Sorry, I'm just coming in to fangirl AGAIN about loving dailypay. My bank (assholes!) randomly decided to hold a cheque for 15 business days and without dailypay I would be short for rent. So...y'all rock. I have nothing else to say.

How long does it usually take for them to close your old SM account? It's been almost a week which is a little frustrating if you add the 5 day verification time for the new account once it's open...

I don't think I've seen account closures take more than 2 days, maybe an extra day over the weekend. Same with approvals for us, done on a weekday it takes anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 days (depending on the expedite schedule, we send in bulk unless you're really on top of us :) )
Things to check:
1) Did you send the closure request to SM support directly? (
[email protected]) - Liz's team forwards those to regular support when they see them, so sending to Liz may actually increase the time.
2) Did you send the request from the email related to the account? - They'll ignore it if its from an email different than the login for the account.
3) Did you put anything else in the email besides "Please close this account."? - They'll get confused.

Hmm. I sent it directly from my account to support and only asked them to close it. Very strange. I'll send another one tonight and hope they sort it out.

I had to harass them to close my account when I switched over. I think sometimes it is just the luck of the draw if you get caught in 'queue hell'. :)

I just transferred my SM to Boleyn this week, and I wanted to comment on the process for anyone that might benefit.
First of all, everything on Katy's side was perfect, prompt, and efficient. Thank you! I followed the instructions she gave in post #919 of this thread. https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/showthread.php?189264-The-BoleynModels-InstantPay-Thread/page37 As far as stuff on the SM side of things, it went well, but definitely a bit oddly.
I filled out the form on the BM website on Sunday evening, and had my new account by 10am Monday. I sent the account closure request at 1:30pm on Monday. I sent it as a support ticket from my old SM account, not from the email address that was attached to the account. This worked alright, and the account was closed by 5pm on Tuesday.
I got my documents uploaded by 6:30pm Tuesday, and contacted Katy by email and Skype to request that the approval be expedited. My new account was approved to stream at 2:30pm Wednesday.
I have no interest in new model status, so I emailed Katy asap to request that my favorites be transferred, along with anything else they can transfer. I also send in a support ticket to request the break button, and a second ticket to request a static biopic. Then I promptly caught a cold, so actually using the account got delayed.
What is very interesting is how/what stuff got transferred. The first thing was that was updated was my ratings, and I was very happy to see my 5 stars! The comments didn't transfer, but that's ok. After a couple days without the favorites or any response about the break button or biopic (including the automated "you sent a ticket" email), I got worried that support screwed up. However, as of this morning, my favorites arrived! Then this evening, I checked my "Ranking" page, and they seem to have given me 1.5 hours of streaming time. I don't think that matches my old account (or it might :-[), but I'll take it. They also emailed me back about the biopic, saying that it appears that mine was already static. Don't know how that happened, but I tested it, and it's true. I got another email saying that I'm not eligible for a break button, and to check back when I'm more established, but when I logged on to test the biopic, there is a break button, and it is functional.
Also, I streamed for 3 minutes with my cam covered to check on the biopic, and during that time, SM determined that my tech stats are way higher than they should actually be. In combo with my transferred 5-star ratings, I expect that my placement will get a nice boost as soon as I stop coughing and start making money.
So ultimately, I'm happy about the outcome, even if the process of getting all this stuff was a little scattered.

Just wanted to pop in and say this is the absolute last minute to receive your 1099 electronically. Tomorrow they get processed for mailing and then we wrap that up for the year.
We have a new web tech that will be doing some work over the next weeks. We're also compiling a short list for sites we'll be adding over the next 6 months or so - our goal is to add 1 per month starting in February. Rae will be getting some more hours as well as another account manager/concierge (who is free to introduce herself when ready) so we can manage this.

For details regarding possibly opening a studio MFC account after having an independent one previously, you need to contact me as officially, MFC only allows for models to have one account and doesn't want models sneaking around with new accounts to bypass the camscore and start fresh.

Brief announcements...
We aren't procrastinating on the newsletter, its actually completely written (and its big this month), but a few details hinge on some meetings we're having tomorrow with some websites and we're hoping to have even better news for everyone.
Also, our own site (BoleynModels 4.0) has been revamped, tested, and awaiting deployment pending some extra security features to be implemented.
Its going to be a big year and a lot of work.
Also, BongaCams and AW are officially a thing.
For BongaCams, we wrangled a deal for "preferred placement" for our studio models (its a thing on that site apparently), and we'll see if we can get them to be a little more PC with their descriptions. Rae is the contact on that.
For AW, contact Simber and she can add you to the group. Daily pay is free if you also have a Streamate account with us (splitcam rate), or 3% otherwise. We may adjust the rates later for newcomers, but if your rate is locked in then it won't change.

Secondly, I got my 1099 today in the mail, but I got two different ones with different amounts. One is from your "Web marketing" company name. The second had a person's name (not putting it here, but the initials are M.T.) and is from your "Enterprises" company name.
Is this normal?
Also, everyone else sent me a single copy of the 1099. Do you give us three copies because we need to send one to the IRS ourselves, or did you already send the IRS a copy?

As for 1099's, we switched to a corporation in quarter 2 of last year. If you got 2 different 1099's, the first one was from our DBA and the second from our corporate account...different tax entities. You will need to file both. 3 copies each because that's the legal thing...one for state filing, one for federal, and one for you to keep. If you're filing by paper you'll need all of them.

Often times people think AW payout is 65% but it's actually higher. AW take the directcam charge first and then separately take the admin fee at cashout.
So the sum looks like this:
100 credits - 5% JCI fee = 95 credits
95 credits - 30% cashout fee = 66.5 credits (£) paid out.
And then 63.5%/67%(bookings, movies etc) for non splitcammers?

Whatever the theoretical cashout is in USD. This can actually float a bit over the course of our arbitrary 2-week pay period because we don't actually cash out every day on our end, the final adjusted payment is locked in at the exchange rate on the 1st and 15th of each month. The 3%, when taken, is from the bookings rate of 70%, and then proportionally whatever it is from the directcam rate also. Effectively that makes it 67%/63.65%.
Note that we are a bonafide U.S.-based company, so if it is useful to your tax situation to have a valid contract (individualized) for VAT purposes, we have been providing those.

They need 2 forms of government issued photo ID to become verified. Passport, drivers license, Identification card, US Military ID, etc.
You need two forms and each need to have your photo issued from the government.
* You do not have to be verified to sign up or join the group, but your use of the AW system will be limited until you are verified. So if you want to sign up, transfer to our group and verify later you certainly can.

For Bonga, its a new account, but you will get the preferred placement so not really sure if that's a bad thing at all.
For the site remodel, if you count the fact that you don't think you should be seeing it, then its an improvement. The redesign on the back end did make it possible to integrate our offline system with the online sometime in the future though. There's a lot of security angles we're still considering though, basically right now everything is tied also with your banking info and tax info, offline, and putting some parts of it online on the front end may expose some things. We were quoted that the system we wanted is actually more complicated than most banking systems, and would require about the same security to do it right, and given a quote somewhere in the 6 digits...not something we're prepared for.
What we did get done was that everything put in there now is immediately pushed "offline" and untouchable, at least the sensitive things. The forms also more clearly state the steps and instructions needed for each situation, and automatically go to the right places to make things happen. The big thing though is the recruiting/referral system works automatically...no more emailing us who your referrals are and us accidentally forgetting them for a while, and allows models to market our program themselves for about half of what we make on the deal (without the grunt work).

I've just signed up and got my first payment this morning. Katy and team are super helpful at getting you all set up and answering any questions you have, or nudging websites to get your profile approved a bit quicker. The idea of having my money the day after I've earned it is lovely (even if, being in the UK, I have go go via paxum, which takes a little longer for me to actually get the money in my bank account), and knowing that I'll get payment for all my sites in one go is going to make it a lot easier to keep track of my earnings. Being able to get my pay for x period of time, without trying to make minimum payout amounts for each and every site I work is also allowing me to try putting a couple of new eggs in the basket, which I've been meaning to for quite some time!

You will need to contact their admin to have your old account closed first before the new one can be approved.

Just a general announcement, the new signup system is live. We did our best to port over your login credentials from the old dashboard so at least some accounts are already live and active. To sign up for new sites, you may need to resubmit some vital info - also helps us find those that skipped over requirements before.
For AW as we work out the fine details with them, there are a few points:
- We can't take you there if you list escorting bookings or services in the U.S., our legal exposure would be too great. We have nothing against this personally, but it does create issues.
- As a U.S. company, there is no VAT registration. All work through us is automatically VAT free with a fully "above board" audit and paper trail. We will happily provide company registration paperwork and contracts to Eurobbs that need it.

My old info isn't on the new site, but I just figured it was because you guys just did the upgrade.

This may get confusing:
- The direct dashboard login no longer exists.
- The new way to log in is the "Login" menu option on our main website.
- You may need to reset your password - check your spam and trash, it will be labeled as a wordpress action.
- about 80% of all signups were ported over (at least the email logins), some did not. Fresh signup if your email does not exist is easy.
You do NOT need to sign up again for any websites you already have with us.
If your WP username is 2 parts (this is rare), then you will need to put a hyphen between the words to log in.
Also, this is the first day of our new system, so bugginess is to be expected. Please help us if you want by breaking it as best you can and telling us exactly how you did it.

When re-adding my info on my profile my primary info I get a firewall error every time I attempt to say I am a US citizen and enter my SSN. It also really doesn't want to accept my 2nd ID pic (the one of me holding it.) I have a screenshot of the error if you need, I can send an email or PM.

We're aware of the error, it seems to come and go. It doesn't actually do anything but grumble a lot. All the emails from the forms we've been getting just fine, including both ID pics.

I'm confused. I tried to login onto the website but it says my password and username are invalid??? WHats up? I'm legit...sooo, what do I do Katy? How do I get into my account? Kinda scary....will we still get our direct deposits? Thanks.

OK, so I reset my password and yep, all my info on the new site is not there.
. Do I need to input all of my old info like personal info and banking info? What about websites?
Also, Katy I got a message from stripper web that said u sent me a PM but I looked in my inbox and didn't see anything recent from you so I sent you one.

Also just tried logging in, it says my info is invalid as well and I'm using it directly from your email with my info. When I attempted to get my new password, it said no one with my username had an account there. :(

Again, its a complicated thing.
Nothing was lost, its just that some people couldn't be ported from the old back end to the front.
We don't actually work off the website, the forms generate emails that get fed into our offline system. Very little of your profile is stored online (just your name and email really).
Nothing scary, just business as usual.
If you want to sign up for new sites or need to change your info, then you may need to quickly fill some things out again. If you are already with us and getting paid just fine, then its not necessary at all.

And we were just informed quite a few more accounts were ported over, they were able to be recovered. However, they may still be missing required info and will need a password reset.
The affiliate links are working good enough for testing. Your "affiliate area" is below the website signups and available once your profile and payment info are set.
