I'm thinking of joining TTM, but the 30-day mandatory chatline 300 minutes thing is throwing me off a bit. It sounds potentially both infuriating and also kind of fun.
For people who have signed up AFTER they implemented that process, what was it like? How much time did you ACTUALLY have to sit on the chatline to make your 300 minutes? What were the guys like and how long was the typical call? Anything you can share about that process, I'd appreciate!

I've been trying to do the odd hour here & there on the chat line & I've ended up missing several full paid & a few Direct Connection calls because I've been pre-occupied listening & leaving messages that I missed the pop up alerting me to a call.
Yesterday I discovered you can turn your phone availability off when we're on the chat line, but what's the point of that? I was doing it to try & supplement my income & it's just ended up hurting it. I also got a warning banner yesterday to let me know I've missed 50 percent of my calls in the last 7 days - It's because of the chat line so, I'm not doing it anymore. It's not worth risking my account for.
It would be better if we could use two separate phone numbers - one for chat line & the other for premium calls & that way I wouldn't miss the calls if my phone rang.
I'm going to suggest it to them later because I've got quite into doing chat line & it does help pass some time but it's ended up losing me money overall.

Been doing it for years with no issues. Just have call waiting on your phone. You can easily do both the phones and chat line together at the same time. Hell I've even mastered being super quick with switching over to hit 4 or 1 to keep the system rolling while on a site call so when I'm done with the call, I can go back to the chat line for the same per min rate I called in on as I usually dont call in till its showing 0.50/0.60 and I dont miss any of my messages or connection requests.

Been doing it for years with no issues. Just have call waiting on your phone. You can easily do both the phones and chat line together at the same time.
Some people have VOIP numbers on TTM and some of those voice over IP numbers don t allow call waiting. I don t know if that s the case for everyone.

There's definitely some glitch because tonight it happened again. I was on a live chat line call with someone and at exactly the same time someone tried to call one of my listings.
I quickly ended the chat line call, but it was too late the premium caller was leaving a message - so I ended losing two calls.
In my log, they're both recorded as calling at exactly the same time.
Do you ladies use landline call waiting? I've never used a call waiting service, but tbh I'm done with chat line now - I'm losing too many calls, I'm about to lose my account if I'm not careful & the guy I lost tonight is a good caller.

What do you mean calling at the exact same time? If you are already on the chat line, no one is calling at the same time.... Do you mean direct connect? Where the system calls you if a call comes in to the direct connect que? If so, dont do direct connect, just uncheck it. Work the chat lines only while waiting. I hate direct connect, you could have tons of messages and connection requests lined up from the chat line and as soon as someone comes in off the direct connect, it hangs up on you when done and you lose all your hard work on the chat line portion.

I use call waiting on my mobile phone number, don't use my landline. When I was on the chat lines, calls from TTM could come in anytime I was in a paid connection request from the chat lines, if that s what you mean.

The other listings ARE supposed to go busy when you're on a TTM call (not the chatline). I've had it happen a few times where I am on a call and ANOTHER TTM call comes through on my call waiting! And it's not like both guys tried calling me at the same time. I'll be on the first call for quite a few minutes before the second call comes through. It's happened 3 or 4 times now in the last 6 months. Very frustrating.

For me, whenever I was on a paid connection request on the chat lines, it never put me on Busy on TTM and the regular TTM calls could come in on my call waiting line whilst I was talking to someone on the chat lines.
It put me on busy on TTM when I was on a direct call, though but never on the chat lines.
About call waiting, in my country kinda all service providers offer it, so when you are on a call, there is always a second line open and you can see and hear the second call coming through and decide which call to keep or even make a conferrnce between them. This way, you never miss a call. Can be disabled or enabled in the mobile phone settings. Same for the landlines too though I don t remember how you check the settings there.

I just signed up for TTM. Tried to do the chat line and it called me, but I was unable to take the call due to a temporary phone issue and its recorded on my phone as a missed call. Now I can't get the chat line to call me again - it says ALERT - CALL IN PROGRESS. But of course...there is no such call in progress. I've tried turning data and wifi on my phone on and off, I've tried logging out and then back in on TTM...nothing works. Apparently I've already messed up my TTM without taking a single call. :-( I feel so dumb.

Edit: I was able to fix it by calling my own phone from another phone. So I guess it was my phone and not TTM? So weird...I have no idea. LOL

When you miss a call from the chat line, it marks it as a missed call and locks you out of the chat line for 30 mins. After 30 mins you can connect to the chat line again.

Customer service said it isn't a glitch & that I need to use call waiting if I want to be logged on for TTM calls & take chat line calls at the same time.
Anyway, I have got a call waiting function, I just found it in my phone settings - I had no idea it was even there.
I think I'll wait though & get my call percentage back up before I go back on the chat line & test out my call waiting function.

If it happens to you, just write to customer support and tell them that a second call came through while you were already on a call. They can see on their end that it happened, and they won't ding you for a missed call.

What the fuck is this new damn feature about missed calls and being threatened with account deactivation? In the last 7 days i have had 8 calls and i missed 2 calls. All, i repeat ALL of my profiles call acceptance rate is greater than 86%.! Wtf ttm!
This was not here a few days ago. Who else is pissed off about this new feature? I hope all of you contact support in let them know we don’t appreciate this unnecessary pressure.
This is what i wrote them.
So i have a comment that i would like to say about your new feature of being threatened about accounts being deactivated if you miss a certain amount of calls.
So i logged into my account to the message of you have missed more than 25% of calls in the last 7 days....blah blah. What i have to say is 7 days is Oct. 3rd to Oct. 9th, in those 7 days I have had a total of 8 calls. Just 8 calls! And i missed 2 calls. Thats it!
Across all of my profiles I have 1) 88%, 2) 91%, 3) 87%, 4) 89% call acceptance rate since I have started working foe you guys 2 years.
I completely understand from a business point of view how missed calls can hurt your business and how you would want to provide a positive experience for your customers. But i think you all have fell to take in to account the models who are logged in for 20+ hours like I am but still get a small amount of calls. We cant control call volume. Life happens 1 or 2 missed calls are not an issue. If you choose to judge models based on just 1 or 2 missed calls out of the small amount of calls they received your going to loose ALOT of Models.

Hi. This happened to me as well. 2 calls same time. I miss the popup from webchat and it would be good if they could do one for calls too. The popup who is shown above all other pages. That one would be good. I lost so many webchats not seeing that. It is frustrating to stay on the same page for hours.

It is low, but guys do have to pay for every message they send (unlike NF) so it adds up. I do lots of texting on there while I take calls on two platforms and my own phone sex sites.

I'm pleased that they're bringing a new Skype plugin - I just wish they would allow us the freedom to increase our Skype rates to what we want without having to ask.
I've never thought of connecting over wifi for phone - I might try that out. My wifi signal is always strong, so might be better.
Thanks for posting this Blue, there are some good tips there that you don't always think to do like turning off voice mail. I need to do this if I can work out how to on my phone :)

And not only $2 when a guy send you his pics (some guys send me 20 pics for that amount) over the message system.

I personally think the amount we get per text is BS. I average about $7/hour when texing which is NUTS.
Sure I can juggle some other things, but not really, as I do have to focus on what the guy is saying.
On another texting site I make $1/text (net) & I already complained to TTM that we should be allowed to increase our rate per text. So far they haven't done that.

Yeh I don't like that the guy can send TONS of pics for $1.
On the other site it's $1 or $2 (you decide) per PIC. I complained to TTM about this too & now I tell my guys I will only accept one pic per message or only open one pic per message.
It's not fair to us that they do this.
I don't have a problem with them sending pics via message vs the texting platform so long as I can choose how much to charge.
I have on idea why they removed it.

I wish we could rate these guys as well. I just had an asshole rate me 2 stars & I have no idea why. If you don't like the girl, you don't like her, but unless she's NOT doing her job, you shouldn't rate someone 2 stars. That's just mean.
It's rare this happens to me, but it still sucks.
Anyway, I'm sure you guys are getting this asshole - Assman1999
He starts the text & disapears or texts you once & disappears so he's never charged.
When I realized he does this to EVERYONE b/c he did it on all 3 of my profiles a few months back, I reported him, but they obviously don't care b/c he's still around & he did it to me again today.
I just blocked him, but if he's doing it to you guys & we all report him, they should ban him, no?
He's a waste of our time & stressing out models isn't good for biz overall.
I regret signing up and doing their chatline. I only can make money with the chatline now. I get absolutely no calls to my profiles. I'm just gonna get my payout and call it a day.

I think this is more a tactic to try and flush out any one who has been around a while getting the higher percentages. I don't even know what the phone rate is now for new hires. I'm now militant about logging off even if I'm going to be just in the other room. And when guys rings for those 1-2 minute calls I'm happy since it bumps up my answering %. Going for zero missed calls though I expect that I may get dropped for any reason they want to dump me.
But its missing 25% in a 7 day period ? I think? And I am sure calls used to get put through twice if you didn't grab it the first time, but his is no more?
And what is going on in a guys heads that a week ago their smoke alarm battery was beeping in the background and it's still beeping tonight?
And thank god I never got swept up over into cougars.com because that shit looks dead. Does anyone use it?

I've got 3 listings on Cougars & I have had a few calls on there & one was a very long call with a really nice caller that just wanted to someone to just talk about regular stuff really, but I've not had a call for a while on there.
I just created quite basic listings though with a view making them more enticing when I get enough time to do it. I find a lot of working maintaing my listings - I don't how some Ladies go on managing dozens of them ;)
I think it's certainly worth creating at least one listing on Cougars & I think it will improve with time.

Yes , it's all combined. When you make money on Cougars, it will automatically update in your TTM dashboard & vice - versa. Cougars are just an extension of TTM.
If your listing is busy on cougars then it should show busy on TTM.
To create your cougar listings, you just log on with your TTM credentials & click create a listing just like on TTM. It's a very similar layout but not exactly the same. You have to create a listing before you can upload a photo on Cougars, but you can have 3 live listings on it - so 6 live altogether.
They have an option for Skype block bookings too - So I imagine the will have the plugin available on that site also when its ready.

These guys are getting more & more irritated if you don't get their cock hard within 30 secs.
I had a regular call me & hang up on me after less than one minute b/c he was of no help in the conversation & I was getting nowhere with my questions.
Not sure if people know or not, but guys who jerk many times a day have serious psychological & physical issues & can't get hard easily.

Yeh, I miss that feature especially b/c twice in the last week their IVR wouldn't recognize my 1 when I pressed it & their voice recognition doesn't work for me.

I messaged support asking this but they haven't replied yet.
So one of the broken issues with both sites reading the info from one another is the webchat.
I turn it on on TTM & it doesn't show up as on on Cougar. I reported this over a month ago & they still haven't fixed it.
Also, the other day I realized someone messaged me on Cougar & it never showed up on TTM. I only realized it was there when someone on TTM messaged me & when I clicked on the envelop I could see there was another 1-2 messages & that freaked me out, as it had been a few days.
I don't do much of anything on Cougar unless I get a customer contacting me. I do log in, but that clearly doesn't matter/help. But still, I never saw the envelop when I logged into Cougar & their DING when you get a new message works sometimes & other times it doesn't.
Also, they used to send out e-mails when you got a message & I only realized just a few minutes ago that has stopped.
So be aware there are some glitches between both sites recognizing one another beyond ALL the other bugs on the site I have reported.

Ok do they usually call the phone line as a “routine,” check? They grilled me for not saying hello fast enough...ew.

Like I said hello 1 second after getting connected to make sure I was actually connected cause my calls drop on this site from time to time.

Who called you, TTM or a guy?
I've never had them test me like that & I don't say hello right away b/c I'm trying to get the clock ticking so they get charged.
But I would never wait 1 full minute. The guy would hang up.
They usually say hello first, but not always.

Yeh this is a bug I've reported for the last 2-3 years.
It's a bit better now, but still not 100% all of the time, & the new webchat they came out with is very buggy both to my Chrome as well as my entire computer.
I've had to reboot at least two different times just b/c of their webchat software & I don't get webchats often.
Sometimes I hear it, other times I don't & I miss making money b/c of that.
Which browser are you using?

If I'm in the middle of typing either in the webchat, or even on their site in the notes area for the guy & the guy webchats me, it will screw up the entire site/message, I'll have to save the notes, then go back in & continue typing b/c it moves the cursor, stops it from being able to type, etc.
I've never ever encountered such problems before, but like it was mentioned in another thread on this site, these companies use the cheapest least knowledageable programmers to program & the worst GWDs to deisgn their sites, & we & even the customers have to pay the price. :(
Moreso us b/c we lose the money either b/c the customer is so frustrated he leaves, or we waste our time & our time is worth money.
