I am trying not to have anxiety here about where my big chunk of money went to via ACH. It hasn’t cleared my bank account, probably because the account number was incorrect and the payment was sent out before I could change it to the correct routing and account numbers. Now a lot of money seems to be hanging out in the balance somewhere, hopefully not in someone else’s bank account. I never received a reject notice either. I emailed Boleyn support yesterday about it but never heard anything. My stomach literally is churning.

On a completely unrelated note, anything we pay to is NOT appropriate for clients to pay to you.
We already had some inquiries about this. While this is simply not even possible with MP Wallet, we did have some issues with this with Veem and big issues years ago with Gift Rocket and Circle when we used them.
Please use the camming websites to process client payments, that is why they exist.

Okay, I'm really confused- my account in BM is showing my bank info as a bunch of stars and 1s (both routine and acc number); I didn't bother to check this until now because I haven't switched banks since before I joined BM, but now I'm worried my funds went somewhere else.
I already had a ticket open so I added this to it, but I had the ticket marked as 'normal' instead of urgent. Any help appreciated!

Those we caught, your money should still be with us. Please either update your direct deposit details or select the wallet option and you'll be paid properly today.

OK Masspay won't do instant deposit to Discover bank's checking debit cards. It has to be a Visa or Mastercard. Fortunately they credited my money back within minutes even though it appeared to go through at first. I have another bank account and was able to do an instant deposit to another card that is a Mastercard, so it worked the second time.
Also, be sure you format your dates in European format, different from what I'm used to and I couldn't figure out why it wasn't taking my info. They don't want any slashes / in the date plus it needs to be with the year first YYYY-MM-DD for birthdates or for expiration dates YYYY-MM
So relieved now to be able to focus on working again.

It sucks for sure, but I don't think Katy and staff would just give up that way. They have always been fast and efficient in the past, probably will be checking through the night.
There is probably nothing to tell us since the holdup is on Masspay's side. I just hope Masspay gets this done tomorrow since I've given up on hearing from Cosmopay.
Someone on this thread said that you can still use the virtual debit card with Cosmo even if they haven’t approved the second round of documents yet if that helps.

Right now I have Cosmo selected as my main payment method. If I switch to Instant Pay with MassPay today will my earnings from today and tomorrow morning be paid to my debit card tomorrow after cut off time without delay?

Yesterday's batch for direct deposit was a relative disaster. So many old and bad account numbers in that lot, even accounting for the obvious ones we caught, we just decided to pull it entirely and not put it through again. 1/4 of the money would have gone God knows where and not to the models.
Everyone that is now direct deposit is going on the MP Wallet. From there, you can make regular direct deposit as normal.
EVERYONE from this point forward (starting today) using the MP Wallet will get $1 credit if your payment is over $60. You can use this to make ACH free, or use it towards another more expensive/faster option as you wish.
Paxum and Cosmo are still options. Bitsafe is available, but privately upon request.
We'll get this up in our announcements and an email out to directly affected models.

I need gas and realized that I can't exactly buy any with my Cosmo virtual card. The physical one still has another 6 weeks before I can expect it to show up in my mailbox. And I'm not in the mood to order a visa gift card on Amazon prime and wait for it to show up.
I switched over to Masspay this morning and was approved before payments went out. There were a bunch of options to instantly load my money this way or that way - so I loaded it to my debit card. And it was there. Instantly. I fucking love Masspay lol.
This whole past week has been a cluster and extremely stressful but, Katy, I feel like BM is better than ever. I'm extremely grateful to be introduced to these new payment processors and just grateful for the service you provide, period. I don't know if anyone is patting you guys on the back over there but, thank you so much. For figuring all of this shit out, keeping us in the loop, and offering options that were better than the ones we had before. Thanks.

Since direct deposit was pulled, are we meant to see the money already available in our mass pay accounts? I made one yesterday and don’t currently see anything. I did have my direct deposit in correctly.
Edit: Ignore me. Just got it and everything went smoothly.

Ok that’s good to know. I’ll switch to MassPay now, so I can get my funds on my debit card tomorrow after the cutoff time. Seems like others are having the same experience as you and that’s a good sign.

We can see parts of the transactions, and we saw last night when we got the first payments out that everyone was successful doing pretty much everything. Their interface is simple and slick, accounts are pre-approved and ready in minutes. Watching the ledger scrolling is like a trip to the symphony for accounting nerds.
And then we got hammered with the direct deposit thing this morning. It made the decision really easy. We could be chasing people down for weeks or we could just pay the fees for everyone, get money in people's hands, and avoid the "group punishment" effect.

So if I had my direct deposit info with you guys before all this and I never changed anything bc it's still current, can I just work again and it'll be in my bank account by Ttm or do I need to go into my bm account and choose mass pay? Thanks for getting this all in control so quickly <3

I think you'll love the switch.
Keep in mind that you won't receive a "you're approved" email from masspay. You'll only know that you've been approved when they send you an email saying that they just received your payment for you. I think my comment earlier made it sound like a two step process (get approved and then get paid). But it's all one and the same - so don't sweat if the cut off time nears and you haven't gotten an 'approval' email.

We changed the processor so whether you have Direct Deposit or MP Wallet selected, both go to MP Wallet now. You can log in and make your direct deposits at your leisure. Check your spam for the invite if you don't see it.
The hard part is that the date picker is finicky for some people for your birthday, but that's all they ask for to complete your account setup.

You have to fiddle with the date picker by clicking your mouse around. We've already told them it's kind of an issue for some people. It does work, but it's a complex puzzle for some. Contact our support if you're really stuck.

"Same Day Direct Deposit" is not "instant payment". We hadn't even heard of it before this, but we do have some payments in testing right now just to see what it does.
Normally, models use the "Instant Deposit to Debit" for immediate loading of funds, or "Next Day Direct Deposit" for the normal speed bank transfers.

Thank you! I read up and the problem was I was inputting my birthday information in the incorrect format but it is fixed now.

I opted to pay the fee to transfer to my bank as I want my money ASAP and it was only $3.95 (although unclear what currency that was in) and that was the cheapest option. I'm appreciative of how this whole situation was fixed extremely fast in business terms, but I'm not keen to pay that on top of my 5% everytime I want to send my money to my account.

Alternatively - has anyone with a longer name signed up for Cosmo? I'm trying and it says my first and last name can't be more than 20 characters. But if I put a fake name, it won't match my ID and I'm worried about being able to use the visa. Cosmo if you're still watching this thread, people with long names are valid too }:D let me in lol

I spoke to support earlier today and they still haven't gotten back to me about what is going on with my account, I don't mean to be here complaining all the time but it really feels like every possible issue with each new payment method is happening to me, both with Veem and now with MassPay, and that I'll never be getting a paycheck from BM without issue again.
All of my information and accounts are correct, but I get an error every time I try to send a payment, both with ACH and Instant Deposit, and I have now attempted to transfer funds with two different bank accounts with the same result. Either there is an issue with my MassPay account, an error, or somehow, coincidentally, neither of my banks (Chime and a local credit union) will accept payments from MassPay in any form at all. I've tried about 20 times to transfer these funds and I get the same error from MassPay every time.
I'm absolutely raggedly tired at this point; my rent is 4 days late, I have 20$ in my bank account and I have three other bills waiting for payment as I type this. I see absolutely no reason to work but I have to keep working just to make sure I have the money I need whenever I can actually get my hands on it.
I needed this money literally now but I was prepared to trudge it out for three days until it clears- now I don't think I'll be getting it for more than a week.

People that worked recently would be the relevant people to narrow the list to. For everyone else, we provided a link on the dashboard.
Now, we also put notes on the dashboard, but the engagement there is really low. People don't read them, or log in very often to keep up with things. This is understandable.
As for updating the site, this is something that takes some time and is lower priority than getting the payment processing working again. It's also better to wait until everything is finalized.
We are working on a system that sends singular emails when someone logs in, but that's still lower on the priority list than getting payment functions operational.
To be clear, this is a valid and legitimate concern, and we are reviewing how communications go.
Look, I've worked recently, even updated my email recently though my previous one is still active; and still didn't get the email. I submitted a ticket and included that as one of my questions. The response I got had me feel like I was getting the brush off. I still don't know why I didn't get an email. I don't have time to bother you guys with the petty, doesn't work on either side; so when I do make contact, I'd like a response I can grow with. Communication from BM has been not what it used to be at all and I'm talking about before this last situation. I always appreciate your support, that's why I'm still in. It's just I'd like to be in the loop but coming here or the dashboard without notification is like I need my spidy senses to know when to check.

We researched the situation and could only find a support ticket we did answer thoroughly, as well as the (big) email we sent Sunday was received by you but not opened.
If you think a ticket was closed too quickly and you have further questions, you're always free to re-open it. You can also always chat with live support, we're there most hours of the day.
As a side note, if you go to the link posted in the notes on the dashboard, you can subscribe to all future emails so you don't miss any. This is also useful if you change your email address.

We're trying to test that as well and haven't gotten any results yet.
We sent a payment to ourselves using "Same Day ACH" at 2am, well before their 10am cutoff. So far, it's 6pm here and nothing is showing.
I have a sneaking suspicion that the cheaper "Next day ACH" may be just as fast or even faster in some cases, after the first payment.
If you want instant loading, it needs to be the "Instant Payment" option via debit card.

Um what?! MassPay just got my money to me faster than any service has. Info for other Canadian girls:
10:26 AM pst received a "you just got paid" email, made an account and transferred the money shortly after via their list of banks.
4:56 PM pst received a "your transfer was sent" email that said it could take up to 48 hours to get to my bank
8:36 PM pst I checked my bank account and the money was already there.
IDK what kind of transfer that was but clearly they put my $3.95 to work! Love that.

It's 9 PM PST and my same-day ACH request finally came through also. Is the extra few cents worth it? Hm. Haha. Glad to see it happen, though.

Considering the "Next day" can take up to 3 days on the first payment, that's really good for people that need their money.
For us, still not showing for our test payment. It shows as complete on Masspay end (we sent at 2am this morning), but nothing in the bank yet.
I'd be real curious to see what you did and when to get that so we know who to recommend it for.

Requested Same-Day ACH: 10:44 PM PST Oct 3
It processed in the mid-morning Oct 4.
Bank shows it in available balance: 9 PM PST Oct 4
However, the transaction in my bank is dated as occurring on Oct 5th.

I saw the email last night (4th October) around 11:15pm my time (gmt +4). I did same day $1.50 deposit/same day ACH. It's 11am my time now, 5th October, and the payment is showing in my bank account now.

My "same day" showed up this morning. It looks like with cutoffs, "Next Day" would be the faster option if you initiate it after noon CST.

I did the 1.50 Same Day ACH and it was in my account around 7am this morning. I did the account activation yesterday around 12:30 pm and it said "processed" in the masspay dashboard around 6pm. I even sent it to a US credit union savings account which I've never done and it went just fine. Works great. I kind of like the idea of keeping my funds in the ewallet and maybe sending my funds to different accounts when/where I need them. I like this level of controll.

From the complete lack of anyone writing us about missing payments this morning, it seems like things are working well.
A small amount of people with non-standard setups are having issues, and we're actively working on the issues for non-US models wanting to use US ACH, but by and large everyone is paid and quite happy with how this works. This is a big relief for us.
For those having issues, we also have control over a lot of support functions so things work at our speed instead of 3rd parties. Some things we still need to elevate, but we can solve most basic issues directly.
As we put in the announcements, this is NOT Veem. Yes, even we are still having some PTSD from them, but this is a completely different thing.
That being said, we are not resting on this. We can make this even smoother and fully merge CammodelPay with the MP payment functions, and we're in the early planning stages for designing this.
