Does anyone have advice for motion sickness? Mine's gotten progressively worse over the years and now I dread having to even sit in front seat of cab or take quick bus rides :( I've always been an easily dizzy person but hoping maybe something has helped for other ladies and I can try. Thanks!

Thanks, My mineral practitioner told me the reason why I always break out in hives from pharmacy creams etc etc.. Is because:
you break out because your skin is extremely sensitive from the toxic copper that is coming out of you. It agitates the skin and anything will set it off.

I tried making up my own cream: baking soda, vinegar, lavender, Echinacea tonic, coconut oil for moisture.. well I just kept on itching anyways.. maybe the baking soda was aggravating my skin.. I think the skin has broken bunch of bumps and stuff and burns too.. So I just did a HOT shower and then finished up with cold and least it doesn't itch for 4 hours or more.. I actually could sleep all nite without it itching.. thank god!.. so that's all I am going to do now.. HOT/COLD shower..lol.. I remember about 5 yrs ago I had a sunburn that itched and the only thing that made it feel better was hot shower on a sunburn.. yes painful but works!


Ugh hives are the worst, I'm sorry you have to deal with all that on top of your pains ac! Hope they die down soon

I don't know what the hell happened, but I've been able to get online 3 days in a row, and I'm starting to see through my mental blocks and regain some of that old fire I had for camming. My brain chemistry is having a nice smooth period of balance right now, and it feels really really good. I'm in control of my time again. If I can make it through a week, 7 days in a row, I can start setting up my weekly goals and feel like a successful adult again!

Now to make it 4 days in row.

I suffer from gad and depression. Sometimes i forget it's there unless I go off routine like this week, with family members staying with us and going out of the house a lot more than usual. I've had constant headaches, general uneasiness and the worst derealization if that's what it's called- feeling like I'm not real or that I'm stuck in a dream. This is especially bad in crowds which sucks because I used to love going to museums, concerts and stuff but the headaches and dizziness makes me want to leave asap. It's also nearly impossible to hold any job that requires me to be around a lot of people for any length of time. When I was stripping I started avoiding busy weekends even though the money was good because I hated feeling in a daze the whole time. Depression, bipolar and dementia runs in my family. I do worry about becoming completely divorced from reality someday.

I do shows with my husband on SM and I also have quite a few customers that I got with my own promoting.
Anywhoo. I have SEVERE epilepsy. I love to work a normal job but when you are having seizures everyday they kinda get scared and make you take a very prolonged medical leave.
I always worry i'm going to have a seizure and become unconscious while camming when the hubby is not around, and i'm afraid it will really mess with my really hard earned ratings, and customers!
Camming is especially hard for me because SM screen is so damn bright I start having these visual tweaks. I'll either lose eyesight in one or both eyes, or start seeing flares and colors.
I had one seizure on cam during a 30 min block session, and me and my husband were pretty sure it was because of the session. It was a very brutal whipping with belts, and rods, and electrical cords and shit. and I just went out. I woke up and he had messaged me and said that it turned him on (gross)
Does anybody else here have epilepsy? If so how do you deal with the lights, the seizures, and all that good stuff.

The mint one is superb for nausea, motion sickness, and anything to do with your stomach.
If you get some, slobber it behind your ears, on your temple, and just a dab under your nose.
It works wonders
I buy mine from some hippies down at the market, but you can find them online.

Does anyone have any 'Sick Girls Club' resolutions for 2017?

Mine are:
* force myself to get into a schedule where I eat at the same time everyday and I sleep at the same time everyday
* force myself to do food prep on the weekends so that I eat more healthy
* force myself to take 10 minute breaks every hour, I never rest enough and I just constantly make myself sicker than I already am.

Ginger is amazing! Ginger teas and candies are easier to ingest if you're not used to the strong flavor. It's my go to!

I've tried to do that whole saleslady stuff. Jamberry, Herbalife, yadda yadda but in all reality I couldn't sell myself out of a paper bag hahaha

I don't have epilepsy, but remember it's okay to say no to anything you don't want to do. I would NEVER do a whipping show and it doesn't do anything to me, I just don't like getting marks on my pretty skin. If you think something is going to make your seize, just politely decline and say that it's outside your comfort zone. If the custie won't respect that and keeps insisting, block that mofo.

Since you couple cam, why don't you just lie in bed doing sexy poses and stuff while your husband is in charge of looking at the screen and responding to people? He could easily be your middleman and tell you what they're asking for. If your eyes need a break, just get into doggy facing away from the lights, do some butt shaking or twerking to keep them entertained.

Take care of yourself. You're your biggest asset in the camming business.

I've tried that but then I can't tell if my lighting is good because the computer brightness actually lightens up my face a lot haha.
Well lately we haven't spent much time in free chat. It's been a good couple of days and he is so into his damn video games when I am on cam he could give two shits less lol.
The only thing he hears is the "Ding!" into paid chat and he just looks at me like "What are we doing?" lol

and as for the whipping show. Its a regular custie that literally buys an hour excl block once a week. As slow as its been..I'm desperate.lol

I am suffering from severe Anxiety right now and its affecting my ability to cam. I used to love getting on cam, now I'm a nervous wreck about getting on. It all started about 3 weeks ago when a man sexually harrassed me at my vanilla job, then it just triggered all these buried emotions and scary situations from the past. I wake up feeling shakey and feeling like I can't do anything, don't wanna eat or go out anywhere. I hate this feeling. I just want to feel normal again. Is there anything Natural that will make it go away. It seems peppermints calm me down, but is there anything else I can do?

I'm sorry that happened. I suggest finding a good therapist to help you sort it out.

Have you tried smoking weed? I know its not for everyone but it helps me a lot. Also hot tea helps too!

Here's some reading about essential oils. I use them and they work wonders for me.
I suffered from anxiety throughout high school and they had me on all these bullshit meds that made me crazy haha. I started meditating and doing breathing exercises.

Also, what I am gonna try is putting on calming music when im camming. Like ocean sounds and stuff like that. Because I feel like I need to just relax lol

I am going to try all these things and want to go to the gym more often...I'm doing yoga 2x a week. its great, but its not enough for me....I've got to sweat this out of my system!

Sorry to hear you had that happen.If you can take it try chamomile tea, it does wonders to relax you and calm you down. I have suffered severe anxiety and panic attacks most of my life and the tea always works to help with lessening it. Might be worth a shot to try it out if you can, hope you feel better.

Is that the stuff thats in energy drinks right? I've never even read anything like this! I'm gonna talk to my neurologist about this tomorrow thanks so much! Anything at this point will help. Yes! .. but not good in the energy drinks.. was just reading about it because my son's take it on their mineral protocols to get well.. they take the NOW brand Taurine 1000 mg's .. 3 times a day.. I figured I would try it out a bit to help with weight loss even though it's not on my protocol.. just so desperado to lose weight..lol

Energy drinks are no good .. they cause heart attacks.. so don't drink them thinking of benefits of Taurine.

* building up condition (yoga), mental strength (meditation) and muscle (yoga/fysiotherapy/gymballexercises)
* spreading my workhoures so I can still work 3 shifts and not get to tired from them & getting myself in a steady (healthy) daily routine
* eating healthy (low sugar, starch, fat, meat, much veggies, nuts, water, coconut water, anti inflammatory foods etc)

Just got back from vacation for 8 days, got sick as soon as I got back home and settled and it sucksss. Still working non-cam eggs, and will be pushing through tonight as I need to hustle. I don't feel like camming, but I'm going to put at least 6 hours in per day this weekend.

I feel so sad today, because 2017 is off to a bad start and I feel I have no controll over it. It makes me sad and frustrated with my body.
I started taking humira for ankylosis spondylitis (shortcut : AS) 1,5 month back. Had to go through hell to start with this new medicine because i had to take a double antibiotic, for 4 months to rule out the possibility of a inactive tubercolosis.
The double antibiotics made me sick and took away all my energy, I also went through a lot of pain because of he AS.

The humira started working after 3 weeks, I was almost painfree.
THan the holidays came and i thought I could do whatever "normal" people can do too, and I had drinks (not a whole lot, except on new years eve) and a lot of sweets and crap (you know how that goes, with christmas and all).
Now its payback time, it started off with my neck, fingers, wrists and feet. I coudnt sleep anymore bec of the pain, was lucky to get a couple of houres sleep. That lasted for 4 days, Is tarted eating really ehalthy again, realising my mistake.
I really thought I went through the pain, since it was getting less and almost stopped. Now it came back full force in my lower back.

I guess the worst part is that I dont have any controll over it whatsoever right now. I can only deal with the pain, life as healthy as possible, do my excersices and hope for the best.
I feel beaten up, everytime I get my hope up it feels like it gets smashed down. Its hard to plan anything. Its hard to set goals. Because i almost know in advange i cannot meet them. I know i will be frustrated when i get ill again, and when i get frustrated it takes even longer to get better again
It sucks to have to take off days to get better, in which i can barely do anything but resting. And spend my days feeling better working because I have to clean the mess up I made while being unable to work

but i cannot go on like this
it is breaking my spirit to just submit to my pain
i have to push through it, there is no other way


I have been giving up to many days because of my pain, i am not willing to do so any longer.

I guess my biggest goal for 2017 is to be ok with myself and not to beat myself up even if I start with a task and not complete it
I am a perfectionist and its really hard for me to only go 80% but I have to be even gratefull somedays for getting 5% (or nothing at all) accomplished

I am sorry you have to feel this way.. I urge you to hire an HTMA Practitioner.. mine is phenomenol.. PM me for his name.. I do not want his name out in the open to be associated with.. but I think it would do you a world of good to receive real help and get the minerals you are deficient in.. I have a chronic illness. Hypothyroidism and possible Hashimotos and he has helped me so much in 9 months.. he is now working with my type 1 diabetic son and my older son who almost has osteoporosis at age 26... he's remarkable.. if you have extra money please PM me he has helped so many people from their misery... He's most people's last resort..

How are you doing? thinking of you.. hope your diagnosis is more positive these days.. my sister's best friend was just diagnosed with Breast Cancer a few weeks ago!.. they only found it in the nipple so that's good.. she is going to have it cut off and do radiation.. not willing to do healthy stuff.. what can you do... I am grateful her cancer is not worse.

I just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone in your frustration. Because of my health problems, I am forced to spend most of my days in bed since I don't have the energy to make it down the stairs.

I look at my friends on social media and see the pictures of their vacations and their gatherings and can't help but feel as if I am in some state of 'living-dead' as I lay here in this bed and watch the best years of my life go by.

I wish I had any good advice for you at all....but I'll have ever figured out is just to try and take things day by day. When I can't do that I take it all minute by minute and when I can't do that I take it all breath by breath.

When I can't take it breath by breath I just cover my face in my hands and cry, give up on the day and promise myself that somehow things will all be better tomorrow.

Toby Morrison has this really great saying, which I will have to paraphrase with apologizes to Toby Morrison since I don't know it exactly how the quote goes but this is it at the heart of the matter:

"Don't think about yesterday or tomorrow....what can you do now, right now in this moment to help your body to get better? Does your body need rest? Healthy food? A drink of water? The more you listen to your body in the moment about what it needs, the easier it is to help it on its way to healing."

Thanks for asking, AC. I hope you are also feeling well with your issues? I had surgery to remove some lymph nodes (Hodgkin’s disease) and now I’m undergoing treatments. So far so good though. Just feeling really tired; got pretty sick on Friday, so they had to call me in a prescription for an anti-emetic. I’m sorry to hear about your sister's friend with breast cancer :( That’s such a heartbreaking diagnosis. I hope she has a speedy recovery.

Just feeling really tired; got pretty sick on Friday, so they had to call me in a prescription for an anti-emetic. I’m sorry to hear about your sister's friend with breast cancer :( That’s such a heartbreaking diagnosis. I hope she has a speedy recovery.

Has anybody ever taken a significant leave from camming and found it hard to get back?
So pretty much my medications have made me sleep at least 18 hours a day and the hours I am awake i'm miserable.
I want to slowly get back into it, but i'm having a hard time getting energy and motivation.
The past couple times i've worked I literally was so uncomfortable that it showed and my traffic was shit.
I have been working my dating app to keep afloat but I miss camming so much

Yes, it can be hard to go back to camming once you leave. That can be true of any job though. I went through that before. Get back into it slowly. If you can only cam for 2 hours or so at a time, you can always take a break and get back on again later. It is best to try to stick to a schedule but that's not always possible when you have health issues. It's tough, I know.

I barely worked last year, esp the last 2 months, and getting back online since a couple of days
It sure is hard, I always find camming double energy sucking when I take more than 2 days off because I feel like I am not in my camgroove anymore

Dont push yourself to hard, dont focus on the money nor pleasing non paying members. Dont be upset if you dont meet you timegoals yet, remind yourself that you are working towards a bigger plan and that you will proceed, maybe not now but soon if you keep trying. If you let anger and stress about those little things take over you will get yourself even more tired and sick

Try to make your stay online as pleasant as possible. If you feel anxious and you worry it shows on your face than there is nothing wrong with taking a little steam of of yourself and focus your cam on a bodypart when you are regaining control and calmness
For me personaly the first 2 days are hardest, when I manage to get through them it becomes a bit easier.

I dont know if you work sm, but if you do traffic may not be on your end. sm has had terrible glitches.

I think its a good thing that you mention that you miss camming. So I guess there is something about it that you really like, use that source as motivation


PS for extra energy
I drink loads of coffee (may not be the healties option, but I really see it as medication right now bec my body is so tired everyday, esp with the medication I am taking).
I also drink coconut water (no sugars added, and not from concentrate) and water with lemon in it
Fruits like raspberry, apple, strawberrys, blueberrys give me a energyboost too (a healthy meals does good in general, vegtables, nuts, chicken andor fish)
getting a bit of sunlight does wonders for my mood, even when its for a couple of minutes
drinking enough water is very important is you want to keep your energy up

Motivational videos on youtube are for me very helpfull
people like Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Les Brown, Og Mandino are all inspiring to me

OmG I just got my period plus a stupid painful sinus cold right when I was starting to get my cam groove back :( I couldn't do any toy shows bc I was bleeding which affected my income. How do you gals cam when on your period? I tried the faking it penetration show but he left after a few mins bc I think he saw it :( eek. Do you just offer BJ/ non penetration shows only or?

I normally don't work on my period but if I do, I focus on boob play/talkative shows. If they ask for a show that involves penetration, I just say I'm not currently offering it. I generally try avoiding private-based sites during shark week :P

Feeling all sorts of unmotivated - After doing this for a few years it's starting to take a toll on me and I'm getting increasingly unhappier knowing when I have to work. Usually I get over this funk but since I've been off for 4 days, I am just dreading going on. Maybe it's the weather and lack of sunshine, or maybe I'm just burnt. Don't even know what to do at this point. x_x
