You can have up to 3 characters linked (same phone number), all will go busy when any of the three are called, etc.
i never knew that thats good to know i guess that explains why sometimes ill get a call from one character and a few minutes later get a call on another one i only have two characters up right now tho one is ME and the other is a stock photo set

I have a character that has gotten like 6 calls in the 4-5 months I've had her and that's with bidding. If I delete that character can I do a entirely new one? Also how many listings can one character have? I thought it was 3 but I saw one lady with 6.
I think that it gets a little confusing when it comes to listings and profiles. You can have 3 profiles per phone number and as many listings as you want. But I will caution this, ONly put yourself in listings that you are good at. If a guy wants a Mistress and you are in the Mistress and the submissive section he probably wont call a woman who is submissive since he wants a "powerful" woman. I have also heard guys say that when one woman is in to many sections it looks like she only wants money and is not really "into" what she says she is. The annoying part is that these guys think that the girls they are talking to are just as turned on as they are.

I have done this the only issue I had was that the profile was over a year old so when I deleted everything and made the new listing a guy was like "why do you have no feedback if you have been on here for a year. I told him I started the profile and then started dating a jealous guy.

Can I get a 1 star rating removed? A guy messaged me begging for free minutes, I said no. Then he called me, begged during the call to give him 5 free minutes. I said no, he hung up, and he's rated me 1 star saying I have a bad attitude!
What the hell is this?? This is my very first rating on that listing, and he's literally blackmailing me into giving him free shit so he doesn't rate me badly and unfairly.
That is one of the things I hate BUT I will tell you that I run several characters EVERY character I have that had bad feedback "SHe sounds like a man" for instance. Has almost had the opposite affect. I have guys who call and say "you don't sound like a man" and I think "HA HA asshole who left bad feedback! You made me money. A caller called JUST to see if your feedback was correct"
SO, don't be scared of bad feedback. Hell I think that is why some of these guys leave bad feedback just because there are some girls who probably gave him the free mins just because they were scared. If they leave more then one feedback Niteflirt will remove the other ones if they think that they are harrasing. But just think of it as "real" many of the guys who have called about any bad feedback I have say something along the lines that pages of good feedback that is forced.

Hi, everyone. My friend just told me about NF, and I'm excited to try it. (I'm on c4s, and I used to do caming) But I don't have a landline. I have super fast internet, so I'm thinking about getting Vonage, and if I get Vonage, can I just get the North American line?
For example, if a caller is from Europe, does NF take care of the global phone connection? Or do I have to get the international calls option on Vonage?
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
not a stupid question at all :) I have had several callers from other countries Niteflirt connects them all for you .To be honest though I personally have not received many calls internationally

So, this situation with buying content and rights came up through my sister and I wanted to talk about the process and kind of the loopholes that I find to be total bullshit.
My sister saved up money to buy rights to a photo. The usage agreement is exclusive for niteflirt only. Meaning, she cannot use it to make posters and merch, and for X amount of time she'd be the only one allowed to use the photo on niteflirt to prevent other flirts buying rights to it. Well, another user just snatched it off her profile, and literally added her name to the photo uploads it to niteflirt...and starts using it. I help her file a DMCA, and it gets removed. She provides the user agreement, the proof the other flirt stole the photo and started using it after her, just EVERYTHING to prove a case in her favor.
Well, NF gets back to her and says the other party filed a 512, basically challenging the DMCA takedown. The next step is they can release the other parties contact info so my sister can personally sue her.
So...that's the DMCA process? It's abysmal at best, because NF doesn't do anything to challenge or check the other parties user agreement. They just bounce the notices back and forth and so if you pay for usage rights to content, someone else uses it, is literally the only thing you can do is come out of pocket AGAIN and sue?
Does anyone have experience with this? It's crazy how I've always gone through the process to be legit, but when it really comes down to it the site really doesn't do any investigation. Getting a lawyer to personally sue another flirt? That process sounds so exhausting, especially when there are models that are responsible and have usage rights to the photos. If you buy the rights to the photo like my sister did, and another flirt just right click and copies...Niteflirt just makes the other party file a 512 and that info (who knows if its even correct!) is all that it takes for the content to be put back up?

Who did she buy the photo from? If its not exclusive content, then you really cant do much about it. Many photographers or content sites sell the same pics or pics sets over and over again. Saying she can only use it on NF doesnt mean shes the only person that can use the image on NF. If her contract with him/her doesnt say exclusive rights she really has no case. The only way she would win is if the content was created just for her and she has proof of that. She needs to go back to the seller of the image and ask him/her if they did sell that image before or after she bought it. If they say no get it in writing and then you have a case.

I buy my content from the same photographer and have been doing so for 3 years. I've never had an issue with other accounts using my photos. Her contract is exclusive, and he's always good about disclosing which ones are being used so you can either make peace with it or pay extra to be the only one using it for X amount of time. My sister spend a pretty penny (Over $500) for the pic usage, and about 3 weeks later another Flirt started using the same one. She also has the usage agreement stating all of these facts - with her intended username for niteflirt.com
Niteflirt just sent the automated 512 notice that they'll re-instate the content within the next 10-14 days. I had her re-open the ticket to see if they can provide more info. She either has to contact the photographer, or Niteflirt needs to look into this more.
I find it to be really suspicious on the other flirt because when we went to her profile and right clicked the photo, she saved it as my sister's username.
I've never seen two Flirts using the same photos at the same time for avatars, have you? If they let it happen, I'd be surprised. It opens the flood gates for using anyones photos, even popular girls on the site and all you need to do is file a counter notice that Niteflirt doesn't investigate into?
Say it isn't so.

oops sory for some reason that double posted.
So my main concern about this is how nonchalant these sites are about "having rights" to work because when it *really* comes down to it, they don't really investigate.
There's models paying for content thinking "i have the model release, i have the usage agreement!" but will Niteflirt stand up to bat for you if some girl decides to right click and copy?
I heard TTM at least takes down the content if someone had it up first. But, we'll have to see if NF does it.
My sister told me at least two regs have called her saying "did you know someone used your photo? we called her and she didnt know us and knew it wasn't you" - so this is also a way of poaching customers.
Not cool!

Ive been on NF full-time for over 15 years. Yes... I've seen girls using the same photos side-by-side on the site. In fact, it happens a lot. NF will not look into this any further. Your beef is with the photographer. He either lied to your sister when he gave her exclusive rights to the photo or she misunderstood and thought she had exclusive rights when she did not. (I'm guessing she did NOT have exclusive rights to the photo and telling NF she did doesn't make it true.) I cannot tell you how many times this same issue comes up in the forum where one flirt is accusing another of using the same pics. Unlike TTM, NF has no rule about this. Fifty girls could use the same photos on NF and NF will say nothing. The only problem arises is if someone stole ACTUAL photos of another flirt (real photos; not content) or if you bought exclusive content and can prove it.
Why would your sister only buy ONE pic? Guys want to see lots of pics and love to purchase picture sets. Guys are never going to believe she's the girl in the pic because she cannot produce any other photos of herself. Yes, a lot of guys know we use content but if they find the girl hot, they want to see more pics of her. Did she post about this in the NF forum? If so, I'm thinking the pic in question is of a girl in a gray t-shirt dress... wearing no bra... at the supermarket. To me, this picture looks like it was just grabbed off the internet somewhere (which A LOT OF PEOPLE DO). In fact, if you do a reverse image search on tineye.com, you will find that photo posted on multiple websites which makes it seem even more that it was snatched off the internet. Why would your sister pay $500 for one photo that is posted all over the internet? It all makes zero sense. Personally, I think your "sister" and the other girl both just snatched it off the web and are pissed the other is using it.

She's back to using the photo I mentioned (grey dress... no bra... in a grocery store) as her default photo. 7 hours is the longest for me and he calls me a couple times a month and we talk for up to 5 hours. Also, two times a week, I consistently get calls from regulars or new customers that last 1 to 2 hours. The rest of them average about 10 To 45 minutes.

My sister is a ebony domme, so I think this is someone else.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is happening with other people though. It's a DMCA loophole that apparently screw a lot of Youtubers over. Ever wonder why some people upload popular videos that aren't of them and they remain up? Well, all you have to do is fill out a counter notice and it automatically gets re-uploaded. DMCA really needs to be refined in my opinion because it just doesn't work in 2017.
I was just surprised because if you are being honest, buying content, and someone decides to right click and copy...it doesn't mean you don't have rights. it means they are going to use your shit for free and file a counter notice.
4 years in the game, DMCA gets more lackluster to me as the days go on. You send in a takedown, host may or may not respond to it. Send in a counter notice, no investigation, content gets put back up.
Be careful y'all.

I wouldn't ask if I hadn't gone through this very thread, the full account menu, the NF forums and help section and even did some google searches.
How do I set up a 2nd and 3rd character? I can do this according to:

Which says: "You can create up to three Characters."
Have seen others write about it but for the life of me can't figure out how to do it.

I have a couple questions. Does anyone know at which percentages the top performer awards are given out? or is it based off of earning amount?
Second question: Anyone have headset recommendations? bonus points if it's wireless... I'm getting sick of getting makeup all over my phone.

Top performer awards are based on money earned in comparison to other flirts. So if you get gold this means you out performed everyone on the site. But I can't remember if this is updated weekly or biweekly? Whenever I've placed gold, silver or bronze I didn't even realize it until after. I forget to check that page.
As for wireless headsets I couldn't tell you. But when you find one please report back.

I don't trust the call quality of a wireless headset unless I'm on cam. In that case the guys aren't as interested in what you're saying. I have something like this (https://www.amazon.com/Arama-Canceling-Adjustable-Blackberry-Smartphones/dp/B01KFLGL5Q/ref=sr_1_4?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1489076979&sr=1-4&keywords=cell+phone+headset) for phone only and it saves my sanity on long calls. And with with double ear pieces it is SO much easier to hear when you get a guy who whispers. Hope that helps.

If it is a PTV that you sent to the whole list you can click on the sent list in your e-mail. If it is goodie bag you can look at the list of goodies and see them. If it is Paid Mail you can look at the list of paid mail buttons. If you want to see a specific customer you can click on their history. If you want to see a specifics you can also go to performance reports and click on the goodie or listing and see dates when it sold. I guess it really has to do with what kind of information you are looking for specifically but there are 4 different ways that I am aware of to see how something is doing.

That's not true. Multiple flirts can receive a Gold Top Performer Award during a particular period, which is twice a month. The same goes for Silver and Bronze.

I'm having a hard time figuring out NiteFlirt. I've only had two calls--neither of them left me feedback. How do you get a guy to leave feedback? And on both of those calls the guys just hang up--kind of suddenly ... do guys ever say thanks and/or goodbye?
Also, I've had two people I've never talked to or emailed leave me tributes. Is that common? I'm grateful, but why would they do that?

You should always be looking to attract quality clientele. Pricing yourself too low over-exposes you to demanding and disrespectful assholes. Your cam listing should not be lower than $2.49 per minute. Once you have established some regulars (over the next 30 - 90 days) increase your rate to $2.99 per minute. If you look through the phone with cam listings on Niteflirt, I would say the average rate is about $4.00 per minute. So at $2.49 and $2.99 per minute you are still competitive.
