ugh I am soooo into Battlestar Galactica. I used to catch the odd episode when it was on TV when I was a kid and I knew it was just so good but I had no idea what was going on. It's on netflix now so I'm ploughing through it. Love it, it's totally not evil robots vs humans, it's more Philip K Dick, but with lots of political games and dramas like Rome stuff, and such good characters.... ugh excuse me I'm fangirling...

There are so many fans of Walking Dead... I want to give it a try I'm just afraid it'll give me nightmares lol. My uncle just signed on this season to be their co-executive producer (and screenwriter) so I feel obligated to give it a try!

I've noticed now I watch so much Law and Order and other crime solving shows I'm a little more paranoid than I used to be! The other day I saw a guy cleaning the trunk of his car at night and the first thing I thought of was "he's getting rid of all the DNA left from the body" lol too much SVU & ID

I really loved watching The Leftovers. It's a new HBO show, there's only 1 season and 10 episodes so far. Definitely gets better as it goes on. If you're a fan of Lost-style "woah what the fuck is happening?!" type fantasy/mystery stuff then definitely check it out!!

Narrator: In the criminal justice system, sexually based offenses are considered especially heinous. In New York City, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the Special Victims Unit. These are their stories....

Most of my faves have been listed except for Black Mirror. It's a British show written by one of the people behind Brass Eye, but it's much darker satire and is some of the best contemporary art I've ever seen. Each episode is a mini-movie on different versions of tech-related dystopian futures. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll be terrified. Everyone I know who's watched it has been obsessed.
