I got 400cc saline unders, overfilled to 430 cc. I am 5'4, 105 lbs, and my true bra size is 30E but I have an easier time finding 32DDD. I always have people ask me if my boobs are real or not, which I believe is a good indication that they do not look very false. I can show you a picture if you'd like. Mine are high profile allergan natrelle style 68HP.

The same as you, 32B. One is 7 days post op and the other is after they dropped and fluffed.

^your boobs are hot!
That's a big jump in sizes, I thought 200 CCs was the equivalent of like one bra size? I love your boobs but that's definitely the biggest I would want to go, so now I'm wondering if I should tell him to scale back to 430...

That's the reason that surgeons do not guarantee a cup size at the end of surgery because 200 CCs is not always equal to one size. My surgeon had me look at pictures and choose the ones that I liked the best, that is when he recommended the 430. I was initially only going to get 350 CCs because I was so paranoid of my breasts looking too false because my frame is so small, the 350 CC sizers looked good to me but I remember reading online to go a little bigger than what you want so you don't get boob greed after surgery.

In point of fact, a 200cc difference in implant rating may, under the right circumstances, result in no difference at all in cup size. 350cc Ultra high profile implants and 550cc standard profile implants can have a nearly identical 'projection' measurement ... and 'projection' is what primarily determines cup size. But the 550cc standard profile implants have a significantly larger diameter, which provides more cleavage and side boob.
See for a doctor's overview.
I said I wanted 370 because I wanted your boobs and he said that with my measurements that wouldn't be enough to get even the smallest boobs I showed him.
Again, it sounds like your doctor is a pro in regard to implant sizing and profile selection !!!

^I know, I'm just obsessing/freaking out about it! I really do trust him 100%, I guess I'm just afraid of waking up with boobs that are way too big and I feel uncomfortable or waking up and feeling like I went through all the pain/money for no reason cause I want to be bigger!

^^^ I can virtually guarantee you that, for the first week post-op, you're going to be in 'holy s#!t where did these 'volkswagens' on my chest come from' mode. Between the swelling and the implants sitting next to your chin, plus the 'shock' of having more of anything on your chest than you used to, the impression will be that you over-did it.
However, 3-4 weeks later, after the swelling has gone down, after the implant bags start to drop on your chest wall and 'spread out' as your breast skin stretches, odds are that you're going to wish that the former swelling would come back !!!

Hey girl , so I got my boobs done about a little over a year ago in Miami , by a top plastic surgeon and I LOVE my boobs but I want to go back to him in a few month to get them redone , bigger an high profile. My suggestion to you when it comes to size is to listen to your Plastic Surgeons suggestion. If you trust him and have seen his work, and know that he is skilled; then tell him what you want , show him pictures , and ask him what ccs you need to achieve that look.. When I did my final consultation my PS had suggest 600CC high Profile for the look that I was trying to achieve. Originally I agreed to that but within the weeks from that last consult and my surgery date ,I ended up changing my mind because I listened to other people telling me that it was too big and I was gonna look like a stripper and blah blah blah so I changed my mind and ended up getting 492 Moderade plus profile ( more natural looking implant). I wish I would of just listened to my PS and went bigger and high profile. BTW I just reread your post and Lisa Hochstein's husband Dr. Leonard Hochstein was my plastic surgeon ! Lisa has HIGH profile implants. My Co worker got her boobs done a few weeks after me by Dr Hochstein and she is about 5 feet tall no more than 105 pounds very petite girl, and her implants were high profile and about 450ccs and they LOOK AMAZING. And just like you she was worried that they were gonna be to big , ( thats the size Dr. Hochstein picked for her) and I told her the same thing to go bigger and listen to him and she was so glad she did. I think you should consider the high profile implants. All of the photos of boobs that you liked that you posted are high profile implants. If you are a very petite with a small rib cage most PS will suggest high profile because more natural looking implants are very wide and give a lot of side boob and it doesn't fit well with a narrow frame. I will see if I can post a photo of my friends boobs and maybe mine too for comparison . Hope this helps

Thanks for the info!
If you could post pics that would be great, I love looking at boobs when I know exactly what the CCs are/type of implants/size of the person!
Also though my PS says he wants to do mod+ not high profile as long as he can fit them in my chest.
Melonie
07-27-2014, 02:58 AM
^^^ the mod plus implants will give you better cleavage and more side boob for sure. However, because more cc's go into height and width on a mod plus implant bag, you'll need significantly more cc's to wind up with the same cup size that high profile implants would produce.
audrey_k
07-27-2014, 05:36 PM
^that makes more sense now, I guess that's why he wants to go with 470 instead of lower, because of the mod plus...
Everytime I think I know more about implants it turns out my PS is right, so I'm just going to leave it to him now! lol.

Every person I've told I'm getting a BA has reacted super negatively, my clients are all saying they think it's a bad idea, the guy I'm seeing says he thinks it's crazy for me to be a DD, I told a few of my friends back at home and they all reacted negatively... I don't know if people are just not wanting to say "yeah you really need to get a BA cause you boobs fucking suck" and they're trying to be nice about it, but it's really annoying! Everyone keeps saying "but why do you feel like you need to get your boobs done?" Gee I dunno I guess cause I want bigger ones? I really wish ONE person would be supportive!

The clients that say they don't want you to get implants are either telling you what they think you want to here, or they cherry picked you because you currently have little boobs and that is what they like.
If you've done your homework, and you're sure you've made what you want clear to your doc. You have nothing to worry about. The confidence boost you will get from have a designer rack will push you to a whole new level babydoll!
Now stop stressing yourself out for no good reason! You're gonna look marvellous darlin'! Spend sometime shopping for all the pretty new lingerie you now have an excuse to buy. ;D

I think most people are just afraid of change. And we've all seen our share of bad BAs, or BAs that look inappropriately sized for the girl. So I can see why your clients would be resistant to such a decision. It's kind of like if you have a favorite movie, and then a re-make comes out that was made on twice the original budget. You feel defensive of the original even if the new version is an improvement!

I have to admit, this sentiment has always made me cringe. What exactly are appropriately sized breasts? There is no magical formula that uses your height and weight to tell you what your cup size should be. I have a friend who is 4'10", weighs all of 100 pounds and has natural G cup breasts. Her body is not inappropriate. On the other hand, I have a friend who is nearly six feet tall, probably weighs well over 200 pounds and is totally flat chested. Her body is not inappropriate either. Natural breasts are all different sizes on all different bodies. I fail to see why or how it suddenly becomes "inappropriate" because breast implants are involved.
There is no appropriate breast size. I'd really love if it that kind of thinking would just die.

I think most people would know what I mean by "appropriately sized." That said, I agree with you. It is bullshit to prescribe 'perfect sizes' to women considering that all shapes and sizes should be considered normal and perfect in their own right. Thank you for the cultural reality check! :)

It really makes you second guess yourself when sooo many people talk shit about implants when you say you're getting them, but it alwaysss turns out the same. Those same people end up liking them. A guy I was dating talked the most shit and it was complete BS bc he just didn't want ME to have them. He would be all over it if it was someone else he wasn't dating and insecure about.
I was really worried that I would never meet a nice guy because the way everyone makes it seem like they HATE implants makes it seem like you'll be ruined or something. Complete bs... Guys hit on me more afterwards (which you would think would be the obvious situation, but not when everyone tells you nooo don't do it).
People cant tell if they're fake if you go to a good doctor. I think mine are obvious when I'm naked bc I have a scar and they look way too perky but soo many people have questioned me about them... As in "are you sureee they're fake? Omg they feel/look so real"
bacardi14
08-06-2014, 11:08 AM
Same here mine are so spherical and obviously fake that I've worried it may typecast me in the dating world but really, all three of the men that I have been with love big fake boobs. And it makes sense; since oodles of men inside the club go gaga for big fake boobs it only makes sense that oodles of men outside the club will love 'em too.
Totally agree and it reminds me of a user from an implant forum; she purposely got very disproportionately-large implants because that's what she likes, she loved them but ended up downsizing because of how horribly strangers would treat her over them. A lot of people would probably say 'Well what did she expect??' but I don't think that makes sense because then you're saying that a chick who naturally has huge boobs deserves to be harassed too, like women with big boobs just deserve to be harassed period. I don't think so.
It makes me happy to hear when other people have fake boob supportive guys in their life. My current SO loves big fake boobs more than anything, the faker the better probably haha.
That is sad she had to take out the implants she loved because of stupid reactions. I have been mistreated and had issues in my professional life because of them, but this was only one supervisor. I had to go into work on an emergency basis in my street clothes once. Otherwise he never would have even known what I look like under what I wear to work.

Agreed, I have a friend who is the same size as Marvel Girl's friend but the fact that her boobs are natural makes it look totally different. She isn't trying to stretch breast tissue over an implant that is too big for her body, and her breasts have a natural drop. People do ask her all the time if her boobs are fake though and sometimes don't believe her when she says they aren't.
I don't think that there's anything wrong with going with huge implants that look fake/unnatural if that's what you want, but arguing that they don't look fake doesn't really make sense to me. I personally don't like that look and it's not what I'm going for and as I'm petite it's a big concern for me that they'll look unnatural, especially as I don't know if he can fit the mod plus with my measurements.
I'm SO EXCITED for my surgery but just super nervous about the sizing, as my clients are sort of freaking me out a bit, the ones that are supportive of it are really NOT supportive of me being a DD and think that a D is the absolute biggest I should go.

Yeah they've been around in other countries for a while, but I don't know what they did to get them approved here. Makes sense that it could have been a US study. I'm just over five feet tall and petite and I have H cup breasts with implants. My skin is not stretched out and my breasts have a natural drop. People ask if mine are real all the time. I don't look anymore freakish or unnatural than a woman my size with large natural breasts.
Don't assume large implants necessarily mean the skin is stretched to the max and looks like it's about to pop.

What size did you start with? Because that's makes a big difference, if you were already at a D then going to an H isn't going to require stretching your skin the way going from an A to a DDD is.
All I know is I've never seen a skinny, short girl who started out flat chested (or around my size) go beyond a DDD and have it look natural at all. Maybe you just had a kickass surgeon. And I didn't say you look freakish, that's your own word. Regardless though I have no interest in having boobs that are bigger than a DD, I don't want to be noticed on the street because my boobs are larger than the average person, I just don't want to look like a boy!

Don't get hung up on cup sizes, especially inaccurate perceptions of them. People estimate mine as DD's but I'm four (I think?) cup sizes larger than that after dropping and fluffing (32G now, started as a B). I don't think they look ridiculous, but you can decide for yourself -- I posted new pictures on the second to last page of my thread. Regardless, when people think DDD and above they probably picture something closer to an M.

Soooo true. I have a strapless bra from Panache and it is a 28FF. This is the same cup size as a 34DD though. I've had to show people the tag of my mostly 30E bras because they don't believe me. Mine can look small in certain clothes and huge in others. I have a braless pic laying down in a sundress and they look like they're gunna come up & punch me in the thyroid. But they really aren't that big at all and no one has ever accused me of having fake ones, they ask me sometimes because they are big and I'm small but they can't tell if they're fake. I think you will be happy with what your doctor gives you (400-500 cc)

Implants usually look a size smaller than regular boobs do, right? I think both you ladies BAs look awesome, and you're right I would have thought either one of you was anywhere near that big!
How mobile were you guys 3 weeks after the surgery? Were you up and walking around normally? I feel like I'm going to go completely insane sitting in my flat for 4 weeks, so I was thinking of planning a short little trip to Venice for a few days but I don't want to get there and spend the whole time lying in my hotel room because I don't have the strength to sightsee!

^^^ in truth, barring some extremely rare major complication, you're going to be 'carefully' up and about for a while the day after a first BA surgery. You're going to be in notable pain for about a week, but you should be able to get up and do quite a few things with caution ( and the more you get up and do with caution, the quicker your recovery will be ). You're going to experience discomfort for the second week ( and minor discomfort the week after that ), but by then you should be able to do many of the things you normally would - with the exception of lifting and reaching and anything that would cause you to perspire ( perspiration encourages infection around incisions ). Every day will be a bit better than the day before. By the fourth week, you should be 80-90% back to 'normal' thus able to resume most 'normal' activities, including cautious workouts and other 'moderately strenuous physical activities'.
It has been my own experience that the biggest 'obstacle' to a quick recovery are the heavy duty pain meds. After my last few re-do's, I decided to 'bite the bullet' and stop taking the heavy duty pain meds a couple of days after surgery ... instead switching to Tylenol. While this means enduring some additional pain, it ALSO means that my metabolism returned to normal that much faster ... which in turn minimized fluid retention, minimized weight gain, and accelerated my healing process.
To answer your other question, if the implants used have a relatively high profile, indeed they will 'look' a cup size smaller than they actually measure. This is due to the fact that cup size only depends on forward projection thus bust measurement, while the appearance of 'fullness' depends on breast height, width, spacing between breasts, side boob etc.

I was back to work a week after surgery (against my doctors suggestion of 3-4 weeks which made me LOL since that's not even realistic for me). Honestly I think I had more pain than most people describe (and I can take a lot of pain, it was just more frustrating than my rhinoplasty pain bc we use our arms for everything) and it was really sore and hard to move for a while but def. possible after 3 weeks to enjoy vacation. I think I had a lot of pain bc I have very tight pecs from gymnastics. I went back to class about a month into recovery and it was fine, but it hurt to lift my laptop and it hurt to keep my arms up and typing on a keyboard. Ld
I dont think you will have a problem walking around sightseeing and lifting a small bag/wallet at 3 weeks. Def. go on vacation!
lol1337a
08-10-2014, 12:33 PM
Yeah, barring complications a vacation during recovery sounds ideal to me! On day 3 I was itching to get out of the house, so I bought a bunch of cheap high neck tees (to cover up the dreaded strap) and made lunch/dinner/walking inbetween plans almost every day for a couple weeks. I would have been elated to take a trip to make the time pass faster. How light can you travel, though? I went on a trip three weeks out and I only brought a couple outfits, my laptop, and mini toiletries in an over the shoulder bag. I could have dragged a heavy suitcase if my life depended on it, but I don't think most doctors would advise it. Whenever I lifted something a little too heavy my pecs would spasm and my tits would get temporarily harder.

08-10-2014, 04:48 PM
^It's so ridiculous what they allow you to use as a carry on here for the cheap Europe flights, you can only have one bag and it basically needs to be a large purse because you can't fit any kind of carry-on suitcase with their requirements, so it's a good incentive to travel light! I'm such a bad packer it always takes me like 5 hours to pack a tiny little bag as I take things in and out.
Thanks for the info, yeah I've just been imagining myself sitting around my flat for 4 weeks and it's already making me feel antsy. Hopefully I will be moving to my own place around week 3 but a vacation still sounds like a good idea!

I had 0 sex drive for around 2 1/2 weeks, I think. To be honest, it's been a slow journey getting it back. Initial pain gave way to feelings of unsexiness, then the new habit of not having sex persisted for a long time after I started feeling like myself. Also, sensation changes have been a downer. Zero regrets though.

^^^ LOL Tempest ! He wished !!!
In my own case, the 'earliest' answer was ... two days after I stopped taking the heavy duty prescription pain meds. But it was quite a procedure because no breast touching / bouncing allowed ... which frustrated the hell out of my partner ( who was expecting to enjoy the new smorgasbord, and who got zero boobs plus slow motion ) !!!
Week 3 is usually OK as long as you avoid 100 pounds of pressure being put on your new boobs etc. It's really based on the individual healing process regarding your particular incisions. Obviously, what needs to be avoided at all costs is straining / popping an incision, 'bumping' an implant out of position, allowing an incompletely healed incision to become infected via contact, etc. Any of these can 'reset the recovery clock' by several weeks !!!

These are the boobs I want (feel like a weird thing to say)--
3808038081380823808338084
I love Lisa Hochstein's boobs (last photo).
None of those look even remotely natural, except the first perhaps--but she has much larger hips than you do and is clearly the 'voluptuous' type. Whereas you appear to be clearly the 'athletic' type, and that size (in the first picture) would not look at all 'natural' on you either. For your build the C would be ideal, IMO.
I've seen maybe 1 out of every 50-75 BAs that really looked 'natural', if not even less. And I am talking about women I knew before the BAs. I know a lot of 'civilian' women who are flat chested get very small implants and look very natural, but not usually in the clubs.
