omg they look SOO damn good!! ahh I'm so excited to get mine done now haha that's amazing they look that good at 6 weeks, definitely do not look like rock hard melons stuck to your chest! They look squishy too! I'm hoping the cc's I want will fit in me, my surgeon said I'm so petite he doesn't know if it will. Yours definitely look like a good size though not too small not too big. Congrats!

I love the shape too. Did you get moderate plus or moderate or something? I see a lot of girls on realself getting high profile but I don't really want super high round ones if that's what HP is.

lol1337a
08-02-2014, 03:34 PM
I actually got high profile because I have a very small ribcage for my size and a short waist. We were all set with Mod +'s the day before surgery, but as I was leaving he said he was overnighting HP's in the same CCs because he was worried about the diameter taking up my upper body. I was so scared about the HP's, especially since he rarely uses them, but I think he made the right decision. I'm sure the dual plane placement helped keep them natural-ish. HP's may be a good option for you too since you want a lot of CCs. Ultra high profiles look kinda off to me most of the time though so you may want to avoid that. I'm so excited for your surgery! Keep us updated.

Oh cool well they look really good either way! Yeah I guess all the different types of implants look different in everyone depending on their body. My surgeon also said I may not even need as many cc's as I'm wanting to get the look I want. Also, are yours under the muscle? Sorry for all the questions lol I'm just getting so close & more nervous! I pretty much love everything about your implants though.. the shape and size and naturalness! I'm going to bring him pictures the day of the surgery like he said to and I guess I'll just trust his final decisions. He has a LOT of experience and I'm sure knows how to get the look I want. And I will definitely keep you guys updated!

Or if I want to show him more pictures I need to do it before the day of the surgery? Maybe I'll email him some..? I didn't show too many pictures at my pre-op.

I know the feeling, I was a nutcase close to my surgery!

Mine are dual plane, but I'm guessing less of my implants are covered by muscle than most because he had to drop my creases a ton. I'm too shy to post my before here but I'll upload it on imgur and PM it to you (and anyone else who's curious).

It definitely can't hurt to send pics before your surgery. Honestly though, I didn't even show my surgeon any pictures or try on sizers because I trusted him 100% from the start. I'd seen a lot of his work in person so I was comfortable only requesting "Go as big as you can without sacrificing shape." He made all the decisions from there.

You also should ask your doctor to see before and afters of women who had similar breasts to yours if you haven't already. Mine showed me one that was extremely similar to both my before and after so it's a pretty good indicator of what you can expect if they requested something near your size.

They look amazing! When are you planning to go back dancing?

08-04-2014, 09:34 PM
Thank you! I decided I'm just going to enjoy a bit more of my summer, but I would have felt good about going back about a week ago (two weeks if it weren't for that spit stitch).

In other news, D&Fing added about 3" so far. No wonder my bras were starting to fit too tight. On the other hand I can't believe I'm over 40" now and supposedly a 32G...

^^^ nice. But, again, don't put too much stock in the cup size letter or the measuring tape. What really matters is the 'overall package' ... which seems to be increasingly stunning.

Please keep us posted ... especially interested in the 'reception' the new you gets when you return to the club !!!

Damn girl a G?? Yeah that's what I always thought by pictures.. they seem to get bigger the more they drop and fluff. Did you get measured at VS or you did it yourself? If it was at VS it might not be accurate. Not that it matters what size you are though you look amazing!

I got back from my vacation and went to work for the first time since getting the boobs (don't judge). HOLY SHIT I MADE A KILLING!! Wish I went back sooner!

08-20-2014, 03:09 AM
^^^ were you expecting something different to happen after you and your new boobs returned to the club ???

Well, maybe you were !!! There are always 'voices' out there attempting to make points that 'lots of customers will be put off by big boobs', or 'lots of customers don't like fake breasts', or something similar. In the final analysis, 'money talks' i.e. customer spending / dancer earnings before and after a BA tells the real story.

WOw, they look amazing! How do the nipple incisions feel?

I mean I still have feeling in my right boob and nipple but not in the left one. The incisions haven't bothered me at all except when my bf accidentally hit one a little and it hurt lol but other than that they feel fine. There's still little bandages on them though so not sure how they look yet.. I've pretty much been leaving my boobs alone except to take that picture yesterday. I'm seeing my surgeon saturday so he can show me how to massage them and then I'll start doing that, I'm excited!

(btw sorry lol1337a for threadjacking you!! I'm just so bored sitting online and watching netflix haha i need a book to read or something)

^^^ nipple incisions often result in ( temporary ) loss of sensation. Nothing to worry about, for the moment at least. Otherwise it sounds like you / 'they' are doing great considering it's less than a week post-op.

lol1337a
08-21-2014, 12:27 PM
Don't worry 22, I couldn't feel the bottom half of one boob for weeks. You're doing so much better than I was at your stage! If you want to see something horrifying, I'll send you my day four pics over pm..

22lligm
08-21-2014, 03:05 PM
yeah it's just a weird feeling when it itches but is numb! And yeah I kinda do wana see what you were like at day four! Desperate Housewives is starting to get boring.. lol.
and actually here's a full picture of my boobs, i think the other picture I posted made them look a little better. I start school on Monday does anyone think that I will feel somewhat normal by then? Just because I threw up this morning and I don't feel completely normal yet (I didn't take the nausea meds today so I'm guessing that's why I threw up).

(Removed)

Melonie
08-22-2014, 07:27 AM
^^^ it was always the prescription pain meds which gave me nausea. Switching to extra strength tylenol cured that problem, at the 'cost' of a little more discomfort in the boob area.

Regarding the 'itching' sensation, that is the typical result of nerves starting to heal themselves.

PS your new additions look great already ... and are going to look even better in 2-3 more weeks !!!

22lligm
08-22-2014, 11:25 AM
Yeah I stopped with the meds they prescribed me and didn't sleep good at all last night but at least I don't feel nauseous today. I'm not really in that much pain or discomfort anymore it's just sleeping on my back that gets old. And yeah I switched to tylenol extra strength.

And thank you I'm excited to see how they turn out!

Melonie
08-23-2014, 03:30 AM
Good to hear ! It was always the case after my own surgeries that the prescription pain meds caused more 'harm than good' after the first couple of days post-op.

Please keep us posted ...

For anyone wondering, men seem to believe the new additions are all natural! To the extent that many have asked if my adolescence was difficult with such big tits, LOL. So far they've bumped my income by about 30% in the slow season.. can't wait to see how much they'll increase this fall and winter!

Melonie
08-29-2014, 12:22 PM
^^^ Fantastic news.

I'm not surprised at all to hear that most people think that your new 'additions' are natural. Generally speaking, as long as your resulting cup size is still in the first half of the alphabet, as long as your plastic surgeon didn't 'screw up' something during the surgery, and as long as you didn't deliberately shoot for the overfilled 'bolt-on' look, in point of fact most people can't really tell one way or another.

I'm even less surprised to hear that your post BA dancer earnings have already increased by 30%. Indeed things will probably get even better in this regard over the next couple of months, as your implants drop and fluff more, and as your body gets back to peak condition after taking 'time off' for post BA recovery.

22lligm
08-30-2014, 11:30 AM
Congrats! And they actually do look really natural so I'm not surprised either. I definitely don't think guys will think mine are natural though.. but i dont care haha. I'm going to wait until I don't have to wear this surgical bra to go back to work (2 more weeks at least). I'm hoping I see a big increase also!! And I'm really hoping mine drop and fluff and get a little bigger because mine don't feel very big for some reason.

Melonie

I'm really hoping mine drop and fluff and get a little bigger because mine don't feel very big for some reason.

That's what the majority of girls wind up saying once the initial post-op swelling is gone, and a couple of weeks have elapsed since they last saw their 'original' boobs !!!

22lligm
09-11-2014, 09:43 PM
Can anyone tell me if my boobs should be even by now? Tomorrow will be exactly 1 month post op and I feel like my left one has been dropping nicely and is a good shape so far but my right one is still kind of high and isn't pointing in the same direction and isn't in the same shape. I will admit I haven't been doing my massages as much as I should be and I carry my bag on my right shoulder (it's not very heavy but I don't carry anything on my left shoulder) so is that maybe just causing the implant to take more time to drop into the pocket? I just hope they don't stay like this!!

lol1337a
09-11-2014, 10:00 PM
They look pretty normal for one month to me. They're already halfway to great, really.

PS -- my income has gone up by 50% now!

22lligm
09-11-2014, 10:09 PM
Okay thanks I was just worried that at 1 month they should be even and I haven't seen a huge change in my right one so it was making me nervous.

DAMN!! Okay now I'm more excited to go back to work haha I thought I would be good to go back now but the scar on my left boob is so noticeable and my right one doesn't seem like it's fully healed 100%. Maybe another 2 weeks (hopefully not another month)

& congrats btw!!

Melonie
09-12-2014, 03:17 AM
^^^ having one breast acting 'stubborn' in regard to dropping and fluffing is actually rather common. So is different incision scar 'fade' rates. But thanks to club lighting and male hormones it's highly unlikely that any customers will actually take notice !!!

my income has gone up by 50% now!

That's what it's all about !!! Have you started thinking about a re-do ( and potential 100% increase in income ) yet ?

UGH my right incision is still not healed and I'm getting really frustrated because I want to start back at the club!! Has anyone else's incisions taken this long to still be healing? (nipple incisions)
I'm on week 6 :(

lol1337a
09-25-2014, 11:33 PM
I was spitting stitches between week 6 and 8, and they looked pretty awful for a while. I only stopped wearing makeup on them at work recently. Can you give more details?

lol1337a
09-26-2014, 02:49 AM
May as well add my own boob questions:

Have any of you with implants experienced them moving apart while they drop and fluff, or could this be early lateral displacement? Mine started out super far apart, but after a while they were only 1 finger width apart. Now they're more like one and a half/two. They don't look bad now, but I'm starting to worry they might later.

Also, one of them (the dominant/"pole" arm side) is slightly more firm than the other and feels sore sometimes, although it's still pretty soft. Is this normal three months out, or is capsular contracture more likely? In the worst case, is capsular contracture progressive or a condition that can stay mild for years?

I'm happy with them as they are now, I just hope they don't change much more!

Melonie
09-26-2014, 03:40 AM
^^^ nipple incisions tend to be more problematic because a lot of forces wind up being concentrated on a relatively small area = small number of stitches.

As far as lateral implant movement, lots can take place in the first few months. This is part the reason that many doctors require that girls wear an 'iron bra' to try and force new implants to stay in one position long enough for breast tissues ( including a 'normal' thin layer of internal pocket scar tissue ) to grow around the implant thus helping the position to stay where it is.

As to capsular contracture a.k.a. abnormally thick growth of internal pocket scar tissue, there's a huge amount of personal variation. At the 3 month point it's too early to tell much. And if implant placement involved muscle cutting, it's not unusual to still have incomplete muscle healing at the 3 month point either.

22lligm
09-27-2014, 01:15 AM
My right incision is just not like completely closed up or whatever the term is yet. Like it was bleeding a little and it looks like it's trying to scab but just taking longer than my right one (which is just a scar now and completely closed). It doesn't seem like anything serious it's just inconvenient because I don't mind working with noticeable scars I just don't want scabs and dry flakey boobs at the club haha.

I think a boobjob with a girl next door look would actually be a really nice contrast. You'd be able to attract the clientele that likes the innocent look AND the ones who like the bombshell look so if anything I think you would increase your clientele base.

I'd love to get fake breasts, but would have to save A LOT of money because I'd want to pay more for the best ones possible :)

This doesn't seem like something so serious I should email my PS, but is it normal to still have some pain four months out? The pain isn't severe and only happens when my implants are touched in certain ways. But at the same time, when the hell is this going to stop!

I definitely could, but I have this weird thing about talking to doctors unless I'm actually worried about something. Or at all. I'm such a bad patient.
