I don’t think she’s being nasty at all. I’ve also found it confusing that they would update here and never did send an email to anyone about veem until this weekend, a week after it happened, and still haven’t sent the information to everyone. I also found it odd that they wouldn’t send the email to everyone. Why wouldn’t everyone want to know this information? A lot of models take time off for more than a few weeks and expect things to be the same when they come back. I also find it odd that they told us they were sending a limited email list. We don’t need to know that. In another forum & on social media there’s been a lot of models upset by the lack of communication and I’m sure BM wants to know models feel this way. Wouldn’t you if it were your business? Would you rather be told better communication is needed for a better business relationship, or have a bunch of people leave without knowing why?

They have been posting info on the Boleyn Models dashboard throughout this time. Every time I checked in over the past couple weeks, there were new notifications and instructions on what to do.

Also yeah, it's important for us to be able to voice thoughts & concerns. I was wondering why we hadn't had an email sooner, either. But it does kinda make sense that they wanted to have 1 straightforward email when changes were finalized, to avoid confusion.

I received an email about mass pay earlier. It instructed me on how to activate my account, which it is activated. However, when I attempted to enter the code they asked for to complete my account, it reroutes me back to the log in page? I'm also not getting any code sent to my phone, as it should be. Any clue on how to resolve this?

I selected ACH - direct deposit for my payout method anyway, but it's still showing as pending today.

Currently having the same issue! I haven't gotten a text for the code at all and every time I ask them to re-send the code it reroutes to the login.

I'm going to just allow ACH in to my bank account but was curious, how is Mass pay instant when you still have to have it routed to your bank account? I get ACH is now a min of $60 and Mass pay is attractive for the $10 min to be paid but then you still have to transfer, yet again to your bank account.

Hi Katy,

Are there still payments being sent out today for those who selected MassPay option? I am still showing Pending on my account. Also for MassPay, you are saying it sends to Debit Card for instant? I've never heard of that. Do they issue and mail out a debit card of their own? I would assume it's just like sending to our US banks, but it loads on our US bank debit cards instead, which technically is sending to our banks? I didn't think we could do that. Just a bit confused I suppose.

Thanks for the update! I really really hope it works out for MP. I need that money so bad right now. Everything else I have I get paid weekly and not til it’s too late to pay a couple things and will put me in a really bad spot!

I have faith it will come through and everyone will get their money today!

No, there is a login bug, so we didn't issue the payments for MP Wallet yet because nobody could access those funds anyways.

We did send Direct Deposits, and for some reason their system sent invites to those people for the wallet, even though there's no money in their wallet - the money goes automatically. They are finding the bug, also.

It's a bit confusing, and we were hoping to avoid that by sending the money AFTER everything was fixed, but it looks like they forced some confusion anyways.


First day problems. Important thing is we got the clock moving on the 3-day first payment for Direct Deposit. Half mission accomplished.

I believe the numbers were autogenerated placeholder numbers and not another models account as they did not seem to be set up like normal.

For those of you who have decided to stick with regular ACH payments do double check that your information is correct. Mine had changed completely. It was showing a different routing and account number and my name was missing completely.

We caught a few like that before payments were actually made and put an error message up to fix it.

What happened was years and years ago when we made the new dashboard we imported models from our old Excel sheets. The numbers were already stored with Wells Fargo, so it wasn't necessary to ask for them again, but to make any kind of admin changes we needed to fill them out as 111111 or 22222 to save any changes.

With the new system, it automatically exports those numbers with each payment. You no longer need to notify us if you change them, but they need to be accurate there. A few people missed the various messages to check them for accuracy, but that's fine, no harm other than a possible day delay.

My bank numbers were incorrect as well. I just looked. The deposit was sent out already before I could correct it. Will it still be able to catch the error and send it to the correct account?

I am thinking to switch to Direct Deposit/ACH before tomorrow morning if MassPay is not figured out soon. At least I know it will go into my bank in a day or two hopefully.


EDIT- Just looked at email regarding the Payment Methods BM sent out. The first Direct Deposit will take mandatory 3 business days so I guess it doesn't matter either way. Hopefully this is sorted out soon. :(

I literally switched from direct deposit to Masspay because the first direct deposit takes 3 days to hit your bank account, I was hoping it was going to work today but well, even if I switch to ACH for tomorrow it won't hit my bank account until Friday.

thankfully I did pay the internet bill but tomorrow I have an OB appointment that I can't miss because of pregnancy-related complications and I'm supposed to pay rent on Wednesday, I just hope this gets fixed tomorrow so I don't have to pay a late fee on the rent.

Check your phone and see if you have a hotspot available. Most times a laptop will connect (or maybe you can stream from your phone. I've done that in a pinch when my internet has been out.


Now I'm wishing I had just stuck with the ACH. At least I'd have my money in a few days.
I have tried to be patient but this is such bad timing, had paid a lot of old debts and paid down my credit card bill the end of last month, thinking that I then could work a lot to get cash into the bank, but it's been super hard to get online with this depressing situation. This delay in payment left me with very little reserve which is now gone, so now I'm getting hit with late fees, overdraft fees and now it's likely my credit score will tank. I'll eventually get the damage repaired but this just sucks.

Tried last week to get the Cosmopay but they have still never approved my account, so I guess I'll switch back to direct deposit tomorrow if Masspay doesn't fix their issues, so I can at least get a deposit by Friday.
I feel for those who are in a much rougher situation than me and hope this gets resolved quickly.

Yeah..I'm done fucking around with this. Masspay isn't working and I"m not staking my payment on a bunch of software geeks who put a comma in the wrong line of code and can't figure out what is wrong. I"m switching to AHC. It's old school but at least it fucking worked. I'll at least get some deposit before Oct 11...HOPEFULLY. If masspay comes around and works then I'll switch to it. For now, it's OLD SCHOOL ACH TIME BABY!

I re entered my bank info in the direct deposit boxes. They had the old placeholder shit in them. What can it hurt so I entered all the same info again. Now watch ACH is going to get fuked up tomorrow and masspay will go through like asap. I have a feeling I'm just betting on the lame horse...

How is ACH old school? Every company I have ever worked for has always done direct deposit in to a banking account. I pay all my bills from my checking account so why wouldnt I want my money to be deposited in that account?

It'll be ok. Just do AHC for now. If this masspay thing starts to work and other models can prove it's "good to go" then you can switch over. At least you know that doing the AHC route you MIGHT HAVE FUNDs by friday if not then monday next week. That's my play for now. You have to think long term. We've been on this fucking roller coast almost 3 weeks now and I'm over it. I'm going the known safe but long route. Screw the new science until it's proven to be working and up and running.

I myself wasn't planning to do anything but ACH, was only looking into cosmopay or masspay as a way to temporarily get my money without waiting since I hadn't been prepared for my deposit to be delayed this long. I guess lesson learned, should not have paid off debts without a cash reserve. I've become too dependent on daily pay.

I'm feeling extremely high anxiety about money right now but to be fair they did tell us all along that Tuesday was the projected date but they would try to send payments Monday, which they did for one method. They said there would probably be kinks to work out and there are. I'm not happy about any of this but I also think things are still working on the time frame we were given. I'm hoping masspay will be ready tomorrow, and I would be really surprised if it isn't working by Wednesday. That's just my opinion. I'm going to keep my bet on masspay for now.

Although in all honesty if there were any strip clubs in my area I'd have been working harder than anyone for CASH.

Also, it may not take 3 days for ach. When I connected my Chase account to BM it took extra time, but when I switched over to Discover I was told the 3 day verification would be necessary again, but it was in my account the next day. I think it may just depend on your bank. There's always hope that your first ach deposit will be faster than 3 days.

If it was a quick fix, I feel like it would have been resolved by now but seems there could be a bigger issue they're facing. I'm just not feeling too good about it being resolved quick. We haven't heard anything or updates since earlier today. This blows...

It sucks for sure, but I don't think Katy and staff would just give up that way. They have always been fast and efficient in the past, probably will be checking through the night.

There is probably nothing to tell us since the holdup is on Masspay's side. I just hope Masspay gets this done tomorrow since I've given up on hearing from Cosmopay.

I am glad I did not switch to MP on F4F yet, so I at least have a little ACH coming from them, and will be able to check them out here before switching what I can over to that wallet. I imagine the huge influx messed them up a bit, as Boleyn has so many models. I would be amazed if we hear anything until morning, but at least I'm sure they are working on it as much as humanly possible. If things are still funky in the morning, I'll switch to ACH and cross my fingers to have it go through by weeks end while they work on resolving this. It is definitely well after regular work hours for CST and MST. Crossing my fingers everyone has an amazing fruitful morning, and wakes up to emails leading them to their money!

We got notice the wallet was fixed just a little while ago. Making payments shortly. A model has already tested instant pay and it works, we see another tested crypto and it worked.

It looks like some things like Paypal and CashApp transfer were disabled because the account is flagged "adult", but all important bank transfer, wire, crypto, and international options are there.

AFTER you see it marked as paid in our system, check your email (especially your spam) for the invite link.

We will update and do payments again tomorrow morning at the regular time, so if you can wait you may be able to save on some fees.

I got my email, and within 5mins my money was deposited on my debit card! Woot!!!! Thank you for your hard work!

When you see errors with payment, the error clears the next successful payment. We check every time we make them.
