My old club in upstate NY offers fully clothed, single song dances that are basically public for $25 and semi private for $50. They sell like crazy and the customers are not wealthy. The $25 dances are basically airdances. Most grind a little during the $50 dances. In contrast, I see tons of groping and grinding during the $20 dances in Manhattan, not to mention they're topless. It's insane.
Right!
If I worked in Manhattan, I'd do nothing else but try to sell those rooms. Even if you have to sink an hour into a customer to get him to buy an hour-long VIP, you end up making so much more for your time, it's ridiculous. And with far less energy expended!

If PEC wants more girls to work there, management should at least improve. By not letting the floor run wild is a start. No club in Manhattan is ever going to be clean, but they should at least keep the main floors with no contact. Also, say something to those who have no proper etiquette, since it's super cut throat.
I see girls making out on the floor with customers. Ass grabbing and grinding, tits in the customer's face and hands. All for a measly 20 dollars.

i think i could make $500 at my club without the stress of NYC, and the PEC's hosts, without watching half of it float away to a club who does nothing to control its rowdy personnel.
BTW, sidebar here, ladies: wtf is the point of a host, anyway? i find them COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNNECESSARY. selling a room wouldn't be so damn hard if they weren't there cutting into the business (and owners, don't you pay them hourly? sounds like it's time to cut out the middleman). they should not receive a tip from me for something I WORKED FOR--unless they're bringing me food/drinks.
and if you can't sell a private room, stop grinding so hard on some dude's dick for $20 and leave something to the imagination. that alone will give him an incentive to go to a private room, because then you can say "it's soooo much better back there" and it'll actually be true!
(end rant)

Hell, I KNOW you could. I easily, comfortably averaged $5-600 shifts in "lesser" borough Jersey and Ct clubs without having to jump thru big crazy hoops. And the beauty was it was predictable instead of up one day and owing the house the next. I didn't have to worry about making a sale and having it undone or be shaken down for tipout.

amen sister. i could give two shits about how "high end" some club is--the only thing that makes me keep going somewhere is the money i can make. the end.

To be clear, the issues we're describing in this thread are problems that 99% of clubs are having these days.

I disagree. I have been working in clubs since 2003. Even when it slowed down, in 2009, I didn't see the problems I saw in NYC. Even now, I'm on a strip trip down in New Orleans, I don't see the problems I saw in Manhattan just last fall. Manhattan is disgusting and easily the most high stress place I ever worked.

Fair enough! :)
I just see recurring themes in nearly all club threads these days and didn't want the OP to feel too ganged-up-on (too many extras, too little money, bad management, etc.).

You would find it shocking. I lasted two weeks. Four hours at the first club, I saw a girl letting a man finger her anus for a $20 dance, then blow job out on the floor. 13 days at the second, very high end well known Manhattan club before I cracked because I couldn't pay my house fee because I wouldn't offer sexual services.

I agree with this. I've been working in the middle of bumfuck nowhere and been making comparable money to NYC with very little stress and non-existent hosts combined with a much lower cost of living. And the customers are a lot nicer too.
Lol, I once met a girl from Buffalo who wanted to try the big apple just to try bigger and better things. I think she stayed for a couple of weeks at most and went back home because she said why deal with all the bullshit in NYC and the city's high cost of living. The city I live closer to probably has a better earning potential than Buffalo clubs, but I whole heartedly agree with her.

It's sad. The things these girls would do for a buck, the clubs in Manhattan are the most competitive and nastiest I've ever worked.

Wow a lot must of changed since I was there less than 2 years ago. I will say the guys in vip are some of the worst I've dealt with out of 50 clubs and around 11 different states/cities but they use to be strict about contact on the floor when and where I worked...

It varies a little from club to club. The managers at Scores will come over and stop a customer who's touching you too much on the floor, and one even pulled me aside for whispering into a guy's ear too long because it looked like I was nibbling on it from a distance. They seem to have zero problem with grinding, though, which I found strange.. what looks trashier, the illusion of ear nibbling or actual furious dry humping? On the other hand, nobody seems to enforce anything at Flash or Rick's. Both give you a list of rules in orientation and say "Tons of dancers break the rules, but that doesn't mean you will get away with it too." For a club with comparatively clean VIPs, I saw a lot of boob grabbing and grinding on the floor at Rick's. It was so commonplace that guys just went for it and you had to always be on your guard. Flash is perhaps the worst for grinding but boob grabbing seems more taboo. The customers want to go straight for your ass, but that's easier for me to navigate since a stealth attack won't result in skin crawly nipple stimulation.
But there is so much grinding across the board. It's unbelievable coming from a club where a dance with 1/4 the contact cost $50 and you keep your clothes on. I don't mean to shame dancers who furiously grind to compete (well, maybe just the one who accidentally got my customer off during a double dance last week), it's just startling how different working in Manhattan is from my previous perceptions of normalcy.

These clubs need managers like Chris Murry. Best manager ever.
All these other managers don't have a clue or a set of balls.

Seriously. With good management, even the shittiest clubs have the capacity to run like well-oiled machines. Strippers and customers can smell weak management a mile away, and it's the reason 99% of clubs are going to shit right now.

When I was at ricks I got in trouble a few times for a guy touching my hip and leaning back on a guy ( no grinding) but that was when ken was there... any ways I'm glad I can travel to the money and don't HAVE to work in manhattan , though I did like working there, there are so many places I average more with less headache in vip.

They get $580/hr before tipout and funny money percentages. But I wouldn't be surprised if he gave them 5k.
