So did anyone here actually get the card?Mine was in "printing" 11th june till 19th september ,in the meantime i asked for express shipping, which i payed 50$.So when the status finally changed to "shipped", the card didn't arrive on time.I emailed support, and they told me they used a standard shipping to send it(why??).Did anyone actually get the card after it was shipped without the card being "lost" in the mail and having to reapply for a new one?

I gave up on paxum all together.
I do not trust them two cards lost, I can't risk my money sitting in their account being charged $50 for a wire then my bank charging me $20 to collect the wire. So I am only working on webcam sites that pay me via paypal or check in the mail.
Their whole service is a shit show. If you are some how having working paxum account you are lucky.
I can not trust a third party company with my money, who hasn't showed any good history at all.

That's the worst part, i.e. your express shipping fee. I got my card by June 20 that was printed in late April and sent standard (free) shipping.
It's no consolation to you, but at least we know the express shipping is a rip-off.

I'm sorry to hear about all the problems many of you are having with card delivery. I can say that I've used the card 70 times since June 22, both POS and online without a single problem.
I better not lose it, because by the sound of things, I'll never get a replacement. It has a 3 year validity, which is more than their previous cards which were 2 years.

Ok, thanks for answering.I already started to think that nobody actually got the card cos all i read about is people saying the card apparently got lost in the mail.So hopefully i'll get it somewhere at the end of this month.

Yes, and the some of the cards that have been reported lost are ones shipped in North American and to Europe bearing in mind that Paxum is in Canada... mine made it all the way to SE Asia in 6 weeks. It's a mystery.

What is the message? Are they printing a new card? I don't see it in my account yet, but if they are, that would likely be a replacement for the current card which is a temporary card.

I got it today from Paxuma
There are 2 cards in your account because we've finalized implementing a new processor and we will start to issue cards using that one, for free.
We will correct the statuses of the cards from your account as new updates are received and we will notify you about the details (limits and fees) shortly.

I finally got the card in the mail, and as I went to activate it, I got a message that I first need to pay the -44.95$ "yearly card maintenance" that I owe.
So a question for any that may know the answer, do I really have to use the wire transfer to pay for that 45$ or can I just tell C4S to send the money to my paxum account so I can pay it like that?
In other words, can C4S send me money to paxum even if my card is not activated?

They will take the $44.95 out of any balance available on your account. I don't know what C4S is, but I have SM and CB money transferred to my Paxum account, and that will still happen with or without an active card because it's going to account, not card. The reason is that Paxum sets up a current account, which you can link to a Paxum debit card, but you don't need the card if you prefer other ways of transferring money. Once you have activated your card you still need to transfer money to it before you can use it. This is distinctly different to the old First Choice (Payoneer) cards, which was a card-only service, with no account.
I hope that's clear enough. If not, ask away.

Wish I asked this before going through the struggle of trying to wire money from my bank to paxum (which failed). After reading your reply i've immediately sent a request to C4S to set the payout to my paxum. Btw C4S = Clips4Sale website :)

I am still scared to have money transferred to my paxum account. my now second card was suppose to iissued sometime a go never arrived.
xvideos has been sent for wire directly to my bank just need to figure out what i can upload to earn $1,000 threshold.
imlive is all e-wallets. which has me super anxious. between paxum and epayments I have to pick which one I want imlive paying me with. I hate they took away check in the mail for Canada.
So I am wonder has anyone been able to have regular transfers with paxum to a Canadian bank.
I hate that what's stopping me from working a site is their payment options.

Hey guys,
Anybody having issues with Paxum lately? I can't even transfer my money to my paxum card. It's freaking me out a little because I don't have access to any money right now, and they're having problems with withdrawing to external credit cards, making the Paxum card the only option available for me.
Is their app messing up? I keep getting error messages when I try to transfer from my paxum checking to the mastercard. Maybe it's because I travelled??

The error has been on and off since they got the temporary card, try to transfer funds early in the morning, it usually works well.

Am I just lucky? I have never had a problem transferring funds to to the new temporary card. I don't do it at any particular time of the day, but your early morning could be my late afternoon because I'm about 12 hours ahead of the east coast of Canada.

It could be tropo, i do it usually at 8am my time which is gmt -2 right now. i never have issues at this hour of the day, but if i try in the afternoon or evening, i always get the error.

I'm pretty sure I've praised this before, but ETF are so quick now for me. When I started using Paxum it'd take nearly two weeks for money to hit my account, now its taking less than 24 hours from the request being complete to the money being in my account
strongly recommend the ETF option for people who want the money in their banks

Unfortunately. the EFT option is limited to a certain, small number of countries. Last time I checked, it was only countries in Europe.

ah thats a shame, I know it wasn't available in pounds for a while but what I'd do is do the ETF in euros and my bank would convert it for me

I have seen no card printing message on my card home page. I sent support a message asking about this. I'll let you know if I get some information.

Received today and I think I am one of the first persons who got it coz checking other forums looks like everyone is still waiting for it.
Mine changed to printing on december 4th and still shows as printing. I do not see an activate button, probably coz the actual status in my account is still printing so I emailed Octav and I am waiting to hear from him. I have friends who have their card status showing still as submitted so it's not just you. It came really fast after changing status to printing, I didn't expect to see it until next year. It came from UK through Royal Mail and then a courier company delivered it to my door, I am in Romania.
I can't activate or use it until I hear from Octav but I love that it has a chip and it is contactless.

I'm not even waiting for it as I haven't been offered any information suggesting that one will be printed and sent. Perhaps they are starting off with Europe. Does the new card have a electronic security chip? I know a lot of you have had trouble using the non-chipped temporary card in your home countries.
I'm not particularly concerned about getting one as the temporary card has been working great since June.

Interesting. There's a lot of scamming sellers on AliExpress. They send you the wrong items and then want you to send it back - with return shipping costing more than the items... knowing that you won't. Most of the sellers are in China and communication is challenging.

I know and probably that's why the bank blocked it. I only use a few stores that have good reputation and no problems so far. When contacting the bank they have told me other merchants been blocked as well bit didn't mention which.

Here's a reply I just received from Paxum support in response to a query about another new card coming to replace the temporary card i.e. the new card some of you have apparently received.
"Please be advised that the card is not temporary, we have chosen this name to separate the new card from the ones issued by the former processor."
This could be a case of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing LOL. They seem to have a difficult time offering precise answers to questions.
They just told me a few days ago that I can log into paxum.trucash.com to view my card transactions, but to log in you need a password. I am unaware of any password other than the normal login password I used to access the paxum website. That password doesn't work. In response they replied that I can get a new PIN code if I email the card issuer support. Even that is nonsense as I can change my PIN code anytime I like online, for the charge of $1.

I had the same issue. Trucash support was pretty quick and kind to provide me with the passwod. The password is the one you had when the temporary cards were activated. Meantime that expired if you remember. So it is your previous paxum password.

Well, at least we solved this nagging mystery. It only took 2 messages to support, so not too bad LOL. I had to look up SEPA as I'd never heard of it before.
Those bloody cards, I wait from April 2018 for it. Is something fishy with them.

No there's nothing fishy about them. Mine was printed late April, shipped in May and received in June. Yours obviously got lost in the mail.

Nothing fishy. It shouldn't even have gotten lost. I received mine at home through a courier, back in june or july, can't recall exactly. Have you ever contacted Octav about it? He is really helpful.

That's weird. Me and my friend had wrong phone numbers in our accounts, I had my old address in and the delivery company was a shitty one. Took many calls to receive our cards, my friend even had to go personally to a pick up point to get it, but we got them in the end. For the new one they use a better delivery company in my country so no issues, just that the new cards are not functional yet. Maybe you will get the new one soon.
I hope so. I am in the mood to ask my money back for this card. What is it good for?

If you're not getting the new one by feb-march, definitely should ask for a refund. They said 6 weeks since submitted status but we should allow them at least 4 months lol.

I did receive some good news today. Up until this month, about twice a month I request via the onsite message service an updated list of my card transactions. Finally we have a way to check these ourselves at any time. You must log onto this website: https://paxum.trucash.com. You need a password, which I don't ever remember having. It's not the Paxum account logon password. I had mine reset by emailing
[email protected] They are quick to reply.

I must have been lucky then. I've had 4 Paxum cards sent since 2014 and they have never taken more than 4 weeks and usually less... and this is to SE Asia with really shitty mail services.

Reading how some cards got lost in the mail makes me wonder if they used a delivery company only in my country. /:O The postal service here is so shitty that I don't think I would have gotten mine if they sent it that way.

I posted above that you could log in with your previous paxum account password. Octav said they can't send statements anymore and we have now the option to check them on trucash only.

The first I heard about it was yesterday from support when I put in my regular request for a list of my card transactions. What is the email address of Octav? I don't know what you mean by previous password. My current Paxum account password doesn't work on paxum.trucash.com. I change my passwords from time to time, and don't store old ones. Besides, my Paxum account password is different to my paxum.trucash.com password.

The first I heard about it was yesterday from support when I put in my regular request for a list of my card transactions. What is the email address of Octav? I don't know what you mean by previous password. My current Paxum account password doesn't work on paxum.trucash.com. I change my passwords from time to time, and don't store old ones. Besides, my Paxum account password is different to my paxum.trucash.com password.

The card that got lost was the temporary one, sent from Canada i think, by regular mail even tho i asked for express shipping :/ I think all of the cards lost on the way were sent from Canada, and this new card was sent to you from UK right?

I don't think I have reset my password since I activated my card in June but it didn't matter. Trucash reset my password and gave me a new one. Their service was very quick - within the hour. That was a nice change. I had 2 emails from them in one hour LOL. I didn't expect that.

Yes, those were sent from Canada, the new one has Royal Mail on the envelope.
