Seiscento, i sent him an engry email as well.....lol poor guy told me its not paxums fault but the cards issuer, they are the ones that need to fix the problem and also raise the daily limits. In my humble opinion, the error is not a real error, is just a way of them stopping loads when they want as they are not willing to let big loads happen, or at least they have a limit to how much they are willing to let girls load. Im sure abt this. Also, the daily limit which was 2k right when i got my card and now lowered down to 500 is another thing that they are doing to control loadings.

BTW, I was able to load my card this very early morning, my time 7:40am. I would suggest girls to try the earliest they can and see if it helps.

Paxum's owner.

Any chance you could give me his email address? I'd like to have that on hand.

Well damn paxum support tickets are pretty horrible.

I sent one a week ago asking when should my card arrived they replay back telling me what address they claim to mail the card to.

which doesn't even answer the actual question.

How do they keep themselves in business.

Right now they are riding high after the demise of Choice bank. All those thousands of models around the world with no alternative to collect their earnings. If there was a better option I'd be straight on it. Fancy issuing us with a card that doesn't provide statements of account. We have to email them whenever we want an updated list of transactions, and when I ask them for an explanation of any transactions, I'm invited to call the number on the back of the card... and to top it off, they are charging me an additional 2.5% to use the card for non-USD purchases.

Hi, could anyone advise me where to find choices, shopping history? I can not find it. I just see the money transfer to the card. Thank you for your help

I don't know what you mean by "find choices", but if you want to see your transaction history, you have to ask for it in a ticket. In a day or two they will send out your updated transaction list... and everytime you want to see it, you have to make another request.

I did dig around the paxum website and found the card company website. the prices have changed. I was worried about the fees from cashing my checks at money mart, but with how paxum is running I will avoid them.

Imlive adding in epayments I already have a account set up for my foreign exchange broker account and when I was attempting to set up voyeur cams in my place. so I will get paid from imlive with epayments. but with now imlive only offers e-wallet options are payment I might have to close my account on there which is sad for me because I've been with them since 2005.

So I will have to see if paxum is worth it with imlive or epayments would be worth it for imlive payments. I hate having my money in a bunch of places makes it hard to track who owes me my money.

Did you guys have to give TWO forms of photo identification? From what I can tell, a lot of you only had to give ONE form of photo ID and proof of address. I’m in New Zealand and wondering if that’s why? Did everyone else have to do this?

I might depend on what form of photo ID you have offered. Not all photo ID is equal. I just gave them passport ID.

Oh, I do not know if Paxum is a good choice. It's silly that I can not control the money moves for the purchase Yesterday I had a 20 dollar card I have only 9 dollars today. I did not buy anything.

You will be charged the MasterCard exchange rate for your purchase, then $1.00 fixed fee (it was $1.50, but seems to have dropped to $1.00) plus 2.5%. The problem is they don't charge all the fees on the same day, and often over 2 or 3 days, so it's hard to pinpoint your exact available balance.

Just open a ticket and ask them to send you the statement of transactions to see what happened to your money. If you didn't spend anything, perhaps someone has your card details and made a small test purchase. This happened once on another debit card I had sent in the mail. Someone tested it out with a small transaction, and then went for a big purchase.

I uploaded my drivers license and they still want another different form of photo ID. I’ve emailed Octav about it. How long does he normally take to respond?

They probably won't accept just a local drivers licence, hence the need to back it up with other ID. I don't email Octav so I couldn't answer that. I just sent tickets within the Paxum UI. The speed of reply varies from a day to 2 or 3 days. It's not consistant.

I have no idea tbh. Never needed.

They will be needed now as there is no way to check transactions on the new temporary card (as they call it). Everytime I require info (as list of my transactions and fees) I have to send a ticket, and then wait 1 - 3 days or longer for a reply. It's very annoying and very clumsy system.

We're being hit by an additional 2.5% fee for a card with lousy service.

Opened an account on June 28th and it was activated that day and now a month later, the status for the card is still "submitted" ....sigh....anyway I'm considering doing a wire transfer even though the fee for that is something I have a big problem with. I'm just wondering how long it takes to get in the bank. I know the site gives the time frame but I don't go by what their site says so I'm wondering how long it's taken for the ones that use that option here :)

It shouldn't take long to arrive at your bank, but if you're sending money to a USD account, then expect to pay a corresponding bank fee. It cost me $90 all up to wire money to my bank account last time (and the only time) I did it. My total fee was $50 (Paxum) + $40 (corresponding bank fee) = $90. Of course they don't mention this and it hits by surprise, and of course they will say they have no knowledge or control over the amount. At that time, a few years ago, the money was wired from Belize. I have no idea where it comes from now, since the Choice Bank closed up shop.

If you wire money to a non-USD account they will stitch you up with a wonderful foreign exchange fee, which they also have no control over. You can't win with Paxum. It's going to cost you no matter how you do it.

Ugh! I have no idea what to do. I never had problems with Payoneer or First Choice but now with both options gone, I just want my money. I'd be transferring to a Canadian bank and it says 50 dollars but after reading your message, it could be higher. I could end up only getting 10$ by the end of it.

I decided the cheapest way for me is to just use my card. I use it everyday POS for shopping at the supermarket, restaurants and other outlets, and for online purchases. They have reduced the "Transaction processing fee" from $1.50 down to $1.00. Imagine getting a fee reduction - who would have expected that? There is a 2.5% "TruCa$h transaction processing fee" now too. The strange thing is that they haven't always applied it to all my purchases... even after 10 days. I use my card nearly every day and biggest annoyance for me is to constantly make tickets to support for a list of my transactions - and they are quite slow to respond. If they can eventually sort that out, I'll be reasonably satisfied. It has been reliable and never been refused at any shop.

The only time I used wire transfer was for $5500, so the $90 cost wasn't so bad percentage wise. It would be too expensive for small amounts. I also won't be keeping that much money on my Paxum card in future. After what happened with Choice bank, I wouldn't feel secure.

You for sure don't want to keep large amounts of money on those cards. I always withdraw the day something is loaded. I wish I could use the Paxum card but it isn't even showing as printing yet. Guess I'll just do SM where I can get checks until I get the card.

Thanks for the info :)

So today was a horrible day, my check from ebates was stolen. First check made to my business name and it was stolen. so I made a police report on that one.

my paxum card I have no idea where it is. but now I am just a little numb. I have always gotten paid in my legal name from companies so far. but now with having one check in my business name somehow got cashed.

I am wondering a whole bunch of panic stuff I never had to before.

It does make the goal of moving to a doorman building more appealing. but who knows I guess mail could really fall of a truck.

Yes, this is the problem with Paxum. They will only send the card to your registered residential address, which is annoying as I use a mailbox service for all my mail.

If the wire option on paxum is on schedule and works properly. then with how xvideos is paying and imlive, then that money could come to me every few months.

typically there aren't any problems getting my mail. so I am hoping this will be the last of it.

Still never got my paxum card.

they issued me a second one on August 10th, saying could take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

at the moment only xvideos is set for paxum. but I am considering changing to wire transfer to my own bank at least that way I might get paid once a year depending on ad revenue but I don't have to have a third party involved.

imlive added other payment options thinking of switching to epayments. since that account was already set up when I thought I would be a voyeur house for camarads.

I have very little faith in paxum at the moment.

From what I've read the card seems like too much stress - I'd choose the wire tranfer over the card if I had to choose but if they've said they've posted your card then you're probably best of just seeing if it turns up this time.

You can be a Paxum affiliate if you're into affiliate stuff and earn a bit extra with them that way & you need to pay funds into Paxum fairly regular otherwise they charge you $5.00 for every so many days you're account is inactive - I think it's 60 days.

I use Paxum to get paid through TalktoMe and works well with them

Having used the card regularly for online and POS shopping for over 2 months, I must say there haven't been any problems to report, so far.

The only thing I hate about the new card is having to ask for a transaction list every week or so, and then wait 3 - 4 days for it, but you get used to it.

The only other difference between this card and the old one is an additional 2.5% transaction fee. I examine my transactions with a fine tooth comb every week and noticed that so far, 10 of my transactions weren't charged the 2.5% fee. I hope they don't do an audit down the road and take a large amount out at once to cover the fees that weren't charged. I'm assuming that the 2.5% fee goes to Paxum. There's also a $1 fixed transaction fee (has gone down from $1.50 back in June) which I think goes to the card issuer. They have never missed one of those.

Well it's 2 months now and the status for my card is still just submitted. I wrote to them a couple weeks ago and was given the expected response of "we've been backed up but expect your card to get printed in a couple more days" .....yeh ok. I never bothered writing again because it isn't gong to make the process go faster. I did the wire transfer once but no way I'm going to keep paying 50$ every time I want money.

I'm tempted to just shut down the account now but I already paid the 45 annual fee and 50 for express shipping when the card is mailed out so the stubborn side of me wants to see when it finally shows up.

I should have gone by all the warnings I saw on SW and just while googling about what a shit company Paxum is.

I suppose you didn't read my post above. The new card, once I'd received it, has worked without a hiccup for over 2 months already and I do a lot of transactions every month. No matter what the problems, I don't have many choices to receive my cam money, so Paxum it is, for better or worse.

Their customer service was much better when they had a major competitor i.e. First Choice Pay.

I am curious about your wire transfer though. I've only done one of them with Paxum, which was a couple of years ago, and in addition to the $50 transfer fee I had to pay another $40 for the corresponding bank fee. That was a transfer to a USD account. At $90 total, that was the only wire transfer I ever did.

What's preventing them from sending the cards?

Is there a way to just get a refund? cancel? send my funds back to its original source?

Was that USD sent to a CAD account?

I sent USD to a USD account and was charged $40 for a correspondent bank charge. Perhaps if you're transferring to a bank account in another currency, the bank charge isn't as high as they make profit on currency conversions.

I used Paxum for the first time to withdraw using wire transfer and was pleasantly surprised it only took 2 business days. The $50 fee is pretty ridic, but I'm moving soon so I can't get the card yet.

I don't think my bank charged a fee. Actually, the exchange rate was better than I expected.

This process can take up to 10 business days. Total Card delivery time to receive it is approximately 6 weeks

On 6/22 I asked for a status on the card. This was the reply per open ticket:
The card status is "Submitted on 2018-06-14".

We're aware of this delay in the printing process but we expect it to not be longer than a few days.
We assure you that we're doing all that we can to have the card sent in the shortest time and that as soon as the card is shipped we will also update the status from your account.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

Best Regards.

Please help us serve you better by taking a few moments to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey

On 7/18/2018 I requested information.

Since we had to issue a large number of cards, we're depending on the new processor's workflow, which is why we're experiencing delays.

The estimated time for the card to be processed and printed is up to 20 business days, no matter the shipping method.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience.

So on 8/6/2018 I e-mailed Octav who I was told is the CEO.
I wanted to know if it was a lack of service or something else.
I explained that I was paying for a service, and even if there was a large amount of cards requested, the fees are supposed to cover that service and someone's hourly, so it shouldn't take 2 months to process one card.
This was the reply I got:

Unfortunately it is not as easy as you describe it and we cannot do
anything to speed it up.

Octav

I'm not trying to throw anyone under the bus here, but this is just ridiculous.
Its a business providing a service and its failing and I am not getting any answers, meanwhile I'm in debt because I have no other way at the moment to receive my funds. I have funds on hold, not even transferring to paxum atm because I have no clue what is happening. No one made it a priority or even looked at, it was like a standard reply and pushed to the side.
No one has given any attention or a clear explanation. I was told a few days, then 10 days then 20 days.
