Weighed myself this morning, I'm down 5 lbs! (Still have boobs too) When I was changing last night one of the girls said I looked like I had lost weight and I thought it was my spray tan. Tan always makes me skinny. I also think it's just because my never ending period, finally ended. But I'll take it. No matter what I have more motivation to get healthy now. I'll be getting some non cosmetic surgery done and want to have my body prepped.
Improvements I've made:
Cut back on my alcohol intake by eliminating shots! It was easier to do at home, all I had to do was get rid of my bottle of liquor. At work I tipped the bartender extra to not allow me or anyone else to buy me shots.
Pre made several meals for the week. Since we cut out most processed food, it is easier to take a couple of hours and prep 1 day a week. Sometimes the prep is good for 2 weeks worth of meals. I pre cut vegetables and meats, separated in their containers (some are pre-mixed veg for specific meals),and freeze. They are ready for me to just grab, thaw, and cook for dinners. Iake 1 batch of stew/dog food for the week (yes, even the dog has to eat healthy, it's horrible) and pick 1 meal for that night's dinner that will have enough leftovers for several lunches for my hubs to bring to work and me to just toss in the microwave.
Measured my bedroom. It is big enough for a pole! So I'm researching poles and seeing if there is one I can get that won't mess up my hardwood floors.
I've only been doing yoga once or twice a week so far since I've been so sick. So I have found an easy quick-fix. There are 'dance time' segments on the channels my kids watch. So I have started joining my kids for the 3 minute burst of movement. The kids love it, and it's better than sitting on the computer.
Keep up the hard work ladies!

I've lost 10 lbs since December 5. All I've really been doing is eating 1200 cal/ day, not very strict, usually more like 900-1500. I also go to the gym like 2 times/ week and work, of course helps. But I'm excited about it, since I gained 40 lbs over the past year just drinking too much alcohol. I also cut back on drinking at work, I'll only have 1 gin or vodka instead of 6 shots of Jameson and 5 Modelos, lol.
1200 cal/ day is what I'm comfortable eating, though. I eat 6 small meals usually, and find that 1200 works well for me, I'm always satisfied and I find that when I try to eat a square 2000, all I want to do all day is find food.

Hey, anyone wanna do myfitnesspal with me? I was on their boards looking for weight loss buddies, but it's difficult to explain to normal women that you need to be thinner and more fit for the entertainment industry. Everytime I put down that my goal weight was 115 (5'5) I got accused of an eating disorder. :(
PM me! :D

serious about losing 10 pounds ( or just look like i've lost 10 pounds, I'm not concerned with what the scale says just how i look). no more ice cream or pigging out at night, and lots of salads/chicken/eggs. taking long walks on the days that aren't raining and doing push ups and core exercises before bed. cutting back on the meds that made me gain 40 pounds, i'm on night 2 now. really hoping i can accomplish this within a few weeks because i HAVE to get back to work and right now i'm just a tiny bit too heavy to be comfortable. i still wanna keep my booty and nice full face though, i dont want to get below 135/140 or i start looking gaunt even at my shortish height

I want to do the Fast Metabolism Diet because I think that that is potentially what has gotten in the way of my progress, so I am going to start it once I am settled and let you know how it goes. I would love to lose the full 20lbs, but I'll also be good with about 15 or so.

I'm down ten pounds from 140 at 5'5". I don't weigh myself too often but would like to drop five more. I mostly am focusing on my tummy, gluten intolerance wrecked it. Dropping that has really made a difference. Im weight training twice a week, running and need to get back to yoga.

Lately I've been really rethinking my BG and I've come up with a list of things to do in somewhat order...I will be focusing on all of these over a 5 year stint and hustling most of my money from cam. Once I get to the point where I feel comfortable I plan on funding the rest with sugaring, and some other business ventures.
Lose 120.6lbs
Orthodontics
Reconstructive Jaw Surgery
Breast Lift- I'm thinking of possibly doing a Lift with fat transfer instead depending on how much fat I have once I get down to my weight goal.
Tummy Tuck/LIPO
Arm Lift
Brazilian Butt Lift- I have ass and I plan on doing lots of lunges and squats but I want a mountain booty like my mother without having kids so I'm going to get this done
Nose Job
Foot Surgery (Bunions, Arches)
Forehead Lowering Surgery
Eye Lift
Now I might just get a body lift instead of individual "lifts" so I can possibly get a package deal but I don't want to be under too long.
This is about $200k worth of work to be done so I better get hustling!

I am cleaning up my patio situation and getting to work on a fucking dark tan. I'm gonna wear tiny shorts all summer until my legs GLOW. Day job is also cutting into my boredom eating time, and I almost have a solid week on MFP. I think I'm around 125lbs right now after gaining a bunch in a depressive slump. Want to get down to 116. I'm stoked to start weight training again but I need to register for summer classes so I can use my gym membership.

i've been doing the "4 minute work out" 2 or 3 times a day..high intensity interval training i guess where i'll bust my ass for 4 minutes straight and my heart will be racing for quite some time and i'm doing it all at home with a 5 pound weight. its been a week or so and i can already see a difference! my butt is even perkier and my tummy is getting flatter..my back fat is all but gone! ( ok that sounded gross, i dont have a ton of back fat, just a tiny little bit in certain positions but i want it completely gone)

I'm still hovering at 130 but feel really skinny fat right now. I got sick and then got food poisoning and haven't been eating clean at all or working out because my abdomen was so painful the whole week after the food poisoning. Buuut starting today I'm back on track with my diet. I also bought an xpole and put it up Saturday and that should help to whip me into shape and make more money. :D
I want to go from this 41291
To this 41292
Or maybe even this 41293

I want to lose 100lbs. It sounds like a lot but in reality that's only 3 dress sizes for me cos I'm tall and carry the weight well.
started a loose weight watchers diet today. Loose in that I'm treating this as a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix diet.
Planning on getting a mini tummy tuck and maybe implants to fill out any loose breast skin once I get to my goal weight. I'd rather not get a breast lift so hoping to avoid that.
I've lost 7lbs in the past few weeks by half arsed watching what I ate so just imagine how much I will lose when I really try!
I have a charity shop bought fitness bike I'll be riding every day as well as zumba classes and walking everywhere.
Let's do this!

Down 5 more pounds. Still have boobs. Going into surgery tomorrow, so I'll probably just gain it back.
I've started an actual schedule. Waking up early, going to bed earlier. I'm eating way less junk. Going outside with my kids. In general trying to get ready for healthy eating and exercising after I recover.

I'm down 5 pounds . Goal is another 8-10 more ( or a little less if I get muscle going ).
I have never gained weight in my life other than the last 1.5 -2 years. I feel like I gained in such a weird way ( boyfriend is big / athetic so he always is eating and it influenced bad habits with me ). I've got a handle on it now . I'll just not eat even if he is if I'm not hungry , I do smaller portions, I'm doing sacks of raw veggies a lot , and I'm cooking at home more to better control portions / reduce food waste .
I've altered my lifestyle so there's more physical activity. I could spend 6-7 hours a day at a computer ( I own a business ). One large alteration I did was to hire out a couple hours of this work a day and keep all the physically active tasks for myself to do !
I have a lot more activity built into my week now than before but I may run my 8-10 pound loss goal by a trainer because I don't know how fast I should aim to do this ( I'm thinking slow ... 4-5 months ) and I want someone who can advise on nutrition / exactly how much to do if I'm not seeing results because I LOVE specifics / timelines.

My new goals are:
Short-term -- get my fractured feet healed (August-ish)
Mid-term -- drop the almost 15lbs I gained in bootcamp (Oct-November)
Long-term -- get back into decent pole/military shape. ETA approx. 1yr.
These time frames I'm guestimating don't include the possibility of surgery to repair the ligaments in my feet -- that would tack on an extra 2-3mo of time in casts & then any additional time for physical therapy. ITM I am going to start swimming & doing non-impact upper-body/core work while I wait on my feet to heal, break up my eating into several smaller meals & maintain my re-discovered average of 6-7 litres of water daily.

I simply wanna go back to working out 3-4 times a week. I had to decrease the frequency and intensity of my work outs during the 5 months I was taking Accutane, I finished a month ago and have been sick since, so I stopped going to the gym.
I weighted myself recently, and went from 115 pounds to 105... :(
I am naturally petite, when I stop working out I don't get fat but I lose a lot of muscle and become flabby... I want to gain back the weight I lost.

I started on the Way of Gray program. It is actually amazing, I feel so much better already. My goal is as always, kick those extra 20lbs out the door.

Time to revive this thread! We all need a little motivation from others to get us going sometimes, and it's great when we can all share our goals and achievements together!
My current goal is to comprise my diet of 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat every day. I need to eat at least 164 grams of protein!
I want to be able to wear a t-back thong by the end of summer, and not have it make my butt look flatter.
I also am aiming to squat 175 pounds by the end of summer, and bench press 100.
What are your goals ladies? Let's keep this going!

I'll be honest, I'm addicted to thinspo. Not the uber skinny ones but not the "fit" ones with abs either. Like right in the middle. Kinda like this I guess?

mayyybe that's a little thin but it's goals for me. I want a flat tummy, lifted butt and no love handles. Cutting out alcohol and watching my calories helped me lose 7 lbs in 3 weeks. I thought I'd drop more but whatever I'll take it.
Currently I eat around 1,200 cals a day and I walk for a half hour at least. I could be doing way more but my anxiety has gotten the best of me this week. I get too lightheaded. Sooooo ultimate goal is to lose 20 lbs and be toned af....when I get around to it....any day now lol
