Am I supposed to activate xxxx wallet? I have no idea if I’m verified yet it hasn’t said anything, it hasn’t said my account is under review either. Do I do anything else at my end?

The instant pay would be great, but it looks like they only allow personal cards if you have a MasterCard debit card, which I do not. For Visa, only business cards are accepted. And don't even think about trying to input a Discover card!

There's a lot of people getting trapped on that one. You don't need a business card.
The way you find it is as follows: go to settings - > Funding -> Add funding method -> Instant Deposit
This way lets you use any debit card.
You may need to be verified first before you see this option.

Ah, I see it now. I thought I was verified, but it still didn't show as an option yesterday. It's pretty confusing, given that the only thing I immediately saw in their FAQs about instant payments was titled "Instant Deposit - Debit Card". So I assumed debit card was the instant deposit option. I'm fact, I'm not at all clear what the difference between those two options is.

There seems to be some unknown criteria whether they will accept a debit card or not. Banks seem to be no problem though when you connect through Plaid.
I have a few banks that I use for different purposes so I was pretty stoked they allowed me to add different cards to receive deposits, but they don't accept certain debit cards it seems.
Discover checking is accepted for deposits when I put in my account numbers but not the debit card. One bank I have with a visa debit was accepted fine and one wasn't (got the business card error) and neither was a business account.
I'm contacting their customer service to see what's up with that. Maybe they can approve manually.

I just saw...
"For those wanting instant payment on Veem and are getting the "need a business debit card" error message, the place to input your normal card is: Settings - > Funding -> Add funding method -> Instant Deposit"
And now I'm trying to find where that even is. SMH. I'm at the Veem site now, and it's prompting me to either click 'continue' or 'back'.
Also why is CamModelPay telling me (in the minimum payout amount section) I need to input a value greater than or equal to 50? I was just playing around to see what happens if I put $1. Lol. And it told me the amount has to be 50 or greater. The minimum is still $40, right?
I've had $30 earnings just sitting in my BM dashboard for some time now...so that's money I won't even see until I make some MV sales or something (I spend most of my time on MFC).
Sorry if I'm all over the place. I'm not having a good week.

Kinda feel the same way like a little sketched out...just a little. I was only asked to verify my email which I did but didn't need to use any codes. I did set up 2f. It says my instant pay is set to my card and I put in all my info except for bank account info which I'm not sure if that is needed since I'm only using instant pay on my card?
No fault to Boleyn they are just trying to get our money to us quicker which is great but I get scared messing around with deposit info with new sites at first! It's scary lol
If all info is set up right how soon can we expect a deposit (assuming we hit the minimum) sry if this already posted somewhere. Also, will weekends now be included or just weekdays still?

Old minimum was $50. It's on the to-do list to lower the minimum as low as $20 and will probably be done by Monday.

I got paid sat morning for the money that was sent Friday. That was my first deposit so no idea if it’s faster now that the deposits are verified. I put in a bank account first because I was confused then my debit card, which works for the instant deposit. They didn’t need any other documents from me. I did get a verification email, my MacBook charger is dead so I can’t show you what that looks like, sorry.

It's from Friday's payment.
I put my bank account information in and debit card.
I think I got an email to verify my account, then received a confirmation email that my account was verified.

It's from Friday's payment.
I put my bank account information in and debit card.
I think I got an email to verify my account, then received a confirmation email that my account was verified.

The way I did it was when I signed up I chose the option for "free" where you use a bank account, because it wouldn't let me add a personal debit card. That's because this will be the funding method they expect you to make payments to other people from. Then once you have that set up you can go to your dashboard and click on settings on the side. You'll see a bunch of options at the top on the page, one of them called funding. Click on that and this is where you can add your personal debit card to accept payments from other people.
Hope that's helpful. I was really confused at first too and I thought I was stuck waiting for 3 day payments until I found this.

I looked at that and it never showed up for me, but then i saw somewhere in their faq, that instant pay to debit cards is only available to USA based accounts apparently.
I've yet to receive a verification email, but i added my normal bank account.
And it seems like their payments to non US accounts / not through faster ACH are rather slow. Meh.

Cosmo and Paxum are still options for most non-US people for near instant payments (though actually transferring the money from their e-wallets may still take time).
Once we get this one up and running smoothly, we'll look into additional options for non-US models.

Old minimum was $50. It's on the to-do list to lower the minimum as low as $20 and will probably be done by Monday.
This is awesome. Please let me know when it's changed to that (Right now it's making me select $50 minimum), and if I need to request the funds or anything, because this $30.06 that's been pending in my BM account for a while...I REALLY need that money. Thank you.

This is a nightmare for us UK and I'm sure all international models - it's slow, expensive and doesn't exchange at the live rate. This is a disaster I stopped using them because of all these problems and now it's the only option.
Oh and instant transfer doesn't work for us so we'll be waiting 3 days every time now not just when they decide to hold it up, wonderful!

For the people who have gotten instant pay deposits do you have instant as your default? I'd like to set the regular payout as my default but get instant deposits before weekends and holidays. I'm not sure how that works. The FAQ says there will be an email prompt. Did anyone get an email prompt? What do you do? I think I got an email when the payment was initiated and I also got a text. The text message prompts you to accept the payment to get paid.
So I "think" from there you can choose how you want to be paid regular or instant.
I do instant set as my default. I am fairly certain that you could switch it before the payout was sent.

I got an email and a text for my instant deposit and it arrived about 5 mins later. I think I was paid by around 5:15 EDT. With WF direct deposit I usually got it around 7:15 same day, so two hours earlier.

I got a text and an email, informing me that money was send to me, but my payment is stuck at
"pending verification initial transaction is pending review".
Did anyone have this happend and how long did it take to go through?
So far i wasn't prompted to upload an ID, so i am a bit nervous about this whole thing.

I currently have a payment pending that says "Currently reviewing your account details" which is confusing because I got a verification email last night shortly after I signed up and added my information. Perhaps I should have done this after I paid my bills on the first, now I'm worried this payment is going to be late. :/

Yikes! Everything seems to be set up right. The tracking part says it was going to my cards. Got a text notification and everything, This morning still no deposit. The worst timing for my payments to be slowed down. But also I’m paying a fee for instant and now it’s going to be not even next day? Kinda don’t know what to do.
Could this be because I’m just now signed up? A bank issue? Anyone mind sharing what bank they use and got their pay already from yesterday?

Looks like I was re-verified this morning, now the payment says the estimated deposit date is Friday...... even though I do have the instant option set up.

I tested it out with them last week and received two payments.
The first was via ACH sent on Tuesday at 4pm cst and it took two days. I immediately uploaded a personal id even though I wasn't prompted to do so. My first payment arrived around 2am est.
Initially the verification took about 11 hours? I got an update that included an ETA for my first ACH payment around 3 am on a Wednesday morning. It stated the estimated time would be Thursday at 3am. This is the payment that arrived at around 2am est on the following Thursday.
The second payment was after I was able to add a debit card and then selected instant for my default. This payment appeared in my bank account three hours later. Roughly around the same time as before when I used WF. I suspect that even after you've been verified they will still use a prompt that says "verification" instead of "processing".
I was not able to add a personal debit card initially or perhaps I was on the wrong page? However after my first ACH payment was received I could then add a personal debit card by using a link directly from Google.
Like I said before I was not able to do so from my dashboard. That link my help some of you. Also the first payment no matter what may take a few days for verification as stated in the internal message found in the BM dashboard. After that it was just a few hours. I suggest immediately adding your id as a document when you sign up.

I just uploaded my ID and proof of address, without being prompted too. I hope it helps, but thank you for the helpful advice and experience!

Hello all,
As many others I'm sure, I am a non US model (UK) and BM switching and discontinuing Transferwise is having a considerable impact on me and my earnings (fees, exchange rates, payment delays, etc.).
I understand that these changes are necessary, and that BM will try their best to give us non-US models better options, but in the meantime I was wondering if you could offer some extra guidance regarding the current services available to us, since the fees and rates are very confusing (at least to me), and after breaking my head in each site's "fees and times" lists I am still left not knowing what to choose (Paxum? Cosmo?) and how long and how much each option would be.
Basically, what would you recommend we do in the meantime? Which service is the cheapest? Which one is the quickest?
If someone in the same position has a better idea than me, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just did another test payment and this time it truly was instant! This will be my third payment and second time receiving it via debit card. I know this may not help everyone right now but I will keep y'all updated on the process.

I wasn't paid at all yesterday because of this exact reasoning. I wanted to wait until the deposit to pay my bills was done, and then switch over, but I got an email at the end of the day saying I hadn't been paid & wouldn't be paid until I switched to veem. So you were smart to get a head start.
They sent it this morning and I got the text to accept the payment. I didn't know how to do that so I opened a chat on veem. This was the response I got. One day verification for the first instant deposit. I asked how to upload my ID also and the second screenshot is where that's found. The middle screenshot didn't take I guess, but he said keep an eye on your email in case they ask you to send your id or anything else they may need. He also said my deposit wasn't showing that it would be an instant deposit even though that's what I have selected as my default currently, and I was charged an instant deposit fee, so hopefully that works out. He said it might just not show as instant until after verification.

Yeesh...i'm waiting until AFTER the US Labor Day holiday and get this weeks payment up until Sept 5th then I'll switch over. I'm moving and don't want to fuk anything up but i like the "get it in a few hours" payment idea.

There are no more bank payments as of this time. We were hurried along unexpectedly, ahead of the schedule we were told in writing, and made the call not to risk any further complications that would impact everyone.
Yesterday's big batch payment was informative, the schedule for instant payments is between 3 and 24 hours (average about 12) for the first one and actually instant for the second and subsequent. If you use this option, there will be no delays in your regular payment schedule as compared to normal direct deposit.
For best results, try to complete the items in your profile (particularly the ID upload), even if they don't prompt you.
We're also going to try a closed experiment over the holiday weekend to see how instant payments are handled on the weekends. This may have some future application and benefit.
The instant payments arriving immediately during business hours also means we aren't locked into the old payment schedule out of necessity. We'll be having some discussions considering cutoff times and payment schedule. The current "vision" is that whatever you make the night before will be in your bank account first thing in the morning. This should decrease lag time in payments for most models considerably.

I only use BM for my super slow sites where I am worried that I might go months without making payout so if it takes a week or two to get paid by BM than that really isn't going to make much difference to me.

UPDATE:
My previous message was about 1/2 hour after BM sent my payment. I just now got emails saying my information was verified and the second one saying "you have received your payment" and the money is in my checking account now. I'm a US model btw and I use Chase bank and the debit card is the same account as my funding account.
GOOD LUCK everyone! I hope your transfers are as rapid and successful as mine. The veem chat people are really nice and helpful. I've used them 3 times, if you have any issues I would suggest you ask them to look at your account and give you any pointers necessary. I think having a business to business bank account comes with better customer service than a consumer bank imo.

I don't know if it was pushed with today's update or will be tomorrow's. If you need this (and it's not possible yet), let us know by ticket or contacting support and we can change it manually until then.

You would still need the new option, at least as a US model. You would use the free option, though.

You should go onto their chat and make sure they put it through as instant pay or you will be probably waiting till the 2nd.
My payment was sent Monday and the dashboard was saying that I won't get paid till Friday even though I got verification emails, one when I opened the account and another one when I uploaded ID and proof of address. I went into chat and they said everyone was busy and to send an email instead which I did. I've not had any success in getting an answer via email so far. I emailed the day I opened the account to ask why some of my debit cards weren't accepted but they never answered and today the email I sent about my deposit wasn't answered so far so I waited an hour and went back into chat and this time got a live person. Their live chat personnel are helpful and fast.
They looked at my account and then approved my deposit manually and said they are pushing the deposit through and I will have it on one business day (Wednesday or Thursday). I'm hoping now that I'm verified once I get the first deposit it will be faster.
