Ok I know what's happening. So because it's being sent in USD they need the beneficiary bank info. But of course they didn't tell us this to begin with. Mine was returned telling me to correct this. For example for CIBC bank in canada the beneficiary is wells fargo so you have to get this beneficiary info from your bank and edit it under bank info for your paxum account.

But I've been using Paxum forever. So now they are suddenly springing this upon me with no notice and therefore delaying the payment which was already in progress, is that what you're saying? Xx

Before I used to do wires in CAD funds so it didn't need a beneficiary bank. But now my only option to withdraw (idk why they never explained) is in USD funds so we have to update with the beneficiary info. It's very unfair I agree and they aren't explaining this for us.

I really think it's a ploy to get us to sign up for their terrible card lol. Jokes on them I'm closing my account instead :)

I've always done EURO EFT withdrawals. Not sure why it's saying Wire... I've emailed them back. Just annoyed

Yours was returned?! Great! I guess mine will be returned to at any moment. I'm closing my account after this.

They assumed when you added the bank info you filled out all the fields in it.

If they require a SWIFT code, they should have made that a required field. Now I have yet another payment about to post to my Paxum account with no way to get my money. I have a credit union account, and credit unions don't have SWIFT codes. I have been unsuccessful so far at getting either Paxum or Xvideos (the site that's paying me) to understand that THEY need to provide the info for their intermediary bank.

I beleive the info on the paxum blog is made by an affiliate promoting paxum

The info they are providing is helpful in understand how to use paxum.

With the new union card on the way. and EFT is gone for now.

Wire the only option when it comes to Paxum

Certain companies only offer Paxum as payment so we might as well get comfortable with this service even if it's not the best service.

EFT in Euro's is working well -It just takes a day or longer than it did when they paid in GBP.

Hopefully, Paxum a solution soon & be able to bring back local currency EFT's soon. Last time they lost the ability to pay out in GBP it took months, but they brought it back eventually. Would be helpful if they gave a little explanation why it keeps on happening though because it does seem to be quite a regular occurrence with Paxum

I just got my money now. Seems that switching it to USD worked but it did take a week and not the usual couple days through wire. Soooo happy I got it. Thought it was going to be another situation where it gets "lost" in cyberspace.

They used to reply to mine within 48 hours but when this EFT thing messed up and I wrote to them it took close to a week to respond.

They are slow answering tickets at the moment. It took over a week for them to answer mine last week & by that time I'd already learned that I need to transfer in Euro now.

No idea what's happened with you though - Can I only think that you've suffered a weird transfer glitch because if EFT in Euro to the UK working okay - I've had two transfers since they stopped them in GBP & it's still the same processor DEK UK - which makes wonder why they won't do the EFT in GBP.

I've been doing EFT in Euro all this time. I've checked my swift/BIC and IBAN and it's all correct. I've tried a transfer again in the meantime. Fingers crossed. ♀️

Right now it looks like I am waiting on the paxum card, waiting for EFT Canada to return, and not enough in the account to wire

luck out that it is only imlive and camster I am stuck using paxum with those sites.

Has anyone tried their new card? I'm curious how that one is working out.

I use it for a few months already. Unlike the temporary one, it has a chip and can be used in stores and everywhere online ,temporary one didn't work for POS in my country and I could not use it online on a few sites, I was only using that one to withdraw money from ATM. I have had no issues with the new one so far.

I requested for their new card.

Hoping their new card will work I didn't mind using paxum it actually helped with managing my business activity.

but for the time being I am just getting paid from Imlive and maybe Camster.

I might keep xvideos still with paxum as I don't think I have enough activity to reach $1,000 before they send a wire.

Paxum $50 wire fee would only work if I am doing once a month assuming I am working enough to make it worth it. Since their wire fee is less than streamate wire fee.

out of all my sites I work streamate wire fee is the highest.

If you're wiring USD to a USD account, you may be hit with a corresponding bank fee. I was hit with a $40 corresponding bank fee the only time I wired money. If you are sending to another currency account, you'll just have the exchange rate fee to consider instead.

I don't think so. It is only available for certain countries, and not mine.

They have been messing me around.

1. First, about a month ago I found out I could no longer transfer to my Paxum Mastercard. They suggested I get the money quickly, so I tried to withdraw it at ATM. Normally I spend the money in shops. I could not withdraw by ATM. Of course, I was charged for the 3 times I tried, at 3 different ATMs. I send them a ticket about this and they said, sorry, you cannot withdraw cash from card at ATM. I sent a message asking why I was not told... to which they replied, oh, sorry, we only just found out. Fortunately, I was able to spend my money out of the card to near zero. They no longer update the balance on the Paxum site, so you have to go to the Trucash site to check it.

2. I decided to try to transfer my money to an external VISA card. I went through the process, but it was rejected twice despite getting an email saying it was successful. I messaged Paxum, and eventually got a replay stating that transfer to VISA cannot be done at the moment so try sending to Mastercard (like everyone has an assortment of cards in their back pockets) instead. I suggested they should inform their customers of these problems rather than having us waste time verifying cards that cannot be used.

3. Got this email from Paxum yesterday:

We're sorry that you are experiencing problems with your prepaid Trucash Mastercard. Your card was issued by WFCU Credit Union, and WFCU is responsible for the problems that you are experiencing. We suggest you follow the steps below to request your money back from Trucash Card:

Step 1: Follow this link and print letter. Fill out your bank details, sign the letter.
Step 2: Email your complaint to Mr. Eddie Francis at [email protected] and attach the signed letter from Step 1.

We believe this is the faster way for you to receive your funds back from Trucash Cards at this time.

Thank you

Paxum Team.

I wasn't having any trouble withdrawing money from my card as I had spent it all a few weeks earlier, but... haven't they got a cheek blaming Trucash for their problems and trying to relinquish themselves of all responsibility, not taking into consideration:

1. They issue the cards (post them and charge for postage).
2. We pay an annual fee to Paxum for the card.
3. The Paxum name is on the card.
4. We pay Paxum to transfer money to the card.
5. Most of us only use Paxum because of the cards.

And when there's a problem, it's "contact Trucash" on their toll free number, assuming all of us live in North America and can use a toll free service.

Paxum has become quite the joke of late.

my corresponding bank fee is $17.50

I've had wires sent to my bank account before directly from companies.

it's paxum behavior I am not trusting.

I didn't have a corresponding bank as one was not requested, and a bank in Central America (I think Belize) was allocated. As is usual with banks, they disavow any responsibility for corresponding bank fees. It's a huge scam. Paxum were obviously pruning commission from a bank they were working with. The destination was a Citibank in Asia, so Citibank in the US would have been more appropriate than a bank in Belize.

I certainly don't trust Paxum either.

Guys I am a Canadian cammer and I am so fucking pissed with Paxum. I cannot to an EFT cause that option was taken away from me! I cannot wire the money to my Canadian account because it says I have to convert the USD to Canada. So I tried to convert and GUESS WHAT it says! NO CAN DO! You must do an EFT transfer for a better exchange rate! I tried to wire the money to my Transferwise and Revolut accounts but because they aren't "real" banks it won't work. I can't even withdraw my money to an external card because YOU GUESSED IT! It's not available in CANADA! The irony of this whole fucking thing is that Paxum is based in Quebec which is the same PROVINCE I LIVE IN!

Is there any help or advice you can give me? I've contacted Paxum a zillion times with no response!

Can you ETF in euros? They took GBP away to so I set up a Euro bank (like, my normal bank it’s just under Euro’s on the site) and do a Euro withdraw

Does your bank have a SWIFT Code. with an international US bank that is placed as the U.S Correspondent Bank.

Ia m in a pickle to keep working with imlive and camster. I am stuck with getting paid by epayments or paxum. I've read few on imlive are getting paid with epayments.

epayments seems to offer transfer to a card. now the annoying thing is play test dummy to figure out if paxum can wire me since I have a U.S Correspondent Bank or switch to epayments and how their service works.

Hey Minnie, I went on Twitter to complain (alongside 28339200202) other people that were facing the same thing from Paxum. I have an RBC account with a CAD chequing and USD account. I was told by Paxum that I could not wire my USD to the RBC US account because its in Canada. There seems to be some strict laws and rules for Canadians from Paxum which I don't really get cause its a Canadian company?! I went onto Chris the CEO from Paxum and he tweeted that Canadian EFT was taken away but we could still wire money to our accounts. 51437

I have tried this method and so far it worked. I haven't received my funds but from what I've seen its gonna take some time to get the money, since a few people complained about not receiving their wires for some time. I work for Streamate, Imlive, and LJ, used paxum to get paid BUT NOT ANYMORE, its gonna be cheque or wire. But after this experience I will close my account with them as soon as my $2000 hits my chequing account. Epayments still charges a $25 USD few to transfer funds but its still reliable than Paxum. Its just one of the shit things about camming that getting paid is a nuisance.

Paxum posted on twitter, that they reduced the wire fee for some currencies.

I just transfer money to my Canadian bank.

So for a Canadian bank make sure your bank account listed says CAD. then make the transfer. if the bank account says USD it will show as a $50 fee.

I am waiting to see when it arrives. I am hopeful only because my bank info is exactly the same as it was for April 25. when I received the EFT transfer.

I withdraw money weekly from Paxum card at the ATMs and today, all banks with ATM next to my house declined my withdrawals, no matter what sum I tried to withdraw. This is so very odd and I wish Paxum would have given me a heads up in case their awesome card tanks, so I could withdraw my money sooner.

Sent a few emails to Paxum and reps, called and left a voicemail. Too bad there is no fast Live Support as it was with Payoneer and FirstChoice. Would have preferred bigger fees that come with Live Support instead.

FIXED: or so I think. Support told me it was a temporary issue which was fixed. I shall withdraw tomorrow and see for myself.

LATER EDIT: MasterCard processor was temporary down. Paxum reps&Support answered me quickly, kudos. Everything is peachy, just my "luck" to actually go out to withdraw in that exact glitchy timeframe.

Any Canadians have any experience with Paxum and an RBC Crossborder account? Are there any options for using this account versus my regular Canadian bank account?

It currently takes 3-4 weeks for payments to hit my Canadian bank account. According to Chris, International Accounts take longer.

I have tried emailing Ruth & Chris but no response yet!

I just got my wire in with my TD account, Canadian currency. it took about 5 business days. It did not appear that an income wire fee was taken. I got the exact amount that was confirmed by Paxum into my account.

I think if you have a RBC crossborder account you will have an incoming wire fee. since I figured out paxum is based in Canada and then your RBC crossborder is probably US base.

If you can get it in your regular Canadian account that might be faster as it was for me.

It costs me $50 each time to my Canadian bank account plus takes several weeks.

Paxum is based in Canada in location only according to Chris anyway, he says that Canada is considered an international payment.

Paxum support told me they suspended the Union Pay Card program, " Due To Loss Of A Corresponded Bank "

so that's that... union pay is over before it even started to work
