing their food runs for the week before heading to their day jobs on Monday

Often you can also beat the lunch crowd of the masses by going at 11:30 as well

I'm still to the point of eating in my car while I'm out, instead of inside of the place I get it from. I find it much more comfy that way. The best way to tune ppl out when i'm out also is to have my headphones in listening to music while I shop. People stay the fuck away :)

Now I use a buffer (shopping cart, umbrella, baby stroller, big ass purse, etc) cause their dumb ass won’t get the point otherwise.

I started keeping my cart behind me while I check out, and it's quite effective.
Otherwise, without fail the guy behind me will encroch on my counter space where I'm standing to pay. Ugh!
I don't carry a big purse, because that's why I think people ( mostly women) sidle up to me in the aisles.
The city girl in me thinks that they're trying to steal my credit cards, money, etc.
I wish there was a time frame when places out here aren't busy.
But, I live in a resort and retirement town.
Combine tourists and people that don't work, and it's always a crap shoot to find some peace.
I've even gone out to run errands unwashed and very stinky. No makeup and my hair uncombed.
People still stand too close.
Headphones are just more of a reason for people to stop me and ask for something. Be it directions or where something is in the store.
I'm going to get one of these.
Will report back.:D

My anxiety is getting better for the most part . Ive been taking hella CBD bc it seems like the only healthy thing that works for me to keep it at bay. I don't get as anxious in the car anymore. Ive also been meditating like a mf every night before i go to sleep. I listen to 432 hz or 528hz and it's seriously done wonders for me . i highly recommend it . I'm so much better than i was . *pats self on back*

You're not the only one! Especially if I have fast food, when I had my car, or when I'm now renting a car, I'll take it and if the weather is nice, there's this little park close to where I live. I'll park the car, play the radio, push the seat back, and enjoy my meal. But if I can't make it to the park, I've been known to eat in shopping plaza parking lots, lol.

I also used to do the headphones while I shop. But I was doing that when I was buying audiobooks. Still, it helps.

Can Starbucks GET any louder?
Jesus!
I always go to the drive thru, but I agreed to meet up with one of my gay husbands there yesterday.
He was late, as usual.
So, there I was. Standing in the corner for lack of seating, regretting having made plans to go there.
When he finally got there, I suggested that we take a walk to a nearby craft store.
He's like, " Can I get my drink first?"
Lol!
No you can't.
I need to get the fuck out of here. Now!!!! Before I have a meltdown.
I didn't say that. But it's what I was thinking.
When we got over to the craft store, it was pure heaven.
Quiet, clean. Lots of beautiful things to look at.
Glam happy.
But, gay husband was bored.
Then go!
Leave!
OMG!
I am SOOOO much a loner, it's not even funny.

One of my favorite YouTubers from Boston got stalked.
He was on a road trip, when his truck broke down. In the middle of Nowhere Colorado.
All he did, was mention a repair shop he was going to take his truck to.
Over 100 fans showed up there!!! :O
And many more blew up the mechanics phone!.
I've been wanting to do a YouTube channel, podcast, in order to get out of camming.
This is my biggest nightmare!!!
It's bad enough I was stalked by cam customers ( twice). It seriously scared the crap out of me.
I even hate when I run into someone I know, which happens a lot in this small town.
I just want to be invisible.
Is that too much to ask? Lol!

Yuck that's scary. And he was a guy! Who are you talking about, maybe I know him too? I always wanted to have a YT channel too, I tried with makeup, tried with travel, but always ended up not having time to edit and I gave up, because I'm a fuckin' perfectionist. I guess that was a sign that I should just forget it.

Now reading this makes me think I should be thankful for the lack of time, lol. Being a camgirl on only one site and it's bad enough already, from that p.o.v.

Yes,he's a guy. And a really tough ex con at that. He can definitely handle himself.
But, I can't.
I would rather not say who he is on an open forum. Or even in a private message.
Some things I prefer to keep to myself.
I'm already contemplating moving back to a city.
My stalkers found me, as soon as I left the city.

Same for me, but I've been feeling this way before I became a cam girl! Fortunately my bf is the same, we both hate crowd, noise, going out of home, having people over... I HATE it when someone knocks on my door, so I cut the wire off the doorbell but some assholes knock as loud as if my house was 1500 sq feet >:(

All I'm saying is why go outside when you can stay IN?

In my mind it's like asking "why be broke if you have the option of being rich?" How is this not a no brainer?

A few ways I maintain my bitch hermit status:

Order Butcher Box
order other home food delivery services
buy most things on Amazon.
Send adult son to the grocery store when you need stuff. ( I personally only go once a month now)

I've just been broken into in April. And I was home at the time!
So, staying home 24/7 feels worse to me than being out.
I don't like guns, so that's not even an option.
I think everyone is missing my point.
Being recognizable and ' famous' is what I was talking about.
I'm just speaking for ME.
I don't like attention when I'm out, because usually it's the wrong kind of attention.
Men are always approaching me wherever I am. And always in such a creepy way. Women always want to stop me and talk like I'm their best friend.
I can't even imagine how bad that would get if I were famous.
I hate people, and want to be left.... ALONE!
The only time I like to be out, is when I'm taking long drives with my convertible top down, with my music blasting. It's my own personal meditation.
So, different strokes for different folks.

I buy as much as I can online! Unfortunately I have to go to the grocery store because my bf is like me, he hates it!
I wish I could live in a country where grocery stores are open 24/7! Here, most of the stores are open from 9am to 7pm and are closed on Sundays :(

*I love how a thread dedicated to bring a bitch hermit, becomes a thread where others feel the need to express opposing views.
But, that's par for the course.
People always say the opposite of what I say.
*Another reason why I don't like to go out.

I just wish these food/grocery/ Lyft delivery services were cheaper than they are currently. After tip & service fees you may as well go out & get it yourself, which sucks all around :( I've done the math for both getting up & going vs, delivery & unfortunatley it's way cheaper to get it yourself blah.

I've made a few exceptions when I reeaally needed a delivery but sadly I'm not rich & can't afford it on the daily /weekly.

My one moment to be out in the world, always has to be spoiled somehow.
I went out of my way to go to a drive up atm that's on a cliff.
I purposely go to that one, when I don't want to see any people.
I see this bitch walking up the hill towards me.:O
What???
She comes around to my driver's side, and pretends to be using the ATM.
Totally cock blocks me.
I high tale it out of there.
Why? Oh why??

Girl, here HERE! I force myself to the grocery store once a week and go to the bank on the same day. I get out once a week for like 2 hrs to socialize only cause I don't want to end up in a depression.

BUT, If I could just order pizza all the time and get direct deposit I'd be the happiest bitch.

Speaking of being a hermit, I absolutely fucking hate it when strange men try to talk to you or start a conversation, especially early morning when there are other people in the room... I always look at the whole context of why they do that.

When men you don't know say hi or ask how are you? It's usually means 'do you want some dick?'

No, thanks. I am celibate.

I went to see my first 'client' yesterday.
At his place.
Got lost
He was a non stop talker.
A boundary crosser, son of a bitch!
Never again.
Had the worst headache when I left.
I needed to go to the grocery store, but I couldn't face it.
So grateful that camming allows me to be home.

Crazy, isn't it?
My friends have moved to Montana. All summer long they were bragging about it, and telling me that I should move there.
They had a snowstorm yesterday. In September?
No thanks.

Damn I might just pass you on the road! I'm traveling for the next 9 months or so. Need to find a new home. I'm using VRBO!! Airbnb cancelled my account for no reason! I used them for 5 years with zero problems and poor..gone! Fuk them. I pay more on vbro but I'm doing longer stays and get my own place and total privacy for camming. It's worth the piece of mind. Prices listed on the west coast are UNREAL so I'm sticking to the Midwest, south and southeast. Great prices and cheap gas! Here's to the road warrior cam girls!! I need to start a website about this. Travel camming. It would give me something else to do except cam.

That'd be awesome to pass you on the road haha :) I'm hoping to drive up to NYC for a couple weeks then somewhere cheaper for my airbnb/motel stays. Gonna check out VRBO or whatever it is & see what they offer. I love privacy in general & for camming it makes it much for lucrative for me. My current space isn't really private sadly, although my friend I'm staying with doesn't mind me camming/pso work. She loves to hear some of the calls I get LOL . So I have total freedom in that regard thankfully & she's not charging me anything to stay here.

But ya, I agree that the weather is so much better in CA overall than anywhere else. I really hope that stupid law doesn't pass regarding us cam models ugh.

My only other complaint/worry about my travals is that since my compressor has gone out in my car , I have no heater/ac or defroster & am def not dropping $1000 to replace it. That means I'm limited (weather wise) where I can go kinda due to my windows fogging up during rain/snow cold spells :( ugh
