^^ I'm not very tech savvy, so I might be the wrong person to ask about that, but here goes. Please forgive me if these are incredibly silly answers, because I have actually struggled with all these issues at some point.
First of all (this is the "did you plug it in" question, just in case), have you tried scrolling the mouse wheel? On mine, the watermark image gets bigger when I scroll down and smaller when I scroll up.
If that isn't it, my second guess would be that your watermark image has a ton of extra space because it isn't cropped closely enough. If your watermark image contains empty space around the watermark itself, the watermark will look small even if you've enlarged the image as big as it can be.
My third guess is that your watermark is gigantic, so VerySoft is over-shrinking it. According to windows, my watermark image is 1000 x 195 pixels. In VerySoft, at the top it says "Format: BRGA 1004x200" <--- I assume this is related to the pixel size of the image, plus a couple extra on each edge for margin. By comparison, your image is enormous (3000x1000).
Just for comparison, when I "scroll down" to enlarge my image to "Size: 630x124 (0.92x)" my watermark goes almost all the way across the screen. If I make it smaller and tuck it up in the corner, it says "Size: 314x61 (0.92x)"
If it isn't any of those things, I have no idea what you should do, sorry!
It may not make any difference whatsoever, but if it helps, my image is a PNG, and I created it in Photoscape.

If I buy it, which one should I get? Basic or pro?
I'm tempted...

As far as I know, you only need Pro if you want PiP, or the ability to use multiple cameras simultaneously.

I am totally going to have to get Pro when I get it. I love PiP! ;D

That depends mostly on your system's specs. I set it to only allow 1280x960 and 1280x720, and splitcam with a separate instance of the Adobe Encoder set to 3,000kbps for most of the sites, but I have an overclocked 4790k. If you have an i5 or less, you'd want to go more like 640x480 and 640x360. And you don't set a different resolution for each site, you pick a 16x9 resolution and a 4:3 resolution, disable all the others, and let the sites pick the one they want.

I hope one of you can help me...currently I cannot use two of the SAME webcams on my newest desktop. I have two HD Logitech C920's. I also use Verysoft software. I find it easiest to run 3 or 4 sites on one webcam with the software and then a 5th with an additional webcam. It keeps my cpu down and my stream clear. I've done this in the past with this same desktop. Like a month ago? I was only able to adjust the color balance on one but could use two of the same at once. I was cool with that. But now I don't get the option to select hd cam 1 or 2. My computer doesn't see the difference and it's pissing me off. I could do it with ease on my Lenovo I7 and also with a dual core laptop. I need a way to go into my registry and change the names of the hardware. "regedit" from the start menu is giving me issues in windows 8.1. It won't allow me to access the full permissions to change it. I ask here because a lot of you savvy Ladies seem to know a lot about splitting and such. I hate this desktop. Some days it cooperates and others I wanna take a sledge hammer to it.

Hi!
How can I choose another resolution than "default" (320x240)? I can choose many of them but I can not unmark the "default" resolution.
I splitcam in 3 sites and on SM I can not camming in widescreen. I have selected 852x480 (16:9) but on both sides of the screen there are two black sections. Like I am camming in 4:3 format.
Hope you can help me.

Right click your little VerySoft icon in the right taskbar tray area > Click "Options" > A grey box will open, and in the lower right side, it says "Output Resolutions" with a button that says "Customize," which you should click > You'll get another pop-up box with a list of resolutions. Click to check the boxes next to each resolution you want to be available. Click on the resolution numbers to highlight the resolution you want to set as a default, and the lower left button will activate, reading "Set to [whatever you picked]." Click that button, and it will change your default resolution. Select "OK" and "OK."
Now right click the taskbar tray icon again > mouse over "Source Resolution: [whatever your resolution is currently]" > You will see a list of all the resolutions you checkmarked in the previous step > Ignore the fact that one resolution might be in bold - the one with the dot next to it is the resolution that is currently active > Click on whatever resolution you would like to use (I'm partial to 1280x720 - it doesn't matter if your VerySoft resolution is higher than you actually want to use on your sites, as long as it's not lower.) > Hooray! Your resolution should now be correct, and in my experience, it will stay on whatever resolution you chose until you manually change it again.

So I'm looking into splitting and I can't figure this out.
I downloaded ManyCam but I can't seem to make it work with the Encoder. I may invest in VerySoft this week, does it work with the encoder?
I'll be splitting SM and Chaturbate. I have External Encoding so I can make this work. Can I splitcam while using the encoder? I can't really afford a placement drop.

They both work with the encoder, but I highly recommend getting VerySoft over ManyCam. Um, yeah, you can splitcam with the encoder, that's kind of the point.

Token sites don't require the encoder. You clearly missed what I was asking. I was asking if I could use these programs to split with SM since I couldn't figure out how to get the program to work with my encoder. Both always said the other was already in use.

In SM you pick external encoding and in the encoder you pick your splitsoftware in the dropdown. In CB you pick your splitsoftware in the flash settings dropdown. No need for encoder in CB you are correct.

I'm worried about using VerySoft with Windows 8.1. Does anyone use it with this OS? Not sure if it's compatible, as 8.1 isn't listed on their website.

I started at Imlive and now i bought a nice notebook just to split sites and use the Streamate encoder. I bought a dell vostro i7 8mg, and I have a Logitech c920. I started using manycam to split imlive, camcontacts and streamate. On the first week everythiong was ok, but now I've been getting horrible lag at streamate when i use manycam. When I don't split, everything works fine. Now I don't know if I should get another webcam just for streamate or if i should use verysoft to split...I mean, as soon a sI earn more money.
I'm afraid of spending more money and not making any difference. My upload speed is Always around 1mbps...any tips are welcome!!

Manycam is awful for lag when splitcamming. Verysoft is worth the cost if you are serious about splitcamming.
But if your upload is only 1mbps that is probably not enough to split that many sites. SM alone requires almost 1mbps upload.
