No, nvr heard of it. The lastest I've heard of are Cabachon, & Cellulaze. There's some shot coming out for it, but it's not been approved just yet.

^I hadn't heard of it either, but I was trying to book Venus Freeze and the clinic recommend Acoustic Wave Therapy because they are seeing better/faster results (it's the same price and you need the same amount of sessions).

There's not much information on it online and only 11 reviews on Real Self. Has anyone heard anything about it?

In addition to eating clean I've heard gelatin works wonders. Specifically natural gelatin from grass fed beef. Its supposed to be good for digestion and healing your gut as well so I've been looking forward to trying it.

I have heard the same, to the point I made bone broth. I can't stomach it though. I do not know why, but I drank it and started heaving like i was going to vomit.I wonder what creative things we could do with gelatin. Apparently it fights acne and wrinkles too.

^Glucosamine tablets (also found in bone broth etc) is supposed to help reduce cellulite as well.

I've worked out with weights since I was 19 (I'm over 45 now) and I've never had a problem with it, even when I was 20 lbs overweight. But...even though I've pole danced off and on (mostly on) for over 20 yrs, I didn't start getting serious with it as in classes and competitions until 2011. During that time, my time with weights started to really dwindle down since pole can be so demanding.

This is what happened: I lost even more weight, my abs, core and arms look amazing. However, my lower body just got thin and although my inner thighs look defined and great; my booty got smaller, my hamstrings less defined and cellulite began appearing on the bottom of my now flatter booty and some on my thighs!

So, I'm back in the weight room now and trying to gain back a few healthy lbs. I'll let you know if it works.

My diet is pretty clean: I juice, make my own protein shakes, organic veggies/fruits/meat, et.

(And Michelle- get better soon, sorry about your wrist surgery. My right thumb is tweaked from too many 'cradle holds/inversions' on a fat pole:-(

I didn't look but I had a machine years ago made by Igia. They use to make lots of things in infomercials. I didn't use it for like 8 years( after I had my daughter) because I started working out and it was gone. It was like a rolly suction thing( like endermolgie). It was hard to perform on yourself and by the time I used it. it was old and fell apart after a few months but I think it worked a bit. Endermolgie was a waste. I've been eating so bad and, you know sitting on my ass since I broke my wrist but working those 9 shifts I swear my celluilite is like 30% better. I wish I could work out like ( before I got sick from my implants because I had some celluilite at 24 and started working out at 25 and it was gone in like 4 months.

I'm around and post every so often. I think I might post a couple times a week..

And thanks for the compliment. No, it's not genes. Most of my immediate family has been obese at one point in their lives. I think I just trained that possibility out of my system, lol.

I do not have cellulite and I am 30. It runs in my family, though, and when I get lazy I see it starting to come near my butt cheeks. So this is what I do that helps me, also what I advise my friends to do, cause they always ask:

1. lots of walking (as much as possible, sitting on your butt makes your fat cells expand according to some new research)
2. hot baths or showers with salt scrubs ( I use Laline)
3. ***Use a foam roller across your legs after a workout (WORKS FOR ME!!:)
4. ***Try to find a gym that has a vibrating plate (WORKS FOR ME!!:)
5. 30 minutes of stair master per work out
Rub body oil up and down your legs once or twice a day ( I use Laline from Israel)
6. Don't eat processed foods
7. Drink water (I drink 2ml fiji water a day because it has silica to absorb toxins)
8. CLA Tonalin supplement

Other things that I've read about and am extremely skeptical about, but I still do this for fun:
9. Do not wear constrictive underwear ( I only wear commando or hanky panky)
10. Reduce dairy and meat consumption

Things I don't do:
1. I don't avoid the tanning bed, even though UV rays supposedly contribute to bad skin and cellulite.

By the way, cellulite is in about 95% of women and all the scientific literature I've ever read on the subject tells us, across the board, that it is normal and nothing to worry about. Also, there is no scientific cure so there is no need to spend money on getting rid of it. I just try to be as healthy as I can possibly be, and luckily, that has paid off for me in reducing cellulite for now. But I will probably get it eventually.

This is a great oil to use on your body if you're looking for something to slather on post-shower: http://www.amazon.com/Unrefined-Revitalizes-Youthful-Cuticles-Application/dp/B00GJX58PE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1423425850&sr=8-1&keywords=jojoba+oil

I body brush before my showers, and after I get out, I mix jojoba oil and a body lotion in my palm and rub it everywhere (I take showers at night). Makes a huge difference in skin health!
