I'm not working the site obviously but I am just asking to help clarify for others...
Typically people refer to ACH as direct deposit which takes 3-5 days.
When you say direct deposit do you mean wire transfer? I don't think I've ever heard direct deposit referred to separate from ACH when it comes to banking. It's important to distinguish because most banks charge for incoming wires, sometimes upwards of $25 each incoming wire, so it would be important to know ahead of time if you guys are referring to "direct deposit" as a wire... some people could be in for surprise fees if they think they are getting a direct deposit but it's actually a wire.

In the "Payout History" tab of my performer interface it's still showing as "unpaid" for the week of 10/13 - 10/19. It is also not showing a method of payment. Has everyone's else's payout history updated yet?

They dont update that, thats only if the site pays you. Since we pay all the performers we are responsible to send the payments out. I will see if they can allow us to change that on our side tho. Thank you for mentioning this.

If any of you chose Paxum, there is a delay because they are apparently processing Paxum payments through Payoneer. As well, I'm not sure if I was approved for hourly pay but I'm assuming that I am but I don't think I will cam here until I am 100% sure. I'm guessing they've put me on the fence.

I chose direct deposit and I finally got an email this morning saying I'll be getting paid on the 30th, a whole week after payday. And then it's only going to be paying me the amount of tokens I made there so far, which is jack shit, and I had 14 hours in that pay period so I'm sitting here like wtf? Sorry if I sound like a total bitch but us girls deserve to know what's going on with our accounts and it would also be useful to know that we arent getting paid until a week after payday. Since we do have bills to pay and everything. I had to put it out there

Haven't gotten an email yet about whether or not I'm hourly. I guess they base it on how many tokens made so far as well as looks.

well this is what I'm looking at in my timecard section:
39424
and I had already been confirmed for the hourly rate. So today I look at my email and get a notification from desertprod that I'm being paid $30 for the pay period and that it'll arrive this Thursday. I would attach that screen shot too but it has my real name on it. $30 is what I've made from tokens while being on that site for that pay period. I worked 14 hours for them, there's no reason they can't update that information before they send me $30 to wipe my ass with

I'm having problems too. I haven't been giving this site much of a chance, because I can't get anyone to respond to my messages. I've asked if my W-9 that I filled out by electronic signature was acceptable, because they said I can't get paid until that is done, no response. I have asked about being paid by Payoneer, he did respond to ask for my Payoneer email, but will not respond to confirm if I am paid by private load or if they are partnered with Payoneer so I can receive immediate loads, because if they are partnered, more than my email is needed. I have asked why I don't have a timecard or any hourly pay showing up, no response, and even though I have not put in much time on the site - because my questions are being completely ignored is the reason.

I did answer that email. I said I could read the W9 and I said to send me the email address for Payoneer. We have a Payoneer account so its an immediate load. I have also said before to send in your performer name on emails because a lot of you dont use the name on your account and you dont email messages from the email address you use for the website.

An ACH takes 3 to 5 business days, thats normal for an ACH. If you choose that you cant blame us for the amount of time it takes to reach you. You chose the payment method and you should know the details of an ACH if thats how you want to be paid.

Two things
1. A LOT of you have never bothered to send in payment methods. I personally sent out 1 on 1 emails and I only been sent payment methods from 10 performers. So please send it it or you won't get paid.
2. If you have an issue, try being an adult and handling in it a professional manner. Mistakes can happen and if you let me know we can handle them. This isn't to anyone on here, just throwing it out there to remind everyone respect is the way to go.
3. Im sick so I didnt answer all the emails that were sent to me yesterday, I answered as many as I could. Im working on them now.

One more thing, an ACH isnt a wire. An ACH can take between 3 to 5 business days, it isnt instant. I didnt add the wire option because no one wanted to pay the wire fee when they asked about it.

I totally understand. I told them they need to have the time cards all set and showing by Wednesday in every single account.
They have been pretty good but they did mess up the payment funds, but they fixed it thank goodness. I will always stick up for other cam performers. Sites try to take advantage of us not knowing we are much more business savvy then they think.
Now to call and kick Paxum in the butt

Hey, everybody!
I just wanted to touch base with everyone who is receiving their first payment via paper check. I just received an email saying that my payment for pay period October 13th - 19th has an estimated arrival date of November 3rd. It is being sent via USPS. For your reference, I live in southern California.

The email comes from Bill dot com with information about the check (including pay period, payment amount, and the estimated arrival date) issued from our studio. Nice to know that the check doesn't say anything webcam related on it. :)

Okay today/ this week has been so good on FWC... I can really see there advertising paying of, first off today was my first day in and out of pvts no problem.... Second I have repeat customers which is always a good thing!! Means the guys are coming back to us instead of the top cam sites .today I made the most off FWC than my other sites today and that's Not counting the hourly on top of it. Really weird my main site was really slow today...cons... Now I've got ppl as guest saying mean things about my appearance and exiting for I ban them....somehow I have a feeling it's not guys...o well

We are using Bill.com to pay everyone that is paid via ACH or check. Our other processor failed to send out checks on time so we switched over to Bill.com instead. Your checks will not show anything related to the adult industry and they will send you an email weekly letting you know the date it will be mailed and the payment amount. A lot of you are getting two checks or two ACH's next week. It will be for the last two weeks. The payment processor issues and the cam site payment mistake were a HUGE nightmare but its all resolved now and you will be paid each week on time from now on. Thank you for patience, it is much appreciated.
If you work this week your funds will be sent out next Friday. Payoneer and Paxum are sent like normal via their sites. Some of you asked about GreenDot and I will have to look into that. I honestly dont know much about it but I will get back to you if you asked about it.
Some of you might not have been sent an email yet from Bill.com. We tested a few performers to make sure it worked first and it did so the rest of you should have messages tomorrow or over the weekend. I'm also going to send weekly stats so you can see how many hours you worked, total of hourly pay and total of tokens. If you see any mistakes in the stats please let me know asap so I can let accounting know.

Thanks. You are good to go and I guess the time card issue was some weird software glitch. Your ACH goes out tomorrow so you should get an email about it from bill.com over the weekend.

You never mentioned to me whether it was coming directly from your studio or Bill.com. I did not know that they didn't send emails for one-time payments. I have an account with them and nothing is showing up.

I told you that by email the other day. All payments are from the studio, via Bill.com. I dont see what you having an account with them has to do with anything. Our payment wouldn't show in your account because they aren't linked.
Your situation is different then theirs. We picked a few performers to test it on, it wasnt site wide. That's why they have emails and some of you dont. I posted that on here last night. Some also were tested for ACH's.

Well, I finally figured out the encoder last night and got to work a short shift before my company came into town. It's a pretty nice encoder set up. No word on payments yet from Bill.com, but the weekend isn't over yet. Here's to a successful weekend to all you lovelies.

Ok this is a little awkward but I had one of my FWC members contact me on Twitter and say that he misses me on cammeetup. I looked it up and it's some sort of dating/hookup site. Now that I think about it I have been getting a lot of assholes asking me to be their prostitute for $1000. If this is how they're doing their traffic promotion then I'm going to have to wear like a nuns outfit every time I cam

Yes! Everything was paid just as I expected. All of the tokens plus my hourly rate were calculated and paid out correctly. Happy camgirl here! I love getting money in the mail! :)

I just got approved for hourly starting Halloween day so all the time previous was not counted. Whatever. I was happy to finally get a solid answer and paid through Paxum so i let it go.
