EFT in GBP was still showing as available today even after they sent me the email to tell me my payment got rejected. This is what annoys me about Paxum - How difficult is it for them to put a little notice on their stupid site to say EFT isn't available. It's not the first time it's happened but to let their customers tranfer between accounts and then Transfer again by EFT when they know full well the service isn't working is just beyond incompetent.

At the time I first posted EFT in GBP was showing as still availble - My email was sent at 9.am to say it was rejected & it was late aftenoon by the time I logged on to Paxum & sent a ticket and I checked and it was still available. They've done this same thing before the last time they lost their ability to pay in GBP.

Anyway, I did my EFT again in Euro in the early hours and I got an email to say it was completed within just a few hours so still super fast. It's not showing in my bank as of yet - I wanted to check how much it's cost me again to change for USD to GBP to Euro & back to GBP again - This is what's pissed me off the most when it was totally avoidable. But it looks like they might still be using the fast processors, but for some reason they're not processing GBP & CAD.

ok now Im confused - I got an email this morning saying the transfer was complete - Ive just checked my online account and it says it was reversed? idk wtf is going on

Yup, I haven’t been able to transfer my money from my account to my paxum card for the past couple of days. Really sucks!

so far I haven't heard back from support and have not been refunded the wire transfer fee as their rep said they would

I have a US business account through Paxum, and I have also lost the ability to withdraw by EFT. I submitted a support ticket two days ago & it hasn't even been assigned yet. Emailed Chris just now to ask if EFTs will be coming back or if I'll need to do wire transfers from now on. I'll update when I hear back.

Sigh....seems like I"m not the only one having Paxum problems. I went to do an EFT when I was paid last Thursday and my bank doesn't show as an option anymore and when I clicked on the countries tab that shows which ones do EFT, I couldn't see Canada listed anymore.

I figure ok...this blows but I'll do a wire transfer. I go to put the USD money in my CDN account so I can do the wire and I get.....

Status: Verified - Active
Errors :

In order to withdraw money in CAD please use your USD/EUR/GBP account and choose EFT in CAD for withdrawal.

Umm...that is what I'm doing. I've done wires before through Paxum and never got this message. So now my money is being held hostage and I'm not sure if I'll ever get it. One thing I do know is if they fix it and I get my money, I'm closing the account and will never do business with them again.

If you change your bank info (go to edit bank) to USD then you can do the wire. So it will send it as USD then your canadian bank should convert it once it hits. Thats what I did.

Thanks for the suggestion. I edited and changed the currency to USD and it said it went through as wire so now I'll cross my fingers and hope for the best. I never had to edit anything before to do this and it just seems odd that it's happening when others are having problems. Ugh...I so hope it goes through. Thanks again for the help :)

here also the same troubles... I wired my balance to my bankacount friday.. and got 30 minutes ago the email that it was confirmed... it did cost me 50 usd... but ok.. i will have my money later.. going back to old school bankwires.. i dont like this insecurity with my money

Paxum finally got back to me. Apparently, without notifying anyone, they took away EFT to the US.

EFT is gone for a lot of people paxum support replied back and said they are working on getting back EFT working again.

said that wire transfers are available. I did the whole edit my account and change it to USD just not enough funds to send the wire.

At this point in time I am trying to get webcamclub to switch me back to check by mail. that email was sent over a week now. I am started to dislike this company response time.

then there is imlive been with them since 2005 and they have chosen to only offer paxum and epayments. I am might just stick with paxum with imlive and same with camster they only pay with paxum and epayments. I have it set up as top 3 sites with more payment options then bottom sites with paxum as heir primary payment of choice.

webcamclub is some where in I should quit this website if they don't change my payment method

They might be trying to get it back, but I don't think it's a glitch. I think somehow their ability to do EFT was taken away. I only get paid from xvideos through paxum, and the only other option for payments from xvideos is wire transfer, so I will probably drop paxum to eliminate the middleman.

I’ve found a new way to get paid for all but one of my sites (slowest of my sites), so I won’t be Using them much anymore either, Chris mentioned a coupon to cover the wire fees, waiting for a reply on that - nothing yet

It’s a shame I was a big supporter but the utter lack of communication and solutions has driven me away, if not for that one last site (which I only make payout on every 3-4 months anyway) id probably close my account to

Guess I should have listened to everyone saying they’re shit

That’s such a rude response of them, they give us no update of what’s going on if course people will panic

Just waiting on this last deposit and then getting SM wires and checks from now on. Part of me thinks this is a ploy to get people to order their new card but who knows...

I just checked my bank today & my payment was paid in either today or yesterday. It's still the same UK processor that they are using DEK UK. I can't understant why they won't pay in GBP. What's the issue with the GBP.

What should've been a payment of just over £109 has ended up in my bank at just over £102. That's quite a lot of loss. Imagine how much it would've cost if I was transfering more.

I got a reply frpm Paxum to say EFT is no longer available in my region. No explaination why and then they thanked me for my understanding. see I did one, had the completed email but it never hit my account and instead went back to my paxum - I then did it again, so hoping it actually hits my account this time

Ive moved all my sites bar one from paxum tbh, the complete lack of communication is awful

Yes- it's the poor communication that causes all the stress. It's disappointing that they're not paying in GBP but I can accept Euro - it's not a big deal as long as we know. I'm kinda stuck with them because for TTM the only other option is cheque & cheque is not good for me.

EFT in Euro is definitely working now. I once had one returned ages ago & think they just said it was a processor glitch - At the time it happened, I also got an email to say it had been processed very quickly like this time, so I was half expecting my EFT to get returned this time but I got paid so you should get it soon now.

I'm glad to hear money is getting in people's accounts. I'm paranoid about mine. I changed the bank currency to USD so it would send and it said it take 3 business days. Today is the 3rd so I'll be checking my account often. Last time I did a wire transfer with Paxum it only took 2 business days.

I'll be so happy to get it and be done with Paxum. I'm tired of using payment businesses like them and having to be worried every payday if I'll get my money.

I requested for their new card.

Hoping their new card will work I didn't mind using paxum it actually helped with managing my business activity.

but for the time being I am just getting paid from Imlive and maybe Camster.

I might keep xvideos still with paxum as I don't think I have enough activity to reach $1,000 before they send a wire.

Paxum $50 wire fee would only work if I am doing once a month assuming I am working enough to make it worth it. Since their wire fee is less than streamate wire fee.

out of all my sites I work streamate wire fee is the highest.

I think Paxums conduct this time is shady - I don't think it's anything to do with the processors this time - I think it's more like someone else said on this thread - A shady tactic to get us all signed up for this new card.

It would help if they'd specify what happened. Just giving the generic, something is currently down but we're working on getting it back, just doesn't cut it. EFT is suddenly not available with no email sent to say that was going to happen then they can't send any CDN currency but USD they can?

I'm not bothering with the card. I can see why there's so many negative reviews of them online.

Idk if I think it’s a tactic by them, but the utter lack of communication has been awful, as much as I loved Paxum prior to this I don’t want to rely on a company that doesn’t communicate with me

Does anyone know if I request the new UnionPay card will I still be able to transfer funds and use the current Paxum Mastercard (once the system gets fixed)?

Because I'm thinking about ordering it just in case the Paxum Mastercard stops working again

oh not at all, I live pretty pay check to pay check tbh for a lot of reasons and was left with so little in my account cause they took away EFT in pounds, then my euro one got bounced with NO communication

Ill stay with them for ELM as its my online option, but they've lost my other income

I hope you dont get any late fees or anything :(

Well end of business day 3 and nothing in my account. I got a bad feeling about this. I remember when I used payoneer bank transfer there was no problem the first few times then suddenly a transfer went missing and the bank and payoneer blamed each other and I never saw the money and stopped using Payoneer. I really hope this isn't going to be the same situation.

I really hope this isn't going to be the same situation.

I had that same problem with Payoneer as well...we really need to stop supporting these companies if we have other options.

Fully agree with that statement! I feel safe using SM wire transfer because I think if something went wrong, SM would fix it. Once I get some money saved in my account, I'll switch to checks with them. My bank said US checks just have a 1 to 2 week hold on them. Even if it got lost in the mail and I had to pay 25 to get it reissued, it's still better than dealing with this crap.

We shouldn't have to cross our fingers and hope we get money that we worked for.

Are you in Canada? I did the wire on Sunday and got the email saying it was initiated but nothing saying complete (not sure if you get a completion message with paxum wire)

Hi there, yes I'm canadian. I recommend Simplii financial because you can deposit USD checks and they only have a 3-5 day hold. Also it does the converting right away :) You can also use CIBC if you need a bank with in-person branches. Simplii is owned by CIBC it is their no-fee banking branch of that bank. Simplii has a signing bonus rn too for 200.

Paxum should also send a confirmation email once it's sent. I got my confirmation of the wire early on Tuesday because I was messaging support that I needed my money ASAP. It's possible they haven't sent yours yet if you didn't get a confirmation email. I would message them about it. Good luck!

I don't think we have Simplii in BC. Never heard of that one but do have CIBC. Maybe because I changed my bank info to USD and my bank account isn't USD that is causing a problem. Either the bank will take longer to convert it or it'll be returned?

That's the only reason I can think of for it not being in right now :(

Let's hope for tomorrow then. I'll look up Simplii and see if it's around. It might be a mainland thing or maybe I don't get out enough to be able to see it Lol

I asked if they're going to bring back EFT and the response was: "We are currently working on solving this issue, however, we do not have an estimate that we can provide. We will notify you as soon as this withdrawal method will be reinstated. We apologize for this situation and we thank you for your understanding." They didn't mention the card to me.
