I find that I get too sweaty and gross under all my lights if I wear too much makeup during sessions.
My usual routine:
-A light concealer on any dark spots & around eyes
-Eyeliner
-Mascara
-Fill in my brows.
-Nude lipstick and gloss
I go for the Girl Next Door look so natural makeup does the trick! Plus the encoder on SM gives you that airbrushed look already! I wear a lot more makeup in my everyday life surprisingly!
Oh and a bit awkward but I put powered foundation to cover up any razor burns and bumps on my coochie lol ::)

I do 'stage makeup'. I get washed out in my lights, so a partial cat eye/winged eyeliner, black mascara, white/coral eyeshadow for highlighter, brows filled in, red lipstick, blush, highlighter, bronzer.
Sometimes powder and concealer.

Nothing too exciting!
Moisturiser
Revlon Photoready foundation (I do like this one!)
Concealer under eyes and top of nose
Sometimes rosy blush, sometimes not
Lots of black liquid eyeliner on my top lid (sometimes with flicks, sometimes not!)
Lots of black mascara (using False lash effect Fusion by Max Factor at the moment, and it's pretty good)
Eyebrows! I'm a natural blonde so I need them!!
False eyelashes when I can be bothered, but sometimes not
Lipgloss or lipstick
I'm using eyeshadow less and less often as I don't think it is anywhere near as important as the rest.

I tend to wear a lot of makeup normally (goth while not on cam) on cam I do full glam, moisturizier, primer, foundation, powder, concealer/blush/contour, bronzer, liquid eyeliner, mascara on top lashes only, brow highlighter, eyeshadow only in light purple, dark green, white, black, or anything from the naked palette. All other colors seem to look wretched. I do lipliner in a blush or nude, then ALWAYS a pink lipstick, blush/hot pink/baby pink - pink is the best for me! It doesn't show up harsh if you accidentally get it on teeth with a bj or whatever but it isn't so nude that it looks like you have no lips. Very pretty and natural. I ALWAYS have gloss on. Slather it on
And natural looking false lashes made of real human hair! I tried the cheap ebay ones from china, they feel like plastic on the lids

Just chapstick or maybe lipgloss. Ive never had the ability or drive or patience to learn how to redo my whole face.

Honestly my make up routine is all about what I feel like today and if I work day/night. When I have natural light it works better with very little make up (yet foundation, blush, mascara and lip balm), when I work during nights (and I somehow love working during nights) I put a lot, because I feel like the lamps are stealing the brightness, I have big eyes and big lips but they aren't there with the lamps. With the lamps I most of the times sit with my video on (not in a free chat ofc) and just add more using video as my mirror. And yes I never wear that much in RL: foundation, blush, bronzer, eye liner, eye shadow, mascara sometimes fake lashes, lip liner, lip stick. Think of drag queen make up routine (I love watching drag queen make up tutorials on youtube :))
What works better...it is always different, some guys are so clueless about make up so even fake lashes+red lips might look "natural" to them...many guys love red lips.
I love make up, but not the cam make up, this one I can do with my eyes closed and it takes like 5-10 mins.

Ahh and I also have fake nails always, I had a naughty childhood and with all those cuts, sticking fingers in the doors and etc, my natural nails look terrible.
Luckily I have one amazing like everything for 1 buck store, where you can buy loads of terrible cheap stuff, they sell those fake nails and fake lashes, which look amazing. I go shop there and buy like 5 packs of nails and lashes all the time.
Btw, I always cut one fake lash in 2 pieces and wear them only on the outer part of my eyes, this way they look great and somehow hard to notice they are even there.

I've started enhancing my eyes and lips more for the cam with liner, shadow, mascara and lipstick. I go with what I'm wearing that day. I usually wear dresses and heels so I can go pretty dramatic with makeup if I want to go that route but I prefer less because makeup starts to melt after a few shows.
A trick to stop mascara from smudging below your eyes is to go over them again with a clean mascara brush after you've put on mascara.

I used to do smokey eyes and false lashes, but lately all I do is draw my brows on and put mascara on. I'm too lazy. I don't care. I notice no difference in my income.

I've been toning down the makeup too. I don't bother with blending, contouring, or hell, even foundation/concealer any more, unless my skin is nasty. Mostly just mascara eyeliner eyebrows face powder a little highlighter/blush and lipstick. Voila.
The 'whore makeup' I used to do made my face feel sooooo greasy, especially when it's hot. Plus I get a ton of pimples when I cover every pore with a thick chemical goo for hours at a time. What's more attractive, a fully made up face or a lack of oozing acne? I say option 2.

I'm too much of a perfectionist that trying to do anything fancy at all with makeup drives me nuts (and yeah, eyeliner and shadow and what is that, blush? That's fancy shit!) so I pretty much stick to lip stain and a nice chapstick. When my skin starts breaking out (cause my body still thinks it's 16) I'll use some of that smart-pigment concealer, just sort of smear it on like sunscreen. Every now and then if I wanna get glamorous I'll use mascara.

I do full makeup with foundation, eyebrow filling, 4 eyeshadows blended, cat eyes eyeliner, contouring and lipstick. I actually want to try toning it down and see how the guys react. The constant battle I'm having to fight against with acne from all the makeup is annoying plus I'm thinking about changing my hustle to a more kinky girl next door vibe from the absolute sex kitten thing I've got going on. Any other girls change their online persona? How did it effect your customers/traffic?
Wash+moisturize (ALWAYS before putting on makeup!)
Urban Decay anti-aging eye primer on eyelids and under eyes
for foundation I use BareMinerals complexion rescue, mostly under my eyes and problem areas
BareMinerals powder all over
Physician's formula eyeliner
curl my eyelashes
DiorShow lash primer (my favorite product ever!!! makes every mascara amazing, lengthens and thickens your eyelashes. plus one tube lasts forever. a must-have!)
DiorShow overcurl mascara when I can afford it, otherwise Cover Girl clump crusher or Physician's Formula bb mascara in the white tube
Benefit Dallas bronzer for my cheekbones and sometimes down the sides of my nose to make it look slimmer
Revlon colorstay lip liner and whatever lipstick or lip gloss I have lying around
then Bare Minerals mineral veil to set everything. sometimes I spray urban decay makeup setting spray to keep everything on if I'm sweaty

I do not cam anymore, but when I did, I kept it simple.
Kept up on spray tans because I am mega pale and I would have looked way too washed out otherwise. Foundation to even out my skintone and eye makeup. Usually just eye shadow and mascara to make my eyes pop but sometimes eyeliner too.
Not really ever any lipgloss or anything on my lips. Just tried to make what I think is my best feature stand out the most lol while still keeping it somewhat natural.

I find false eyelashes are the main one for me, I also use a lot of lip liner tricks and on cam it completely changes their shape - works well with a bit of foundation used as layering - make up's my main focus really. :)

I'm Gyaru (if no one knows what that means; it's a Japanese sub-style/culture with many different genres. the main focus is doll eyes, spikey lashes, lots of obvious contouring, decorative nails, and certain [usually sexy] fashion style), so my make up routine is pretty specific, I never really go off and try anything different, and I do this almost every day, camming or not.
-Eyebrow filling/faux dying
-Foundation highlight on eyes, cupids bow, and chin
-Concealer under eyes and on bridge of nose
-Skin tone foundation to cover temporary dark spots and contour sides of nose
-cream blush on cheaks
-Set face with translucent powder
-Sculpt face with bronzer/dark powder to give the illusion of a pointier chin and slimmer face
-Line waterline with white pencil
-line underneath waterline with black pencil and inner corner of top eyelid
-liquid liner wing from the end of my outer corner eye, cut across underneath bottom eyelashes and add fake lash streaks
-Apply spiky, acrylic lashes
-Stain center of lips with pink, dab off
-apply lip gloss in the middle
AND BAM

Can anyone recommend a good moisturizer for normal/slightly dry skin? My face is breaking out due to me not taking off my makeup when I get off cam (I know pure laziness) so I'm letting my skin rest and am trying to make a better more protective makeup plan for when I go back. Also my brown skinned models, any advice on how not to look shiny under the lights when using a liquid foundation. I find I start looking bacon greasy after a few shows :(.

I don't have dry skin, but an oily T-Zone.
Honestly I use Gold Bond Ultimate Lotion for my face at night.
It's freakin' magical.
I used it on my hands when I would excessively wash my hands after doing anything. My skin was dry, cracked and peeling and within 5 days, my skin looked and felt like a baby's.
Also, use a cream cleanser. It doesn't foam/bubble up and dry your skin out more than it has to.
I actually will use a bar of soap to wash my face sometimes because it dries my skin out more, so like... no shine throughout most of the hot days.
To not look shiny under lights, use a transulcent face powder and keep it by your cam space. Powder up during breaks, or get one of the oil blotting sheets.
This is what I do for my T-Zone and undereyes.
