Ok, seriously this is DELISH, & good for you: barley, quinona, & red rice mix w olive oil & sea salt, Archer Farms brand, from Tar-jay, one of their store brands. In the frozen section. Soo good!
Also: Idk who mentioned what nutrition bars, but I LOVE Quest brand from Vitamin Shoppe. Only 2 gr of sugar, 20 of protein, in 13 varieties. My personal fav. is Cashew/Coconut.

red, green, yellow peppers: slice them all up & put them in a container. Easy to snack on with yogurt or hummus. Bake in oven for 30 min at 350 with drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Once cooked you can add to sandwiches with goat cheese, add to cooked pasta with a squeeze of lemon juice & shredded parmesan cheese.

Buy a package of skinless, boneless chicken breast or thighs. Marinate for 30 minutes or over night with juice from 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of Olive oil, salt & pepper to taste. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You can add that pasta, salads, sandwiches, soups, or add a cooked veggie.

A good bargain & easy to cook. Steam in the bag Brown rice. Found in frozen department to quickly make brown rice for the day. :)

Mushrooms, onions, zucchini sliced up into bite size pieces are easily cooked in a pan with a bit of olive oil, salt & pepper. Or put into oven & bake a bunch up at 350degrees for 30 minutes drizzle olive oil over first, salt & pepper to taste. Make up a bunch & store in frig. You can add to pasta, eat as a side to any meal.

Cherry tomatoes taste delish when you bake in the oven with Olive oil, salt, pepper & drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.

At the end of the week. EASY to make a soup out of chicken & any veggie you cooked up earlier that week. Box of chicken stock maybe more depending on how big the pot is. Add all the veggies & cooked chicken cut up into bite size pieces. YOU can add frozen spinach or Kale for added flavor & greens. Bring to boil, reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15 to 30 minutes. Taste, add salt & pepper to taste. You can easily freeze this & keep it for a day you don't feel so good too. It is my go to recipe anytime I feel a cold or flu coming on. I make a big pot & heat up in microwave whenever I get hungry.

Grocery List: tri-colored peppers, 4 lemons, 1 or 2 onions, package of button mushrooms, 2 zucchini, package of cherry tomatoes, salad mix of your choice/olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, goat cheese, parmesan cheese, 2 boxes of chicken stock, big package of boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, frozen kale or spinach, 2 frozen steam-in-bag brown rice, bread, hummus, greek yogurt, pasta of your choice(instructions on how to cook it on the bag.)

It should get you through most of the week. Pick a day. Go to grocery store, come home & cut all the veggies. You will need several cookie sheets & I always put parchment paper to line them to make cleaning up easier. You can bake all the food in one day, let it get to room temp then store in containers or zip lock bags to put away in frig & warm up or add to salad, bread or pasta during the week.

Good Luck,
Sam

I don't know if anyone else is loving cereal as much as I do, but I'm adding a delicious find called KRAVE chocolate. I eat it as a snack w/milk at night. Sooo delish, and satisfies the sweet tooth.:hungry:
I have my fav breakfast cereals, but I'm open to some suggestions for new ones to try.
What are some of your favorite cereals?

Haluski! (basically cabbage and noodles)

Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage
2 onions
1/2 stick of butter or olive oil
1 12 oz. bag of noodles, (I prefer wide)
(add 1 pound of bacon as an option)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
(if your adding bacon then cook your bacon first)
1. In a large fry pan or dutch oven, On low heat, melt butter (or bacon fat).
2. Rinse cabbage, and remove any outer leaves that look damaged.
3. Cut onions and place in the pan of melted butter or the bacon grease, turn up heat to medium so they begin to lightly brown.
4. Keep an eye on the onions and reduce heat to lowest setting once golden.
5. On a cutting board place the cabbage core side up. (facing you).
6. With a large sharp knife, slice cabbage about 1/2 inch sections from right to center core.
7. As you slice, scoop up cabbage sections and place in pan also.
Turn the cabbage and repeat this process until all that is left is the core.
8. Once all cabbage is in pan, turn up heat to medium/high and stir frequently until cabbage begins to brown and cook down.
9. add dashes of salt and pepper as you stir
10.Once cabbage and onion are nicely caramelized reduce heat to low and drain off any liquid that has accumulated.
11.Cook noodles according to package directions for aldente and drain well.
12.Add well strained noodles. If they are in one big clump, do not worry, they will break up as you stir them.
the important thing is that they are well strained of any water.
13.Add noodles to pan (and bacon bits) drizzle a little olive oil over them to help them brown.
14.Once thoroughly mixed and the noodles also have begun to caramelize, turn off heat.
15. Salt and pepper to taste but don't forget the salt shaker on the table, some like it saltier than others.

So I have my eating plan down:

Morning: Oatmeal, with sweetner and green tea

Snack: Orange or whatever other bit of fruit I choose to eat/veg dippers and humus

Lunch: Marinated chicken pieces with salad

Snack: Chunky cottage cheese on a rye cracker

Dinner: Marinated chicken piece with salad

Anything after this will be carb free, such as humus, or extra veggies, or tea etc. Hopefully I can keep to this plan and that it will provide me with enough energy for the long hours etc. I'll switch the menu up every so often so as not to get bored etc.

The only cereal I eat is all bran. Usually for breakfast or dinner. When I have that it's either with yogurt or diet milk and some fruits like pineapple and plums.

Fruits are always a good choice for a snack, but that's just me.

I'm a big fan of anything that doesn't get stuck between your teeth. (I mean, you could always turn that into a fetish video or something...). But I love those little single serving yogurts. It still looks cute on cam to eat and guys might dig the spoon licking thing.

Oh, and garbanzo beans. The canned kind are cheap, and good protein content, but fill you up like a carb.

Trader Joe's is my fav! I'm thinking places like Fresh and Easy and Whole Foods might have some good options. I usually go to TJ's once a week to pick up fruit, frozen, and ready to heat meals and snacks. :)

Apples, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple, pumpkin seeds, honey, peanut butter, fair trade chocolate, cheddar, dried fruits, nitrate free cold cuts/sausages, tea eggs, hard boiled eggs, canned tuna/salmon with sourdough toast and butter, greek yogurt, full fat yogurt, potato chips fried in avocado oil, kimchi...pretty much are my snacks when I get hungry. I follow a WAPF-ish diet (http://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/abcs-of-nutrition/dietary-guidelines/). Eat only when hungry which means some days I only eat 2 meals, other days 5 meals with a variance in calories everyday. I think that's what keeps my metabolism up.

Breakfast I eat gluten free cereal with fruit and yogurt if I'm hungry. Lunch is usually a open face sandwich. Dinner is usually Chinese or Korean dishes. Snacks are the above. I drink about 2 large mugs of tea a day...I like Numi and Teaopia loose leaf teas.

I take supplements sometimes when I feel like it mostly fermented cod liver oil, gelatin, vitamin k, dmannose and bee propolis.

Spsssst: Get a rice cooker/steamer. It's soooooo worth it. The brand I have is an Aroma 20 cup. I think I paid around $30 bucks for it at wally world. Love it.

Something super quick that I do all the time is I'll take leftover rice, toss it into a pan with pre-heated sesame oil, throw in whatever types of onion I have on hand (I'm partial to red), add an egg, scramble that through, and ta-da! Easy fried rice. To that, I can top it with steamed veggies like broccoli or for a real protein kick, I top it with black beans. If I'm feeling less veg-friendly, I'll top it with tuna or Tyson sells a 5 lbs bag of cooked dice chicken (frozen section) and I heat that up and add it in.

I also buy the Starbucks Fraps from 7-11 and keep extras if I need one before a late night camming session. Yay caffeine! Not exactly the healthiest thing but super fast and easy for a nice pick me up. I was going to crash out early instead of cam but I drank one and stayed up to make $230 so they def help! ;)

I don't have many dinner ideas but my doctor gave me these amazing pamphlets for SUPER QUICK breakfast and lunch ideas! :D

There's a site called ChooseMyPlate.gov, and they have this super cool little plate that splits your 5 food groups - Veggies, Fruits, Grains, Protein, & Dairy.

The best part is they have tons of different pinterest boards that shows images of all the food in the plate!

Has anyone had to do jury duty? Or anything else which requires You to be someplace for long amounts of time, without the ability of leaving the room? I just got picked, and the judge refused to let me out of it because of my 'poverty', and self-employment excuse.:'(
I need ideas of what to pack (besides water), for the long days during the time I am sitting in court... waiting.
' I have really bad hypoglycemic, and need to eat something every 3 hours.

I absolutely love cooking casserole dishes. They can be put in the oven and hour or so before the boyfriend comes home and it's ready when he walks in the door, with only 1 cooking dish to wash.

One of my favourite places to find quick recipes is cookingwithcampbells.com and kraft.com, they have a search parameter based on prep time and cooking time (I hate cooking for more than an hour total, I get bored and frustrated).

Glam, I just had to do this on the 20th of Oct. and it sucked!!! I hope you get a quick trial depending on how things work there. Maybe you could make some nut bars with honey? I don't have the recipe off the top of my head but I made a whole cookie sheet pan worth of bars once and it was delicious. I used various seeds I had in the house, like pumpkin, sunflower, etc. They should at least give you a lunch break around noon so you can keep larger food items in your car.

PS. If you start eating low carb (less than 20 grams of carbs per day) you will cure your hypoglycemia in a few weeks and you'll be able to go the whole day without eating, if needed. :)

Some people love jury duty and some don't at my last vanilla job--I got the federal jury duty. I was seated--then dismissed at the end of the day. I think the prosecution team wanted me gone. There were some really nice looking agents for eye candy though --off subject. I need some more food ideas since I haven't been shopping for 2 weeks

I highly suggest you stick with things that have a long last effect (things like peanut butter, eggs, milk, cheese). Going with anything short lasting (simple sugar items) will make your blood sugar spike high and basically crash.

Licorice root is the herb recommended by Naturpaths for hypoglycemia. It rapidly raises low blood sugar to overcome feelings of hunger, sugar cravings, shakiness, mental confusion and irritability associated with hypoglycemia.

I use the smaller one for meals I dont want to cook a lot of, like tonight I made beef tips and will only have dinner and some leftovers for the tmrws lunch. I use the big one for stuff I am going to cook a lot of and freeze for 4+ nights of meals

Thanks for the thread ladies! I went grocery shopping yesterday and tried to get things to eat that are quick, yet healthier than what I was eating. In lieu of candy bars I got protein bars. The Zone Perfect and Think Thin. Lara Bars are great too! I also got things like hummus, pita, cheese (string cheese or pre-cut cheese chunks). My son isn't with me all of the time, so I pretty much cook for one. I know my local Kroger has quinoa in a steamer bag that's really good! I also stock up on Greek yogurt too for a sweet little snack.
My breakfast unfortunately 9 times out of 10 is coffee and cigarettes. I'm horrible.
With the crock pot, soups are GREAT! I made a kick ass chicken one lastnight with carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, garlic and kale. Leaving it overnight really made a hearty stock! I've been munching on it most of today. With a basic stock you can come up with TONS of delicious soups!

Dat soup doe!! :P shit that sounds good

It is soooooooo easy to make. Bear with me...I don't have recipes with exact measurements. I throw stuff together. I did have a friend over and he LOVED the chicken soup. What I did was put a whole chicken in my crock pot (I have a larger one), then I sprinkled it with Spike seasoning (Love that stuff!). I poured in 1 can of chicken broth (a smaller can) then enough water to cover the chicken. I then added about 3-4 carrots, cut in slices, 1 nice fat white onion, 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 4 stalks celery chopped and set that on low. I left it overnight. The next morning I went in and removed bones from the chicken and any skin that didn't cook off, plus shredded the chicken up a bit. I then added 1 large potato, small chunks and half a bunch of kale, chopped and let it go about 1 to 2 hours longer. I sent some home with my dad today when he stopped by.
I also do a pretty basic potato soup that my mom used to make. I've found you can take the basic recipe she used and then add to it like ham, cheese, etc. I make bean soup by using the packages of the 15 bean soup mix. You can add the ham shank as the directions say, or I've even used smoked turkey drumsticks. So yummy!

Alright guys - Here is the holy grail of what I have. I used to run a coupon group filled with over 20k members on FB but, I since left it but I kept all the stuff I have ever put together. This is called the Ultimate Resource Guide. It is available on my DropBox/Mediafire.

Look for the read me first file so you know how you would like to download it meaning the whole thing or piece by piece. There is a 40+ page PDF that has all the lessons in it as well as supplemental lessons and materials. I was kinda wondering the other day if I should start a thread for Cam Girls that coupon but I didn't know how many would even be interested and didn't wanna clutter the threads. :) I also updated the FEM DOM books in another thread I had done a few years ago if you guys want that as well - I linked my other Ebook resources there for just not that either..

Here ya go. :) Remember it has the meal planning in it. :) and both are the same files, just in different places so everyone has easy access.

DROPBOX -

MediaFIRE -

Enjoy. :) let me know if there are any problems. I am thinking of really doing that thread now.. couponing and camming - sounds awesome, maybe? Even more so with all the books I have - I had a resources thread a long time ago, but its been a few years.

So glad I found this thread, my eating habits are horrible!! I'm so busy in the morning getting my kid ready for school and getting ready to hop online I literally don't eat until 3pm or later!! Then I binge because I'm starving... I also am sensitive in the morning anything I eat makes me feel sick or nauseous I literally can't even swallow it. I need to figure something out lol. I really like the graze snack box idea! Not for me but my kid could use it for recess snacks, I'm getting tired of lunchables lol. Is it for 5 days a week or 7 days worth of graze snacks??

I cook one day a week, and after do not cook but just to reheat and eat. Im prep chicken, turkey, meat by marinating them. I dont buy food in boxes from stores it is not yummy, and when i see ingredients ii like 0_0 not buying.
Cook at home cheaper and more sustainable, you get more for less and keep your health well.
I dont like to cook, but i listen to music or audio book while i cook. Im not making anything complicated, I do soups, baked chicken, with baked sweet potatoes, baked turkey after i use it for sandwiches. If i want to eat something i check pinterest under paleo tag. Like paleo chicken, paleo crock recipies, paleo snacks. I have to eat well and my hubby has Crohn's so we strict with his diet.
Im thinking to get a bread maker.
Also you may want to check a water filter.
Water is amazing you get a lot for cheap and actually you can take it with yourself on trips. I hate plastic bottles and water in those bottles with germs ugh. I even wash my face with that filtered water.

Bumping because now that its holiday season, I'd love an update of suggestions on what to make for the cold wintery days/nights. Anything that only is available during this time of year? Like certain veggies? Fruits? Soups? Desserts?
Maybe some types of foods to make in advance for some long camming/filming sessions to keep up energy?
Now that I have a huge kitchen, I have no idea how to utilize it to my advantage.
Thanks in advance.

When ever I think of winter veggies I think of broccoli and kale. I also just picked up a butternut squash which is super awesome because if you ever doing a roast you can just throw it in the bottom of the oven and let it bake (whole you do nothing to it) and then when it cools you cut it open remove seeds and skin and you can use the meat for soup, pasta (inside or sauce) or just eat it like it is with maybe some cinnamon and maple syrup! Soups are a great dish that you can make a lot of in a pot then stick it in the fridge and you have meals for a few days.

If you eat meat then I also love to do a big ragu this time of year with ground beef and pork. My husband is Italian (right from Florence, italy) so I make him make it but when we do it also lasts us about 4 days so all we have to do is cook up some pasta and then put on the sauce! So Yummy and Easy and a huge money saver!

My Favorite inspiration is Jamie Oliver hands down! You can see most of his videos on Youtube and he is so inspiring but his website is full of great recipes. I have made tons of his recipes and I have to say that you need to tweek the recipes a bit (sometimes a lot) Im not sure why they almost never work out exactly how he says it but if you make it once and it didnt turn out like you expected it almost always will the second time!

As for snacks I am crazy for Japanese culture and I have been making myself obento boxes for years now. Sunday is my day off and I always hit the market the day before buy whatever is fresh and then pre make stuff for the week that I can fit into my obento. This time of year I do dried fruit (figs, pineapple, dates) a lot. I love eating broccoli raw so its always in there and normally I make a bunch of onigiri (rice balls) and freeze them so I have them for a few weeks. I love to stick in whatever meat we had for dinner the night before in them or just fry them and make them crispy. Lastly hard boiled eggs are another huge staple I can make a head but normally I only make a few days ahead because I like to make them into shapes and I only have about 4 egg shapers. Eggs are great when I dont have any leftovers to eat the next day.
