7 days of logging food on MFP. It's the little victories. Doing shopping on Monday and continuing to try and maintain low carb, high fat and protein, plenty o' veggies. Doing crustless swiss and mushroom quiche, or cottage cheese and veggies for breakfast, miso with tofu, fake meat, egg salad, pumpkin seeds, green beans in butter, greek salad with tons of feta...etc. Eating healthy is delicious. Officially lost my taste for carbs after an incident with mac and cheese. Going to sneak in a couple corn tortillas before workouts.
Also trying to get on a new schedule of working out at least 2x/week and working 2x/week which gives me four days of high intensity burn.

Awesome HH keep up the awesome work!
My ex and I split up so the past week I could finally choose the food in the house, Im eating clean 90% of the time. I am officially down 30 lbs since June 15th and going strong. I walk my dog 4 times and each walk is usually 20-30 minutes. Once my period is over I am going to be adding some more workouts in. Im super happy with my progress right now. Im still big but I am slowly losing it ! :D

- getting back those dancer abs I used to have -- the abs I could literally bounce a quarter off of
- haven't been able to do full splits in yrs, after a groin injury from work. I want to do smtg abt that, improve it at least if not get back to being able to do them fully w/ no pain
- upper body needs WORK. Arms & shoulders were always my most problem area. I want to be like Djoser & be able to crank out handstand pushups! :worship: I was working my way up to that last fall, was maybe halfway there then kinda quit working at it after my last shoulder injury.
- full, controlled headstands (mostly there already, just can't keep my balance 100%) & eventually handstands.

I feel absolutely amazing. I also am 3 months clean from an opiate addiction as well so my entire world has completely changed. Instead of getting high and sitting around eating junk food I now go for runs, walk my dog at least 1.5 hrs a day, eat clean, no junk really, I feel like a whole new person. Im still pretty heavy but my energy levels are through the roof now. I have a zest for life again, as corny as that might sound. The past few years were really hard and I didnt take proper care of myself but now I am and I love it.

Tatbbw your after pic looks great! So im at 127 but im not trying get too small! My problem is this belly fat that i swear just magically popped up when i turned 30. I will get down to 120 and see how i look (im 5'4) hopefully when i get my boobs done it will take attention from this gut or flatten it because i feel my small chest brings eve more attention to my stomach. Worse comes to shove i will have to get lipo we will see. Im hearing it take 3 months at least to get rid of belly fat and for others to notice so i will let know of the results by jan 2015. Im trying to start back dancing by march 2015

My before and during so far - click the link to see the pic, won't upload directly to my post for some reason.Down 42 lbs :) I started Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution last week, I'm on the 7th workout today. It's making a HUGE difference. I already was able to ditch my 5lb weights for 8lbs. My upper arms have always been a huge problem area for me and they're toning up now, I'm seeing progress and everyone around me is telling me how good I look now. Can't stop, won't stop. I want to be stripper material next year so I can finally strip! I'm also going to be getting a breast augmentation when I'm at my goal weight. My dad already said he would lend me money for surgery for that and a tummy tuck so that's a huge motivator

TBBW You look incredible (though also originally super hot so kinda hard to compare). You lost a chin! it's just gone. And your neck looks so elegant- are those collar bones I see starting to peak out? Also I know the lighting is different but you skin is looking so lovely and your eyes look so big and shiny! Fuck yeah. Do you have any body pic comparisons for us, because it looks like your arms and tummy are feeling the pain of Jillian too, just hard to see in that photo?

I've been really excited about my recent weight loss. I had a really rough time earlier this year dealing with depression and booze and just a bad cycle of self loathing and being sick often.
I still get sick like once or twice a month but it's not like before. I gave up alcohol and lost about two pounds a week there on after. I went from 155 to 135.
I run 3 to 5 days a week until I get sick again so progress is hard.
I would like to gain muscle in my legs and butt. I liked how big my butt was before so I've got to build it now with muscle.

I've decided to join this thread, as I have some body goals that I too would like to work on. I want to lose about a pound a week (I pole and do crossfit). I am currently about 150 pounds and 5'4, so I'd like to be in the region of 130 of lean, toned muscle, along with some remaining curves of course :)
I have a diet and exercise plan, I just need to stick to it. I will take a proper pic later and post it, as all the pics I have are more on the sexy side so they don't show what I look like that well.

Want to get back to a lean version of my competition body I had in July. Wasted a bit too much muscle at the time to get down to size, so have gained a lot of fat back since then.
Current weight: 55kg/121lb
Goal: 50kg/110lb
Been on keto for a week and a half. Scales haven't moved but am seeing a difference in my abs, so still hopeful. Last few kg are always the hardest and took a diet day off on Saturday... Could not resist a sexy man, bottle of wine, and a lamb shoulder....
Doing Bikram/hot yoga every day.
Tempest, if you're still subscribed, you mentioned busting ass with gym sessions. What would you typical 90min set look like (roughly) if you don't mind me asking?

I do about 40 mins cardio (separate machines)in between I do my strength training for whatever part.
Example: Stairclimber 20 mins
Triceps and back day 3 sets 15 reps each at a higher weight as opposed to lower weight more reps
20mins ecliptical
Abs and stretch

IDK why I'm just now seeing this thread.
I'm currently at abouot 178 lbs and want to hit 145-150ish
A little over a year ago I was at 213 lbs so I've lost quite a bit thanks to the 17 day diet.
I'm 10 lbs heavier than I was a month ago thanks to holiday cheer lol.
So I'm going to start exercising daily right now and January 1st I'll be starting the 17 day diet again. I hope to reach my goal by May when I will hopefully be doing a bunch of trade shoots with other models.

This thread is awesome!! Super inspiring. I weighed myself for the first time in a year and I gained 40 lbs! I decided to cut out alcohol at work and have been tracking my diet on MFP for about a week. I also started exercising again. I have lost 50 lbs in 3 months before, I can do it again! It's high intensity, but it's fun and so worth it. I just need to overhaul my lifestyle.
Goal: To weigh 130, toned body, fit and sexy.
Routine: Walking for 2-4 miles 3x a week, running a mile 3x a week, renew my gym membership so I can work out whenever I want to, stretching daily, only water or club soda at work, 6 small healthy meals a day. I feel the most energized when I eat 6 meals a day.

Still chubby. Next goal is 20 pounds down through daily cardio. Reduced fruit and no chocolate. I struggle w that part.

To drop the 12 lbs I've gained after getting my boobs done and quitting sex work.
I'm on a 1200 cal a day diet at this point and have dropped 1 lbs in two weeks. My body is just refusing to let go of this weight. Hoping to lose the weight in the next two months. Need to add more exercise to the dieting routine.

Audrey, don't rush it. At this point you are still in a healing cycle and will retain some weight to feed that. Also remember, about 4 of those pounds are the implants themselves. A little extra on the hips may be a nice balance to the new size up top.

Perhaps you should try using a tape measure also, especially if your going to the gym and lifting. Its the inches and proportions that people notice.

I've been on the weight yo-yo from hell for years. I gain, then work hard to lose it then go back to bad habits. The smallest I've been is around 110 and that looks kind of bony on me. I think I look my best around 128-133, so that's my goal. All of my hottest clothes are that size, I got rid of all my "fat" clothes and now nothing fits but yoga pants and even my husband is saying I'm looking too fat for those now. I'm the biggest I've been in my life--but I lost 7 lbs and I can keep going. I've lost up to 50 lbs before, I can do it again.
I have an elliptical and I'm going to do it on alternate days with weight (resistance) training. Before I did it through body weight- sit ups push ups, planks etc., but I want to up the ante. I'm also using MFP and tracking daily. I quit smoking 6 months ago and that didn't help with the weight gain. Most of all I started drinking more heavily in the past year. My husband's an alcoholic so it's always around and I found myself drinking out of stress, and drinking at work too, drinking to relax on my days off, 3+ drinks most days, it really packed on the pounds quickly. I want to only have a couple of drinks on the weekends and I've cut out caffeine, cheese/all dairy except kefir, gluten and sugar or any sweeteners.
Not going to put on holiday pounds, just making enough food for a day or two. I've been making homemade kefir (water and milk) and it is really great for helping cut cravings. Juicing, eating organic, and doing the Candida diet which is really helpful. Lots of low starch veggies and organic meat/eggs. Went out of town and went off it for a couple of days and working on getting back into the zone. I'm semi-there. Glad to have this thread here for support and inspiration!

Audrey, just stick with you regular diet, maybe walk a little extra walking. With your BA you not only gained the implants but also the extra tissue that had to encapsulate them. The healing process will not be over until there is no discomfort from pressure on them or leaving them without support. Not only does the inscission make scar tissue but it completely surrounds each implant. That scarring is stiff and inflexible and isn't truly healed until most all of the discomfort goes away.
A good rule of thumb is pick a target weight and consume the calories to achieve that weight. Pick your target and multiply by 10 for a relaxed lifestyle, 11 for a more active lifestyle, and 12 for a very active lifestyle.
Whatever you feel was your ideal weight before, you should add at least 5 pounds for the added implants and tissue. If you restrict calories while healing your body will slow it's metabolism and shunt energy from other parts of your body to maintain healing.

Seriously just get you SO to go for a walk each evening after dinner and relax YOU LOOK GREAT!

I would like to get back to 104-112. Whatever looks best. I threw out the scale because it's too detrimental and gets me into bad binge/starvation cycles, which obviously leads nowhere. I started a low-carb/high protein diet a few days ago and I'm trying to eat foods with as few ingredients as possible. No processed junk (well, until I cut out my precious energy drinks HAH). I need to look good by the middle/end of January.

Thanks for the advice. I think part of it is, the implants are making me look larger-- not fatter just larger and it's making me feel like I've gotten fatter. My boyfriend says it looks like I've only gained a few pounds since I got them done, but to me it feels like a lot more. The last time I weighed myself was over 6 months ago and I'm 12 pounds up from there, but it's hard to say if I gained everything post implants.
So for the calories, I just multiply my goal weight by ten and then eat that? If so it's even less than 1200 (what I've been on) which I find hard to maintain.

Have you noticed a difference in all your clothes or just tops? If it's just tops then more than likely it's your funbags. If not, then more than likely you put on a few llbs. It's not the end of the world. Just keep doing what you're doing and don't go looking for a quick fix.
