1. Grateful the weather is finally warming up.
72 right now.

2. Grateful I was able to find some fries. Baking some to have with Chick Fil A crispy and homophobicly delicious sandwich.

3. Grateful all Bill's for February are paid.

My blood pressure has been good so far today. I'm glad because I'm still trying to keep this little girl in there until at least week 38. If it gets to 160/80 again they will admit me to the hospital until the baby is born. I'm trying to avoid that since I have 2 other kids who depend on me.

I'm extremely grateful for Wal-Mart grocery delivery.
I've been using them for over a year now.
Last night was the first time that they had everything that I ordered in stock.
They usually are out of at least 5 items.
Also grateful that they sent my favorite delivery people.
It was a Mom and her son, who are always so polite.
They even apologized for being late, which they weren't.
Wal-Mart gives an hour time span, and they arrived in 10 minutes.
I love that I just discovered that you can track your order, by seeing where their car is on a map.
Very cool.

I'm sooooooo grateful my distilled water came through with instacart! I got the last 10 gallons they had luckily at the store. My distilled water machine came with a missing part so I needed this.

I got some much needed rest after bending over backwards for my mother n trying to help her.

Never again!

My mom is like the typical stubborn (kind of crazy) elderly woman.

Don’t feel like dealing with her for at least 3-4 days …. Or longer

My podcast interview went really well tonight. The interviewer said he barely had to interject because I was such a good natural born storyteller. That made me feel good!
Turned out the interviewer had a near-death experience of his own so he is able to relate with a lot of what I was saying to him. I
I always feel on a high after I'm done with these interviews. It feels good to be serving my purpose in life. Very healing.

I’m grateful I have never really gone without. Through the pandemic I’ve always had what I needed even if I didn’t know how. My biggest lesson from the pandemic is to have faith that everything will be alright if I just keep on keeping on. I don’t have to know how. I just have to trust that everything will be alright.

I am grateful to have someone to share a healthy meal with today. I'm making salmon, asparagus, and brown rice. He's bringing my fav bottle of wine and then we are watching stand up comedy. It's really nice to have good company. I've been feeling alone this winter and it's such a blessing to have someone to connect with.

I am grateful AF that my phone is finally fixed and I now have a SIM card! Now I can be way more productive.

Grateful to the nice guy at the dispensary who helped me find a bag of edibles for $10.

For my morning beach run. The bay was blue and glistening, the grass was so vibrant and green, and the ocean was so calming.

I went to a Mexican market this morning and they have the best corn tamales there! I can't wait to snarf it down.Yum

Marina, I need that pink stun gun! Where did you get it? I actually already have pink pepper spray haha.

My state is open carry, but now that I have my conceal carry, I can use a taser/stun gun.

Also, grateful my dog is eating...but it's all people food. I just ordered raw dog food and treats from Chewy. It's good he still wants to eat, but I guess Pedigree ain't cutting it....

I have a concealed carry permit, but it’s not really super often that I carry a handgun. They are available in pink, btw, although none of mine are. I normally have pepper spray and knife on me. I do own a stun gun, but I don’t carry it with me. I only use it on myself.

I'm grateful for my own strength to decline working for the tanning company this weekend even though I admit feeling a bit guilty since I know they lack people.
Now I can fully concentrate on myself and a client (she's rather self going) making it way less stressful to go on stage Saturday :)

They were originally going to make dayshift come in halfway through the day today and reopen at 1pm, but they changed it this morning to just giving us another full day off with pay. I'm so happy, because my car is completely iced over and the plow shoved a bunch of snow behind it. I really didn't feel like dealing with all of that just to drive up there for half a shift. This was also my day to run shift this week, and I'm completely fine with not having to do it lol. If only it was a non-kid weekend, it would be a perfect day to spend relaxing with hubby on a day that he's not sleeping all day. Oh well, I guess.

Also grateful I spent over 8 hours yesterday face-chatting with a friend I haven't seen in over 3 years. We keep in touch via messenger and send each other TikToks all the time, but it's not the same as sitting down and having a real conversation. I couldn't believe how long we spent on the phone until I hung up and saw the length of the call. We decided we're going to start doing regular chats like that every other week from now on so we don't go so long without talking again.

I have the exact same one.
The town I now live in has become so crime ridden, that the local gun store gave them away for free.

I have always locked my car, and kept my registration in the truck.
Always locked my front door.

My neighbors called me the paranoid city girl.
Hmmm.
Meanwhile, they have ALL had both their cars and Apts broken into.
Now, who's the paranoid city girl??:sarcastic

Grateful I found some frozen fries at Publix. They were out of them for a bit. I think people were hoarding them for baking and watching sports at home. I hate sports so much!

Sometimes all I wanted is some crispy fries and ketchup.

It feels like it's been a million years since we have left town together.
I think it's been about 7 weeks.

I have ZERO interest in working next weekend at all.

You're not paranoid. They're just projecting the extra steps you take to keep you safe while they're too lazy to do so.

The huge thing for me is to immediately lock my car the moment I get in before I put my seatbelt on, check phone, hair, makeup etc.
You are most vulnerable if you car isn't lock right when you got in. So many things can happen very quickly.

I'm looking tighter. Still have some work, but my body is more toned.

For edibles and my car wash. It feels so nice to be in a fresh, clean car. I also love that my weed dispensary is right next door to a car wash, so I can carry out my errands effortlessly.

I love going through the car wash while stoned and on an endorphin rush from my run.

Grateful for my Starbucks tea. Charging my phone and it's empty in here, thank God. I'm ready to make money now.

Agree.
I also drive a convertible, so I'm extra vulnerable, even when driving.
The first thing I do is put my top up the second that I pull into my parking spot.

The irony of this, is that the car thief lived in one of the Apts here.
He and his wife were also selling stolen goods on Amazon, etc.
The cops came out and arrested them.
Just goes to show that you really never know who your neighbors are.

I park next to their apt, and would see them unloading their car, multiple times a day. I just thought they made lots of trips to Costco.

Oh wow, I'm glad they got arrested.

I also drive a convertible. I live in a very rich town so there are of people with convertibles who feel comfortable keeping the top down in the parking lots while they do groceries shopping, grab Starbucks. I'm same as you, I always put the top up the second I park. It doesn't matter how nice of a town you live in. You don't know who's been watching you that isn't living in your town.

I always park my car far away from other cars because I'm afraid it will get dinged but still in my view where I can keep my eyes on it as I'm sitting inside Starbucks.
Yesterday, as I was walking to my car, there was a small old looking car that I've never seen before parked right next to my car with the back in when there are plenty of spots available. I was super annoyed with an uneasy feeling. I purposely parked my car there so I knew it didn't 'just happens'. So the next day I changed my usual parking spot but he parked in the same spot as the day before.

I did this because I know it wasn't just a coincidence and also to let him know I can pick up on whatever bullshit he's trying to pull. I'm an empath so I can pick up on anything and everything. Today I did not see him. I think what I did sent a clear message that I ain't no fool.

I’m feeling reeeeal lazy today but I still managed to record content and get online anyway. About 30 mins into my shift my power went out. A pretty bad accident knocked out the power for a few blocks and it looks like it won’t be back anytime soon. Normally this would drive me crazy but I’m actually super grateful. I’ve been going non stop for a while and sometimes the universe needs to step in and force me to take a break. So movies on the iPad and junk food it is. Life is good

I made homemade hummus for the first time today, and it turned out really well. I used it to pre-make some wraps that I can freeze for later this week. I'm pretty happy with the meal-prepping I did today. Everything I made is at least vegetarian, and actually, only the wraps ended up having a little bit of dairy in them. Everything else is completely vegan. I've been trying really hard to find cheap, healthy, plant-based meals that I can meal-prep in bulk. It's been a lot of trial and error, because even when I google "cheap vegan meals," other peoples' idea of "cheap" is definitely not the same as mine lol

Yes, and I also live in a wealthy area too.
I use a club device on my steering wheel ( which I've gotten shit for using too).
The next door app is filled with people posting about their cars being stolen, broken into, etc.
They live in gated, guarded county clubs, and leave their car doors open, stuff in the car, and tops down.
It's a false sense of security.
I lived in one, and caught a guy breaking into my place.
It was an employee of the country club!
He was fired immediately.
It's usually an inside job.

Oh, and about that guy who parked next to you at Starbucks.
That kind of thing happens ALL the time!
I purposely park away from people, because I hate feeling hemmed in.
Also an empath, it is so obvious what people's intentions are.
I think being a sex worker has increased our spidey senses too, don't you think?

Absolutely, 1000%! I've always been able to read my surroundings and people's intentions but now my bullshit reading meter is on a different level thanks to being a Hoe.

Yes, almost always there's gotta be some asshole parking next to you even with all the empty available spots. I've called people out on it.
I wanna know why they parked next to my car when there are plenty of spots for them to choose.
Do you have a dashcam? I feel much safer with a dashcam. I purposely attach it on my windshield where people can see but not too in their face.
What I love about having a dashcam is people wonder what other cameras do you have in your car so they'll think twice before pulling some stupid shit. It's a good mindfuck, lol.
People are much more hesitant when they know there will be evidence of them on videos.
