Yeah I'm 100% sure the issue is with transferwise :(
It is 100% a Transferwise issue. Several models contacted us to get their deposit numbers for talking to their support, but nobody has followed up with us to tell us how it went.
It does not appear to be related to them changing account numbers recently, as even those that updated their information were effected by this. However, if you have not updated your info we recommend you do so promptly.
All other payment methods are functioning normally.
As a side note, we were able to get the 25% bonuses from SM added up and posted today. It was...quite a weekend. We haven't had a danger of running out of cash in years but this one raised my blood pressure a bit (in a good way). Good job, bbs!

Just a heads up: I just messaged Transferwise less than an hour ago asking about the issue, and I've just seen the backlogged transfers are already in my account.
It appears they "un-clogged" their system. We're now getting a lot of feedback that payments are slowly showing up.

I'm trying to not freak out but I have bills due and not sure whether I should open a ticket for this, or at least wait until Monday to do so.

Hi there! This is from faq (https://boleynmodels.com/boleynmodels-faq/) section on the website:
The very first payment to a new bank account will take longer than any other. Your bank account is provided to our bank once you reach your payment minimum for the first time. Our bank then verifies your account before they allow us to send you payments. This verification period takes 3 to 5 business days and cannot be skipped. During the period, your earnings will continue to accumulate in your Dashboard account. The day your account is approved by our bank, we will issue your first payment for everything you’ve earned up to this point. Every payment after that to the same bank account will be sent the same business day you reach the payment minimum.
If it's been longer than that, then it's best to reach out via email or Skype. I don't think Katy checks in on this thread every day?

If went over the $20 mark after Friday's cutoff (~2:30pm CST), then your first scheduled bank payout would be Monday. For a new model/bank account, this is when the clock starts for the bank verification. Depending on your bank and how fast they approve the link, your first payment could fall anywhere between Wednesday and Friday this week. We check at payment time every day if you're showing on our bank list and if you're there, we pay you. Thereafter everything should go much smoother.
streamate has 21 day payment delay for new accounts... im not sure if boleyn factors this in or not?
This isn't a factor with us, we begin payments as soon as possible on new accounts.

There isn't anything to download. It's a link that you click.
If the link isn't there you may have to have support reset it.

I'm actually curious on this too. I do know some rental places will take bank statements as an option too.

We still regularly issue income letters in addition to the pay stub feature for the purpose of getting an apartment or mortgage. It's successful most of time we assume, nobody has come back to us yet to say it didn't work.
For time periods longer than a year, we recommend using your 1099-MISC form as your proof of income. If they want something more recent, use the pay stub generator. If that's insufficient, then you can put in a request through the help ticket system.
We'll also readily fill out any employer forms or contribute to any website verification system the apartment complex uses. We have a subscription to two major ones that larger complexes use.
Please note that we can only verify income that you actually made through us. You'll need to find other means to verify income we didn't pay to you.
Also note that modifying or forging documents from us seldom ends well, as many places do a follow-up phone call to verify the numbers.

can someone help pls? i signed up with boleyn a while ago so i could get daily pay with streamate, i havent streamed yet due to some personal problems at home but am planning on taking full advantage of my 30 day newbie status this week.
i decided to upload some videos on there in preparation for streaming (i see girls encourage gold show tips for free access to vids etc) and i sold a few vids already but when i check on my streamate dashboard vs my boleyn earnings dashboard, it seems they are taking more than their 5% cut.
for example, a vid sold for $9.99 and my earnings show $5.00 on SM... in boleyn's dashboard they show as $4.29
another example, my earnings show as $6.50 on SM... on boleyn they show as $5.57, thats higher than 5% right?
it not much im aware, but if i'm going to be streaming full time on there i don't want to waste time double checking my earnings to make sure they haven't undercut me every time. i kind of want to sort this out before i make a bunch of money on there lol.
can anyone make sense of it? x

When we record earnings, our system automatically deducts the commission from everything throughout the week. We don't see what you see, we just see the amount we receive.
At the end of the week (on Sunday) we "settle up" the missing amounts if commissions were taken when they shouldn't have been. This happens with video sales, fan club, and .cammodels earnings - this is what we call "pass through income" or "passive income".
There's a whole list of rules and math that goes into the end of week bonuses/rebates/and passive income fees. I'll try to find the post. Generally speaking, if you're shorted over $2, you should see that added back each week.
It would be insanely helpful if Streamate didn't mix it all together, but we haven't been able to convince them to separate it like they do with their contest earnings.

Here's the cutnpaste of the basic rules for how rebates and bonuses are calculated and work together.
There is a $2 cutoff for the total bonus or rebate (as in it has to be over $2 for the script not to count it as a rounding error). If your bonus/rebate that week would be under $2, it will not be recorded by the system.
You also need at least 1 second worked in that day - having an "only tips" day does not count. If you have 1 second in a gold show, private, or exclusive, then all tips also count.
If you have no minutes worked at all and its only a rebate on pass-through income (i.e. we make no commissions to cover bank fees), $1 will be charged for the direct deposits that week (even if we make more than one).
All pass-through income also counts towards your bonus if you worked at least 1 second. However, see the last case rule.
As was said above, zero dollar days are part of the whole thing. You need at least 6 paid days (where you worked at least 1 second) to see a bonus, and it will be the lowest of your best 6.
If your rebate from non-commission/pass-through income would be higher than your bonus, we pay whichever is higher.

I had this same issue/question in the past. Basically, you get paid 30% of ALL earnings on SM, even though SM only takes 50% on things like videos or fan clubs. You will get that missing money back at the beginning of the next week, unless you got the bonus pay for working 6 shifts. You get whichever is higher, but not both. So if they owe you $6 more from video sales, but you got $20 in bonus pay for working 6 shifts, you will get paid the $20 only.

I wasn't aware of the bonus for working 6 shifts..is that, 6 shifts in a week? Is a shift designated as, logging out, then logging back in, would that be 2 separate shifts?

We're still working out the details of some things with our hosting provider. It looks like there was some kind of frivolous trademark claim.
Unfortunately, their "standard practice" is to take the site offline for up to 72 hours while it gets resolved. We are doing everything possible to resolve this quickly.
Important things to note:
- Your money is perfectly safe.
- Your Personal Information is perfectly safe.
- Any earnings will still accumulate and be paid out when this matter is resolved.
- This is not a financial issue whatsoever.
- Our website host said these things generally take less than 72 hours to resolve.
Though apparently this is a rare thing to happen, we will take immediate measures to ensure this never happens again.

Do they give you a grace period, where you live, before they determine your rent late? I know that here, they give you until the 5th of the month to pay the rent by 5 PM. Anytime after that is when it's considered late.

Someone filed a trademark dispute, which triggered our hosting provider to simply pull our site offline without even looking at it.
We responded immediately and were told it would be resolved in a few hours. This was a lie.
Now the legal department for the hosting provider wants "up to 72 hours to review the complaint". In the meantime, our site remains offline.
Yes, it's infuriating and for sure doing harm to our clients and our reputation, but we need to resolve this one step at a time. Because it's a legal matter, we've been advised not to give too many details at this point.
We can't process payments, nor do we even have access to our email list generator to tell people.

Your money is perfectly safe. Each website has records we can rebuild from, but that would be the nuclear option. Financially speaking, we are as sound as ever.
