I don't think I reset my password since I activated my card in June bu it didn't matter. Trucash reset my password and gave me a new one. Their service was very quick - within the hour. That was a nice change. I had 2 emails from them in one hour LOL. I didn't expect that.
Yes they have been quick and helpful to me too :)

So since April paxum for whatever reason did not print my unit number on my new card.
It finally arrived, but I can not activate it until there is money in my account. I am still very cautious about using the card.
happy a card finally arrived, now the leap of having money on it and seeing if the card actually works. right now I can't afford to risk money to test out the card.

I've used my card 107 times since I received it in June and haven't had any problems whatsoever. For some reason, for about 60 of those transactions they didn't levy the 2.5% fee although they make it clear there is a 2.5% fee on foreign currency (other than USD) transactions. Nearly all of these transactions were POS at local stores, supermarkets and restaurants. Some of them were online purchases. I limit online purchases because they have a heavy fee for chargebacks and disputes and I wouldn't want to get caught with that. The set transaction fee has been reduced from $1.50 (back in June) to $1.00.
Suffice to say, I use the card with confidence.

I only plan to use the card to pay my internet and cell phone bill, and then take out cash to deposit in my retirement savings account. so the activity on the card will be limited.
but if the funds on the card are USD I would be up to going to a US dollar ATM and get my cash then deposit it all in my bank.

so paxum has updated their service to offer EFT with Canada. I am definitely curious to see if the service works smooth.

Can’t say for Canada but this service to me in the UK is very smooth, usually have the money in my bank in 48 hours (excluding weekends)

Yikes! Just as I was bragging about no problems since June, I did a transfer from my account to card on December 24 and the money vanished into thin air - all $150 of it. It took 3 days for Paxum to answer my ticket (not surprising over Christmas) and they told me to contact or call Trucash. I called them and they told me it's Paxum's problem to fix. On contacting them back again with screenshots of my transfer and no money added to card, they told me they'll look into it. It's not a nice time of year to be losing cash. The cam sites are dead too - the worst I've ever seen it. I've had better Christmasses.

I finally have the mastercard, they finally printed my unit number, I don't know how their printing works but without it I won't get my mail. the stupid customer service wasn't able to figure that out. from April.
with the ETF system now available for Canada. I really hope it works.

I was out for lunch with my son and the card simply didn't go through when I tried to pay for the bill, nor I could transfer money or withdraw. What is going on??? Anyone else with the same issue? Ty

I'm still fighting to get my money back. Paxum send me to Trucash who send me back to Paxum who send me back to Trucash who sent me back to Paxum lol. No one wants to take responsibility. The money disappeared into cyberspace after making a transfer to card which resulted in a very long hang. They did charge me for the transfer. Now they say they have forwarded "my situation" as they call it, to the relavent department. It's not nice to deal with inept services such as these, but unfortunately there are no other choices for me to get my cam money. I must say, I have NEVER, in 13 years, seen the sites so dead. I work on 4, and yesterday was my record low... and I'm breaking new low records every week. It's not nice to have your funds snatched and have to fight so hard to get them back.
They don't answer support emails (tickets) on the weekends, so with New Year coming up on Tuesday I wouldn't expect any help until late next week at the earliest.

Well, I had enough with them, im gonna wait for them to release my card, withdraw all of it and close the acct. I dont need such a mess in my life.

I only wired money once (to USD account), several years ago, and I was caught with an extra corresponding bank fee of $40 to pay. That was on a $5000 plus wire. You see, if there is no exchange rates to profit from, they need to find their money elsewhere.
Seriously girl, you'd have to be certifiably insane to keep $100,000 USD on a Paxum account. I hope you're just using that as an example lol.

It's great that you're making so much money camming, but don't leave it all on there. It took me 2 weeks to get $150 back from an account to card transfer error. I've never fought so hard for $150 before.
At the end of the day, it's a cyber bank in cyber space. Who do you call if you live in a far off land? Until the money is in your hands, it's at risk. One of these companies already went belly up (First Choice Pay) and girls lost lots of cash.

Has any girls in the united states received any type of tax documents from paxum? Just because there asking for our social etc. Is that just to make sure were who we say we are or is that because there sending us a 1099? I'm with dailypay right now but was thinking of transferring over to paxum with my streamate account and imlive account but then kinda nervous when all these card companies seem to go belly up after some time ugh =( so i'm wondering if I should just stick with dailypay but then there is the percentage there taking and wondering if its worth it.

I wouldn't be concerned about joining up with Paxum. Despite their annoyances, they've always come through for me. This is my 6th year with them. My card has always worked, and they only problem I've had with them is slow delivery of card and the $150 transfer error which they eventually reversed. I have money transferred to Paxum from SM and CB. They only charge $0.25 to receive money to Paxum account.

I used to like paxum, but their card is not working good in my country anymore. Many places and stores online and phisical are denying or reversing the charges. I sent everythong to epayments.

Maybe, just maybe, when they give us a permanent card solution it will have a microchip. Checking transactions is really annoying. You have to log into the Trucash website and enter your entire card number AND cvv number.... but that's not enough - you have to enter a password too. My goodness!!! They definitely have gone downhill over the last year or so. Maybe with First Choice Pay out of the way they have a virtual monopoly in the cam business, so don't work hard to provide good service. The service I got to try to get my money back was disgraceful. They kept sending me to Trucash, who sent me back to Paxum, who sent me back to Trucash and so on, for over a week.

New cards could finally get activated this week. It works great in the stores, I always complained here for not being able to use the temporary in stores and sometimes online. And we can see statements in our paxum account now, except it takes a few hours to a day to show up as far as I could see.

That's great! Maybe one day I'll be able to get one of those "new cards" you meniton, but apparently issue of them is restricted to the Eurozone at present.

I haven't seen it, but I think it has a security chip, making it more useable than the old strip-only card that I currently have.

I had, with temporary card. I was never able to use it in stores here, it worked online with few exceptions. The new SEPA card is way better, using it everywhere without any issue. Glad I got rid of the temporary card.

Hi, if you are waiting for a new card. and you have a tracking number. Watch that card. My card was mistakenly directed from Germany to Romania. I had to contact the company. So it corrected and directed to the Czech Republic. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

xvideos and streamray have sent my payment to paxum this week.
my card has arrived. just need to activate it.
since EFT is available in Canada. I will be using that service after I activate my card and make a purchase with the card
hoping it works out smoothly so I can move on with my saving goals.

I found this blog of paxum, I think it is created by an affiliate not official the blog from paxum staff.
but it was helpful in figuring out how to use my paxum account and my mastercard.
Got paid today from xvideos. mild hiccup they had my email address spelled wrong. They fixed it this morning, and I was able to activate my card and withdrawl money from my ATM.

"Transfer to the card is currently unavailable due to our card issuer, Trucash difficulties. We apologize for the inconvenience however it is out of our control. Cards can be used as normal however no new funds can be added to the cards at this time. We expect to have an update from the issuer within the next 3 business days. In the meantime please use our other withdrawal methods; EFT, external card, Wire"
I hope this is not another Firstchoice type of problem. Do they choose April for these problems, as it was April last year Firstchoice went belly up?
So, what to do next? Quickly remove all the cash remaining on my card, or just relax and hope they will solve this problem quickly.

I never keep cash on my card for anything. So if you have money on the card, use it.
EFT is available to me in Canada at a fee of $8.95 That's the option I will be using until Paxum finds a card company who can handle their global volume.
We have no idea what is happening with Paxum and their MasterCard agreement. so stay focused on what is working and keep making money.
Certain companies are only paying by paxum, until they get notice something is wrong with paxum it is business as usual for all of us.

Today my EFT payment to my main stream bank that I've banked with for almost 30 years was rejected. Paxum never offered any explaination as to who rejected it or why.
Has anybody else had a payment rejected this week? I'm still waiting on a reply from Paxum - I just wondered if anybody else has had this same issue lately.

It does suck - It's stressful. It makes it worse because they don't give the slightest hint why.
I only sent a ticket a few hours ago, once I've received a rely I'll update here. Hopefully it will just be a processor glitch like the time my EFT failed.

I was doing EUR transfers before pounds get added and it costs more from fees & took loads longer to hit my account :/

Closing my account with Paxum and going with paper checks from my camsite...they clearly don't respect their customers. I have bills to pay I can't deal with these changes out of nowhere.

Tried to do the alternative suggestion and do a wire transfer, which requires and EFT to switch to Canadian funds, which it won't allow me to do. So now I can't access my money i was expecting today and am fucked.

ok so apparently EFTs are down but there is some info on how to do a wire and if you email/message chris they may waive the fee for wires

Thanks Charlotteslut! I saw on his Twitter to switch my bank account settings from CAD to USD currency in order for it to work. I hope that it doesn't affect the currency conversion at all. It really sucks that a) I have to wait three more business days plus a weekend for my money and b) that I lost $50 on wire transfer fees. I emailed him like you said to see if they'll waive the wire fees considering their Mastercards are down.

EFT in GBP was still showing as available today even after they sent me the email to tell me my payment got rejected. This is what annoys me about Paxum - How difficult is it for them to put a little notice on their stupid site to say EFT isn't available. It's not the first time it's happened but to let their customers tranfer between accounts and then Transfer again by EFT when they know full well the service isn't working is just beyond incompetent.
