There is an onsite gym for my apartments that I use a few times a week in combination with youtube workouts. I also love(d) running on the street (treadmills make me feel like a hamster) but the traffic is really busy.

what's that about the castor oil, would you mind telling?

I'm happiest when I'm active and I've been easing into full workout lifestyle during the last six weeks. I don't do much of anything but I've been sure to do it consistently for at least an hour every day. I started with yoga, took up hooping again (I love itttt), and in the last weeks I managed to incorporate strength training (which I hate) and swimming (for endurance and cardio).

doing swell.

I do aerial acrobatics (lyra) once a week, but other than that I go to the gym with my husband about 3 times a week. I do a full body workout (via BodyBuilding.com, but there are tons of other ones out there). The gym itself is a little bit of an anxiety fest for me, but usually I can make myself get over it.

That, plus yoga/stretching every day, usually serve me pretty well. :)

I'm thinking about joining a gym again. I live by the beach and thought beach skates and bike rides would be enough to keep my hot bod, but think it's time to hit the gym! I used to do spin class for an hour and follow it up with 40 minutes of weights then the sauna and went home to shower. Totally miss this routine. Gonna look into membership prices in my area. I'm too competitive for solo workouts. LOL
