Is there still a Paxum rep around? I understand everyone is busy now days but been waiting since friday to have some documents verified (street address confirmation), I didn't hear back from them and I need to have them verified so I can use external card transfer as it didn't let me. I'm paid daily, have to move out and I can not wait 5-7 business days for every EFT, I need to be able to pull out money quickly so I can have enough cash for deposit if I will find an apartament. What's to be done?

Can you tell me what the speed is like? I don't know if you are familiar with Streamate... I was using FCP and would receive emails on a Friday about my payment, and it would be in my bank normally Tuesday, occasionally Wed or Thurs. Would the money actually be IN Paxum on the Friday? Thank you x
I have used both FCP and Paxum to receive payments from SM. Paxum payments are very quick. When you get the email from SM, the money will show up in your Paxum account within hours, despite a message that it can take up to 24 hours.

I have this message on my Paxum Account. As a verified member I'm not even getting replies to tickets that I opened a week ago:

My account is verified. Just that for card withdrawal they asked me to upload documents for card billing address. I saw that message too, reason I did not open a ticket but I'm in a situation that needs quick money and I am already starting to get annoyed. I have 3 incoming payments from sites+ daily pay so if I work and earn everyday I'm getting something daily, need cash asap and if I am to request an EFT daily or every few days I'll be even more annoyed to need to be waiting 7 days for each. I mean, I could wait, I understand, but my actual landlord won't be waiting this long so I am upset with a reason.

Thank you Tropo. So to actually have the money it wouldn't be much longer than with FCP! Thankfully I've previously signed up and verified (only to discover there was no EFT!), so I'm good to go. Crisis averted, hopefully. Xx

I'm in a worse situation. The only options I have to withdraw currently are bank wire ($45), or withdraw to card ($6+3%), and I get 4 -6 payments per month sent to Paxum... I have no idea or word about when my card will arrive.

TalktoMe always payout early morning Wednesday (UK Time) & then I always get an email from Paxum telling me they've received my invoice from TTM by the end of the same day so then will log on to Paxum & do my EFT transfer. It then takes from Wednesday night till Mon or Tues to end up in my UK bank.
It seems like Paxums EFT service should take about the same amount of time to get paid as it did for you from FCP.

I have the exact same situation. They don't confirm my address, neither do they reply to my tickets. EFT is not an option for my country at all.
All my funds are now in there and I'm getting closer and closer to a pawnshop with them stalling this dumb confirmation.
Moreover, I actually had my home address confirmed, but while adding a residence address for future card delivery, I had accidentally put it as primary and my confirmed home address was deleted. So yep, basically I pooped to my own bowl, but come on, guys, could you just give me 5 minutes of your time and confirm the stupid address? Duh.

They reviewed my documents after 4 working days. But I have two addresses in my account, I didn't have a bill from the one I'm not living at so they didn't confirm that one with my ID. I shall wait another 4 working days. I' m very happy about it. Not!

Has anyone managed to get any information from Paxum about the new Paxum cards they supposedly are printing? Apart from the official email I received 10 days ago, I can get no information whatsoever. They totally ignore any tickets I open. This is very poor considering how important these cards are for many people. I don't want to start paying $50 for bank wires, but don't want to keep my money in there forever either.

I have been waiting for getting verified forever. I emailed chris. tweeted, sent him a pm. Guess what? Nothing. I was verified with them 2 years ago and I never used them so my acc was deactivated.
this is so annoying beyond belief!
and makes me incredibly unsure about using their services but I dont have any other options for KB studio. I have not seen money from them for almost 2 weeks because of this crap.
It sucks. so does paxum. Like seriously they charge some idioticly high % and can't provide CS. They charge 50 bucks per wire like if David Gandy naked processes these payments.

They'll just be very back logged with all the new sign ups right now. I've been using them for over 2 years now and usually they're pretty good and respond to tickets within about 24 hrs. They'll probably employ more staff now they've got all these new customers.
Getting verified with Paxum is a pain at the best of times but, once you're all verified it's good.
They do also make you change your password every 6 months so make sure you don't forget it.

I've used them for 4 years and never had any problems, but I've now been waiting 14 days for an answer to my ticket. That's no way to treat exisiting members. I know they are busy trying to verify new customers, but they shouldn't be neglecting their old ones. That's bad business. Shame on them. One vague email last week is not enough.

I have some good news for anyone else desperately waiting for a new replacement Paxum debit card. I just noticed this on my account:
New Temporary MasterCard
000000XXXXXX0000
PrintingPrinting (Printing 2018-04-24 20:01:41)
This process can take up to 10 business days
Hopefully I'll receive that in the mail within a month.

You don’t have to apply for it. It’s automatic and will be posted out after printing. Once you’ve emptied your existing card you can throw it away. It’s a Choice bank card and now useless. You can still spend what is still on it.

This thread has gone dead, which is surprising considering how important Paxum has become in this industry with the demise of First Choice.
I'm desperately awaiting the delivery of my new (temporary - as they call it) Paxum debit card. On my Paxum accounts page it is indicated that printing was inititated on April 24 and it can take up to 10 days. They do say that postage can take up to a month, so hopefully I will receive it before the end of May. I'm not interested in paying their huge express delivery charge, although they didn't offer it as an option. They are not charging for the card.
Has anyone received their temporary debit cards yet?

I did not receive their debit card.
And cant transfer funds to my existing(non expired) card too.
Its so frustrating.
Noone answer my ticket since 25.04.2018.

What has everyone used for their 2 forms of ID? All I have is my drivers licence but I don’t have a passport or anything else on their list of IDs that are acceptable. I’m in New Zealand. I opened a ticket but after reading this forum, I figured it would be better to ask here, if anyone has any idea.

Oh. I thought I was going to have the card until the end of May. I asked for a card May 9 and May 10 was written to print. They seem to send them massively, who knows when. Oh no. Czech rep

Same here - all tickets have gone unanswered since mid-April. If all goes well, I'm expecting my temporary card very soon, assuming the speed of sending them out is similar to previous replacement cards. Watch this space, as I will report here when it arrives.

I have this on my acccount but my date says May 10 - printing, at first it say May 1.
my thing now is I am in a weird predicament I put myself in. I need to make payout on cams and I could switch my stremate to paxum but my account says (-44.95) for the paxum annual card fee. then of course my account only has wire available. $50 from paxum then about $17.50 from TD. and hopefully I make up the different in the USA to CAD exchange rate.
I really want my card because It would be so much easier and less stress to have the card, and find US cash dispense ATM. from CIBC or the airport from a currency exchange ATM.
plus since paxum says -44.95 on my account. I could handle that easier then my only option being a wire. The card arriving on time or earlier would be a life saver.
I am waiting patiently but also trying not to make myself go crazy.

I used my passport and then I believe my electric bill, or uploaded my cell phone or internet bill because they send it to me in a PDF.

Yeah I had to upload an electricity bill aswell for proof of address but they’re asking for 2 forms of ID. So another one alongside my drivers licence.

I'm in the same boat. I have 2 sites pumping up my Paxum balance and waiting for my card to spend it.
It's strange why they only started printing your card on May 10, 16 days after mine. Why the delay? I just checked my account now and note the message under the card has changed to (shipped 2018-05-10). So much for their: "this process (printing) can take up to 10 days"... but at least it is on the move.
I didn't have a fee taken from my account as I paid that last December. I had to look under their fees and did notice they call it a yearly card fee, but I thought it was a one-off card fee per 2 year card. On on my 3rd card now so I cannot remember if I paid yearly, or per card. I did notice they have changed the wire fee from a flat $50 to 1% (minimum $50). That's new.
My card is being shipped to Asia, so it could take longer than yours. Let's see...

It was 4 1/2 years ago that I joined up. A passport did the trick. They didn't ask for anything else, but I had to prove my residential address with a bank account statement. Maybe it's time to get a passport and take a holiday. :)

I wonder why they’re asking for 2. I won’t be going overseas any time soon so won’t be paying for a passport. It’s just a bit odd....I wonder if it’s because I’m international.

it still says printing as of today. I'm assuming its coming from the USA or Canada, cause their office are in Quebec /Montreal Canada so I hope where the cards are being printed from are there or the USA. once the card is here things will move quickly. I am just trying to rough out til the end of the month. Even portion control my food til May 31.
Cause my check from SM comes from Seattle takes a week to arrive to me. once it's in the mail and on the move.

My guess is that they would accept a passport only if you had it, but because you don't, they want 2, because other forms of local ID's are easier to fake. It's the same when I open bank accounts in my country. No passport - more other ID is required.
BTW I toured New Zealand a few years ago - I have family there in the North and South Islands. It's a beautiful country. Where are you?

I first signed up with a passport & bank statement. When my passport ran out they asked me to update my ID, I used my UK Driving Licence, but it's in two parts, (photo card & paper licence).
I photographed the licence just as the DVLA originally issued it with the photo card still attached by glue to the paper licence. Paxum accepted just like that.
You just have to make sure that all the details including your picture can be clearly seen.

Requested May 1, Printing since May 10, Today is May 18 as I run down to my mailbox as I am writing this ...... and nothing is there. I really hope it arrive no later then second week of June.
It does make things a little annoying as I wanted to open my trader account end of the month, but with how things are I will have to consider paying more with the Canadian dollar to US dollar exchange to get my account started.

So this is still just one form of ID right? Two parts of your drivers licence together? It sounds like I’m actually going to need another form of photo ID which I don’t have and I have no other parts to my licence.

Yes, I think the two-part licences is just classed as one ID. You should only need to provide them with one photo ID & then something with your address on like a bill or a bank statement. If you've got your passport then that will be fine.

Sorry didn't read that you don't have a passport. They might accept your birth certificate. They are taking a while at the moment to answer tickets at the moment, but they might accept a birth certificate or medical card or even a tax return might be fine - it's an official document.

They sent me an email saying the photo ID I had uploaded was accepted but I need one more photo ID which I find kinda stupid and because they’re taking a while to answer tickets, it’s made it difficult but I will try a different kind of ID without a photo and see how I go ☺️

IF you have your card what does it say. Like mine says printing May 10 on the left, the on the right says the date I requested for the card May 1.
I have a feeling this card will arrive in June, but what does it say when it's not "printing" like doe it say shipped does it say active ?? what am I waiting for cause I don't want to keep running to my mail box. I am happy to stay working until I know a check from streamate has been issued. at least that routine I know it more reliable.

This is what it says on my account:
New Temporary MasterCard

Shipped (Shipped 2018-05-10 18:00:46)
It will be inactive until you activate it by clicking the "activate card" link on the right.
I just looked back on the delivery of my last card, which was also delayed because of Choice bank. It should have been sent late November but was sent late December 2017.
I received that card exactly 21 days after it was shipped. Customer service said it takes 4 - 6 weeks to my area (that's SE Asia)... so hopefully this one won't take 4-6 weeks. Maybe if I stop running to my mail box everyday it will arrive faster :)
I was hoping to see others reporting the arrival of their cards.

I was hoping to see others reporting the arrival of their cards.
that's helpful, mine still has 0000 xxx 000 for my card . so mid june if I don't see it I think I might lose my mind, because I do not want to pay $65 in wire fees, but i might have to if my fees at money mart reach over $65. it's already hard at it is balancing my book keeping with fees and expenses.

Is it possible to send money to the bank before I have a card? The problem is I do not have a bank. I'd send it to a friend's bank.

I doubt you'd be able to that Malinka because of the money laundering regulations that Paxum will have to abide by. You're best off just waiting for your card really.
I think personal account users can transfer money to other personal account users so, if your friend already has a Paxum account you may be able to do that but, double check with Paxum because I might be wrong and it might only be business accounts that can do that.
